Description and Background:
Cuttlefish belong to the same class as squids, and octopi, but are extremlely different and should not be considered the same. Cuttlefish have 8 arms and two tentacles, covered in suckers. They have odd, W shaped eyes.Their bodies are soft, except for their small beak and the cuttlebone, a hollow bone that helps with buoyancy. Cuttlefish are very intelligent, and are said to be smarter than monkeys.

Cuttlefish have 3 hearts, green blood, and are instantly able to change their coloring, which is one of their defensive tactics. Other defensive tactics are that they can change the texture of their skin, squirt ink, jet away from predators, and hide within very small areas. It is known as the smartest of all invertebrate and is able to see backwards. Also, not only do they reflect colors, they are able to merge almost completely with the seafloor.

They have a fin all the way around their body instead of tail fins, which help them to move very quickly. These animals are stealthy, and can help in escapes, but can also serve as a good defensive or offensive summon, serving many purposes.

Animal is ok but you need to add a few lines explaining how will they be summoned on dry land...how can this work in Narutoverse? You need to take into account your summoning a sea creature into dry land and you need to, in your contract submission, explain to us how it will survive in the normal enviroment.

Katon:Shakunetsu-chō - Fire Release:Burning birds

Description: The user gathers up chakra and converts it into katon. The user then blows out a large ball of fire and divides into 6 smaller balls. The 6 balls of fire are then shaped into birds that can change their flames from blue to red-orange. The flame birds then fly towards the opponent in different directions and bombard the opponent, bursting on impact.

-Can only be used 3x
-The birds turn blue when not attacking, then turn to red-orange when about to attack

~Declined~ Similar techniques exist, normally the color of flames is orange/red, it's not blue, and we don't allow Fire color variations anymore, the only blue colored flames are the Second Tailed Jinchuuriki Yugito Nii.

Katon:Nenshō Fenikkusu Kuresuto - Fire Release:Burning Phoeix Crest

Description: The user gathers chakra and transfers it through their hair causing the hair to temporary grow really long. The user then converts the chakra flowing through the hair into katon chakra, causing their hair to ignite in flames. The user then begins to whip their flame hair back and forth towards the opponent. The user can also manipulate their flame hair and wrap it around the opponent causing serious damage.

~Declined~ Growing hair is an ability exclusive to Jiraiya and Fuguki, the Samehada wielder before Kisame, not to mention this technique is unrealistic, don't resubmit.

Description: The user gathers their chakra and converts it into Katon chakra. The user then creates a large ball of fire and shapes it into a fist. The user can manipulate the fist to attack at the opponent and repel projectiles. The fist can punch,uppercut, and slam down on the opponent. The user can also launch the fist at the opponent for a one time attack.
Note:
-Can only be used by Kage Phoenix
-Can only be used 2x
-Cannot perform Katon ninjutsu for 2 turns
-With the cost of 10 chakra, the user can create another fire fist
-Only can have 1 to 2 fire fists up
-If two fist are up and one gets destroyed or launched, then you can't create another fist until the other fist is destroyed or launched and also must wait 2 turns.

Inuzuka's Songu Aisu ken Kasai| Inuzuka's Song of Ice and Fire

Description:
This ancient whistle was long brought down through the Inuzuka Clan and only known to those whom proven their worth. Due to recent changes within the clan, only those who are clan heads and advisers are allowed to use this technique. The whistle these Inuzuka shinobi use trigger a response with their ninkens brains This dormant trigger overflows the ninkens body with an incredible amount of adrenaline that spreads through the body nearly instantaneously. The overflow of adrenaline triggers two different responses depending on which whistle is executed. The Inuzuka shinobi named each response Ice and Fire based on how the ninken would react and the changes in their appearance. Below the differences between the two are listed with restrictions of there use.

氷 Ice
This whistle is done at a high pitch - triggering the brain to increase adrenaline to muscles within the legs highly advancing them beyond the norm. In a typical functional ninkens body, their very fast due to use of four legs and natural speed but once their body is forced with adrenaline by use of the Ice whistle their speed increases to the point of blur. The ninken will be able to move at speed that 2 tome and below sharingan are unable to track. Reaction time is also enhanced while in this form. While in this advanced form, the fur and eyes of the ninken become an icy blue and white that covers their entire body.

災 Fire
This whistle is done at a more low pitch - triggering the brain to increase adrenaline within the entire body highly advancing them beyond the norm. Generally, the strongest part of the ninken would be the bite due to their natural selection and evolution but once their body is force with the adrenaline from the Fire whistle their strength all over goes greatly beyond of what is normal. The ninken bite alone is enough to sever any body part off with ease, their overall strength in terms of take downs are equivalent to being hit directly with a landslide. Their strength increases Inuzuka techniques that require a ninken by +15. The fur and eyes of the ninken grow a deep fiery red as if they've entered a rage.

Note: Usable once per battle (either Ice or Fire, just one)
Note: Effects only one ninken at a time
Note: Lasts 3 turns
Note: Once ended the ninken is out of commission for 1 turn
Note: +15 to Inuzuka techniques only lasts during the Fire phase
Note: Unable to use Inuzuka Techniques for 1 turn after it has ended

Description: A shadow technique invented by Flash07, where the user concentrates his shadow chakra to his shadow and materializes it which gives it steel like strength. Then the user extends his shadows, (he can divide it into 3 in the start) where it digs through the earth and travels towards the opponent. The shadows travels 5 inches underground but it makes no noise or any disturbances so the opponent is unaware of it. When the shadow comes out of the other end, it divides into 5 spikes each and then jags the opponent and holds him in place. Not reasonable for me at all. You dig your shadows into the earth without your opponent knowing? That's literally impossible considering the power of this move and how long it reaches.
It would definitely create sound and disturbances in the ground when it happens and you never stated how large or wide it would be as well.
Also, add a usage limit.

~Declined~ you can't write "the opponent is unaware of it", also shadow doesn't materialize, you manipulate the shadow that's already there, when it digs through the earth it surely will make a sound noticeable by the opponent, and i find the spikes part similar to the Shadow Sewing technique, don't resubmit.




(Ninjutsu: Yurusa rezaru mono) Ninja Arts: The Unforgiven

Damage: Same as the technique used by opponent.
Description: This jutsu is more like a summoning jutsu. The user performs quick 3 handseals and slams his hand on the ground to create 5 poles of metal that erupt from the ground. These metals will redirect any listening jutsu used against the user through the poles. The metallic poles are insulated underground. The ends of these poles come out from behind the opponent. Hence any lightening jutsu that the opponent uses against the user can be redirected back to the opponent or somewhere else.
Note:
-Can only be used twice.
-Cannot protect from sky based lightening attack.
-Protects from S-Ranked Lightening.
-Can only be taught by Flash07

~Declined~ First, this is weapon ninjutsu, weapons generally can't be summoned anywhere, they are summoned through scrolls "ninjutsu/fuuinjutsu", so in order for you to summon a weapon you have to have fuuinjutsu, that's not all, like i said it isn't summoned this way, it's summoned through a scroll, like all of the weapon ninjutsu we have as cannon, you can't mention that any lightning technique will be redirected, depends on the lightning technique, a Chidori will cut through the steel, because it's a concentrated technique, a chidori nagashi will stop the advance of the pillars, a B-rank is capable of destroying the pillars since it's raw chakra.

Description: The user weaves a single handseal and traps his opponent in a genjutsu. In the genjutsu, the opponent sees the user forming quick three handseal (including the first one which he actually sees) and then the user slams his hands on the ground. Once done, the user raises the ground under him and his opponent (more like pillars) to hundreds of meter above the ground. The opponent also feels the temperature, atmosphere etc. to be changed that suits the high altitude. The ground is raised at a very high speed leaving little to no time for the opponent to react. The ground raised by the user is in a peculiar manner. The opponent has only 1 meter radius earth under his feet. So this means that the opponent is restricted to a fixed place. While the user has an earth surface that surrounds the opponent in a semicircle leaving a gap/hole between them. So this means the user can move around in a semicircle around the opponent maintaining the same distance. To make it clear, it looks like the opponent is stranded on an island of 1 meter radius at a high altitude. If the opponent comes out of the circle/if he uses any unfocussed lightening attack (might break the weak pillar), there might be a possibility of him falling in the gap.

Note: Can only be used twice in a match.

Steel Release: Liquid Steel Membrane ( Koutetsu Kaihou- Rikkido Koutetsu Maku)

Description: An advanced and new form of the Steel Kekki Genkai. By combining their water chakra into their steel chakra, the user is able to create a liquid steel. The liquid protrudes from the openings in the users pores enabling them to use the liquid quickly and easily. With that, the user can encase their entire body in a 2inch case of liquid steel. With there being no gaps, the user is protected from most of the elements, and thanks to its texture, most taijutsu & physical attacks only serve to knock back the user, dealing little to no physical pain at all. Because of the density of the liquid, the users movement is slowed.

Note: Since it is Steel AND Water, lightning element jutsu do double the damage it normally would.
Note:Immune to A-Rank and lower Taijutsu.
Note: Immune to Water jutsu within reason.

~Declined~ That's not how Liquid Steel is formed, it's done by heating the steel using Fire chakra to a certain degree until it melts, infusing water chakra with steel does absolutely nothing, also this kind of technique won't be approved, you can't incase your entire body in liquid steel without dying, because of how heated it would be, i'm not going to allow immunity to any kind of Ninjutsu or Taijutsu either.

Steel Release: Steel Cable Whip ( Koutetsu Kaihou- Koutetsu Sakoujou Hoippu)

Description: The user launches out a single thick steel cable from both wrists each. The cables can extend for several feet. The user can use these cables to lash at the enemy, causing blunt damage. Note: Lasts for 2 turns once used.

~Approved~ Just for reference, you wouldn't be able to escape large scaled techniques fast enough using this CJ and you'd always need something to maneuver yourself with like a tree branch or a large ledge, added a minor note, and replaced "bone breaking damage" with "blunt Damage" a C-rank technique wouldn't cause bone breaking damage, if hit the appropriate place it can knock out the opponent, otherwise it will just knock them away.

Steel Release: Stainless Steel Armor ( Koutetsu Kaihou- Sutenresu Koutetsu Yoroi )

Description: The user does the Dog and Ram handseals, then channels an massive amount of Steel chakra. By doing so, they make their skin all over their body transform into a silver, steel-like armor, pushing their body's defensive capability to its utmost limits. It is said to be one of the known "Ultimate Defenses" Alongside the Hyuuga's Rotation, and Gaara's Sand. Most attacks that are directed at the user are rendered useless, the user's Taijutsu and defensive power are increased dramatically to the point that the user themselves can break through any form of rock effortlessly, and can even break through steel itself.

Note: Immune to Earth & Water based Jutsu within reason. Immune to all lower ranked Taijutsu within reason.
Note: Can only use C-Rank and below Steel Jutsu while jutsu is active.

~Declined~ Like i said i'm not granting immunity to any ninjutsu or taijutsu, and this is a rip off of the Earth Spear Technique that turns your skin into a steel-like quality, only a bigger degree, so it won't be approved.

Description: The user offers a sacrifice of blood and then stretches their arm at full length to summon the teacher of the Leopon, The Doctor, Myo. Myo is the most intelligent of all the Leopons, hence why he is instated the role of the sensei. He is part of the TriGuardian (Consists of 3 of the toughest Leopons) which serve to protect the King. Myo mane is made out of strong hair in a black and white swirl. The swirl of hair signify his life force and determination. Myo although strong physically, his true strength is in mind tricks, also known as genjutsu. Myo has some Leopon Art techniques that is unique to Myo himself.

The Thickness of the Earth while peeling is 3 inches but increases rapidly in-size as at rolls. If the target get's caught in the earth his body will be squashed and trapped within the earth carpet.

~Declined~ Not bad, i like the idea, though 20 meters isn't a Mid range, it's a long range, so either decrease the width it covers, or increase the range of the technique, also how far can it roll up to? you say it covers 20 meters in width, but how far can it reach in front of it? does it roll sideways, or forwards?

Description: The user will weave 5 handseals and place their palms forward creating a summoning seal. Next, a hole large whole in the air in front of the seal will open. Then, 500 normal sized cardinals will race out of the large opening and into the skies hovering over the entire battlefield. All of cardinals bear the kanji that explosive tags do on their back. After a set amount of time, the cardinals will begin to descend upon a single target one by one. On impact, the cardinals cause an explosion no different from a normal explosive tag explosion. Once they start to descend upon the set target it cannot be changed until all 500 have descended upon the target. This technique is very exhausting and even deadlier. This is a last resort technique.

Note: The birds all descend on the opponent in rapid succession with a 1 second period between each cardinals descent.
Note: Once the cardinals are summoned you cannot stop the move until it is finished.
Note: The cardinals follow the targets chakra. This means that they hardly miss when they have a target.
Note: If a target is lost or not found, the cardinals will strike the ground at random potentially injuring both sides.

~Declined~ 500 is a bit too much, i was thinking more like 100 is enough, also i don't like having them descend one by one, have them all descend at the same time, remove the colored, following chakra is sensing, and i'm not allowing sensing anymore, the description is still a bit vague, and do you have fuuinjutsu? if you don't then you can't have the kanji seal on their back, you can only have an explosive tag on each of them, mention where it attacks the opponent from.

Raiton: Burikka no Jutsu| Lightning Release: Flicker Technique

Description: A technique where the user does a small sequence of 2 hand seals and release raiton chakra to make himself flicker like a pulsating light rapidly turning on/off/on/off repeatedly. Others will literally see the user appear and disappear as he flickers and their eyes will find it very difficult to follow the user.If they focus their eyes to see the user,their eyes could suffer making it harder for them to concentrate their eyes on the user.A more pronounced eye damage from the bright flickering is temporary blindness which lasts for a few seconds,if not careful. The result is a confused opponent having difficulty tracking and following the user's movements, his position or his actions.This technique is very effective when used in conjunction with Taijutsu.This technique does not work against Doujutsu.

But the volume of your hair is directly related to the water volume you can absorb. So more water, more volume. Add that somewhere. ~Declined~ Inserting chakra inside the opponent by punching, or physical contact overall is an ability of Jyuuken, and fire streams have to be released from the mouth, because you have to constantly reinforce the fire with air and chakra, that's why it's called a "stream" it's a continuous blast of chakra, instead you can just make it a normal dragon shaped blast, although it's been made before, you need to define the size of the dragon, and choose either method, because both aren't going to be allowed, and for me the first one is not going to be approved.

Description: The user places a small metal instrument previously charged with a large amount of Raiton chakra somewhere on the battlefield. The user then makes two hand seals and releases a bolt of lightning from their dominant hand directly at the small metal instrument. Upon releasing this bolt of lightning, the previously placed instrument also releases an identical bolt of lightning, which travels directly towards the bolt of lightning released towards the user's hand. Upon meeting in the middle, the two bolts merge and stay in place for a split-second before fading into nothing (similarly to how real lightning does). This destroys the small metal instrument. Although the user may have multiple instruments on the battlefield at once, they are only able to draw/shoot lighting from one instrument per use of this jutsu.

~Declined~ What is this exactly? what do you want from it? why does it have a damage info when i don't see any sign of attacking in the description, all i see is a metal instrument that shoots a bolt and you shoot another towards it, both canceling out each other, seems like a pointless technique to me o_o

Description:
The user will use this jutsu in order to absorb a fire jutsu of any rank except forbidden rank. When the fire jutsu is closing in on the user he will suck the jutsu into his body, suppressing it in his chest. The user will have to suppress the jutsu so that it does not cause him any major internal damage this will finish as soon as the jutsu has been fully absorbed. Once the user has completely absorbed the fire jutsu into his body he will release it again through his mouth in the form of a massive fireball, one rank lower than the original jutsu. When the jutsu is absorbed it is suppressed in the chest surrounding the lungs, the heat will wear out the users lungs, which will make it hard for him to breathe, so in turn he will not be able to use any wind or fire jutsus that involve the chest, lungs or releasing through the mouth for one turn.

Notes:
~All fire jutsu can be absorbed by this jutsu except forbidden rank
~No fire jutsu or wind jutsu can be used for one turn

The user could also use this technique without making the needles appear which would cause the shield to protect the user and be used by the user as a Trampoline allowing him to flee as it protect him.

I said i won't allow 360 degrees defenses, when you say "any angle" that means any angle whether it's around you or not, so i'm gonna make it easier for you, make it able to form in front of you, or to either of your sides, or behind you, not below you, so if you made it somewhere like to your right it counts as a usage of the technique, then if you made it to your left it will count as another usage of the technique, saying "large" doesn't specify the size of the wall of fabrics, remove that trampoline thing, remove extending up to Mid range, if the needles don't form the shape of that defensive wall how would it be performed exactly? it doesn't magically appear.

360 Shuv would make the a hurricane that surrounds the user and nearby people pushing anything in one meter away from the user away and violently cut them.
Heel flip would cause a hurricane horizontal hurricane that looks like a tube surrounding the user which violently cut and push away anything that comes in contact from the sizes or front and back even if they were in mid or short range from the user's body.

Then it will travel along the entire battlefield in every angle, slowly getting weaker as its range gets wider. The pulse will never stop and keep continuing spreading unless destroyed. However if an opponent is hit by the pulse, they will be dragged along with the wave as it spreads out.
