Description: The user will do the Ram sign and either channel their senchakra into an already existing rain source or use their chakra to make it start raining. The rain will be infused with natural chakra and the rain will span over to long range covering the entire terrain. The user has the rain hit their body and has their body absorbs the natural chakra. The user can use this to enter Sage Mode directly after 1 turn of getting hit by enough rain. If the user is already in Sage Mode when the use this jutsu they can use the rain to prolong Sage Mode. The prolonged Sage Mode will stay until the rain is either defeated or cancel by the user. When the rain stops so does the prolonged Sage Mode. Due to the senchakra powered clouds it would take a high level wind jutsu (S rank) to blow away the clouds away.

(Pawāringu) Power Ring

Description: This Power Ring is worn by the user and glows different colors depending on the users emotion when activated. Green - Will, Indigo - Compassion, Red - Rage, Blue - Hope, Star Sapphire - Love, Yellow - Fear, Orange - Greed, while there is also two strong modes with Black - Death and White - Life. The user can switch between with each Corps/Emotion containing different abilities. To switch to a new emotion the ring deactivates and takes 1 turn completely to switch to a new emotion. Even though each emotion gives the user different abilities each emotion have some shared abilities.

Shared Abilities - By channeling their chakra into the ring, it glows the color it is on and can be used to create weapons like hammers, swords, kunai, and shields made up of pure chakra that stay connected to the ring by a chakra chain. Weapons created by the ring cause A rank damage. When creating a shield the shield can block up to B rank elemental jutsus (within reasonable size) and ninja tools. If the shield goes against an A rank jutsu, the shield will block it but be destroyed and will automatically loose to S rank jutsus. The ring can also release A rank blast that can stun opponents and have them stop moving for a turn. The ring can be programmed. It can be coded to the wearer so as to make them unusable if stolen. Commands can be stored in the ring to be executed at a later date, even if the bearer is not wearing the ring.

Green/Will – When the ring is set to Green Lantern mode they gain certain abilities and is powered by Willpower. By using the user's willpower and having the ring boosting it the user will be immune to B rank and below Gen and Mind Altering jutsu. At the cost of a jutsu per turn, the ring will raise the user's willpower to break out of Gen and other Mind altering jutsu of A rank and below.

Indigo/Compassion – Indigo is powered by Compassion. This emotion has a limited ability to to heal injuries from C rank jutsu and below. The healing is only to the extent of the small injuries and light injuries like surface wounds and slow bleeding. If the user knows Medical Ninjutsu, the ring can also use A rank and below Med Nin at half the cost of chakra.

Red/Rage – When set to Red Lantern Ring the ring is powered by Rage. Using their rage to empower them the user can create stronger constructs that are one rank high than all the other Emotions constructs (offensively and defensively).

Blue/Hope – When set to Blue Lantern the ring is powered by Hope. As fear is the belief of imminent demise, hope is the belief of imminent success. The ring can take the moisture in the air and for a medium water source throughout the entire field for the user to use for water jutsus.

Star Sapphire/Love – When set on Star Sapphire Lantern the ring is powered by Love. The user can use the ring to trap the opponent in a genjutsu (B rank gen, up to Mid Range) where the opponent sees a bright violet light shine from the ring than has them see an irresistible person of the opposite *** of them that they will immediately become attract to and not willingly to harm them keeping them paralyze in real life.

Yellow (Sinestro)/Fear - The Power Ring is unique in that its base of power is fear. The yellow mode can create holograms (like Haze Clone Technique) that are scary looking humanoid creatures that cause paralysis due to fear.. This would help distract the opponent and make him think that they are fighting against different people/beast and different KGs even though their attacks would be intangible.

Orange/Greed – When set to Orange Lantern the ring is powered by greed. The Orange rings have the unique ability to absorb the chakra from opponents or summons by creating a construct chain and has it wrap around them. Another ability is being capable of creating chakra avatar Orange Lanterns of the beings the user kills, literally stealing their identity postmortem. This avatar is avarice corrupted version of its former self, possessing no thought pattern besides the insatiable greed. In all other circumstances they act as individual but collective soldiers to the user, as they are an extension of his power. The avatars are able to use taijutsu and up to B rank ninjutsu. They can take up to B rank jutsus. They can also create powerful blasts of concussive force that knock out opponents.

Black/Death – When the ring is set to Black Lantern the ring is powered by Death and is one of the strongest mode. The Black Lantern rings are capable of scanning a being's current emotional state and where it falls onto the Emotional Spectrum. The user can create a chakra copy of the ring and latch it onto a corpse, and downloads all the memories of the corpse giving them information they might need. The user can also create chakra copies of the ring and have them attach to opponents. Once attach the user has the chakra copies slowly send pulses of electricity into the opponent constantly. After 1 turn the opponent will just feel a weird shock. After 2 turns the opponent will start feeling numb. After 3 turns the opponent will become paralysis and unable to move. After 4 turns the opponent will become unconscious and after 5 turns the shock becomes lethally enough to kill the opponent. (The Chakra rings can be destroyed with an A rank jutsu and up)

White/Life – When set to White Lantern the ring is powered by life and is the strongest mode. The user of a white ring can generate any color of the emotional spectrum and use the powers of each color (can only use 1 of the other corps abilities once a turn and cannot use two different corps/emotions abilities in the same turn). A white lantern can render him/her/itself invisible by willing themselves to bend light waves around his/her/its form. Upon their will, the white lantern can recreate a holographic environment based on data in its memory banks to trick the opponent into thinking they are in a different terrain.

Note: The user cannot start in White or Black Lantern mode. The user has to wait 4 turns in a battle before switching into White or Black Lantern. Once in White or Black Lantern Mode the user is stuck into that mode and cannot switch into any other Emotion/Corps for the rest of the fight.

‡ Declined ‡ Sapphire, Blue and Yellow need to change. Genjutsu doesn't work like that (not everyone will have the same reaction, you can't compel emotions, et cetera). Same case with Yellow, not all opponents would be paralyzed into fear. The seeing emotions and downloading of memories for Black won't be allowed. Blue just infringes on Tobirama. You need to add a limit to how much each individual ability can be used. There's not enough of a drawback to using White. Specify Red is S-Rank and limit it slightly more than the others. Yeah, that should be it.

The genjutsu person will grab them and kiss them and mimic the kiss of death to the opponent keeping them paralyze in real life.

Yellow (Sinestro)/Fear - The Power Ring is unique in that its base of power is fear. The yellow mode can create holograms (like Haze Clone Technique) that are scary looking humanoid creatures that cause paralysis due to the user's killing intent. This killing intent follows the effects of the canon Killing Intent technique and the user's own rank. This would help distract the opponent and make him think that they are fighting against different people/beast and different KGs even tho their attacks would be intangible.

Description: Zeus, the order and all-father of the gods blessed Lancer with a token of his body due to Lancer's exceptional showing of Lightning, becoming arguably the greatest lightning user to bless the ninja world. A deity of greatness, this is considered one of the three gifts Lancer was bestowed upon by Zeus. The user will channel an abundance of chakra all over their body and strategically transform their exterior and internal being into the body of Zeus; specifically the user will suddenly appear to match the same physical characteristics of Zeus himself. Moreover, the composition of the users body will be lightning. Travel mechanisms allow the user to easily be able to phase in and out of material such as water and earth (things of that nature) without any time wasted, and at speeds fast enough to evade various jutsus. It can be comparable to that of Leech All Creation in its method of evasion, but the speed is far more quicker, to the point that when traveling through material the user looks like a "blur". To give a contextual basis on the speed, envision the speed of which Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar was able to cover the entirety of a battlefield, and depending on range of travel, can determine time spent. Defensively, various techniques that might attempt to clash with the users body, will look more or less like the water substitute technique but in a more "phasing" appearance. Also the material might be in danger of getting severely damaged or paralyzed. Also, due to the user being literally "composed" of a different body, most attacks that revolve around damage in the users brain or mental, will immediately lose effect, as in this state, the user will not be of tangible consciousness, rather, they will be in a passive state. In this state, the user will also be able to levitate and fly around the battlefield. Also, making true with lightning's immense speed, the user can move swift and in methods comparable to the speed of which Kakashi and Sasuke Double Lightning Quake, such as in unpredictable and zig-zag like manners, that become difficult to track, as well as easy to avoid basic moving projectiles and slow moving targets. In the lay of their wakes, trails of lights are left after every change of direction. When it comes to the supplementary usage of this legendary technique, it usually corresponds with how the user is able to perform lightning jutsus. As this body will have various electrical static wires erect in an amazingly fast and unpredictable manner that spans up to mid range. Alone, they provide no damage, rather an easy to use source and harness to perform lightning jutsus from. This might give the illusion that the user is performing lightning jutsus away from their body - thin air - but the reality is, they are simply being created from these interesting wires and is unrecognizable because of their speed. The second jutsu specific from the transformation is to allow the user to become "one" with other lightning jutsus, basically lightning jutsus either become controlled specific to the user, or the user becomes one with the lightning jutsus. Consider it similar to the Hozuki and their ability to morph in with water jutsus and control it specifically, this can be done with this concept. Allowing the user to morph into spears of lightning for example (A-Rank ability; can only be used thrice, last for as long as the jutsu allows). These jutsus may very well be used as an alternative, by themselves, without fully transforming, but would be susceptible to the overall usage. Lastly, there are obvious categorical usages that coincide with Zeus's myth, such as being able to punch and kick with electrical damage, and release projectiles in the form of an eagles and lions (his symbolic animals), and since this is a "superior" form of lightning, it can easily cut through any form of electricity, similar to Kakashi's Lightning cutter. ‡ Declined ‡ This was a good read. The bolded is a definite no. Use another reference for the speed you travel at. The lightning clones bit clashes with a custom either Zaphkiel or Korra has (they passed it around so much I have no idea who actually got it approved). You'll need permission. The last sentences or so, clarify that it's the creation of animals that is A-Ranked and not your freeform strikes (or if it is, each strike that is A-Ranked in damage will count as a move). The parts in green are either exploitable and/or need to be better explained. I can understand not being affected by Genjutsu in such a state but I don't think this would extend to Keigoku. I'll have to re-read the Nekura clan submission to be sure. Also, can you still perform elements which aren't Lightning will in this state? That doesn't seem logical so add a note in your resubmission (if it's already there and I just missed it, my bad).
Note to the Checker: If you are referring to this technique " " I do not personally see their similarities aside from being clones of different elements (which is canon). Though his move fast too, lightning is exceptionally faster, and his has more of an offensive repertoire base to it, while mine relies heavily on the defensive end, and the ability to simply allow lightning to cause the damage as its naturally meant. There is no explosion, or exceeded purpose. So I didn't feel or see the necessity of permission. If it was for Korra's Gambol Shroud, I got for that though.

Description: The user will simply perform a single hand seal, summoning an armour made completely of extremely sharp cardinal beaks over his body. The armour looks like a layered spiked suit and the beaks are of various shapes and sizes, interlocking throughout the suit so as to create the most efficient armour. The user is able to summon the beaks in any spot on his body he wishes. This could be just his right arm, both his arms, from his feet to his torso, or even having a full body suit. When an enemy makes contact with the beaks it will be as if he were stabbed with many sharp knives, the armour adds +10 to all Taijutsu the user uses. The pain is so intense it would cause the opponent to fall to the ground writhing in pain, making it impossible to stand or move and as such unable to perform any handseals. The intense pain would cause also stress on the opponents mind and cause him to faint.

Description: This is an advanced sealing jutsu that implants a delayed command for genjutsu activation on the user. The technique works by the user preconditioning a genjutsu technique and sealing the pre molded chakra within themselves. They will then tie that seal to a command which specifies the condition for releasing the genjutsu. Once the condition is met, involuntary of the user’s action, the genjutsu will be released. The biggest drawback for this is that the general requirements for genjutsu must still be met. For example, if the user does not know their opponent’s location, or are out of range to cast the specified genjutsu then the illusion cannot be cast. The seal will simply take the chakra away from the user in the event of a failure to cast. Also genjutsu that require conditions like; physical contact, continuous sound, or mediums that are not hand gestures or hand signs cannot be activated unless those mediums are also present in the command. If a user is unable to perform genjutsu because of a restriction from another technique when the command is sealed, the jutsu will not take effect until that restriction is no longer valid. As for the commands, the commands must adhere to the following restrictions:

The commands must be in response to actions taken by somebody other than the user. The user cannot simply generate a command that is activated by any means of their voluntary action. Commands must be specific and not ambiguous. Your opponent simply speaking to you, or using any technique against you, or them simply existing in your excellent presence isn’t enough of a condition to activate the genjutsu. Specific criteria such as using specific techniques or types of techniques, saying phrases, or committing otherwise detailed criteria would be acceptable. The conditions for any usage of this seal will be validated by the bio checker once the seal is placed on the bio.

Note: As the genjutsu technique is independent of the user’s will with this technique, the user can still perform a technique within the same time frame as they are not manipulating more than one technique.

 Declined  No rank, no range, no chakra cost... Nope. You can't also make a seal to substitute handseals, which is essentially what this is. A seal seals something. You cannot seal something that hasn't happened or doesn't exist. A Genjutsu only "exists" when casted and only inside the mind of the target so you cannot seal something that doesn't exist. A seal needs a medium, a seal, a key, a target... Your target here isn't a viable one and to seal a technique within your own body I feel you'd need medical fuuin mastery as thats one of the things it encompasses. I wouldn't also approve any kind of seal that would allow you to bypass the timeframe, specially when it comes to Genjutsu. The idea that you can seal any Genjutsu and up to 3 in your bio would make it also highly OP, even if only potencially. You could setup conditions to make perfect defenses or offensive combos that would otherwise be completely and utterly OHK. And all of this, passive, predetermined and without the need for any sort of real restriction. All and all, while it seems feasible at first, its not really possible nor, if possible, would be something approvable as it stands.

Descriptions: An extremely useful and dangerous Genjutsu. After a string of eight handseals, the user is capable of inducing a Genjutsu. The target(s) will be placed an illusion where they will experience the user entering the Eight Inner Gates, his skin becoming a dark red and and the air become dense and heavy as their veins bulge across their body. Right after the transformation, the user will appear in front of the enemy cutting across the terrain at high speeds and leaving a massive 5 meter wide chasm in his wake and deliver a skyward directional punch in the stomach that launches the target into the air at high speeds, several dozen meters. In reality, nothing has happened and the enemy is left open for attack. This technique induces mental damage due to the body reacting to the punch despite it not happening. Due to chakra strain, the user is rendered unable to use Genjutsu for the next two turns and the user is only capable of using one other jutsu the same turn.

Description: After performing 5 hand seals the Nara would extend his shadow all around him, the shadow would begin to rise. It maximum length is 15 meters. Then, through shape manipulation, the shadow would take one of two forms.
Form 1: The shadow takes the form of an armored samurai. The samurai can transform his arms to shields and swords. The samurai has a max reach of mid range. The user can remain inside the samurai, he would only need to create a small opening where he wants to remain. To control the samurai the user has several options.
The first is to perform one hand seal and 'become' the samurai. The samurai would imitate the movements of the user.
The second is to control the movements of the samurai after performing one hand seal. This enables the user to move away from the samurai(max mid range otherwise 'connection' is lost) while the samurai deals with the targets(while under the user's control).
Form 2: The shadow would take the form of a 4 legged, two headed, and 2 tailed creature. The creature would be grotesque in appearance having spikes and scales located throughout its body. The creature would be controlled by the user, it can reach mid range from the user. The creature can release shadow spikes from its body, the spikes can reach mid range from the creature. The spikes carry A rank strength. The spikes can penetrate defenses based on their 'elemental' strengths and weaknesses.
In both forms the shadow has the strength of steel. Furthermore, a line of shadow always connects the user to the forms. If that line is countered the technique would end.The size of the forms can be increased/decreased with the maximum size being 15 meters. This allows for tactical attacks. Ex: Increasing the reach of the samurai from 3 meters to 6 meters in order to surprise opponents.
-The forms have a striking power of 80 DMG points.
-Shadow techniques can be performed through the forms.
-Last 2 turns.
-Usable twice with a 2 turn interval between uses.

-Whilst using the technique the user can only use nara clan related techniques, kenjutsu, taijutsu, and non chakra based techniques.

For example channeling wind chakra to surround the samurais sword to increase the damaging effects. Of course the techniques used must be logical. An ally cant go and create a fire armour around the samurai because it would weaken the shadow, or even destroy/disperse it completely. Reason and logic is a must.

This ability is only effective in terrains with low visibility/light and it is usable 4 times per battle. The ultraviolet light can, under the presence of glass(usually bulbs with openings carried by the user), be used to produce black light. Mostly for cosmetic reasons. If used to blind, it lasts for 1 turn.

Description: One of the ultimate defense mechanisms developed by Vayne of the Nara. Based on the ability of the Nara to manipulate their shadow to become tangible and exhibit strong solid qualities this technique was born. The technique has two manners of usage. The first is erecting a defensive structure based on the users need. What sets the structure apart from any other defensive technique is how it interacts when damage is received. Instead of remaining solid and resistant to the oppressing technique the defensive structure would react in a unique way. It would become malleable, changing length and form while ability alpha will take effect. Ability alpha leads to the negation of all momentum of the opposing technique. This is achieved through absorbing the momentum of the technique and spreading it across the shadow then finally towards the ground, causing damage to the ground as a result. Depending on the strength of the technique it can cause damage from cracks to craters to the ground. This would stop the opposing technique from gaining any more distance, thus effectively protecting the user. The user can, 3X per battle and at a jurtsu cost, choose to redirect the momentum of the stopped technique to somewhere else other than the ground. The momentum would be directed through (a) shadow tentacle(s) towards the intended target. If multiple tentacles are used the power is spread amongst them. The intended target would be sent flying backwards while receiving damage equivalent to the stopped technique but with a -10 damage due to the fact that some of the momentum would be lost during the execution of the technique.(A punch that delivered 30 damage initially would deliver 20 damage when its returned). The malleable aspect of the defense, ability beta, comes into place in order to produce a counter in the same instance. This can be done 3X per battle(Doesnt cost a move if used in the initial turn of the technique, but still only usable 3X) The shadow would act as a launching device, sending the attack to where the user wishes. The attack would carry 60 DMG Points. However, the user can choose to combine the absorbed momentum with the counterattack. This would return the damage of the technique plus a 20 damage boost. Doing this would count towards the usage of both Beta and Alpha abilities of the technique. The use can choose to give their defensive structures, 3X per battle, spikes. These shadow spikes would destroy the opposing technique. They would carry A rank strength. This is ability gamma.

The second and alternative usage of this technique is to apply it to other shadow techniques. This would give that technique powerful defense. A second layer of shadow would appear on said technique. The technique this is applied to would get up to 45 defensive points added to it. When an opposing technique hits the augmented shadow it would count towards the 45 defensive points. Alternatively, momentum can be either sent towards the ground/target through a tentacle(s) delivering 3/4 of that damage, or it can be used to augment the shadow technique's own strength. The strength increase is only 1/2 of the stopped technique.(A tangible shadow punch that absorbed he momentum from a boulder for example would use the momentum to propel the shadow punch forward, increasing its damage as a result.) This can be only applied 3X per battle. It would last the same duration as the technique it is applied to. This requires the user to perform a hand seal. It would only become active when the shadow tech it is applied to gets hit. However, it would still cost 15 chakra points per turn.

The technique basicslly acts as a waterbed, distributing the damage but with a twist. The twist being that the damage would be 'presevered' then sent towards an outlet where it takes effect.
-Requires mastery of shadows.
-4 time per battle.

Description: Somewhat derived from Cleopatra's Seductive Offspring, by primarily focusing on the merging and travelling aspect. The user will focus their chakra all throughout their body transforming it into pure mist. Which then merges with any preexisting mist on the field. By being merged with the entirety of the mist, the user is capable of respawning anywhere within it, through reforming his body in the desired location at a near instant speed. While merged with the mist, the user is incapable of being sensed or seen with doujutsu as their chakra is spread out entirely encompassing the mist. And logically unhindered by attacks due to the the intangible state the user has taken. The technique of course is purely defensive meant to simply evade techniques and respawn in a desired area for safety. However in the case that the mist is blown away while the user is still merged, he becomes separated from said mist with his body reforming back to normal. The technique is often seen as a mist oriented variant of the Hozuki's well known ability to merge with water sources with a few key differences being faster and relying more on stealth as opposed to being both versatile and offensive.

Granting the mist the ability to take in moisture from its surrounding and itself in order to bind itself in place. The mist becomes incapable of be blown away due to the technique trying to pull its own moisture in place and that of the surroundings at the same time. Causing a stationary effect where the mist is bound to its location, and heavier then normal. Making it immune to the effects of being blown away regardless of the strength of the winds, as it will simply be pulled back into place. The latter allows mist techniques to remain on the field for their intended duration rather then being forced to end prematurely.

Description: Due to the extensive training the user undergoes in order to develope his swordsmanship, his muscles would have developed to the point where they can even react as a reflex and without interference of the brain. This reflex kicks in when the user is attacked from a blind spot, ambushed, or suddenly loses track of his opponent. When something/someone enters the reach of the user's sword, his arm(s) will automatically unsheathe the blade(s)(unless he is already is wielding one) and channel chakra into the the/it as he deflects or slashes at whatever it was that entered his reach. This is mainly used when projectiles or attacks are launched towards the user's blind spot, or when the opponent is too fast for the user to track and attacks him, in which case the reflexive slash can easily sever the opponent's limb(s). The effective range of this technique depends on the length of the user's sword, but if the length of the sword isn't mentioned, then the default range will be three meters around the user. By dislocating his shoulder and elbow joints he can block any attack that enters said range, regardless of which side an attack comes from. Naturally, this technique is ineffective against wide-spread elemental techniques, unless said techniques are based on projectiles. When used against techniques of that nature, Ken Kōtei No Kankaku is able to deflect/cut A-rank and below attacks that enter the field.

-The user must remain in contact with the ground as the chains emerge.

Declined - Needs a size limit. I believe it should be multi rank, the bigger they are, higher the rank and more restrictions from the way you want to use it.

After the infused particles spread a stream of the user's chakra throughout the the area of reach, the user will gain the ability to identify his surrounding environment without the need for eyesight, this is done by causing the particles to move around while observing and noticing any objects that block the particles' movement path, which will allow the user to visualize the environment in which the particles are flouting in.It is also notable that the air entering the infused dust's reach will also be carrying dust, thus won't move the area of reach.Note:-The user cannot solidify doton while this jutsu is in affect, he can only use techniques that fragment rocks into dust/mud but not the other way around.-The user can't keep this technique active for more than five turns-This jutsu does not increase the amount of dust in the air, thus cannot affect visibility

Declined - this pushes the boundaries of earth release to make. The word particals makes it seem microscopic, which i dont' like, and it seems like what cannon earth jutsu could do when you make a dust cloud with wind or earth.

The new cycle starts on 18/06/2016 (at 10:00 GMT +1) and ends on 25/06/2016. The thread will be closed up to a week so we can check any remaining submissions and then it will be re-opened.

Rules of all upcoming cycles
1) Checking will happen throughout the week rather than at the end. Only make your submission when its complete as its liable to being checked there and then. No need to rush like crazy to submit your stuff since as you've seen, we check things in a random order.

2) To avoid clutter you're only allowed to make one post. This means if your post is checked and it only contains one technique, you cannot make another post to submit additional techniques. If you wish to submit the full three techniques, I suggest you post them all in one post when all of them are ready.

3) Of course this means resubmissions in the same cycle are no longer allowed.

4) You cannot edit your post if even one of your techniques has been checked by a moderator.

5) Techniques I deem too long for no reason will be declined automatically.

6) If you get a decline don't VM, PM or IM any mods about it. We've been pretty relaxed with the red rule but a lot of people have been taking advantage lately. Description: This is a simple but effective jutsu created by Gaara after his humiliating defeat through his sand getting wet. It's based on his sand crushing but in a different method. Rather than crushing to a point in the sand, it crushes the sand to extremely compact it, squeezing the moisture out of it allowing him to once again to be able to control it again and retain his defense and offense through his sand gourd. If used on a source of the ground it would crush the sand in a layer similar to normal earth pushing the moisture down, much like how water sinks through sand on the beach, using gravity as the sands ally. This can be used in conjunction with another jutsu to harden it or on a wet source of sand so gaara can take control of it and it happens near instantly like Gaara's various crushing jutsu. The larger the mass of sand the longer it takes.

Note: Useable once every two turns.

Description: The user will first focus their earth chakra into one of their feet, and then proceed to stomp their foot on the ground. After the user has stomped their foot on the ground it will cause for cracks to be made in the ground up to mid range with the user at the epicenter of the jutsu, and the cracks spreading in all directions on the ground. The cracks in the ground are not a hindrance when walking, and are very small cracks at that. After the cracks have been spread throughout the area the user then does one hand seal, and begins generating their wind chakra into their hands. After the wind chakra has been gathered in the user’s hands they will then slam their hands on the ground, and force their wind chakra from underneath the ground, through the cracks on the land rising up into the air. Due to the user forcing their wind chakra through the ground, the cracks all throughout the area will begin to vibrate shortly before they eventually have slimmers of wind chakra erupting from them. Coming from all of the cracks are thin walls of wind chakra. The wind rises up rather suddenly, and if not avoided or defended against properly has the ability to cut off a person’s limbs. This technique will attack the enemy directly if they do not move out of range of the array of the wind walls causing for them to get brutally mutilated. There is also another side effect of this jutsu which is that it will greatly hinder the enemy’s movement due to the slimmers of wind everywhere restricting their ground movement. Each slimmer of wind rises about several feet into the air taller than the person themselves. Also, the slimmers of wind rise just inches around the user so that the user is not affected, but the space underneath the user is limited to just enough room for them to stand in so it also greatly hinders their movement.

Description: The user starts off by pulling out six different paper bombs from their pouch. With the paper bombs now in hand they will then place them all in separate locations away from themselves, but the papers bombs are all surrounding the user. Each paper bombs must also be set short-range from the user or inches away from themselves. Let it also be noted that each paper bomb are spaced out from each other. Now with all of the paper bombs on the ground the user will then place their hands on the ground followed up by focusing their earth chakra in their hands. As their earth chakra is gathered in their hands the next step of the jutsu is to use shape manipulation on the surrounding ground. By using shape manipulation the user will then cause for the earth underneath each of the paper bombs to sink underground in a circular hole. Once each of the paper bombs have been submerged under ground the place where they were placed is now just an empty hole. Taking it a step further the user will then cause for one or all of the pillars to rise around the enemy. As the pillars emerge from the ground it rises several feet into the air much taller than the enemy. At the moment each pillar comes up the user then sets off the paper bombs located on the pillars causing for the enemy to get hit with the blunt force of the explosion, and soon afterwards will have to deal with the shrapnel created from the explosion which launches itself at the enemy in the direction of where the paper bomb exploded, and where the pillar rose from. The thing with this jutsu is that as soon as the pillars rise from the ground, the paper bombs go off moments later giving little time to escape. Also, the user is not just limited to summoning forth one pillar at a time, but can summon them each at the same time, and in any pattern they choose. It is possible for the user to summon all of the pillars to trap the enemy inside of column of pillars which simultaneously go off harming whatever is inside. Then there is the ability for the pillars to rise one after the other going off as they rise, and since the user can emerge the pillars whenever the user is free to rise a pillar seconds after the first one giving the enemy little time react to each incoming pillar. Each time the shrapnel erupt from the pillars it is simply a reaction to the explosions, but still has enough strength to pierce and slice through flesh, and a pillar cannot be raised directly underneath the enemy.

As they keep on swaying their arms a large gust of wind begins to surround themselves, and dust particles begin to be picked up from the ground surrounding the user. The user will basically be covering themselves in a large gust of wind and dust particles which will resemble a tornado once they are done forming. Once they have entirely submerged themselves inside of the tornado anyone on the outside will be unable to see them anymore due to the opaque wind as well as the dirt particles gathered that block their view of the user. The formation of the tornado also happens pretty quickly. After the tornado has been quickly made the user will then take off inside of the tornado in a certain direction. While the tornado has taken off the user will unknowingly to the enemy submerge themselves underground by turning it into loose sand like material, as the tornado was moving. The tornado acts as cover and a distraction to fool the enemy into the believing the user is still inside. So now that the user is underground they will be capable of traveling underground in order to escape sight of the enemy or surprise attack them, and the user has the ability to emerge just about anywhere on the field. Even after the user is underground the tornado will continue in direction it was given giving the enemy the impression that the user is still inside of it. Though once the user has exited the tornado it is unable to change its direction, and will continue in the given direction. It is also possible for the tornado to hit objects head on after the user has exited dealing the damage of a B-rank wind jutsu.

This layering of katon chakra means the flames dense enough to be solid that it can deal great physical damage, but with great control, (if user’s biography is a Uchiha) they’ll be able to utilize A-rank or below Katon-related jutsu through this jutsu (counts towards move slot), making this jutsu outstandingly powerful.

So far i've got a fire beast with a layer of ash over it that lasts 4 turns. Are you trying to say that it can release heat waves or that it can shoot fire shuriken? If that's the case i just need it be clear please.

These massive streamed intense flames from the user have enormous range and can cover a huge area; forming a soggy-cloud like state of flames that cover the area skies. The main advantage of the technique is that it can inhibit or seal-off the skies as an escape route, for the above sky is sizzling hot. While also heated air directly above, will be creating a sharp shift in air density levels near the ground. As light passes between the different levels, it will bend, creating mirages.

Declined - how can you have soggy flames? xD Sealing of the sky is fine you can say it vapourises the moisture like steam. And give it a rank of which water it can work on.

Description: The user starts by molding their Raiton chakra in their whole body, surging it throughout outwards as claws. Using shape manipulation, they release the Raiton chakra in the form of a claws (standard form) that they can be manipulated to stretch out up short-range. This can be used offensively in other three ways but is mostly used defensively. The user having created condensed claws, each formed outward upon the user's body together in a fashion much like fan blades, allows for greater control which forms a semi-sphere around them and absorbs all physical attacks. Description: The user starts by molding their Raiton chakra in their whole body, surging it throughout outwards as claws. Using shape manipulation, they release the Raiton chakra in form of a solid claws (standard form) that they can be manipulated to stretch out up short-range. Notice, that the user can farther release into the Forbidden state, where’s that their raiton chakra will imbed itself within the users skeleton, releasing itself through that channel, as it rips outward from within their bones forming (limit: mini-sized) hair claws. This advanced state allows the user to have voltage movements as each movement releases an electric current around them. This can be used offensively in other three ways but is mostly used defensively. The user having created condensed claws, each formed outward upon the user's body together in a fashion much like fan blades, allows for greater control which forms a semi-sphere around them and absorbs all physical attacks. This happens much like a fan (the user being the stem), where the fan blades spin at around 1620 RPMs. With the omnidirectional control of releasing the blades from their body to spin, they’ve developed the second ultimate defensive and offense in the NW. By applying the same principle to one's normal lightning techniques, through concentration and many years of practice, Darui was able to increase the power of his lightning techniques (barring his Black Lightning techniques as those are already enhanced). He does this by increasing the lightning's vibrations to a higher and more focused degree, increasing it's overall power and chakra cost (+1 Rank up to A-Rank & +10 S-Rank and above; +10 to Lightning techniques), giving it a black & white gradient color. While a seemingly simple technique to use, overuse begins to have a gradual, negative effect on him resulting in him losing his ability to use higher ranked techniques pertaining to lightning release as well as his techniques related to Storm Release. There are several things of note such as this application does not apply to lightning techniques that already enhance like Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword, Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration, etc and also, become more vulnerable to wind techniques (1 rank higher up to A-Rank and +10 damage S-Rank and above) though this mainly pertains to the enemy's techniques and not one's own (the wind vulnerability).

Raiton, Mokuton, Normal Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, etc.) In exchange for this limitation, the user may expand the barrier’s range very fast and cover everything mid-range from the user as a large sphere also extending beneath the ground. Alternatively, the barrier may be expanded even further into long-range with the condition of targeting just one specific jutsu to be absorbed, as long as the user knows or has witnessed the jutsu before. Declined - to say one catergory is fine but in your own example you say rasengan and FRS which one group is ninjutsu and the other is fuuton. So by your own example you've chosen two groups which goes against the purpose of the the initial effect.

This results in the user's body being able to move and react to speeds equal to that of the jutsu used as a base for this one, and would last for as long as that jutsu lasts. This means it'd last a single turn if used on something such as Pressure Damage, allowing the user to travel around the battlefield at the same pace, whereas if used on S-ranked Air Current Wild Dance, it'd last 3 turns but would not do much to increase the user's speed. Upon use, the user's body is coated with a thin layer of chakra to allow less friction, but would not do much as an armour as the user can still be damage just as normal. ~ Can only be taught by Erzo. Usable five times per battle, however, once used the user must wait a turn regardless of whether it was deactivated through the users will, or through other means.


Declined - the purple makes this way too OP, stuf like wind blade moves so fast that i just can't allow this. Plus i'm not sure even how this works, do you just gain the speed of a wind jutus? If that's correct it's not possible in this way.

Declined - I just don't get why a wind jutsu you used 2-3 turns ago would make other wind jutsu any faster? If you changed this to say you use the pinciple of "insert cannon jutsu that is fast" applying wind manipulation in a different jutsu to make it the same speed. That's fine. So really using shape manipulation of wind to increase the speed the same as a cannon technique, but just saying you used an old jutsu and this next one gets fast wouldn't work. If you want more explaining or an example you can PM me about this one jutsu.

Description: Terrestrial Breaker is a prime example of how a simple Dark technique can become lethal. The user slams either palm on the ground and sends Dark chakra underground. Via using shape manipulation, he will manifest said chakra in the form of a basketball sized orb which will lie inches underneath the ground's surface. The lethality of this technique depends on how long the orb will stay active. Each turn, this orb will absorb the target's chakra and any absorbable technique they use (only underground related techniques). The longer this orb stays active, the more it will absorb and this will result in a more powerful release. Once this orb absorbs chakra it will turn into light blue color. The surface of the earth will start to glow a faint blue color hue as soon as the orb reaches B rank in strength. With a single hand seal by the user, he'll trigger the orb and make it explode in an extensive amount of blue flames which will cause internal and external burns to anything caught in it. The orb lasts for 4 turns.

The explosion also leaves a crater behind. The mechanism of this technique goes like this:

Turn 1 - C rank release strength (5-meter diameter crater)
Turn 2 - B rank release strength (7-meter diameter crater)
Turn 3 - A rank release strength (9-meter diameter crater) (2nd degree burn)
Turn 4 - S rank release strength (11-meter diameter crater) (3rd degree burn)

‡ Declined ‡ Good technique but this needs to be counterable in some way. You form this orb without handseals, that's fine. As is the absorption of chakra/techniques to grow in size but there needs to be some kind of tell. Using this and triggering an explosion one, two or three turns later without your opponent ever knowing about it is kind of OP. Also, remove the list/rank thing. Just say this increases in rank every turn and it's diameter increases by 2 or 3 meters every time it increases in rank.

Meiton: Koritsu shita kōu - Dark Release: Isolated Rainfall

Description: Isolated Rain is only accessible when the user has absorbed a technique first, and has used a technique which makes it rain. Performing a set of two handseals, the user will manipulate his dark chakra in a way that it is sent up and stored in the already formed clouds. The clouds will darken and from them, rain infused with dark chakra will start to fall. Since the raindrops are now associated with the dark release characteristics, they have access to absorbing chakra of anything they touch. Upon absorption, the chakra doesn't go back to the user, but instead will disperse into an unfocused harmless explosion once it hits matter. The main effect of this technique is, because the rain makes physical contact with the target, they will have a difficult time using techniques of elements that are weak to Dark Release. This would mean that the target will have to spend extended chakra reserves when performing a technqiue, specifically +10 chakra points. The target's techniques will also suffer -5 damage points. The rain has double effect on raw chakra based technqiues, forcing the target to use +20 chakra points to be able to perform them, and the techniques also suffer from -10 damage points decrease. Because of that, he is considered to be the father of terns. White Angel stands 5m high and his span of wings extends to 11 meters, and is capable of carrying 3 people on his body. He has a very long and strong bill which can resist most physical damage and also tear through B rank barriers or techniques of any element. White Angel has a streamlined body which allows him to perform fast and quick dive actions in the water in fast speeds, even though the frame is huge. Just like the majority of terns, White Angel has sharp claws which deal B-rank physical damage, and can be used in conjutction with Taijutsu techniques. Obviously, this summon is capable of flight by making use of its wings, and he is also capbale of speech. He doesn't talk much and only when necessary. Going by its personality characteristics, White Angel is a pretty strict individual, contrary to his name. He is prideful and doesn't allow himself to be degraded by others. He has been one of the first terns to teach others how to utilize their chakra. Due to all these, Feitan had had trouble to link a contract with its kind. Even though White Angel was skeptical at first, he decided to trust Feitan and swore on his honor that he will be the first and last human he ever believes. White Angel's affinity consists of water release. He has been very skilled at it since when he was young, as he has mostly grown around the sea areas. Because of this, he can use up to S-rank water techniques, and when there is a water source present, he can make generic B rank water waves to shoot at the target.

The portals when commanded release the weapon out at a certain target(the gif and video(0:50) below gives the justice of how they are formed and release). Once the weapon is released the portal closes right then.

Description: The illustrious and legendary Genjutsu of the Royal Sinners, The Black Box. This is a powerful Genjutsu, acting like a Kai and can also be used as an attack. The kai version is activated when the user is sent into a Genjutsu to which is identified through the means of sensory , dojutsu and or other means. Lacking one of these, the user would need to self evaluate situation, allowing them to identify they are in a genjutsu . The user will channel his chakra into his own brain, placing chakra into the five senses. The senses that were not targeted by the targets Genjutsu will be layered with chakra at the minimum. The others that was targeted however, the chakra will overlay the targets chakra and actually flush the chakra out of the system of the brain, in the Genjutsu itself dark figures with red and yellow and dark devil eyes will come from the ground and begin to drag the target into the ground. After which the user will find himself in a dark room known as the “Black Box” which is actually the dark subconscious of the mind created by the illusion. In the room, there exists a red demon wearing a tuxedo and playing a piano and smiling to the user saying “You owe me one...boy” to which he starts laughing and the illusion ends when the chakra leaving the brain. When used as an attack, the user will use a set of 6 seal and channel his chakra into the brain of the user taking control of the five senses. The user will slam his hands on the ground, making it seem as if he used an earth technique. The earth rises around the target and places them in a new dimension known as the “Black Box”. In the new room the target will find themselves strapped to a black chair and piano music playing. The same red demon will be playing the piano and tells the target “Read for the symphony?” and laughs dark and loud as a dark figure with a shinigami mask on comes towards the target. In reality at this moment the target is unable to move. The masked man the places his hand by the heart of the target and proceeds to rip out the soul of the user , removing the mask and eating the soul, The masked man the laughs and begins eating other parts of the target till there is no more. During this time the target is immobilized in reality.

Description:
A simple yet effective technique. Mostly used as an counter / defensive, the user when in close range of the target will release from there body a small omnidirectional burst of chakra after making 3 handseals , effecting everyone near them. They are placed under a genjutsu where nothing seems to happen upon activation but when the target tries to make physical contact or a close range assault (eg with a weapon) he user will create an illusionary doppelganger that runs from behind of the user and disappearing instantly . The original then takes the intended hit, having their body disappear with a cover up(smoke, petals etc). This creates a short second of distraction, to which the target feels a tight tugging on their arms, finding the doppelganger had chained both the targets arm with long golden chains, now using there “chakra” to keep them from moving. The creation of the doppelganger can be made prior to the originals disappearance. The technique also adds realism to the illusion, giving the doppelganger shadows, the effects of chains rattling and so forth. The user can also change their disappearance, using things like light or smoke instead as well. They can have the doppelganger move the chains and pull them causing emulated pain as the chains are embed into the skin of the target. In reality when the chains are connected the target is immobilized. Once the target is chained, the technique remains active for one turn, making them vulnerable in reality.

Declined. While I like League related jutsus, the first part seems incredibly weird to let yourself get hit by a sword (for example) only to reproduce the mirror image. You wouldn't be able to do a whole lot with a sword stabbing you in the chest. Work that part out a little better. Also: of all the highlight, you take Siv HD? Really? >_______>

This can also work on elemental techniques usede by the enemy, having the technqiue appeared to have changed into a fox as well. This adds some uniqueness as the user can make the fox appear as if it was created from the element its self, meaning creating a fire fox if used on a fire technique etc. The technique lasts for 3 turns to which the user can transform as much objects as they want within this interval. The user can also add extra effects like smoke , heat(for fire) and so forth as well to add more realism.

Description: The Sage of Gentle Fist had traveled through many mountains and sections where he looked for ways to uncover more secrets about what chakra points really are, their limits and if they are expendable. Expendable in a way to push them beyond any shinobis' imagination. When a chakra point is being closed by hitting tenketsu points, it'll shut off a targets chakra pathway. When a chakra point is opened forcefully, the targets jutsus would naturally fail. Dante with his vast knowledge and beyond capability of Gentle Fist and precise chakra control to open his own chakra points to the point of letting his chakra pathway system surround him and conjure with his own flesh. While the user still somewhat remains his own physical form, the raw chakra fused with his body allows him to not only speed up his execution of Gentle Fist but a unique feature of executing his Gentle Fist techniques in a more advanced shape manipulated and concentrated manner. This unique feature that the state provides enables the user to use Gentle Fist on par with more advanced techniques like elemental techniques. In this state, he is able to be one with Gentle Fist techniques like the Twin Lion Fist or any rotations and is able to resists physical damage up to a certain degree. While his opening of chakra points and letting his raw chakra fuse with his own flesh offers him a degree of defense from B-rank and below techniques, he's limited to only techniques that doesn't require handseals. While active, the user's appearance expands significantly and looks dark blue raw chakra which suppose to make up the user's body. Any contact will cause burning sensation hence the degree and quality of chakra.

Description: Based on the principle of closing and opening chakra points, the user starts letting out raw chakra from all of his points around himself having an invisible cloud of raw chakra within mid range of him. The raw chakra that's been released constantly by the user being manipulated to have attributes of shutting down or opening chakra points of whatever is within their space. Soon as their target enters within short range, the target will feel massive pressure being placed on their chakra points, having great difficulty to channel their chakra due to the massive effect of the raw chakra cloud they're in on short range. The nature of the chakra will either close or open their chakra points forcefully, leaving their target with the feeling of weakness and having an abnormal control over their chakra due to having an immense pressure on their chakra points. For example, if they try to perform a simple chidori it will disipate in a burst of light or if they try to create an armor it'l just fall apart due to the inability over chakra control. Once the target manages to get away from the user's range, it'll take a turn to return to their full chakra control.

-Only affects A-ranked and above.

Hyuugas are excellent at chakra control and hence they're able to perfectly release the right amount and density of chakra. Just like how any raw chakra release will pass through a human body, the user will thin his chakra enough to pass through objects that are only liquid and solid in form. Just like how Neji was able to push his Mountain Crusher through his own self image and through the ground to kill all the White Zetsus underground. However, the drawback of this technique is that hence their raw chakra will be thinned out, it'll lose a rank in power for whichever technique the user thinned out.

Description: Similar to Heavens Dance of Hazy White cannon Gentle Fist, where this technique gives the user's chakra qualities of having explosive properties. Hyuugas are so impressively masters of chakra control that they're able to either manipulate their chakra into figures or release a simple raw chakra blast. The user, similarly in the Dance of Hazy White, passively manipulates their chakra so impressively condense and high in density, into having explosive properties while releasing their intended technique. The techniques under this passive manipulation are different in size with looking more compact and from the increased density, giving it a blinding white light effect. For example, the user uses the Twin Lion Fists, and once it makes contact with the intended target, the quality of the chakra enables the user to create a large forward explosion upon contact. This can be applied to any Projectile/Air Palm and rotation based jutsus.

Description: One of the few techniques that was created by the most exemplar members of the Hyuga Clan through years of practice with chakra control and the ability to naturally release chakra from all 361 chakra points. This technique although it serves no purpose on its own as a stand alone technique, it actually is passively activated and instant. The user will naturally burst out more chakra from the tenketsus in the body(depending on the location of which the chakra is being release from) in which when the Hyuga uses a technique, they are able to use the extra chakra and infuse it with the chakra being concentrated to create jutsu in order to increase the range of the techniques used by them. The burst chakra acts as a catalyst in order to fuel more chakra into the technique and using their mastery of chakra control, they are able to execute this technique. These techniques range for example if only reaching short range like the S-ranked Crumbling Mountain Crusher, is now able to reach mid ranged etc, thus allowing them to hit enemies from further distances. This however can become taxing over time and thus a Hyuga can only keep it activate for a set amount of time.
Notes:
-Can be used twice per battle, lasting four turns each or when deactivated. The user needs to wait one turn after deactivation in order to utilize again. This can be activated at the start of battle if needed
-Can be taught by House
