(Mokuton: Mokusei no tsubasa ) - Wood release: Wooden wings

Description: The user caused wooden wings to emerge out of their back. The wings resemble Sasuke's wings in his Curse Mode lvl 2. It's the same size, same shape and emerges out of the same place. The user can fly with these wings, but they could also be used to protect the user from incoming attacks.

-Can only be used trice per battle.
-Can only be maintained for a maximum of 3 turns.
-This technique has a 1 turn cool down.
-Every turn this technique is maintained, the user loses 10 chakra points.

The user starts to drill and creating a lightning vortex around their body which is rotating along with the body. The lightning forms a sharp tip above the fingertips. The user drills with their body into the opponent, piercing them with the fingertips (lightning tip of the vortex) and dealing damage.

-Can only be used once per battle.

Description:The user puts his hand next together with small space between the hand palms. Then the user starts to release wind chakra out of their mouth between the hands, and they compresses all the wind chakra into a small ball of wind between the hand palms. The user can send the wind ball to anywhere up to long range. Then the user performs the Tiger Handseal and causes the wind ball to expand. The wind ball is able to expand up to any size varying between short and mid range. The wind ball destroys everything in it's path while expanding, and creating a "shinra tensei effect".

Descrition: Obama's Fingertips is a unique pair of gloves with small tubes on the end of each finger. When the user channels chakra into the fingertips of the gloves, he is capable of firing a small sphere of wind chakra at the opponent, relative to the size of a skittle:) . The spheres can not be fired faster than one per half-second from each finger. The gloves do not interfere with handseals or any other techniques involving the hands. The gloves can only be used once per turn.

Description and Background: Siberian Tigers are a sub-species [most-common species and posterchild of all tigers, the odd ones out being White Tigers (our rp variant owned by Akiza) which are an extremely rare variant of Bengal Tigers] of tigers native to the Land of Lightning and are particularly diverse in Turtle Island. Siberian Tigers are large creatures; weighing up to 250kg at the smallest size and when they are standing on two feet can reach heights of 3 meters. The tigers are primarily orange with black stripes that are accented by white fur. Although this odd assortment of colors might stand out to some, it provides the perfect camouflage to other. Tigers in general are capable of performing very basic attacks, such as biting or scratching with their huge claws and teeth. This species is also superb in the art of stealth, being natural hunters and all. Their paws allow them to move like a much smaller cat to only be complimented by their hulking bodies. Tigers are natural predators but have a rare relationship with certain shinobi, acting not as pets, but as companions in battle. Siberian Tigers are capable of communicating with humans like most other summons in the narutoverse.
*The summon contract owned by Akiza, White tigers, are an extremely rare variant of the Bengal Tiger, sub-species of Tiger. Siberian differ from Bengal in the size category, both physical size and Siberian having the largest living population, and how their bodies are adapted for the higher altitude. (Kumo.)

Napoleon is capable of taking little to no damage from C-rank and below techniques and is capable of performing A-rank and below water techniques with no handseals.

*If this is too many turns for him to be on the field please feel free to reduce the number as you deem fitting, as I would rather just have the summon and not have to re-submit for another cycle. Same goes for too high of a rank pertaining to the water and feel free to remove the damage taken part if you deem fitting.

Description: The user utilizes their Ranton chakra to generate multiple black clouds imbued with their chakra (similar to Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave) around themselves, which quickly whirl around their body to give them the appearance of a tornado-like formation. As this happens, the user will also spin on the spot to further augment the speed and direction of the tornado's rotation. Due to the force of the tornado's rotation, any material covering the user's body will be quickly pushed away, freeing the user from their hold. Furthermore, as the raging black tornado spins, the streaks of blue electricity coursing through it will be emitted from the tornado as projectiles of Storm in every direction, making this technique exceedingly useful in countering techniques such as Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop, as the force generated by the tornado will repel the muddy downpour whilst the lightning produced by the technique will momentarily destroy it completely.

The pitch black clouds appear to "leak" from certain areas on the user's body more than others, with their sleeves and feet producing the highest quantity of black clouds. Around the user's feet, the black clouds will form into a controllable layer similar to that of Gaara's floating sand, allowing the user to levitate and fly through the air. (not that high) The aura of dark black clouds will also create for a very sinister and truly foul atmosphere.

Description: The user will release their ranton chakra throughout every chakra point in their bodies to manifest a whirling armour of electrically-infused black clouds similar to the ones produced in Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave. These black clouds will instantly assume the shape of the user's body, whilst not making direct contact with them, but instead constantly circulating their bodies in a spiral-like motion. The Ranton armour grants the user a certain level of tolerance to fire-based elements as well as Earth based-ones, as the the moist black clouds will douse the flames before they reach the user's body whilst the surging electricity will serve the purpose of shattering earthen constructs which make contact with the armour. Furthermore, due to the constantly surging stream of storm coursing through the black clouds, anyone unfortunate enough to come into contact with the user will undergo a severe shock, leaving them paralyzed for one whole turn (full body paralysis). However, aside from these normal benefits, the raging armour of black clouds and storm bolts provides an ability unparalleled by all other elemental armours. The force generated by the whirling black clouds means any gas-based elements targeting/residing in the area of the user will be blown away, causing them to be dispersed and pushed away from the user's position, making sure they don't happen to inhale them. Despite this resembling a property of Wind Release, the dispersion force is simply a product of the spiraling motion of the clouds and not the element itself. Not only that, but the inclusion of electricity in the black clouds also means that it will neutralize many gas-based elements entirely by de-ionising them e.g. Fluorine Release or Carbon Release. A powerful enough wind elemental technique can blow the clouds away to forcefully deactivate the user's armour.

Remove the gas part completely. The paralysis on touch part should be something like "causes slight numbness and temporary paralisys on touch" nothing more. And why wind? Why would the fact that you are focusing water and lightning chakras (storm element) prevent you from using wind? If it prevents you from using wind, shouldn't it prevent you from using earth and fire as well? Remove the references to the CEs. Last go then its DNR.

Description: The user will throw three balls of rolled up explosive notes that are the size of regular marbles (exploding balls hereafter referred to as marbles), after infusing them with chakra; this chakra coats the marbles and allows them to be thrown a greater distance than the marbles would otherwise be capable of reaching, due to their extremely low mass and weight. Due to their small size, and the lack of a kunai to give away their position, these become a viable option in battle, as they are harder to see. Not only that, but each marble can be detonated individually at the user’s command, like regular exploding tags, allowing the marbles to be used for strategic purposes, due to their explosive radius. The damage is caused solely by the explosive tags; the chakra does not amplify the damage in anyway, and is simply used to throw them greater distances.

Description: Every great display of fireworks must come with a grand finale. The “ending sequence” to the show created by the “Fireworks Festival” technique. This orb of explosive notes is roughly the size of a baseball, compared to the marble-sized orbs of its parent technique. This technique functions in the same manner in that the chakra is not used to cause damage, but rather to allow the rather low-mass ball of paper to be thrown large distances; the damage comes about solely from the explosive yield of the paper bombs. Like a fire-works star, the color of the explosion can actually be controlled while making the orb, though this is purely aesthetic.

 Declined  A few notes: If you throw this into mid-short range of you, you receive damage as you're essentially also inside the explosion area you define. So add a note explaining that. The size of this makes it somewhat not easy to carry on you. I mean, its 3 baseballs worth of explosive tags. How can you carry these? Doesn't make much sense so at least try to add a small explanation that, even if it counts for little, helps this make some sense. And finally, all the properties you explain in the original technique you must explain here even if you refer it as to being a bigger and stronger version of the original. You cannot expect all enemies will read your cj thread to try and find the original.​

Doki Sono Kamigami: Prometheus' Inferuno| Wrath of the Gods: Prometheus' Inferno

Description: A very complex technique of Doki Sono Kamigami, with this, the ninja uses their elemental prowess to add a stronger kick to the flavour. The user swings the blades up around the user, by swinging it behind them, when they reach the peak height, the user quickly coats the blades with Earth chakra by channeling their chakra through the chains and in to the blades. Then the user swiftly brings the blades down hard, and as the user swings it down on to their target, they add Fire chakra through the blade to give it an explosive impact. The earth chakra has two proposes: 1) To give the blades a stronger impact and damage and 2) Protect the blade from being damaged by the impact. The blade is protected by the explosion of chakra and the Earth chakra. This whole technique is one swift movement of the user swinging the blades with an explosive ending. The explosion is similar to a geyser of flames, which erupts from where the blades make contact with the ground.

Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle
Note: Needs to be trained in Doki Sono Kamigami
Note: Bio must wield the blades
Note: A Samurai bio that uses this fighting style cannot use this technique


 Declined  Problem with this is that the description needs to be rewritten as its a bit confusing and you cannot channel two elemental chakras into the blades like that. The second chakra would cancel out the first one as you don't have Y/Y to enable such a feat.​

Description: The user channels their earth chakra through the ground in the desired area they want to effect. The user then claps their hands together and causes a part of the Leopon to rise out of the earth. The parts that can be created are the claws, tail, or jaws. The part created rises out in the blink of an eye and can be freely manipulated to do the user's bidding. Example being, the user can use the Claw to smack the target out of the way, or use the jaws to clamp a target. For every part created, the user spends a turn and uses 40 chakra while the part is still "alive". The created part can be made to be as tall as the Great Stone Golem and can be used to defend against incoming attack. Example, the user creates a tail in front of them to swipe away an incoming projectile.

Note: Can only be used 4 times per battle

Description: The user will slam his hands together for the summoning. This summon's Kin to the field. A Black snake with glowing red eyes. he has spikes throughout his back and head which he uses to attack his enemy with extreme power, smashing and piercing force (capable of overcoming even B-Rank defenses) He also has extremely sharp teeth that can shred flesh with ease. Kin is the same size of your average Kyodalja. (Giant Snake) Unlike most snakes, Kin spends most his time in water, being a master of water element Kin can use all water it's summoner knows. Kin is able to swim in water as fast as he can move on land (same speed as Manda) and can hold his breath for the duration of his summoning if needed. Kin can take one A-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once through the use of the "Snake Body Shedding" technique. Like most Snakes, Kin is able to feel the vibrations through the ground to pinpoint and enemy, however he cannot use this method underwater.

Description: The user will slam his hands together for the summoning. This summon's Nightmare to the field. A purple and tan snake with three teal eyes and a smaller snake head for a tail. Nightmare can use this tail to attack or bind an enemy. Nightmare is the same size of your average Kyodalja. (Giant Snake) Nightmare is able to is able to smash an opponent using its body with powerful force. (capable of overcoming even B-Rank defenses) and has the unique ability to pulsate colors from his third eye that can mesmerize an opponent looking into it making them unable to move. this however doesn't effect there ability to think or focus chakra but simply prevents prey from escaping dinner time with a mesmerizing fear. Nightmare can take one A-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once through the use of the "Snake Body Shedding" technique. Like most Snakes, Nightmare is able to feel the vibrations through the ground to pinpoint and enemy

(capable of overcoming even B-Rank defenses) Sinister is the same size of your average Kyodalja. (Giant Snake) and is a master of Wind Element, being able to use all wind jutsu the user knows. Sinister can take one A-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once through the use of the "Snake Body Shedding" technique. Like most Snakes, Sinister is able to feel the vibrations through the ground to pinpoint an enemies location This method does not work if Sinister is in the air.

(Fūinjutsu: Shikkoku Ya no Ryūseiza) – Sealing Technique: Jet Black Arrow of the Draco Constellation

Description: Through an infusion of chakra the user will mark a limb with an intricate Seal that remains visible regardless of its status. The seal functions as the focal point of the Black Arrow and only activates when two energy-based techniques of C-Rank and above collide and are about to cancel each other out. The techniques in question must contain a reasonable amount of energy. When the two techniques clash; thin and black arrows will protrude from the Seal and appear at the point of collision almost instantly. The arrows function as sponges, absorbing all remaining chakra with a foreign chakra signature and storing it in ‘glyphs’ that will appear on the user’s body, while storing all absorbed chakra with the user’s chakra signature in smaller sub-Seals that surround said glyphs. If the user is hit by an energy-based technique; the arrows have a secondary property in draining the technique of a part of its energy as it connects, resulting in a -20 damage reduction that can save the user's life in a critical situation. The Seal activates automatically and drains a small amount of chakra from the user to support its approach, but the same amount of chakra is given back when the arrows return to form glyphs and sub-Seals, since the Seal is a closed circuit. The ranks of the techniques absorbed decide how much chakra the Black Arrow can gather. C-Ranked techniques leave five points worth of chakra to be harvested, B-Ranked leave ten and so on.

Description: This is an advanced and complex Ninjutsu. The user will first start by gathering up a large amount of chakra and then releasing it outwards. The chakra will take the shape of a large room that surrounds am area around the user. The higher the user's rank, the further it can go. The room consists entirely of the user's chakra and is connected to them. The room gives the user four unique powers. The first power is detection. Due to the Room being a field of chakra that is connected to the user, the user is aware of the presence of anything with the Room, similar to barrier jutsu The second ability is control over every non-living entity within the Room. This gives the user the ability to levitate, move around or change the direction and orientation of objects. This grants the user a third power: Orientation Switching. This acts as somewhat akin to a higher level or substitution jutsu, where the user is able to switch the places of two or more objects. However, the user is only capable of switching, meaning he cannot simply teleport an object to any location within the Room. The user is capable of switching himself with an object at any given time, but is only capable of switching another human being once while the Room is active. Meaning, if the user switches Person A with Object A, he can no longer switch Person A with anything for the duration of the Room's activation. The activation of another Room resets this, and Person A can now be switched once more. The fourth power lies within the conjunction of bladed weapons. General Description:
Starfish or sea stars are echinoderms belonging to the class Asteroidea. There are more than 1800 different species of sea star. Most sea stars are predators. Although starfish are invertebrates, they do have a kind of skeleton. The bodies of starfish are composed of calcium carbonate plates, known as 'ossicles'. These form the endoskeleton, which takes on a variety of forms such as spines and granules. Most starfish have five arms, called rays that come out from a center circle (disk). If a starfish has more than five rays, it will often have rays in multiples of five; there could be 10, 15, 20, or even 30 rays on one starfish. The aboral or upper surface may be smooth, granular or spiny, and is covered with overlapping plates.
Starfish have tube feet operated by a hydraulic system and a mouth at the centre of the oral or lower surface. Starfish, like many sea creatures, are able to regenerate (grow back) parts of their bodies. Starfish are better at regeneration than most other creatures. Not only can a new ray grow when a ray is cut/torn off, but if the affected ray has even a small piece of the central disk still attached, a whole new starfish can grow from the one ray.

Las Marianas Star Toxins: Starfishes contain a very toxic poison known as Saponins. When stung/bitten, the saponins is lost into the wound, thus the target are plagued by a sharp stinging pain, persistent bleeding due to the haemolytic effect of saponins, nausea, tissue swelling, numbness and paralysis. Large dose of saponins, are lethal to humans. Saponins occur throughout the life-cycle of the starfish. Thus there are saponins similar to those in the adult tissues in the larvae and juvenile stars.
Seastars may possess at least an eye on every one of their arms - so a 5-armed starfish has 5 eyes, a 40-armed starfish has 40 and so on.

Sea stars vary in sizes and shapes and thus by harnessing their chakra a ninja who has signed this contract will be able to summon starfishes as little as the tip of their finger to those large enough to go head-to-head with the giant frogs of Myobozukan.

Description: Whilst it is raining, the user casts an illusion on the target(s). This illusion dwells on the reflective property of rain which is amplified by the use of chakra. The user casts an illusion simultaneously with tossing a ninja tool (kunai, shuriken, etc) at the target. The limits of how that 1 tool is reflected all depends on the user's imagination. For example, after throwing a kunai, one, two, more or all raindrops falling on the target may become kunais, impaling him continuously as they fall; or the target may witness a shuriken from a different direction when it is thrown by the user; it is all limited to what and how the user thinks. But all the illusionary reflections must be based off of the single ninja tool used. That means the user cannot throw a kunai and reflect it as a shuriken, etc.

Description: After performing four hand seals, the user places the target in an illusion through sending his/her chakra to the targets brain. Inside the illusion the target would see a descend from the sky towards them. The target, upon the appearance of the being, would be paralyzed in their place due to the users chakra restricting them. As the being gets closer and closer to the target, (s)he would begin to feel colder and colder. As the being, named dementor, reaches the target it begins to 'suck' out the targets 'soul' through a 'kiss'(not necessarily a actual lip on lip kiss, it can be performed with the dementor's 'mouth' a few inches away.) The target would see a light blue line emerging from their mouth, said line would represent the 'soul'. As the 'soul' is being 'sucked', the target's deepest and most depressingly sad memories would 'pop' up in their mind, causing them extreme discomfort, furthermore the dementor would not only reveal the memories, it would also appear in them, making them much more worse than they already are, adding torture and anguish or whatever necessary and suitable to cause mental damage due to strain.

The target would experience the effect of his own genjutsu. Of course the user is left to defend against the genjutsu cast on himself as well.

The so made "men" increase in number, covering and grabbing the opponent until he is covered by them and held in a emotion of fear and panic. However from the first "zombie" that rises, the opponent will have his mind shifted from the user giving an advantage.

An ancient weapon,forged by master smiths.The Reaper,as it was known back in the day,was in the possession of a fearless shinobi who was known merely as "Black".He had gained this name as he was only seen as a black apparition and his weapon was like a Reaper,taking the lives of countless shinobi.This blade had seen many deaths,and it had an eerie aura about it,some say those who possess the Black Reaper,reach great heights in battle at the cost of their sanity.But this is merely a myth..or is it?The name of the blade then became The Black Reaper,dubbed after it's first master and the former name of the blade.It is said that the man passed on the weapon through generations of his family until it was stolen by a shinobi who had carried a grudge for centuries against Black and his weapon,for killing his ancestors,leaving his grandfather the last alive.Selling the Black Reaper to a Amegakurian shinobi,the man had now gotten rid of his vengeance and hatred.The Black Reaper easily found it's way to new owners as it hungered for battle and the blood of foes as it could not easily be destroyed as long as it had a wielder,knowing this,the blade was always in constant care of someone.The Black Reaper is blade attached to a chain.The blade's handle is 6 cm in length and is straight,it then portrudes into a octagonal shape,with an opening,an octagon,at the centre of this shape.The octagonal shape has four The handle is connected to one side of the octagonal shape,while two blades portrude from the other.This then leaves a space in between the two blades of approximately 2 cm.The blades extend to about 10 cm.The chain attached to the handle of this ancient weapon,is made of a highly conductive and high tensile strength wire.The wire can also be detached from the blade itself,and used seperately.The length of the wire at rest is merely a meter,when chakra is inserted into it,the wire can be extended to lengths of about 6m.

Abilites:

-The Black Reaper can be used to channel various elemental chakra into it,giving off a different effect for each element.The user would have to specify which element is used in battle,and a turn is used to change it in battle.
-When Raiton chakra is channeled into the blade through the wire and it penetrates the opponent,it will numb him.When the wire is used alone,the user can wrap it around the opponent and channel the Raiton chakra into it,shocking the opponent.The Black Reaper only reacts to the users chakra,so an enemy can'tchannel their own Raiton chakra through the wire.
-When Fuuton chakra is channeled into the blade,it increases it's cutting ability,allowing it to easily slice through the skin of the opponent.The wires' cutting ability also increases,as well as it's speed that it travels towards the opponent.
-When Katon chakra is channeled into the blade,it heats up exponationally.The blade then hisses with heat,and releases a light steam.The blade then melts whatever comes into contact with it (within reason).Like swords,kunai etc.When the Katon chakra is channeled into the wire,it can burn the opponent on contact.
-The Black Reaper can also be used to grab an opponent with the wire and pull him toward you,if it's not attached to the blade.With the blade attached,without any chakra inserted,one could use it as a normal weapon and fight at close range with it.
-If chakra is inserted into the wire,it extends from it's intial length of 1 meter,to about 6 meters.

Note:

-Changing the element channeled into the Black Reaper costs -40 chakra each time and also costs a move.
-The element channeled into the Black Reaper can be changed at every turn if need be,and the element can stay active for up to 3 turns with a -5 chakra penalty at each turn to keep it active.
-Can only be taught and wielded by Detective L
-The blade is highly durable and so is the wire,but it is not indestructible.If it has been destroyed,it can be reformed
by the users chakra after 3 turns.

Description:
The users of the jutsu shall perform the Snake → Ram → Rat → Dog → Tiger Hand-seals then they take their forefinger and start gathering an extremely large amount of their Lightning release chakra and focus it on top of the forefinger, as they focus the huge amount of lightning chakra a strong light appears and blocks everyone's field of vision (except long range targets). After gathering the chakra, without hesitating the user continues the operation by standing still and focusing the lightning chakra and using shape manipulation they focus the chakra inside an extremely small ball that can be seen as a small bright orb on top of the forefinger.
The orb is a huge amount of lightning power focused in an extremely small size, so it's color turns from blue to black. The user mustn't move while gathering and forming the shape of the ball, if they were attacked wile gathering the chakra, nothing happens, but if they were attacked after gathering the whole amount of the required chakra the ball will explode and everything withing short range will be harmed, the user'll die because of the explosion and their chakra will reach zero, so even if they survived the explosion somehow, their chakra balance will be shocked and they'll lose every single point of chakra they have.
Forming the ball usually takes five minutes, but if the user successfully used it in five official battles, they'll gain the right experience to finish it in three minutes only.
After forming the ball successfully, in order to use it, the target must be long range from the user, the user shall aim and release, when released, the user's hand'll get shocked and they will lose some health points. The black ball travels fast towards the opponent, it's speed is quite impressive because the target won't have time to do handseals and counter, they might be able to counter it with a one hand-seal jutsu, or if they started their countering jutsu before getting attacked with the ball.
After reaching it's destination, the ball extends and destroys almost everything it impacts and causes a huge and massive explosion, and even going underground won't be useful.

Notes:
-Can only be used once in a battle, the user may use it twice but after releasing it, they'll die.
-Can't use any strong lightning techniques (B-Rank → F-Rank) fro the following three rounds.
-Takes 5 minutes for new users, 3 for experienced users.
-Can only be taught by megaamine.
-Using it on short or mid range targets fatal.

The arm is quite huge (= Normal Susanoo's hand, but the arm can be stretched) and the user can destroy huge rocks with it, grab his enemy's or crush them, he can also use it against huge summons.

Description: A prompt technique in which the wielder will first wave two hand seals (snake > dragon) before materializing with water chakra, several baseball sized orbs of rain with thin rings surrounding each respectively. Being able to produce up to five at a given time, and a minimal of two. These are refered to as 'rooms' containing water chakra within them, compressed by the user himself. The rooms are made to hover/infront/sideways around the user, seemingly controlled by chakra and will alone. Each being able to hurl out of their center a beam-like sharp streaming body of water. Should three or more 'rooms' fire at the same target, vast amount of water would be generated from the clash, releasing waves of water outwards in the aftermath. Because extreme chakra control and source is required to maintain these rooms, the more there are, the weaker they become. Suggesting that five rooms at a given time, would mean each stream of water would equal to C ranked strength; followed by four, leading to B ranked strength, three equaling A ranked, and two giving them S ranked strenght. As mentioned formerly, the minimal amount of rooms able to be spawned are two. The rooms can be hovered up to 5 meters away from the user, however, exceeding such limit will cause them to simply falter and dissapate like regular water onto the ground. However, the streams can reach long distances. The user is free to stop the rooms from fuctioning, by waving 1 handseal.
- Only useable x3 per battle.
- Cannot use S ranked or higher water while in play.
- Rooms last up to 4 turns.

-Declined- Whether you compress water chakra or not into an orb, water doesn't generate water, your chakra does, so whether you use your water chakra to release the streams and not the water "rooms" they can't be made, using the rooms to release them would be meaningless.

As the opponent is trapped they will hear a weird growl-like scream sound which will instantly knock them out of their concentration. Upon being distracted for a second or two bound in confusion of what they just heard, the opponent will start to see white chubby rabbits that stand on two legs, some with blue and some with red eyes. Screaming as they go, they will start to run towards the opponent, and jump on them, creating a huge pile of fuzzy chubby white rabbits. The rabbits seem to keep appearing out of nowhere and jumping on the pile. As soon as the opponent will see the first rabbit, they will be paralysed in their confusion of both the visual and the noise which the rabbits make, whereas when the rabbits start jumping on them, they will start to get crushed under the weight of the chubby rabbits as well as going deaf from the screaming close to their ears. As this happens the opponent will fall to the ground in pain, grabbing their ears, believing to be crushed and deafened by the rabbits. What actually happens is immense stress on the opponent’s brain which forces them to believe they are actually in pain and became deaf, which will give the user the chance to attack freely.

Genjutsu doesn't happen because you send a wave of chakra to your opponent. that part needs rewording. This genjutsu needs to have handseals. I don't get why noise alone would distress a ninja and paralize him nor seeing the rabbits. I understand that a wave of rabbits doing all that is annoying but it doesn't hardly seem enough to paralyze a ninja or prevent him from moving neither in the illsuion neither in reality.

By sacrificing a clone, one is able to create an incredibly hot burst of flames which is aimed at the opponent, burning them severely. Due to the extreme heat of the fire itself, the opponent will burn their skin severely, slowing them down significantly and making it overall harder to move.

✘Note: The closer the opponent stands from the clones that use Okunote: Saisei Kasai, the more severe the burns on their skin are, as well as the amount of skin burned, which may cause trouble for the opponent later on, but can have some serious effects during the fight as well. As only so much of the skin can get burned before one would die, the opponent should at least be at midrange to avoid the possibility of being burned to death.
✘Note: The technique can be used by all the clones of the user that are able to use the jutsu. If one clone uses the technique, it would cost them 50 CP. If two clones use the jutsu, their total used CPs would be 50+20=70 CP, which would by divided over the two clones 70/2=35CP per clone, etcetera. Same goes for damage points, but they are all directed at the opponent(s). Once there are more opponents who are targeted by the technique the damage points get divided.

Ok, your clone explodes in a fiery mayhem of chakra...ok...so why is this long range? The +40 and the +20 per clone has to go. This can only be used once per battle, by one clone. No more. Also, if this doesn't cause damage to the user it cannot be called a forbidden rank. Forbidden ranks are forbidden because they cause damage to the user in exchange for this absolute power.

Description: In mythologies around the world hellish supernatural dogs occur. Mostly black, with glowing eyes and a ghostly of phantom-like appearance. They are often assigned to guard the entrances to the world of the dead, such as graveyards and burial grounds, or undertake other duties related to the afterlife or the supernatural, such as hunting lost souls. In most legends, seeing a hellhound or hearing it howl may be an omen or even a cause of death. In the Inuzuka clan there appear to be hounds with hellish appearances as well and owners of such dogs have been handing this technique down from generation to generation with such dogs. The dog, or dogs are start spinning at a very high speed towards the opponent, but after a metre or two they will instead of towards the opponent, aim at the ground. Drilling through the ground, they will resume their previous direction, towards the opponent. When they smell they reached the opponent they will emerge from the ground, still in high speed, delivering many powerful hellish beast-like attacks on contact with the opponent. Due to the force of the emergence from the ground, rubble and dust and/or sand will fly around, making it harder to see for the opponent what is going on and by what they are attacked. Due to this fact, survivors of the attack have reported the hounds that attacked them being hellish with glowing eyes and ghost-like appearance.
✘Note: Because the ninken need to drill themselves through the ground, this technique can only be performed two times per battle and only once every 2 turns.
✘Note: The technique can be performed with up to three ninken at once, though it doesn't change the damage of the technique or the technique itself; its just that the 3 ninken do it together with the damage divided between them.

New Cycle


You know the drill. Its opened for a new cycle of 3 techniques per user for one week counting from today or until the new marker is posted. One Cycle = one Week but one Week is not immediately one Cycle. Read the markers to be sure you're not bypassing the rules. Remember that you can only post between markers.

Also, I must remind members to read the rules (check the first post of this thread), read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Tons of techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for example and that is auto decline. And its ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates.
