Description:
The sword is normal at first. But when fed chakra, Kotōmaru becomes a deadly weapon of destruction. When the user feeds the sword chakra, a mass of dense energy erupts around the user obscuring the vision of others. When the energy clears the weilder is found with a new attire.
A dragon head's head envelops the user's shoulder and grey strips of cloth cover the forearm. Kotōmaru's blade is now entirely composed of blue energy, and a cape of the same color as the cloth drapes the user's back. Two slivers of blue energy float next to the user's right shoulder, and a disc next to the user's right. The user also has a cape on their waist to foot.
A charged Kotōmaru immensly increases the user's strength and also speed and defense increase. This is achieved through the chakra enhanced attire and the actual weapon. The chakra condenses (Not sure if that's the right word) the user's weight so that in short, they are extremely lightweight during movement, but certain aspect (Such as strength) are unaffected. The blade of energy, is the main source of strength. The energy is absolute raw power. The energy works similar to a high powered water machine used to cut steel. The strength has less to do with the user, and more to do with the actual weapon. The chakra infused with the attire is hardened and molded by an ancient technique that creates the kind of feel of a lightweight steel. The user will still feel the impact of an attack, but physical injury will be much lessened.
Strengths:
-Blade is indestructible (It is just pure energy)
-Blade can be extended till mid range in a swing (Max)
-The user's speed is boosted tenfold. Through the attire which is chakra infused causing the user to be able to move swiftly through the battle field without resistance and yet full control. (-1 To Kotōmaru Complete)
-User has absolute defense against D-rank techniques
-During Speed boosting, the user can move straight in to certain techniques without recoil or damage. (C-Rank and below)
-The time of Kotōmaru Complete (4-turns) begins in the next turn
Elemental Strengths:
Suiton (Defense): Can vapourize water technique (Up to C-rank)
Fuuton (Defense): Weakens all Wind techniques (2-ranks) {Through massive energy of the sword and the attire causing Pressure changes around the user weakening Wind Techniques}
Weaknesses:
-Blade can only extend twice
-User can only use the Speed Boost twice
-Absolute Defense can only be used twice.
-Kotōmaru Complete only lasts 4 turns MAX (Some techniques reduce length of Kotōmaru Complete)
-Kotōmaru disintergrates to the Shrine it is from to recharge it's energy (Will be gone for the rest of the battle)
-The user's right arm will be damaged from the use of Kotōmaru Complete
-Activation of Kotōmaru Complete takes up 2 moves instead of 1

Note to Scorps: The last Weakness "-Activation of Kotōmaru Complete takes up 2 moves instead of 1" if it's possible, could it be scratched out. If it balances the weapons abilities then it can stay

Description: During Kotōmaru Complete state the user charges chakra and Koto's energy. The user the uses an extreme speed boost to dive past the opponent slashing him. The user then straight after comes back and slashes the target through the back and stops in front of the user. The user then manipulate Kotōmaru's energy as the user swipes in an Uppercut motion stunning the target as the sword engulfs the user in a form a Energy Dragon. The user then comes down hard on the Opponent extending the sword to mid-range.
-Can only be used once
-Kotōmaru Complete ends immediatly
-Counts as 2 moves instead of one
