• Once the user is quite close to the target, more notably their ear, they will take in a deep breath, and breathe out. This breath is infused with chakra, which upon reaching the ears parses through the drum and into the canals, messing with the target's chakra causing distortion to them, making them feel dizzy and off-balance. From this the target feels like their sight is being distorted and they can't see things straight. The closer the user is to the target's ear, the more effective the illusion is to them.
Notes:
• Can only be performed 4 times a battle.
• This can only be performed when the user is really close to the target.
• Because the chakra is inserted through the ear, it's considered to be sound-based.

(Bifū Tōfū) - Doll Fatality
• This is a fighting style used primarily by puppet users. The style is based on the theory that Dolls have a mind of their own, or having somewhat of a personality. The puppeteer trains day and night to be able to synchronize with their puppets, being able to momentarily control them without the need for puppet strings. The art of Bifū Tōfū is a puppet style of fighting where the user cuts off the puppet strings to perform moves which one generally couldn't perform with the use of puppet strings. This mostly includes random acts which can be partially controlled such as spinning at high speeds, and wild flailing of limbs and so on. This is mostly used as a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu style for usage with puppets, so getting them close-range with the target is ideal for these techniques. This is a highly advanced fighting style for puppeteers, so mastery over standard puppetry is required beforehand.

Description:
• Biyorigō is a puppet which is based on an ancient build of puppetry, and was created by a man called Shikizaki Kiki. He preferred to instead call his puppet a doll, as it would maintain somewhat of a personality when fighting. Biyorigō is also considered to be a sword itself. It was originally built to guard him whenever he was working, and it could defend from intruders flawlessly. Somehow it fell into the hands of a puppeteer, who has learnt to master how to use the Biyorigō and how it works. The doll's design is based on Chinese culture, a woman with a golden comb in her hair, and buns. It wears a standard kimono, and is built with four arms, two hidden inside the kimono. In each hand the doll holds a lengthy sword, a broadsword almost, but not quite. It's also got four legs, which are quite sturdy and are said to be as hard as diamond, but there's no confirmation on this fact. They're able to extend out like a cross and used for blunt force attacks. Within it's hair hides 8 small daggers, four on each side similar to a retractable knife. It also carries a small blade in it's mouth, seeped in poison. The puppet's entire body is able to move around, with all sorts of joints capable of spinning, twirling and other assorted movements. Biyorigō is the first doll to ever have been able to master the Doll Fatality style. Upon all these abilities, Biyorigō is capable of using all basic puppetry techniques. The doll is kept in a big scroll which has the Kanji (人形) written on it, meaning Doll.

Description: While the Land of Iron developed and perfected several anti-Ninjutsu devices and generally flourished technologically, the Hidden Villages continued to use terribly outdated technology, focusing their funds and time on developing their abilities with chakra control and Elemental Ninjutsu. While the vast majority of the Shinobi Nations were content with this arrangement, a small group if Ninja, mainly Yukigakure and a few collaborating corporations, sought to better the general effectiveness of their soldiers through the usage of technology. After many years of research, experiments and adjustments, the T-51b Power Armor was finally developed.
The initial form of the T-51b is dozens of metallic rings placed almost everywhere on the users body, thought not hindering his movements in any way as the rings are quite thin and small. The rings are all very light-weight and made from a special metal that is created and compressed by masters of the Earth element, and constantly fed with chakra for many years. This special metal reacts very uniquely to chakra, inflating rapidly outwards while hardening when exposed to it. As long as the wearer is actually channeling chakra through his body with the intention of upholding this armor, the rings will remain inflated and hardened. The durability of the metal is about as strong as titanium diboride and it is capable of absorbing great amounts of kinetic impact. Furthermore, the metal is very resistant to temperature changes, as the suit basically uses the wearers’ body heat and small, one-way vents to regulate the temperature. While extremely expensive and complex, the creators of the T-51b succeeded in controlling the metals’ inflation-process, allowing them to shape an armor of the metal when it reacts to chakra. Of course, the metal alone serves nothing more than a defensive purpose and its inflated form is extremely heavy, creating the need for a system that could aid the wearers’ movements. As such, the wearer will be equipped with more than just the rings in the initial form.
In addition to the rings, the wearer will be equipped with a small, hollow and circular device that is connected to one of the rings and placed on the wearers back. The small device is coated with the chakra-reactive metal on the inside, which inflates, like all the other rings, when the user channels chakra through his body. The difference between the metal rings and the metal coating is that, instead of inflating only outwards and hardening into armor, the coating inflates both inwards and outwards. The outwards inflation opens several perfectly circular holes in the device, but leaves the general structure intact. The inwards inflation crushes some thin containers that contain the wearers’ blood. While the weak containers seem like an obvious fault in the design, they are reinforced by metal on all sides except a small opening, allowing only the chakra-reactive metal to crush them unless the entire device is subjected to great pressure. The blood released from the crushed containers will immediately cover several summoning seals, and because the chakra-reactive metal acts as a conduit for chakra, the seals are all activated simultaneously. Since the inflation process happens simultaneously for all the chakra rings, and therefore also for the coating, the entire summoning and armoring process happens in perfect synchronization with each other.
The summoning seals will call forth a hydraulic frame, a pneumatic frame and a helmet. The perfect design will ensure that the whole inflation and summoning process will happen so that all summoned components settles perfectly with the armor itself, allowing the combined result to function perfectly immediately upon activation. The pressurized gas and liquid that is used to power the pneumatic and hydraulic frame respectively, is placed in the frames themselves. While such a placement would normally expose the machinery to damage, the perfect design ensures that the armor itself protectively covers all vulnerable parts. Both frames are also extremely resistant to electricity-based attacks, ensuring that such disturbances does not compromise the system or the wearer.
The hydraulic frame is used, mainly, to support the users’ movements, enabling him to actually move around in the suit. The massive power of the hydraulic system ensures a speed almost similar to the users’ original speed, but his maneuverability is worsened severely. The hydraulic liquid and the pressure itself are controlled by the user through chakra-receptive points in the armor, allowing the user to distribute the pressure and thereby adjust his speed as he see fit. One great advantage of the hydraulic system is its ability to transfer vast amount of power through a small frame, this allows the user to jump much higher than he normally would and travel with insane speed in a linear motion, though his already limited maneuverability is almost voided if he does that.
The pneumatic frame is used mainly to support finer motions and aid the user on points the crude hydraulic frame does not cover. The pneumatic frame functions as an invaluable assistance in regards to the users balance. It is almost impossible to fall or lose your balance while wearing the T-51b. The arms, legs, elbows and knees of the frame slightly differs from the rest of the frame, in the sense that the pneumatic system aids the users movements much easier and much more refined when it comes to these points. The extra assistance allows the wearer to move his arms and legs freely, without losing speed or flexibility. Furthermore, the pneumatic system aids the wearers’ offensive movements, offering a boost of power by using the pressurized gas as propulsion. The pneumatic frame is, like the hydraulic frame, controlled through chakra-receptive points in the armor.
The helmet that is summoned alongside the two frames are made from the same chakra-reactive metal as the rest of the armor, only that it is made specially to maintain its form. Since the helmet is still chakra-conductive, the chakra flow through the suit of armor is not disturbed anywhere if the entire set is equipped. The helmet consists of a dual layered air-purifying respirator, a wireless radio and tinted eyeslit.
The entire machinery functions on a mixture of chakra, gas and hydraulic fluid. Should the user already be wearing a suit of armor, the rings will simply destroy it from the inside out as they inflate. Finally, the complete chakra-circuit ensures that the wearer has a certain feel as to what happens on the armor, meaning that if he’s hit in the back, even if the damage is minimal and he wouldn’t notice under normal circumstances, the disruption in the chakra-circuit warns him of the attack immediately after it has happened.

±± Declined ±± I understand liking to put some background and story in a jutsu but this is just too much Zero. The description of a weapon should contain its look, size and abilities. Not its story. Unless that story is like 5 or 6 lines. not 50. Its too dense and you've hidden key aspects of it inside the giant description. You can add this background to your bios. Resubmitt in a more readable version. And yes, i read it all. The concept needs a bit or working otherwise it will escape the concept of Narutoverse.

I added very little, mainly more restrictions, but I did remove a lot; the history and some of the less important aspects, such as the outwards inflation of the metal-coating. I have really tried to simplify it, but this armor is generally very advanced. I know it differs from the standardized Naruto armor, but it's heavily influenced by the Chakra Armors from Yukigakure. I also moved the important aspects to the ending of the armor, seperating the workings from the abilities. Eh, edit... If you see something... Bad?
I hope you'll bear with me and accept the concept. If I have to change the core-mechanics of this technique I might as well make a new one, and quite honestly, I'd bang my head against the wall if I had to re-think and re-make this.

Description: Kyōkiken is a Taijutsu style, based loosely on the principles of Drunken Fist. To enter the Kyōkiken-state, the user must either be insane, or have many experiences with insane beings to draw upon for guidance. Where Drunken Fist revolves around relaxed and fluid movements, the Kyōkiken is the exact opposite. While in the Kyōkiken-state, the user will constantly tense up and seemingly spasm uncontrollably, but like the Drunken Fist, every movement in the Kyōkiken has a purpose. The seemingly heaving and rattling breaths of the user will make it easier for him/her to find a rhythm and flow in their attack and defense. The constant tensions and incoherent rambling of the user will serve to distract the target. Seemingly harmless and slow movements will change their trajectory and speed up considerably. Generally, the user will seem slow and menacing to the target, but the slow and rigid movements can turn into deadly and decapitating strikes with a single, convulsive motion.

Description: The user wields two black swords, one 3 foot long sword and a 2 foot short sword. When separated, each sword operates at a B Rank Level Damage. The hilt of each sword is capable of interlocking at the pommel and becoming an A Ranked Damage Double Bladed Sword. User can then take the weapon one step further and send a massive amount of Chakra into the Double Bladed Sword, and turn it into an S Ranked (Damage)Chakra Bow with string made of pure, highly concentrated chakra that runs through the Fuller of the blade and out through the tips of each blade. The User can shoot pure highly concentrated chakra out of the bow of A Rank. The String of the Bow is durable enough to take 3 strikes from an S Ranked Weapon before it would break.
Note: Going from Any Form to the Bow Form counts as One move in the user's turn to include shooting pure chakra.
Note: Going from Bow to any other form does not count as a move.

The Hilt of one of the blades is made to go into the other. The user then turns it 360 degree so that they click and wont come apart unless the user clicks a button on the hilt.

±± Declined ±± A weapon has rank because of the techniques it has not because of the damage it can do as a weapon. The damage it can do as a weapon is determined by how you use it (Kenjutsu in case of swords for example...). A chakra bow already exists.

The user can come out of the shadow when he wishes, but will be laying on his back when he appears, almost looking as if he was rising from the darkness of his shadow. The user can also use this technique as a way of "Hiding like a mole" when standing on an ice/snow surface only

To do what shows in the video it has nothing to do with what you describe

Description:The Twin Oblivions are two identical Scimitar like Daggers,they are about 2.5ft from Hilt to tip.The weapon was forged from a ore found in a metoerite, when the ore was smelted with steel,it produced and extremely strong alloy named brightsteel,that shined with a blue radiance.The mastersmith worked on the blades for weeks,until the Twin Oblivions were formed. On the hilt of each dagger is a ft long chakra conductant chain,by holding the chain and not the hilt the users reach with the blade increases substantially.Various weapons can be made by arranging the blades chain ends.These blades have three distinctive and innate abilities.The chains can be extended up to 5ft by the user channeling chakra into them,and can be made to go completely rigid,like a iron bar,when the chains are flexible they are vunerbale to S rank justu..By connecting the unlengthened chains ends;putting the blades pommel to pommel;winding the chains around the hilts,and making the chains go rigid,the user can form a bow like cresent or a double bladed sword/Naginata.The cresent can be used as a bow by the user manipulating their chakra creating a bow string.When a element is being conuducted into the blades,due to the alloy it was forged from the element will always manifest and have a blue tint,eg blue lightning crackling around the blades;blue wind coating; blue flames.When a element is being conducted the blade gains its strengths and weaknesses.Blades are Unbreakable.

On the hilt of each dagger is a ft long chakra conductant chain,by holding the chain and not the hilt the users reach with the blade increases substantially.Various weapons can be made by arranging the blades chain ends.These blades have three distinctive and innate abilities.The chains can be extended up to 5ft by the user channeling chakra into them,and can be made to go completely rigid,like a iron bar,when the chains are flexible they are vunerbale to S rank justu..By connecting the unlengthened chains ends;putting the blades pommel to pommel;winding the chains around the hilts,and making the chains go rigid,the user can form a bow like cresent or a double bladed sword/Naginata.The cresent can be used as a bow by the user manipulating their chakra creating a bow string.When a element is being conuducted into the blades,due to the alloy it was forged from the element will always manifest and have a blue tint,eg blue lightning crackling around the blades;blue wind coating; blue flames.When a element is being conducted the blade gains its properties, strengths and weaknesses.Blades are Unbreakable.

Description: As the enemy attacks the Gentle Fist Master, he has thought up many ways in order to fight an enemy who had boosted his strength and in a mode. It has to make physical contact. As we know, members of the hyuuga bloodline learned how to evade these kind a situations, but the basics will be explained. As the opponent is about to make a roundhouse kick in to the lower ribcage of the Hyuuga Master, the master will bring up his knee onto a level/position where the opponent's knee or leg (lower leg or thighs) or foot will meet, and once it is about to meet but it hasn't yet, the hyuuga master will exert a serious amount of chakra burst from his knee (from the chakra points of the user's knee) reducing 2/3 of the strength of the enemy's technique (the exerted chakra has a disturbing ability, as disturbing any chakra/energy circulation within the intented area which is about to make a physical contact with the Hyuuga Master) and clearing a path for the next hit. Once it has made contact, the hyuuga user will eject his chakra from his knee, onto a chakra point (where there has been made physical contact into the opponent's chakra points) and ejects a serious amount of chakra onto the weakest part of the joint/tendon, which is the injured part (this injury happens at the 2/3 reduction part) and the chakra will greatly severe his tendons and joins as the first hit had cleared a path in order to perform this. As these tendons and joins had been severely weakened, this will cause the opponent's strength of the kick to reduce drastically. As this process has been done, the hyuuga master will use the remaining force of the opponent's force in his kick against him, as in a way of as the hyuuga master drives his knee forward, the momentum of the knee and the momentum of the opponent's leg adds up, which breaks the opponents leg upon impact. the hyuuga master will be able to do this, since the hyuuga has been mastering chakra points and the most weakest points of every part of the body in his entire years. It is the same process at places like the elbow and the shoulder, where you'll bring your elbow/shoulder onto a level, in order to evade any kicks or punches made to the upper level of your body. The 30 chakra is what the hyuuga master is been using up throughout this process.

Description: The hyuuga master had battled a lot of fighters, but had a tough time with battling guys who used armors which isn't solid like Earth. He had learned to have a constant swirling chakra exertion around both of his fingers, in order to evade any kind a damage that the enemies armor might have. This technique will work best on a non-solid armor (solid armors are like steel/earth) For an example, as the enemy has brought up a fire armor onto themselves, as the hyuuga approaches him, the hyuuga master will keep a swirling chakra exerted from the top of his finger, which will protect his fingers(meaning the chakra which is exerted from the tip of the finger will disturb/nullify the intended point/area where the hyuuga member will strike) or fist from any kind of burning, or whatever may expose it. Like I said, this technique works best if it isn't used against solid armors like steel or earth, or any solid based armor. As the hyuuga has gone through this defense, the hyuuga master then eject his chakra 64 times, causing disruption, as tendon/join/muscle cell injuries within the enemie's chakra system/body. The chakra swirling around the user's finger, thus reaching onto his fist, will keep away any danger from the enemy's armor like burning/cutting, or any kind a effects. Tip of the fingers contain the most powerful chakra, as where it is exerted, thus as it advances/swirls towards the arms, it decreases. If the user is poking through a not solid forbidden armor, he will take -30 damage, thus making this technique unusable for the rest of the battle.

±± Declined ±± Good idea but, it lacks restrictions. Also, don't forget, raw chakra (like the one used for gentle fist) is always weaker (one rank) than elemental chakra. Also, when you say armor, you mean techniques that cover your enemies body right? Like Nagashi? you might want to explain that better, as armor is basically talking about weapons. Also, even if you made this into a forbidden rank it would be only able to affect s-rank elemental jutsu. Don't forget also, that this only allows you to protect your fingers (7-10cms) and most techniques like the ones you wish to counter are much thicker than that.

As the whole body is exposed to this chakra, as whenever the user or his opponent makes a physical contact, it will create a large explosion that will damage and knocks back the opponent. There are risks to using these techniques. Places like the elbow, knee, arm, fists, palm, top of finger, leg, feet, thighs, shoulder will cost -20 damage to the user. If there will be physical contact on any vital places like the back (around the spine), head, chest-stomach, head will cause -50 damage. It is Long range only for the blinding effect, but the Gentle Fist in itself is short ranged, as it can only explode upon the user's wish.

~This is a very risky technique, and only may Sannin or up may use it, and masters of Gentle Fist

The bars will shoot down in an arc into the ground in the shape of a cage. The ends of the bars that pierce into the ground are pointed, so they are able to penetrate the earth. Once underground, bars will connect into a single point in the middle, restricting the opponent from going underground to escape. The cage will cover the entire range that the opponent is currently in.

When the bombs detonate, the large amount of explosions lift the missile off of the ground, and then the user directs it toward the opponent. With a single hand seal, the user is able to detonate the explosive clay missile. The blast radius goes out to short range around the missile.

This can be very useful when used on throwing weapons or your arms in a close combat fight.

Note: Doujutsu can see through this technique.

Declined, requires some form of restriction on its useage also remove the ability to apply to thrown projectiles it should be a seperate jutsu as the camoflauge concealment is applied to oneself and this is a partial form of it. I will accept that whilst maintaining contact with a weapon you can minimilize to that weapon being concealed but not when you release your hold

(Kaen Rai Reiki) - Blazing Lightning Aura

Description: This is much like chidori nagashi. The user will focus their lighning chakra around their body (the lightning will not be touching the user) creating an aura of lightning. They will focus this chakra so that the lightning vibrates around their body moving faster and faster, without hurting them as it is controlled. As it moves faster, the lightning creates a mass of heat to produce flames that combine with the lightning moving around the users body. These flames wont be touching the user so he wont be burnt. This aura is used for close combat attacks and can be formed pretty quickly. When hitting something in this mode, the user will release the lightning through the object shocking it with a bolt of lightning and cause numbing/partial paralysis to living objects. Not only this, but the heat built up from the electircal current will burn the target too. And example of how this would work would be, when you go to punch an opponent, if they put their hand up to block it, you would hit their hand, shocking their hand dealing lightning damage, numb their hand from the shock for 1 turn and burn the targets hand.

Note: This mode can but used for up to a total of 4 turns in a battle.
Note: The user is more vulnerable to water attacks and would take +20 more damage if hit by a water jutsu.
Note: When this aura is active, the user can't use wind jutsu in the same turn.
Note: This isn't using two elements at the same time, the lightning is generating the heat, i'm not creating the fire.

Description: This is much like chidori nagashi. The user will focus their lighning chakra around their body (the lightning will not be touching the user) creating an aura of lightning. They will focus this chakra so that the lightning vibrates around their body moving faster and faster, without hurting them as it is controlled. As it moves faster, the lightning creates a mass of heat to produce flames that combine with the lightning moving around the users body. These flames wont be touching the user so he wont be burnt. This aura is used for close combat attacks and can be formed pretty quickly. When hitting something in this mode, the user will release the lightning through the object shocking it with a bolt of lightning and cause numbing/partial paralysis to living objects. Not only this, but the heat built up from the electircal current will burn the target too. And example of how this would work would be, when you go to punch an opponent, if they put their hand up to block it, you would hit their hand, shocking their hand dealing lightning damage, numb their hand from the shock for 1 turn and burn the targets hand.

Note: This mode can but used for up to a total of 4 turns in a battle.
Note: The user is more vulnerable to water attacks and would take +20 more damage if hit by a water jutsu.
Note: When this aura is active, the user can't use wind or water jutsu.

Upon doing so, they will release the large blast of natural energy outwards in all directions from their body. This is purely for damage, the user can't use this natural energy for sage mode. Excalibur is the personal summon of Near, having been with him for the majority of his life with him, establishing a connection between them that makes him stay with Near indefinitely when summoned. ±± Declined ±± I think you don't understand genjutsu or in a btter sense, exactly how genjutsu works. By synchronizing your chakra flows as one you don't become immune to genjutsu. Genjutsu is triggered by the disturbance set upon a chakra flow. So, if you both have synchronized your chakras, you will simply be both put under a genjutsu. Also, if you want immunity to genjutsu b-rank and bellow i won't allow this summon to be on the field more than 4 turns and it needs to be summoned. If it is to be your personal summon and be with you at all times then you need to tone this ability down. Explain the second part better. Duration? how come?

Description: The concept of this style is supported by the laws of momentum, though supported with chakra in order to mold it's molecular structure in such shape, that it will allow energy and momentum of collisions to be conserved (negleting loss of energy by sound and heat). The user will channel chakra through his sword, giving two results: A coat of chakra that will work as the "bounce" mechanism, and the other small increments between the molecules of the sword, making the sword a little bigger and the mass a little lighter (as it will have a larger volume). By combining both enhancements together, the user is able to produce much more efficient and dangerous slashes. The secret behind the technique is the recoil of the exchange of clashes between the user's sword and the enemy's. The sword, being lighter, will gain more velocity from each slash in order to balance out the momentum gain and lost, thus making each strike accelerate even faster. The more the enemy defends against a slash, the slashes will hold much more force and speed. The user will also channel chakra through the arm (s) in which he is using the sword in order to prevent the wasting of the fiber muscle produced by the intense speed of this strikes. Restrictions: ~Usable by Samurai and Shinobi.

Description: The user after activating the Dashing Recoil Enhancement will create a series of random slashes (maximum eight), releasing chakra waves containing the enhancement at fast speeds. The enhancement of the waves makes grants them with highly bounce-able properties, though it will eradicate any sign of cutting power from them. When a wave comes in contact with a solid object an elastic collision will occur, conserving the momentum and energy of the wave. Every wave will initially contain a proportional amount of damage depending on the amount of wave released and the rank (If eight waves are released, each one of them will be able to inflict 10 damage points). The trick of the technique comes in play in the next matter: the waves will continue to bounce randomly over the place, though if the user hits one wave with the sword enhanced, the user will be able to redirect the wave toward the opponent at double the speed and also with double the damage points (as extra force will be added). If a wave hits the opponent, it will not cut them, but hit them bluntly (the force of the hit will be dependable of the momentum gained and waves released).

Describing for 3 turns were the waves are bouncing off of, were they are traveling and better yet, imagine how your enemy would be able to defend against it. Try making it a single turn move and limit the bouncings.

Description: After several years of training, the samurai were able to unlock partially the secrets involving the Samurai Sabre Technique (SST), and were able to deduce a way to work on the technique on it's maximum. In order for this technique to work properly, the user must have his sword or any utensil with already channeled SST. The trick of the technique involves the chakra used on the SST. By using the constantly transmitted chakra, the user will transmit a certain amount of chakra through out his body in order to create a slightly-tick coat of samurai sabre armor in a specific area of the body, such as the hand, chest, etc, though the coat will not be able to cover the totality of the body. The maximum area that can be protected is approximately an open hand (a 7.5 centimeter radius of a circle, though the circle will take the shape of the body like a stamp for example). The technique is able to defend against kenjutsu, taijutsu and concentrated ninjutsu (elemental also applies) of the same rank and lower (Though it depends in the technique is being defended against, as this technique can only protect a small specific area).

Description: The user will throw a torrent kunai/knives at random directions simultaneously, spreading the kunai/knives in all ranges that the user wishes (within consideration). Every kunai/knives will have wire connected to their end (a single wire can contain a kunai/knives in each end), making it look like a complex spider web. When the kunai get stuck in a surface, the wire will become extremely tight. The user can continue to pour chakra into the wires in order to make them resistant to non-enhanced cuts. The main purpose of this technique is not to attack the opponent with the knives, but to set up the spider web for the predator, in this case, the user. By channeling chakra through his feet in order to enlighten his movement, the opponent is able to move from wire to wire at great speed in a random though strategic manner in order to confuse the opponent. The user is able to move at will from each wire to wire, attacking in quick succession. The wires aren't sticky, so the opponent cannot be entrapped on them, though if tensed enough, it can cut the opponent.
-When the kunai are first thrown, the wires are undetectable until they have become tense.
-The user can set up flash grenades, explosive tags or inclusive wires on the webs in order to create greater pressure in the opponent (Though it will be easier for the opponent to locate the position of wires).
-In order to recover the amount of nets in the battlefield, the user is able to throw more, though this will count as another jutsu.
-The user can replenish the settings only three times per battle.
-Though the user is able to move as many times in the wire in order to attack the opponent, the user can only use this maneuver three times in order to escape danger (within consideration).
-Wires are difficult to pinpoint for lower ranked ninjas but can be easily seen by experienced ninjas or Dojuutsu users.

Lets start by one thing: you throw the kunais and then you jump on the net....to one end of the wires is held bu the kunais and were they are stuck...but what about the other end? Magically floating in the air? Also, this web...it spread on the floor? a few inches above? clarify that a bit. some resctritions are off. Using this to dodge attacks? only once its set up. Also, undetectable? not really. Its just wires so they would be visible. barely, but visible. Great idea ^^

Medusa is extremely adept in it's usage, being able to place a series of vector plates to either quickly move around an opponent and attack their blind spot, or to surround an opponent, restricting their movements to a limited area, the arrows placement isn't limited to a solid surface, allowing them to be placed even in mid-air.

Ok people i would like to remind something that might have been either misunderstood or forgotten. However, we decided upon the following:

-You are not allowed to submit customs without proper training for the area and rank you are posting.

Example:

User has training in Earth up to B-Rank (doesn't matter if its one technique or the whole B-Ranks) so he can only submit up to B-Rank earth techniques.

-This fact is regardless of user rank.

Example:

If user is Sage Rank but has training in Water only up to C-Rank he will only be able to submit up to C-Rank Water Techniques.

-Only exception are submitting D-Ranks of elemental ninjutsu. These can be submitted without training.

-This rules becomes effective immediately for all unchecked submissions.

Breaking this rule will lead to punishment. If you are submitting a CJ that you can't use you are basically wasting our time and making the thread slower and more cramped for those who actually fulfill the requirements. For the CJ thread to be as fast and accurate as possible everyone has to help by doing their part.

I'm ok with that S-Rank genjutsu he can cast once per battle but range in this genjutsu? Also, take the part about the huge amount of pain and etc etc. Its not up to you or your genjutsu. Genjutsu is released through pain but needing to hack your hand off is simply too much and i won't accept that. Take that part out completely.

Description:The user bites their thumb, and begins to slams both of their hands onto the ground to call forth Raijin the boss of the Blue Jays. Raijin is pretty large for a normal Blue Jay, hes around half the size of Gamabunta but a little taller then his younger brother Suijin. Raijin's personality is quite rude similar to Gamabunta's, he doesn't aknowledge or obey anyone unless they are stronger than him, and at any time if the summoner shows a little weakness he will attack trying to kill him. Raijin looks are a lot similar to his younger brother Suijin, but the differance they have is Raijin's blue is darker, and he carries a Thunderbolt figure on his chest. The symbol was there since the day he was born, the Blue Bird Sage believes it to be a sign that Raijin will be the next lightning god.
Raijin's is known for his incredible manipulation of the lightning element. He can perform up to S-rank Lightning technique without any hand seals, effortlessly. His special ability is that his feathers are known to be special, and act as lightning rods, and are able to conduct electricity, and Raijin is thus completely impervious to lightning techniques B-rank and below.
when the opponent attacks Raijin with an B-rank Lightning and below technique, Raijin has the ability to absorb the lightning technique, not just being unaffected by it. Raijin can convert the lightning attack, using his natural ability to being resistant to lightning, and cover his entire body in a glaring shade of lightning, thus forming a electric field around his body.
The electric field formed by the absorption of the lightning attack can enhance Raijin's powers. Using the natural characteristics of lightning, when Raijin is bathed in the lightning chakra, for that turn, and only that turn, his speed|power|damage| is increased by 1x, making him more powerful by making use of lightning. After that turn, the effect wears away, unless the opponent shoots another lightning attack towards Raijin, and Raijin absorbs it, increasing his abilities again by another 1x. Therefore, if the opponent continuously shoot attacks and Raijin absorbs them, Raijin can become a menacing and powerful foe to deal with. With the abilities granted by the lightning field around Raijin, he can fly at faster speeds, and cause devastating damage upon impact

Description: Sasori being of puppet body, and unable to have a blood contract with animals, has built a 50ft puppet to combat the large summoning. This puppet has been fashioned to be a part of the Great Dragon collection, and formed Dragoon The Rampage Dragon. Dragoon is a basic puppet made with all the puppet weaponry. It is covered in spikes one of which (in the arm) can be used as a sword, there is an eye in the middle of its chest that the user has to be inside in order to control it, due to its size it can’t be controlled from the outside like normal puppet also due to its size it can only be destroyed by an attack of at least S rank, or by someone with strength such as Sakura’s, Tsunade’s, or Kakuzu’s, his wings can be used as a chakra shield (A-rank), when covering him many slots open reviling many tags that have chakra imbedded inside and read chakra in kanji. Dragoon can shoot out the equivalent to S-rank katon, fire (from mouth), and S-rank suiton, water (from hands) thanks to large gas/ignition switch and water tanks stored within him. Dragoon can also shoot the reloadable claws, from fingers (A-rank).

The outside is made of metal and the inside is lined with an insulator to defuse lightning techs. The hands have slight holes in the fingertips so the user can control other puppets from within. After Dragon Knight’s use(5 turns) the armor becomes unusable and falls off the user but the wings can later be merged into a smaller (5ft) bladed puppet(C-rank last until destroyed) called Blade (can also be used before DK’s end).

Also, Kakuzu had that destructive power because of Doton: Domu jutsu not because of strength. As with the first puppet i won't approve anything that powerful. Don't make it more powerful at each submission. Also, the puppet can fly...but not with you on it. I'll allow you one dragon puppet that can fly with you. Not all.

Description: Sasori being of puppet body, and unable to have a blood contract with animals, has built a 50ft puppet to combat the large summoning. This puppet has been fashioned to be a part of the Great Dragon collection, and formed Dragoon The Rampage Dragon. Dragoon is a basic puppet made with all the puppet weaponry. It is covered in spikes one of which (in the arm) can be used as a sword, there is an eye in the middle of its chest that the user has to be inside in order to control it, due to its size it can’t be controlled from the outside like normal puppet also due to its size it is strong enough to withstand one A-rank attack. his wings can be used as a chakra shield (A-rank), when covering him many slots open reviling many tags that have chakra imbedded inside and read chakra in kanji. Dragoon can shoot out projectiles or streams the equivalent to S-rank katon, fire (from mouth), and S-rank suiton, water (from hands) thanks to large gas/ignition switch and water tanks stored within him. Dragoon can also shoot the reloadable claws, from fingers (A-rank).

General Description: A civet is a medium-sized carnivorous animal adapted to living in grasslands, woodlands, savannas, sub-deserts, forest edges, and mountains. Civets are cunning-looking animals quite intelligent among the carnivora, with studies indicating that their social intelligence is on par with some primate species. They are capable of producing a musk highly valued as a fragrance and stabilizing agent for perfume. Both male and female civets produce the strong-smelling secretion, which is produced by the civet's perineal glands. Their fur varies from yellowish to dark brown to gold-ish to beige-white, depending on the species.

Description: A rather basic water jutsu and without a doubt one of the easiest to perform. The user concentrates chakra into the water they are standing on (i.e. the user must have contact with the water and can concentrate the chakra through any part of their body) and a small puppy will instantly appear anywhere the user wishes. The puppy has quite sharp teeth and claws whose damage can be compared to that of a simple punch or stab/slash with a kunai (depending on what the puppy does). This jutsu is also quite silent and does not make any vibrations when performed, due to its simplicity.

Description: The user breathes in some air and concentrates a large amount of chakra into their throat and mouth, releasing a roar that is highly infused with chakra at the target. The resulting roar releases a large blast of pure, non-elemental chakra at the target which may be used to deflect projectiles or blow the target away. The chakra-infused roar requires a very large amount of chakra to use (an additional 15 per usage) and may vary in damage and size depending on the amount of chakra used and by who it is performed by. Due to the large amount of chakra required for this technique, the force/damage produced is capable of withstanding/repelling ninjutsu techniques of the same rank and below. Only at least B-rank Civet summons can perform this jutsu.
