Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with a huge amount of chakra. Then he swings it and summons a 4-meter-long-vulture with 6-Meter-long-wings. This creature is the Vulture-Shield of every Vulture summoner. Through her lifetime, she tried to master all sort of ninja methods; elements, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu.. even kinjutsu, but all attempts failed. However, through all of the training she proceed through, her resistance to pain and muscle mass were impressively increased, so she decided to become the vulture-shield for others, a way she found herself useful for others and summoners when needed. She earned herself many titles; The dome, the iron boulder and the barrier, all of them were inspired by her specialty; taking hits and completely block the enemy's attacks. She corner the user with her body and armor as it knee inward at him, covering his body from the incoming attacks from most direction, hold against the pain then buff away when the attack is done. She is usually summoned behind the user at short range so that when it bend, she would still be able to see the enemy.
- Can only be summoned once per battle.
- Cannot summon other vultures for three turns.
- Can block up to S rank techniques.

Description: While using "Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater", the user will balance the hurricane below the board and direct it towards the enemy. They then send a series of strong wind gusts that are able to push back thrown weapons and is used to create dust from the contact with the ground. This dust will cover the opponents sight, whilst the user forms the shadow clone handseal, creating a single, identical clone that uses the Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater over a skater that is identical to the user's. The clone then proceeds to advance toward the enemy through the dust to attack him. Unless the opponent is a sensory ninja or a Doujutsu user, they will believe that the clone is the original that is attacking at close range. The clone can mainly use the hurricane skater martial art techniques, however, he could also jump off the skater and act as a regular shadow clone.
-This technique count as a shadow clone technique usage and is treated accordingly to the rules.
- Only one clone can be created through this technique.
- Can only be used three per battle.
- This technique can also be used to take the hit and block up to A rank techniques.

X-Declined-X Defend against A rank techniques of What? It is basically Clone+Distraction+Defense , i wont disregard that. But its alright if you seek to save your moves and play strategically. Just dont go overboard, otherwise you'll be resubmiting it.

Description: Whilst using Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater, the user will get as close to the enemy as possible before dashing from the board. The user first will infuse wind chakra into the edges of the board so that the sides and edges are sharper, by dashing from the board, the user causes it to start spinning with the hurricane underneath it, into a collision course with the opponent. After dashing, the user will simultaneously attack the enemy at the same time as the board, each targeting the enemy from a different side (Right/left or Front/behind), depending on the direction the user came from. The user will channel wind chakra through his straightened fist, making it as strong as a wind nature enhanced kunai only longer and chop the enemy from the opposing direction of the board. (Which will chop the enemy with its sides) The attacks from both sides will cut the enemy into pieces and then the hurricane will separate them from each other, which contains the board caused by Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater which was formed before hand.
-Can only be used twice per battle.

Description:The user will send his chakra behind him and channel it into seven small rocks.The rocks will then start rolling forward,towards the user and whilst doing so the chakra inside them will be adding new layers of earth to them,creating large rock balls.By the time they arrive to the opponent the rock balls will have a 2.5 diameter.While the rocks are moving the user can barely control them,that is why he can't manipulate them fast enough to hit an opponent in short range without harming himself.If the user wishes to hit an opponent in mid in front of him,he will need to start rolling the rocks from long range behind him,while if he wants to hit an opponent in long range in front of him,he will heed to start moving the rocks from mid range behind him.If he starts moving the rocks from long range behind himself and the opponent manages to escape into long range in front of the user,the rocks will grow to massive for the chakra inside them to hold them together and will fall apart before getting to the opponent.

Kilometer? technique is weird honestly. how would earth chakra alone release layers of earth out of nowhere, earth chakra can't do that, earth techniques are mainly used in manipulating the ground, summoning structures, or releasing earth structures out of your body.

~Declined~ still iffy about this, but one thing that i caught right now, if you are rolling the rocks from behind you, wouldn't they hit you when they grow in size? i think you should change it, making the rocks start rolling from in front of you, and edit the necessary changes accordingly in the description.

Causing the denser parts of that solid to shift upwards, switching places with the current surface. Changing the landscape, thus causing the Earth to react naturally. When dense earth for example the core switches with swamp of the under world, everyone would be able to move about freely. While under the surface, the swamp would still be there. For Earth's counter part water comes in contact with this jutsu, the temperature drops dramatically. Causing water to harden into ice, and for storm/hurricane clouds to form around the battle field.

Description and Background: Scorpions are predatory animals within the class Arachnida. They have eight legs and are easily recognized by the pair of grasping claws and the narrow, segmented tail, often carried in a characteristic forward curve over the back, ending with a venomous stinger. Scorpions range in size from 9 mm to the size of Gamabunta. All known scorpion species possess venom and use it primarily to kill or paralyze their prey so that it can be eaten. In general, it is fast-acting, allowing for effective prey capture. It is also used as a defense against predators.

(Hebi Kuchiyose no Jutsu ♦ Tsukisoi) – Snake Summoning Technique ♦ Retinue

Description: Differing from many a summoning, this technique allows the user to summon a host of snakes beneath his epidermis. The host, altogether known as ‘Retinue’, consists of microscopic, skeleton-less snakes with sensitive bellies and smooth, venomous scales. The snakes are constantly moving about under the user’s skin; making for a hideous sight as parts of the host occasionally breaks through the user’s skin. To avoid ‘leaks’ from becoming a problem however, the host uses nerve endings and muscle contractions to receive and send simple commands and signals. Specially bred; the host has no chakra circulatory system, relying on their heat-vision and advanced sense of smell to track enemies and their neurotoxic venom to incapacitate them. While the user is susceptible to the venom, every snake of the host has its belly pointing downwards against the user’s dermis and secretes its venom through its scales and, by extension, through the user’s skin. To avoid the venom remaining on the user’s skin; the host absorbs liquids through their bellies and expels it through their scales, allowing the user to perspire through the snakes and effectively ‘sweat’ the venom away. Naturally, the snakes’ scales reject liquids, thereby making the issue of the user’s skin reabsorbing some of the venom moot. As long as Retinue is summoned; the user will sweat almost four times as much as usual as a response to the sensation and to get the venom off the skin.
-The poison can effectively mix with the user’s sweat and cause tetany (incontrollable muscle contractions) that lasts for an entire turn almost immediately upon contact.

The idea is interesting and has a future but I need you to define what this host is. Is it another snake? And i can't have you being venomous to the touch just like that. The method seems a bit stretched and it somewhat collides with medical poison techniques.

The Kanji is a simplified version of the ‘(Shishienjin) - Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment’ that makes use of its violet flames. It activates when a part of the nest is ‘cut off’ from the summoner’s chakra and simply envelops the snake(s) in the signature purple flames of the Shishienjin. The flames are short-lived, but highly ‘contagious’ by way of physical contact. While the user is susceptible to the flames, every snake of the nest has its belly pointing downwards against the user’s dermis and is only considered ‘cut off’ when it is no longer so, as the snakes can only absorb chakra through their bellies.

The only exception is when a single snake is expelled with a small pulse of chakra as a makeshift, non-ranked ranged attack.

Description: The Ryūgūnotsukai is a genetically modified sub-species of the snake. Having been created with the ascension-process described by Orochimaru and Kabuto Yakushi in mind; the group, commonly referred to as Naga, has evolved to become ‘dragons’ in their own right.
The Naga is a reptilian creature with 2-6 limbs and a humanoid torso merging into a serpent hind section. Myrmidons and Naginis, males and females respectively, are somewhat aquatic in nature, with a large set of lungs in what would be the equivalent of the human chest and a larger, secondary lung posterior to the intestines. The species also has two large hearts – the primary one in the chest and the secondary one posterior to the intestines – that keeps their blood oxygen-rich, allowing them to use their hind section to slither across land at high speed and maneuver perfectly in water. With their thick, smooth scales and large, partially-webbed hands to boot; the Naga are fast at land and even faster at sea.
The Ryūgūnotsukai are part humanoid and part serpent. Their physical appearance varies greatly from Naga to Naga and some have evolved bizarre mutations. The residual energies and chemicals of Orochimaru’s and Kabuto’s experiments are unpredictable and their mutative powers manifest in different ways. Many of these mutations are cosmetic in nature; soft spines running down their backs, or, unique to males; thick tendrils coming out of their chin in resemblance of facial hair. Some mutations, however, are more extensive and a number even appear suitable for combat. In this way; the sub-race has evolved an array of genetic variations and defenses.
Generally, Naga only marginally resemble the snakes they once were. Their reptilian features are warped and twisted. They are powerfully built and the heads of the Myrmidons are reminiscent of dragons. The sub-race averages in a height of 20 feet (6.1 meters), but a minority has shown the ability to reach heights of up to 40 feet (12.2 meters). Both males and females store very little fat in their bodies, having two stomachs and two livers and a very high rate of metabolism.
Due to only having existed in nature for some twenty years, Naga prefer to settle in environments where they can integrate into the food chain with little to no fuss. This means that humans are very unlikely to find the sub-species anywhere near their dwellings. Coupled with their aquatic nature, Naga habitats are usually found in humid, thickly jungled or forested areas with large bodies of water nearby.
Naga society is dominated by Naginis. Myrmidons – stronger (able to lift 3 times their body weight) and tougher than Naginis and capable to withstand a great deal of bodily injury – act as frontline soldiers and guards. They are strong melee combatants and willingly come to grips with the enemy. They are also seen as expendable compared to fertile females, whose standing in society correlates with how many eggs they lay. Female Naga are also physically unsuitable for hard labor, their bodies designed with flexibility and guile in mind instead of brute force. They are tall and slender, with fine scales covering their angular features.
Despite technically still being a part of the Snake Contract, the Ryūgūnotsukai share little kinship with Manda’s faction of reptiles. Their coming into existence through experimentation only fuels the Naga’s arrogance and has led them to become beasts of pride; they consider snakes and other reptiles inferior and often compare themselves to Dragons and Wyverns in terms of strength and power. Through the few years of human contact they’ve had with what would later become their summoners; the Naga have developed a sophisticated written and spoken language of their own, which they, in return for texts and lessons on human linguistics, teach humans they deem worthy.
In practical terms: a Ninja whom has signed the Snake Contract can, through many trials and hardships, establish a connection with the Naga Tribes. With such a bond, the Ninja can learn to summon a multitude of Naga to his aid. Myrmidons and Naginis of all sizes, with up to six arms and a multitude of mutations such as hardened carapaces, spined fists, tentacles, hair consisting of living snakes, razor fins and much more can all be called upon at a time of need. Due to their aquatic nature, Naga, as a variation of the ‘Food Cart Destroyer’ technique, can be summoned in large bodies of water.
Ryūgūnotsukai are fearsome fighters. Nagini use Fūinjutsu with much skill and Myrmidons – though they’re unable to use handseals unlike Nagini – use their own version of Xingyiquan to great ability, being able to receive (at the cost of their death) and deliver attacks of up to A-ranked strength and capable of shattering stone.

Although its magnificently well written and described and I like the summons you describe, I cannot approve this. Approving this would enable a loophole into the 5 custom summons for cannon contracts limit and would allow a loophole into the no mythical animals thing. Its true that manda 2 is a proof that you should be able to do this, its a snake non the less, just genetically altered to be bigger, stronger and with limbs. But its a snake. You have here a completely different set of beings all together. Its a contract on itself, not a summoning animal technique. Unless the head of the RP goes for this, I can't approve it.

Gifted with the Rinnegan Eyes he took control over this creature by infusing black chakra rods into the beast. Sumi has arm like growths with claws, although no other case of Eels have such growths, it is suspected that like most other Rinnegan Summons, the beast had somehow been modified from it's original state into a type of Kymara. Sumi is one of the largest Eels rivaling the size of the Eels summoning boss. Sumi has a number of body piercings, linking its chakra with the user and as such manifests the Rinnegan in his eyes. Description and Background: When perched, this bird appears all black. However, in flight a white rump and flight feathers become visible. It feeds mostly on small rodents and birds and will occasionally take reptiles, catching them while flying low over its hunting grounds. black harriers come in many different sizes ranging from the smallest at about a meter tall and the biggest as big as a small house with a wingspan of approximately 34 feet. these birds originate from the woods around the land of fire. these birds are very territorial and don't tolerate trespassers. it is said that in order to befriend the animal a young shinobi had to stand on the back of the biggest harrier for 5 days straight. after completing the the deal the shinobi and the bird signed a contract so that if in need they would aid each other.

Abilities:
~The gauntlets are unbreakable.
~Due to the spikes on the knuckles and the extremely hard nature of the gauntlets, the user gets +10 to taijutsu using the hands.
~Twice per battle the user can increase the rank of a Futon or Suiton technique by 1.

Resctrictions:
~The user can only increase the rank of a Futon or Suiton jutsu twice per battle(e.g Futon x2 or Suiton x2 or Futon & Sution) and doing so counts to the users moves that turn. To empower the technique the user needs only to raise their hand, either the right or left for Suiton and Futon respectively.
~Whenever the ability of the gauntlets is used the gauntlets get covered in swirling patterns that glow a bright gold.
~Can only be used by xHoudinii unless given permission. If one tries to do so without permission the gauntlets will shrink and crush their hands and forearms, making them unusable.

However the main purpose of this tech is that it can „grab” the opponent or it’s body parts like arm, leg, head and twist it with great force, breaking/dislocating it and rendering it useless. The tech can only be used on body parts that are „pointing” toward him, like when the opponent is punching or kicking or just pointing at the user. Otherwise it would only make the cuts. Same goes for the head too. The maximum size of the tech is 3 meters in diameter, but can freely change it while it's smaller that that.

While in lightning form, the user can't see or hear anything, but can sense chakra up to mid range. When using this technique the user can pass through incoming attacks like a sword swing, stone spikes, etc. If an A-rank earth tech is used against the user, the technique gets destroyed, but the user returns into his original form. If the opponent gets in direct contract with the technique, he gets shocked and slows down with half of his speed.

Description: Tedzumari is a special made tag which can either be prepared in battle-sitaution by charging the tag with chakra, or have been pre-prepared before battle. The tag is used to be applied ontop of another Fuin/Juinjutsu. Having placed the tag onto a sealing technique, which does not have to be done physically by the user himself, it can be transfered via a medium, such as being attatched to a kunai. It will upon the seal that Tedzumari was applied to automatically activate as the sealing tries to, and forcefully create a barrier around it, creating sort of a capsule which will contain the energy, expelled from the seal, and disallowing anything from entering the seal as wel - Despite its nature. This could be used for disabling other sealing techniques such as the Five elemental sealing method. More tags can however be placed onto the same seal, and will work in conjuction to supress the power of said seal. If pre-prepared the user is not restricted from using the technique, despite being unable to use A-ranked techniques.
~ If the tags are used in conjuction they only count as one move, however seperated they each take up a move.
~ The user must post if pre-prepared in the start of the battle, unless it's stated in his biography

The hair is closely linked to the user's senses, thus allowing him to detect any movement underground and above(Obviously, aslong as it touches the hair.). The heavy amount of hair can however also be used as a source for future Tsubaki no Hayashita Sennin techniques, keeping the traits of Cottage Garden.

Description: *Broad Kick originally started off a simple taijutsu attack; the user would dash towards the opponent, jump and deliver a kick to the opponents chest/face thus sending them backwards. Now in the improved version the user would channel earth chakra into their kicking foot, and upon the contact with the opponent the user will cause the a pillar of earth to 'shoot' from his foot, the pillar would send the opponent flying into mid range. Then user can even choose to add some basic shape manipulation to the pillar.

-The earth would be connected to the users foot, but through a simple chakra burst the user can seperate his foot from the earth.

At the same moment the terrapin rolls to either of his side, which allows him to cover short distances quickly even in air because of chakra geyser which acts like rocket propulsion. Description: This technique is usable by small sized Terrapins. This technique is mostly used to protect themself from harm. When the terrapin see an incoming attack like fire stream etc heading towards him, he pulls his limbs and head inwards and faces his backshell towards the attack in order to save himself, as shells are usually strongest part of a terrapin's body which might protect him from the attack (depending on terrapin shell's strength). And in order to protect himself from falling on ground (as no balance would be there b'coz legs are also pulled inwards) he releases very small packets of chakra from every spore of his body, which helps him to levitate at his own place. He can however move in air but with extremely slow speed and not beyond short range.

Note: -This technique, like excretion of chakra, does not provide any additional strength to the shell. For example, if a terrapin's shell is immune to D-rank attacks then using this technique the terrapin can block upto D-rank attacks with perfect orientation.
-Can only be used by but all Terrapins or any other specie of it, who have small size.

~Declined~ when you send the domes at your opponent and they are around you, surely you will get pushed towards your opponent along with the dome, specially when it has a solid structure, this needs a lot of rewording.

Description: The user focuses lightning chakra throughout his entire body and then channels it within his arms, The user then holds his hands straight outwards ao his sides and brings them around in circular anti-clockwise formation, as the user brings his arms around in a 90 degree angle, he drops his right hand down and lifts his left hand up, he then slams his wrists together while holding his hands open so that his palms face the target, as his wrists connect, the user releases his gathered lightning chakra all at once, and creates a bright beam of piercing lightning, this beam of lightning shall destroy anything within its path.

Note - Only usable by Deidara
- Explosive mode lasts for 5 turns in succession
- When the user activates explosive mode, he can only mold blast clay figures up to C3 level
- No clay techniques can be used for 3 turns after Explosive mode

~Declined~ How would you do that? you can't passively produce clay by consuming it, because it has nothing to do with Blast chakra, it's simply infused within them, allowing it to be used as a medium for explosions to occur through.

Description: The jutsu starts with the user releasing 12 rattle snakes from his body towards the opponent. These snakes all surround the opponent in a mid range (or lower) distance from all sides. Then, the snakes start their rattling- hissing and buzzing- made by the rattles at the tip of their tail which releases a strange sound vibration. The opponent(s) trapped in between the snakes suffer the maximum damage. The effects of this genjutsu take over 3 turns. This genjutsu inducing sound vibrations cause the opponent(s) to slow down considerably as he feels extreme sweating and in next turn, freeze in place as he starts hallucinating mildly. His vision will start to blur. He will feel uneasy as his heartbeat will increase. He'd find it difficult to move his muscle. His involuntary movements will stop.
In the third turn, all his 5 senses will fool him, making him see, hear, smell, feel and taste things which are not present.

This will decrease the loss of energy that leaks out and the user can use the same energy to boost up his other techniques.

The two surviving species of camel are the dromedary, or one-humped camel, which is native to the Middle East and the Horn of Africa; and the Bactrian, or two-humped camel, which inhabits Central Asia. Description and Background:This animals are found in Sunagakure, and Iwagakure. The generic camel being found in Sunagakure and the Llama and the Alpaca being found in Iwagakure. These animals stand at about 6 ft 1 in at the shoulder and 7 ft 1 in at the hump. Within the hump there is a large amount of water that can be kept for long periods of time, this is also because of the Camel's abnormal red blood cells, which are oval rather then circular. This is beneficial to Camels in the desert of Sunagakure and the mountains of Iwagakure. Using the water in their hump, they can use large scale water jutsu. Although the Camels are very large, they can run at a speed of 40 mph in short bursts and sustain speeds of up to 25 mph for longer periods. With the fat in the humps of the Camel, they can survive in warmer climates.
