Description: This Jutsu can only be done on a Large Water Source. The user will do 5handseals. Once done the sky will become dark and become the area will become VERY windy. about 3 seconds later. A huge tornado will touchdown on the water source. The Tornado is Sharp enough to To cut through Boulders (Just to give a visual of how big, fast, and sharp the tornado is) Once it touch down on the water .. All the water will start to form around the tornado. Making the Tornado Coat In Water, Pretty much giving the water sharp wind properties .. The Tornado winds are 80MPH making it REAL REAL SHARP. Due to the tornado landing on water. It naturally becomes weaker. The user will do then tiger handseal, and channel more of their chakra into the tornado. Helping it from not weakening as it comes on land.. as The user Direct the Tornado towards the opponent. The Tornado travels about 50Mph. This jutsu is about the Same Size as Mountain Sandwhich. And As Thick as it.. The User Is also in Risk of getting Caught in flying objects that may be laying around. This Tornado is not Very windy. So the user and the opponent dont have to worry about getting blown away. Xd . Making It Similar in aspects of a Category Five Hurricane. Hence the name.

Due To Large Scale Of jutsu. This jutsu takes of 2 of the 3 jutsu slots

This jutsu uses up alot of Chakra. Causing the user to Exhaust himself Having him not able to stand that whole move

User Cant Use Wind Or Water Above B rank for the next 2 turns

Must form Over a Large Water Source

Can only be used Once

Description and Background:
The Kagu or Cagou (Rhynochetos jubatus) is a
crested, long-legged, and bluish-grey bird endemic to
the dense mountain forests of New Caledonia. It is
the only surviving member of the genus Rhynochetos
and the family Rhynochetidae, although a second
species has been described from the fossil record.
Measuring 55 cm (22 in) in length, it has pale grey
plumage and bright red legs. Its 'nasal corns' are a
unique feature not shared with any other bird. Almost
flightless, it a spends its time on or near the ground,
where it hunts its invertebrate prey, and builds a nest
of sticks on the forest floor. Both parents share

The hilt is a straight bar with a light blue jem on each. The handle has finger grooves so it fits the hand better The user of this sword can channel there wind chakra into the sword. Then they release it from the tip of the sword in the form of a wind arrow that is equivalent to an A rank wind jutsu.

Description:The user performs the Rat,Boar,dragon and ram handseals and release several bullets (limit 8). After the bullets are release the user then claps their hands together while focusing their chakra turning the bullets into spiralling Disk like blades. These blades travel at the speed of common water projectile techniques and are very sharp . They can cut through C rank and lower Earth. The blades are so sharp that they are able to carve lines through the ground below.

Description: This Legendary Katana is 140 centimeters long and the grip is 10 centimeters long itself, while the blade of the katana is 130 centimeters. The blade is made of a special metal from the land of iron, making it incredible durable and can resist incredible power. The handle is embedded in dark green silk and the name of the blade is inscribed into the blade itself in golden letters. Besides this, the blade itself has an incredible thin layer of Emerald surrounding it, giving it a special green color and making it almost indestructible, and when chakra is embedded into it, it gives the blade a faint green light coming from it. The blade is capable of controlling the wind surrounding the user and extends the blade by using the wind to create an "invisible" blade that is 20 centimeters long on the edge of the blade. Besides the blade being able to manipulate the wind surrounding the wielder, its true ability is to give the wielder perfect control over the weight of the sword, so when slashing at a person the wielder can make the sword lighter so it gains speed and in the last moment the wielder will be able to make it gain a massive amount of weight giving it massive momentum which will also make the sword powerful enough to cut through armor and break weapons in half.

- All abilities of the sword counts towards the move count & does not require hand seals
- To wield the abilities of the sword, the wielder must have it in hand
- The sword can only be wielded by Gutsy Jiraiya, if anyone else tries to do so, the sword will send a surge of chakra through the hands of the enemy and break all their bones in their arms

Description: The boots stolen from the god Hermes, Messenger of Olympus. By putting these boots on, the users base speed comes to that equal of the speed of rock lee without weights. Once these boots are activated, they are active for the rest off the battle. When the boots are activated, they allow the user to run as fast as the speed stated above for 3 turns and have a 2 turn cool down period were the user will turn back into normal speed. After the cool down period is done, the speed of the user will pick back up again until the next cool down period.

The user will then clap those hand's together which causes a snap freeze around his location encasing any living organism in a frost prison of very high durability immobolizing them for around 1-2 minutes before it begins to melt, The reason the ice melts is due to the incredible coldness of the chakra used to sustain it, Meaning the technique can only be self sufficient for that amount of time, But if the user makes contact with the ice prison he can create a link maintaining the prison for up to ten minutes.

I've made the fire version of this jutsu, and have given rexii permission to make an ice variant as seen above. I'm making a lightning and wind version due loving fairy tail.



(Raiton: kensei no doragon ) - Lightning Release: Power of the Dragon

Description: This technique is specialised for those who have great control over their lightning chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their lightning chakra around a part of their body covering them in lightning. This is a non focussed charge like nagashi but only on parts of the body, not the entire body. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this lightning created be the user, it will great a burst of lightning on impact from the user, creating some static bolts that shock and burn what hit his.

Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time

The Hunger Queen[THQ] has the ability to disperse into millions of [pinky] finger sized maggots[Form 2], and feed on plants, crops, and living organisms while spreading a microbial infection known as Myiasis. While in Form 1 THQ is able to travel underground undetected, while carrying people in her mouth, due to her specialization in the Earth Element she remains unharmed against Earth based attacks.

Note: The Hunger Queen cannot actually perform any jutsu.
Note: THQ remains on the field for 5 turns.
Note: THQ is summoned when the user draws their own blood and performs seven handseals.
Note: THQ can only be summoned once per battle and the user cannot have other summons on the field at the same time as The Hunger Queen.
Note: THQ is summoned in form 1, then she's able to disperse herself into form 2
Note: In the Narutoverse the infection THQ spreads [only in Form 2] causes the opponents to become dizzy, disoriented, and slows down their motor functions. The User remains unaffected, due to THQ recognizing the users chakra.

Description: This gloves were passed down from master to pupil for many generations , it's true origins are unknown . All that is known about it is that the gloves are fitted with a unique gem that intensifies the purity and density of chakra that is channeled into it , the chakra is then stored within the crystal and can be used to power up techniques which requires the use of hands . Another way of utilizing the chakra stored within the gem is to use it for propulsion by releasing a burst of the condensed chakra through the palm , allowing for extreme mobility and maneuverability .

- The gloves requires huge amounts of chakra which drains the user's stamina fairly quickly ( Only when the gem on it is put to use )
- Propulsion can only be used 5 times
- Can only be used by Rokusho..
~Declined~ The propulsion note is a bit vague. Elaborate on it, in which way you can maneuver, and how fast you can move. Also, decrease the number of times you can be propelled. 5 is too much. Lastly, how long do these gloves last?

The user controlling a puppet will charge towards the target. When they are close, the user will wrap the puppet around the target's arms and legs, while segregating it's parts so that it has a much easier time doing so. This technique wraps the chakra strings around the target, while using the puppet as a medium to strengthen the hold.
Notes:
• Can only be used three times a match.
• Can only be in control of no more than two puppets to use.

~Approved~ I made it close range only, so you and your puppet need to really be next to your opponent for this to work out.

Description and Background:
Whales are Aquatic mamals (air breathing, live birth giving creatures that live in the water). Whales take many shapes and sizes, but generally are very massive but docile creatures. They are the largest mamals on Earth and spend their entire lives in the water. Do to their size and weight if a whale is brought up on dry land, it can be crushed by it's own weight. Their massive fins are perfect for unleashing devastating water attacks on oponents (which makes them good choices for those lacking water release). Their sheer bulk allows them to outpower most oponents, but naturally they do not seek to fight. Young whales are often the size of cars while adults can reach 100 ft in leangth for some species and way several tons. Because they are mammals and have lounges, they must surface for air occasionally. They normally are only summoned to vast aquatic environments, but can be summoned onto dry land for a short time to be dropped on opponents, or be used as shields. The summoner can hide inside of the whale's body (if large enough of a whale) and hide underwater while depending on the oxygen in the whale. Most whales have a natural affinity to water and some can generate water which allows them to travel on land for short ammounts of time.

The Titan Mase is a weapon based on a meteor hammer (Ball and chain), with the main alteration that it possesses no chain. The structure of the weapon is a 40 lb solid Iron sphere with two hilts (one connected through magnetism and the other seperate). The Hilts are actually powerful magnets that can have their polarity altered by altering the grip or position of the hilts. One hilt (held in the user's non-dominent hand) controls distance. The base position of the sphere is connected to the hilt. Depending on how how much chakra is put into the hilt (through grip) the distance between the user and the ball varies (up to a radius of 60 ft). The other hilt determines the direction the ball travels. The ball will always go wherever the hilt points and will follow it in real time. The speed and distance the hilt travels determines the speed and distance the ball moves (I.E. faster hand motions in a larger arc makes for a more devestating blow)

-If either hilt is dropped, the ball returns to the rest position on the distance hilt.
-When the ball is attached to the distance hilt, it is not effected by the directional hilt.
-Distance is proportional to chakra where 1 point of chakra= 1 foot up to a maximum of 60 points for 60 ft
-Only Bio's that were born and are loyal to Amegakure can use
-Can only be used for 5 turns

Description: The user will raise a mist from a water source sharpening the water droplets while forming it into an dense copy of the user (maximum of 2). This copy is controlled by the user and can not perform anyjutsu's as it has no physical state. Upon contact with an opponent or object the copy will disperce but still retain its shapened water droplet structure while also still being able to be controlled by the user to surround an opponent or object.
Notes:
~ The copy can make no form of damage to an oppoent when they come into contact.
~ The copy can not perform any jutsu's.
~ Must have learnt "Light Reflection Mist" to use this.

~ Declined, making clones with mist is an existing technique. ~

(Im adding this little note in case you think i'm just making a useless CJ, but it is actually a very useful CJ for me.)

Description: After a short sequence of 2 hand seals the user creates vacuum somewhere around him and collects wind from the environment with it. Then using this wind, he creates a giant tiger-like beast, which is as tall as a human and about 2 times longer and can travel up to long range. The body of the beast is made up from different spinning winds. They are differing in speed, size and direction. The beast can attack in 2 different manners. It can disperse his body and strike the target with a strong blast of wind capable of blowing away the opponent. In this wind the beast recollects his body and using it’s claws makes deep cuts too. When the beast attacks in it’s full form, instead of simply cutting, it shreads the target. The beast can absorb earth, water or fire, if it is collected from the environment or other lower ranked jutsus.

- using attacks in both forms counts as 1 of the 3 moves
- absorbing elements/jutsus doesn’t count toward the 3 moves
- if the beast absorbs other elements, it lasts 1 turn less

Description: Archenemy created long ago possibly by the one who made the legendary Seven Swordsmen of the Mist’s swords. Archenemy is as long as the longest katanas and as light as a short sword. It has the ability to store the user’s water chakra for a long time and allow him to use it later. This chakra is extremely compressed and the maximum amount is enough to create a bigger lake. Because of this anyone who wants to hold Archenemy feels like he have to hold a lake in his hands, making it impossible to use the sword. Archenemy also has the ability to create A-ranked water waves and release A-ranked water needles, if the user swings it in an arc. It is also releases a small amount of water if the opponent blocks or hits the sword. Making the enemies clothes wet makes them more vulnerable to lightning based attacks. Archenemy can hold other chakra natures too, but for only 1 attack. The special attacks can be used in conjunction with lightning and wind chakras, making them even stronger. A charged Archenemy can be used as a base of a water jutsu, allowing the user to use water jutsus without a water source.
- 3 B-ranked water jutsu use up most of the sword’s water source
- 2 A-ranked water jutsu use up most of the sword’s water source
- 1 S-ranked water jutsu use up most of the sword’s water source
- using the A-ranked attacks counts as 1 of the 3 moves

I don't see why I can't collect things. This is a wind jutsu and every wind jutsu is capable of doing that. If I create a tornado on a lake, that will collect water, if I blow out a blast of wind in a desert, that will collect sand, if I spew a little fire ball into a wind vortex that turns it into fire... it is the same. if a wind tech gets enough from these elements, these will give the jutsu that boost...

also there are already jutsus that clearly states they are collecting stuffs. ->
