Hyouton: Kōri no Capades (Ice Release: Black Ice Capades)

Description: The user channels Hyouton chakra into their feet creating sharp Ice Skates made of Black Ice. When used on Ice, increases the speed of the user to that of Rock Lee without weights. As long as the skates are touching Ice, the skates will last. The moment it touches a surface/terrain made of anything other than ice, the skates will dissipate. The Ice Skates are very sharp and can be used as an effective taijutsu component.
Note: Can only be used on an Ice surface/terrain.
Note: After dissipating, User must wait 2 turns before each use.
Note: Lasts for 3 turns
Note: Can only be done 2 times per battle
Note: Due to strain on the user's Legs, after use of the second time, user's speed drops one level by Rank. (Sage - Kage - Sannin)

Description: The user, having used Ice Release: Glazed Black Ice Intrusion along with Ice Release: Ice Technique(making it snow), makes a very thicker than normal black snow fall across the entire terrain. The snow maintains the properties of Glazed Black Ice Intrusion, allowing all ice techniques made from the black snow will have the extra resistance to lightning (takes a lightning jutsu of the same rank to cancel out any jutsu made from black snow) and a +20 damage to all black ice jutsu as a result. In two turns, the ground will be completely covered in snow up to the ankles. . The user is capable of using the Black Snow to recreate/duplicate any Ice Release techniques that do no originate from inside the body of the user, by manipulating their chakra that is already inside of the Black Snow.

Note: The user, can use this jutsu in place of creating Glazed Black Ice Intrusion and Ice Technique(to make it snow).
Note: Counts as 2/3 moves in a turn
Note: Other precipitation techniques (rain, snow etc) cannot be used at the same time as or used to cancel out Black Snow unless it is of a higher Rank.
Note: Can replace any precipitation technique used of B Rank and Below, effectively replacing the previous technique in its entirety as the user's chakra will override any previous chakra used be it a technique of their ally or an opponent.
Note: Only the user of this technique can create other jutsu out of the Black Snow.

After having discussed things with you, I have made several changes all located in Green. I hope these changes are to your liking.



±± Pending ±± This is a bad technique for you. Its approvable but i don't need you to use those 2 techniques first so you can use this. You can simply use this after making it snow and i'll still approve it. Also, take out the restriction you added. Rain and Snow can fall at the same time. As well as snow and mist. or 3 at the same time. So, your technique wouldn't actually overcome others. Also, take the +20 damage. I'd give you at most +10 although i think the lightning resistance is quite the bonus on its own.Make it count as one technique. No need to over restrict. Its almost there ^



Hyouton: Kuroi Yuki Hyō [Ice Release: Black Snow Leopard]

Description: the user, after having created black snow, forms 3 handseals and creates a large 10 foot tall leopard out of the black snow. The Black Snow Leopard is only capable of being formed on an area that has black snow already on it. The leopard, is incredibly fast, and stands at 5 feet when on all fours and is capable of taking Fire and Lightning Damage up to A Rank without melting. A Rank Fire and Lightning will damage the Black Snow Leopard, however it is capable of reforming 1 turn later as long as Black Snow Technique is still in play. S Ranked Fire or Lightning completely destroys the Black Snow Leopard. This is normally used when a quick attack is needed to unsettle an opponent, causing them to focus more on the leopard than the user from its Raw Speed. The Leopard moves at the speed of Rock Lee without Weights as long as it remains running on Black Snow. When not on black snow, the Leopard runs at the speed equivalent to that of a normal Leopard.
Note: Can only be used 2x per battle.
Note: Can only reform if Fire or Lightning (A Rank and below) hit the Leopard but are not enough to destroy it.

±± Declined ±± Well...now its a bit too much...this leopard automatically has more power than an S-Rank ice as it will always be a S-Rank +20. No. Also, rock lee without weights but make it so its still trackable by normal eyesight. Also, you need to specificy how many turns it LASTs. Maximum of 2 for all its bonus.

The snow maintains the properties of Glazed Black Ice Intrusion, allowing all ice techniques made from the black snow have the extra resistance to lightning (takes a lightning jutsu of the same rank to cancel out any jutsu made from black snow) and a +10 damage to all black ice jutsu as a result, losing some of its damage from the former technique. - I FINALLY understand what you are talking about. I had to go and read Typhoon Vortex and Wind and Fire Blast to understand what I was doing wrong. In the description previous to this one, I had placed "having used tech1 with 2 two, the user can....", when what I should have put is "this is formed as a result of the user using tech1 immediately after tech2". Sorry for my incompetence.

±± Declined ±± The genjutsu part...no no. The Earth, lightning, fire things is actually the opposite. If its Ice, you'd be only able to use Water and Wind otherwise you'd unlabance your chakra and disturb the technique. Also, the same applies to your targets.

This breath is infused with chakra, which upon reaching the ears parses through the drum and into the canals, messing with the target's chakra causing distortion to them, making them feel dizzy and off-balance. From this the target feels like their sight is being distorted and they can't see things straight. The closer the user is to the target's ear, the more effective the illusion is to them.
Notes:
• Can only be performed 4 times a battle.
• This can only be performed when the user is really close to the target.
• Because the chakra is inserted through the ear, it's considered to be sound-based.

The part mentioning that their sight is distorted is simply elaborating on how you would feel from being dizzy.


(Bifū Tōfū) - Doll Fatality
• This is a fighting style used primarily by puppet users. The style is based on the theory that Dolls have a mind of their own, or having somewhat of a personality. The puppeteer trains day and night to be able to synchronize with their puppets, being able to momentarily control them without the need for puppet strings. The art of Bifū Tōfū is a puppet style of fighting where the user cuts off the puppet strings to perform moves which one generally couldn't perform with the use of puppet strings. This mostly includes random acts which can be partially controlled such as spinning at high speeds, and wild flailing of limbs and so on. This is mostly used as a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu style for usage with puppets, so getting them close-range with the target is ideal for these techniques. This is a highly advanced fighting style for puppeteers, so mastery over standard puppetry is required beforehand.

If you were controlling the puppet to spin at a fast pace, you could retract the puppet strings backwards, giving the puppet a spinning motion and then reconnecting the strings to regain control over it. The art of Bifū Tōfū is a puppet style of fighting where the user cuts off the puppet strings to perform moves which one generally couldn't perform with the use of puppet strings. This mostly includes random acts which can be partially controlled such as spinning at high speeds, and wild flailing of limbs and so on. He preferred to instead call his puppet a doll, as it would maintain somewhat of a personality when fighting. Biyorigō is also considered to be a sword itself. It was originally built to guard him whenever he was working, and it could defend from intruders flawlessly. Somehow it fell into the hands of a puppeteer, who has learnt to master how to use the Biyorigō and how it works. The doll's design is based on Chinese culture, a woman with a golden comb in her hair, and buns. It wears a standard kimono, and is built with four arms, two hidden inside the kimono. In each hand the doll holds a lengthy sword, a broadsword almost, but not quite. It's also got four legs, which are quite sturdy and are said to be as hard as diamond, but there's no confirmation on this fact. They're able to extend out like a cross and used for blunt force attacks. Within it's hair hides 8 small daggers, four on each side similar to a retractable knife. It also carries a small blade in it's mouth, seeped in poison. The puppet's entire body is able to move around, with all sorts of joints capable of spinning, twirling and other assorted movements. Biyorigō is the first doll to ever have been able to master the Doll Fatality style. Upon all these abilities, Biyorigō is capable of using all basic puppetry techniques. The doll is kept in a big scroll which has the Kanji (人形) written on it, meaning Doll.
Notes:
• Mastery over Puppetry is required to use the Biyorigō.
• Can only be used by Alternative and those whom he allows.

Removed the part about the dagger being seeped in poison, although some canon puppet techniques allow the use of poison, so this would give the impression that all puppets can use a basic poison.

@ review:
  • The spectral form is only a description of its appearance, not its actual form.
  • About its indestructibility, most weapons submitted nowadays seems to have this ability, so I said why not to myself :shrug: it's just to make sure that it will last more than one match and nobody will come claiming they destroy it... I see it a lot on most weapons being submitted, i.e. either people claim their weapon can cut through anything or is strong enough to endure anything... so I did it too.
  • About the non-conductibility to opponents chakras such as lightning and fire and cold, I already explained it... it's because the chain is already imbued with my own chakra.
  • I also mentioned that the ways I will use it will be submitted as separate submissions, so I believe there is no real need for restrictions at this stage, although I did add some by saying that it's wielders must be at least kage rank, and that activating the chain counts as a move that can only be done after a fight has started.
Hope it's clear and fine now.

Description:
Arkana is an indestructible chain which became legendary when it was used ages ago to capture a bijuu. When it was being forged, it was enhanced with highly advanced fuuinjutsu in order to make it able to restrain anything, whether its constitution is tangible like living beings, or intangible like chakra.

Many fought over the power of Arkana and it was therefore kept hidden for decades, until recently when it has been finally passed down for combat. When in dormant status, Arkana is wrapped around its wielder’s left arm without affecting his/her mobility. The wielder can use it to block attacks from edged weapons, whether or not these are enhanced by wind or lightning chakra.

In active mode, Arkana will adopt a somewhat spectral form by glowing, and the wielder will be able to use his chakra to manipulate it around, making it crawl in mid-air in order to reach and pierce through opponents and concrete techniques with its edged end. The wielder can also imbue it with chakra to make it increase in length, similarly to Shun’s Andromeda Chain in Saint Seiya. Lastly, when in active mode, Arkana is constantly imbued with the wielder's chakra, which makes it impossible for the opponent to conduct electricity, heat or cold through it by using his lightning, fire or ice chakras.

Note: The wielder of Arkana must be Kage rank or above.

±± Declined ±± =_= I didn't ask you to explain it to me. I asked you to restrict it and determine what can stop it, thus giving some kind of rank to it. As for the only resctrition you have its completely useless for the use of the weapon. I mean, how does it restrict its abilities being only usable by kage ranks and above?
Similarly to any other weapons, this one too can be blocked by a sturdy enough object and/or repelled with a jutsu. Being indestructible doesn’t make it unstoppable, it is the power and technique applied into it by the user that determines how powerful it becomes, or unstoppable if you prefer, and gives it a rank. Right now it is just a tool, an inanimated object, and how I use it will be submitted separately with restrictions that I will diligently apply. I intend to submit at least one S-rank jutsu that makes use of this weapon and this is why it is currently ranked as S-rank. Well this was how I planned to do things and the reason for the lack of strict restrictions at this weapon’s current stage; it was was all based on what I learned from previous mods’ reviews. But anyway, I will henceforth adapt to your review logic.

To begin with, the only reason I made the weapon indestructible was because I always thought making weapons this way was for the purpose of not having to replace them after every few battles, and that it could indirectly serve to decrease the mod’s workload. It is edited and bolded now, along with the other restrictions requested, which I hope will suffice. Lastly, about the restriction on the user’s rank, it is to limit the amount of people that may ask me to lend it, therefore avoiding it being spammed in battles. Since it is for personal reasons, I can remove it if you still want me to.

Sorry for the long post, I just needed to explain how I saw things and how I see them now.

Note: Arkana can only deal with two consecutive S-rank attacks and will be damaged if used to deal with three consecutive S-rank attacks.


±± Declined ±± Look at the parts i put in red. The way its worded means that if i approve it you can without any technique use your chakra to make it restrict a target and make it impossible for him to defend himself without Space time techniques. The problem isn't future techniques that take use of its abilities...its the abilities you are already describing. You can do a weapon in 2 ways: either you explain in the description what the weapon is and how it works, while submitting its abilities separate. Or you put everything within the weapon. The way you are doing is having both. And i can't approve that description the way it is. Sorry. It has too many things that makes it possible to be misused.

This technique will work best on a non-solid armor (solid armors are like steel/earth) For an example, as the enemy has brought up a fire armor onto themselves, as the hyuuga approaches him, the hyuuga master will keep a swirling chakra exerted from the top of his finger, which will protect his fingers(meaning the chakra which is exerted from the tip of the finger will disturb/nullify the intended point/area where the hyuuga member will strike) or fist from any kind of burning, or whatever may expose it. Like I said, this technique works best if it isn't used against solid armors like steel or earth, or any solid based armor. As the hyuuga has gone through this defense, the hyuuga master then eject his chakra 64 times, causing disruption, as tendon/join/muscle cell injuries within the enemie's chakra system/body. The chakra swirling around the user's finger, thus reaching onto his fist, will keep away any danger from the enemy's armor like burning/cutting, or any kind a effects. Tip of the fingers contain the most powerful chakra, as where it is exerted, thus as it advances/swirls towards the arms, it decreases. If the user is poking through a not solid forbidden armor, he will take -30 damage, thus making this technique unusable for the rest of the battle.

±± Declined ±± Good idea but, it lacks restrictions. Also, don't forget, raw chakra (like the one used for gentle fist) is always weaker (one rank) than elemental chakra. Also, when you say armor, you mean techniques that cover your enemies body right? Like Nagashi? you might want to explain that better, as armor is basically talking about weapons. Also, even if you made this into a forbidden rank it would be only able to affect s-rank elemental jutsu. Don't forget also, that this only allows you to protect your fingers (7-10cms) and most techniques like the ones you wish to counter are much thicker than that.

It may enable you to poke through an enemy technique one rank lower but you can't in any way protect your whole body. Also, how many strikes can you do with this technique? The way its worded now you'll only be able to do one. You complicated something that is very simple "The user creates a dense swirl of chakra around his main two fingers (index and middle) and uses it like a localized drill that he can use to breach through low rank armor and elemental-armor like techniques such as Earth Spear." You keep adding things on it that keeps making it impossible to be accepted.

This technique is effective within 5 meter radius where the opponent is in the middle. As the chakra entered the opponents body from the ground or water, it will hit all the tenketsu points in the opponent's feet and thighs. As their circulation of the chakra, and the tenketsu points has been disturbed. This either causes the opponent to either fail to mold the chakra for the intended technique, or to overdo it meaning the technique of the opponent will damage the opponent as by having too much of what is needed. This won't cause any damage to the opponent, only the feeling of numbness in their feet as they're use to have the chakra circulation but now it is been disturbed, and to fail to do any chakra based techniques which involves the legs.

Description: This jutsu has been passed down from generation to generations, in order to stop wars within the families or even within a village. This technique involves the user's high speed movements of the exerting chakra from their palms, but this chakra is very different. As the user has brought their hands back to his sides, he will move it forward and backwards, while exerting a chakra from his palms. This movement is really fast, thus naked eye would not be able to see the hands moving, only that they're by the side of the user. As because of the high speeds of the exertion of chakra, this chakra will cover a really wide area, thus making it almost unavoidable. The chakra which the user is exerting is invisible to the naked eye. As this chakra has reached the opponent's body, it will close their chakra points, their tenketsu.

Description: The Morning Star is a legendary silvery snow white Fuuma Shuriken made of a lightweight yet immensly strong metal. It can be thrown with immense dexterity and accuracy and due to its light-weight build and heightened equilibrium the Fuuma Shuriken rotates at high speeds when thrown, easily reaching 400 rotations per minute and while traveling at immense speeds. Its blades are tapered to extremely sharp edges being able to slice through rocks with a level of grace beauty and strength unmatched by any sword. When traveling, because of its pure colour, it often reflects the suns rays making the blade dazzle with the colours of the rainbow, however because of its high rotation levels and speed of travel, it is often seen as a bright whitish light that can blind the enemy if they were to look directly at the blade, earning it the name of The Monring Star.

The Morning Stars four blades are easily detachable and can be wielded like daggers if neccesary for close combat. Legend has it that upon creation, while being forged each each of the four blades were pre-infused with a element one wind; water; fire; and lightning. This allows the user to add basic chakra to the blades yet still produce the same effects as if they added elemental chakra.

The Morning Star comes with a silver chain that can easily be wrapped around and unwrapped from the inner rings of the blades allowing the user to control the Fuuma Shuriken mid flight through use of the chain, or use the chain in conjunction with a single one of its blades creating a sword-chain effect. The chain itself was also forged with its own abilities, being that the chain can be legnthened or shortened upon the users will, and can also be hardened and stiffened to the point that it can be mistaken for a rigid iron bar, this makes the Morning Star set very versatile and allows it to be used in ingunuitive and imaginative ways.

For example the user could attach both ends of the chain to a seperate detached blade and harden the chain, forming a Naginta like weapon or the user could activate two or more of the Morning Stars elements at the same time,for example throwing the Morning Star while activating the Fire and Wind blades through the use of basic chakra, so that while the Fuuma Shuriken is rotating the chakra will coat the blades forming a coating that has both heightened cutting abilities and the ability to burn and scald. The blades of the Fuuma Shuriken are usualy all aligned with the chain wrapped around the blades and the wielders shoulder for easy carrying.

When one or more of the Morning Stars Element blades are activated, the element will manifest around the the blade however it will have a white or silverish tint. Such as White lightning crackling around the blades, a Silvery water coating and so on. The blade will also be able to cut through B rank and below techniques when a element is coating the blade, taking into considerations of the elements strengths and weaknesses of course EG. Lightning Coated Morning Star can cut through A rank earth but only C rank Wind.

~For the Fuuma Shurken to be thrown, all Four blades must be attached and intact otherwise the shurikens equilibrium will be put off, and it will not be able to travel properly.
~Once thrown, the Shuriken has to be retrivied by physical means such as throwing it so that it loops around much like a boomerang, or via the use of the chain.
~Making the Chain rigid counts as a move. Chain can only be destroyed by S rank piercing and cutting techniques. Blades are Indestructible.
~The user cannot activate elements that are at the opposite spectrum to eachother at the same time, such as water and fire.

±± Declined ±± I like the originality of the idea and the weapon itself. However, you need to simply this a bit and the chain part is quite the mess. Be it a separate chain you can attach to each blade would be best. Controlling the shuriken through a chain isn't very possible or viable. as for the infusing with elements, since your weapon is so unique and interesting i'll allow it but you need to make it more clear what each of it means. And also, lets kept it at 2 elements at the same time max.


Mantis Fist

The Mantis Fist is a taijustu style that invovles the user striking the enemy with one of their fingers in rapid succesion in specific places alternating between hands for each strike . While striking the enemy the user focus's a fair amount of raiton chakra on the tops of their fingers and then aims to strike the enemies nervous points. While striking the nervous points the user forcefully inserts their ration chakra into that point allowing them to disrupt the enemies: Synapses;Cause breakdown of Neurons;Disrupt signal relays,Redirect Signals;Stimulate Sensory neurons
By disrupting the synapses ,one can cause the enemies reactions to either slow or speed up to their liking
By breaking down the Neurons one can cause the enemies reaction to halt altogether
By disrupting and redirecting signal relays,one could make the opponents movements get mixed up eg. The opponents brain says it wants to make five handseals,while relaying the information from the brain to the hands a diversion caused by The Mantis Fist occurs causing the opponent to move say his legs instead.
By stimulating sensory neurons one could make the enemy feel as if he was under immense pain much like a genjustu.
The effects of the Mantis Fist greatly resembles,is similar or if not is a genjustu.It revolves around the hypothesis that if a person can no longer feel pain due to their nervous system acting as it shouldn't,demonstrated in movies;books and manga,such as Kick Ass;Brisinger and One Piece.Then why shouldnt someone be put under great pain without the need for a large impact by their Nervous system/Sensory Neurons being manipulated

The user strikes with their index and middle fingers striking first at the medial nerve with their left hand then at the first supraclavicular nerve with their right hand,then at the lactoral nerve with their left hand and lastly the second supraclavicular nerve with their right hand.With each strike the user extends their needle-like focused raiton chakra into the opponent sinking their raiton chakra deep into the opponent so that it can pass through their skin muscle and if need be bones to reach the nerves, once this is done the enemy will start to experience great pain similar to that if someone were to be under cardiac arrest since when the raiton chakra is being inserted the chakra first strikes the recpetive nerves present in the skin in that small area manipulating them to send the signals for pain and signals to the motor neurons to make the chest muscles clench.It then continues to let their chakra seep further in to get to the actual nerveous system causing the chest muscles to clench further.This justu causes the opponent to become Nauseaus,also the opponent will be unable to use any justu's that require exhaling for that turn due to the involuntary clenching of their chest.

±± Pending ±± the idea isn't bad however, the way its worded, the way it works, the description of move you submitted, etc all have problems. First this is very closely related to medical training thus its unapprovable. Also, the genjutsu part was already done...by me. Lazy Fist is Gentaijutsu, the ability to through touch, insert chakra into your opponent to produce pinpoint genjutsu-effects. Also, the way its worded in both the description of the technique and the style itself, it makes it closely related to Gentle Fist. It needs work but its on the good way for something cool.

Mantis Fist

The Mantis Fist is a taijustu style that invovles the user striking the enemy with one or more of their fingers in rapid succesion in specific places alternating between hands for each strike . While striking the enemy, the user focus's a large amount of Raiton or Katon chakra on the tops of their fingers and when they strike the enemy, they allow the chakra to penetrate into the enemies body, however even though it is a very pinpoint strike done with the finger tips, its effects are devestating as when the user makes contact with the opponent, they insert their chakra into the opponents body, the chakra ripples outwards and in the direction of the original strike, much like when a pebble is dropped into a shallow pond and the water around it is disturbed and ripples outwards. The effects of the Mantis Fist can be increased further by striking certain spots on the body, such as pressure points or nerve endings.
When this is done with raiton chakra, the chakra will ripple outwards on impact, which may affect motor and sensory neurons with its static charges, this can cause:
-Paralysation in the surronding area.
-Loss of feeling and pain in that area. The users raiton chakra's static charges are used to counter the static charges of the opponents sensory neurons, making the opponent have a loss of feeling and pain in that area, this proves disadvantageous, as damage can be done to the opponents body without the opponent ever being aware of the effects caused(Broken ribs pierced lungs ect.)

By using fire chakra you can cause heatwater present in bodies or the atmosphere causing the water to evapourate, this can be very effective as the body is made up of large sums of water and many organs rely on water present in the body.


The Mantis Fist has one last ability, because of the way that the chakra is released and inserted, the non physical chakra part of the Mantis Fist does not require contact with the opponents body to work. Infact once the ripple effect is released, it can travel through mediums such as earth water and air for up to 5 inches the ripples becoming wider and affecting a larger area as it reaches further from the source, much like a wave that passess through a small gap into a large area. The area covered having a diameter of 6 inches per 1 inch distance form the source.

Combining the 2 chakra natures the user makes the air around the opening extremely cold, making ice form into the atmosphere. Then by using shape manipulation the user forms thousands upon thousands of countless small thin but incredibly sharp blades of ice that almost look like light blue sakura petals. In a matter of seconds the blades will rain down through the 2nd oppening (the smaller one, which is 10m wide) piercing through everyone that is in the 10m radius and ripping them to shreds.
Note: If the user is in the 10m radius he will also be killed.

Each of them had a special ability that was feared but at the same time wanted by the ninjas, so there are only few who can use those now. By using the 2 seals on his palms, the user is able to summon any of these armors on him, allowing him to defend against certain attacks or use them for offensive purpose.
Heaven's Wheel Armor (天輪の鎧 Tenrin no Yoroi): Plated armor covers the user’s chest and stomach, with a large metal star over it, while wearing large pants that has metal plating in the upper area. The user’s neck is uncovered. and he/she has large metal wings that appear to be made of individual blades, as well as a wing-like headpiece While wearing this armor, the user seemingly gains the ability to fly and while wearing this armor, the user is able to summon a large amount of swords (roughly more than 200), and launch weapons at his/her opponent(s) in a variety of differrent ways. The armor is meant to be used for facing multiple opponents. It increases the user’s speed while flying, up to the level of Rock Lee without his weights.
The Giant's Armor (巨人の鎧 Kyojin no Yoroi): This is a large, furry, golden colored armor with that sports a large cross on the breastplate. The armor is completed by a headgear with the appearance of a pair of large metal ears. This armor gives the user an enhanced strength: This armor increases the user’s strength in the form of his throwing power, allowing the user to throw objects or even people at far distance with pinpoint accuracy. The user’s strength in the form of brutal power is also increased giving the user a +10 damage to all taijutsu attacks.
Adamantine Armor (金剛の鎧 Kongō no Yoroi): The Adamantine Armor is a large, blue and navy colored armor. The breastplate is composed of different plates joined together, with four, prominent tube-like ornaments on the front, right above his chest, below the high armored collar. The shoulder pads are very large and sport prominent plates shaped like spikes, protruding from a far darker part which composes the base of the structure. The armor is completed by a helmet which covers the top and the sides of the user’s face, leaving the back part of his head exposed, and sporting prominent spikes jutting outwards. The armor gives the user immense defense: This armor is the ultimate, high-level defensive stance. While wearing it, the user can 2 times per battle defend against attacks up to A rank. The armor features two shields on the arms, which by concentrating chakra can be brought together to generate a large barrier, full of chakra, allowing the user to defend against 1 s rank technique, if done that – the armor will not be used for the rest of the battle and it must be changed.
Restrictions:
  • The user can use only 1 armor at the same time.
  • The armor switch is done extremely fast, so the user must use 10+
  • chakra every time he wants to switch armor.
  • No forbidden ranked techniques can be used when The Giant's Armor is
  • activated.
  • No clones can be used while Heaven's Wheel Armor is on.

I'm ok with that S-Rank genjutsu he can cast once per battle but range in this genjutsu? Also, take the part about the huge amount of pain and etc etc. Its not up to you or your genjutsu. Genjutsu is released through pain but needing to hack your hand off is simply too much and i won't accept that. Take that part out completely.

Description:The user molds a huge amount of katon chakra throughout the body, once the chakra is built, the user does three hand seals, which triggers highly dense and concentrated katon to manipulate around the user, creating a mid sized circle that circulates clock – wise around the user. When the user is ready, the user claps their hands together causing the circular blaze to immediately keep growing into a bigger circle of fire, spreading into an even bigger circle that destroys everything that it touches(while keeping your hands together after clapping) . this jutsu’s speed moves at the users rank, so that you can determine how fast it feeds. Works well in a forest, so that it can clear the area.

Weapons, rocks,etc can be enhanced by this jutsu to make the attacks more effective, coating the object in fire just like the users hands.

Description:This Genjutsu is one of the most efficient in history, created after several years of studying various powerful Genjutsu users. The user begins by placing the opponent under the influence of an illusion, where they dream they are falling off a huge cliff face, and continue to fall forever; meanwhile in actuality, they are merely dreaming, and their body is asleep. However, the true power of this jutsu comes with its secondary effects. While the opponent is asleep, the user manipulates the flow of chakra in the targets cerebral nervous system, causing the body to unnecessarily begin to produce large amounts of DMT because the target is dreaming. While usually the powerful Hallucinogenic properties of DMT are negated by MAOI (monoamine oxidase), if a large enough dose is produced, and reaches the brain before it can be metabolized by MAOI, the person will be subject to powerful hallucinations beyond their control. After this secondary process is complete, the Genjutsu is automatically cancelled out, and the afflicted person wakes up. This leaves the DMT to take its effect once it reaches the brain. Some psychological effects may include an experience of radiant colors, objects and surfaces appearing to ripple or "breathe", colored patterns behind the closed eyelids (eidetic imagery), crawling geometric patterns overlaying walls and other objects, morphing objects, a sense that one's thoughts are spiraling into themselves, loss of a sense of identity or the ego (known as "ego death"), and other powerful psycho-physical reactions. Some psychological effects may include an experience of radiant colors, objects and surfaces appearing to ripple or "breathe", colored patterns behind the closed eyelids (eidetic imagery), crawling geometric patterns overlaying walls and other objects, morphing objects, a sense that one's thoughts are spiraling into themselves, loss of a sense of identity or the ego (known as "ego death"), and other powerful psycho-physical reactions. A long chain formed solely of the users chakra "solidifies" allowing for the user to throw it towards the opponent in the form of a long-range attack. Because of its range, it is an incredibly versatile and powerful style of fighting, however the style lacks in speed and stealth. With the chain being made of the users chakra, it encircles the users body at all times while in use giving some-what protection from assault on all sides. In this variation, the user does not release chakra shock-waves, as focus remains primarily on the shape and control of the chain.

If the user choices to, he can also create said orbs in the water itself, preventing the opponent a chance to detect them (doujutsu and chakra sensing abilities aside, of course). The orbs are then spread in a pentagonal shape, surrounding the user and opponent, with 3 pentagons in total: one surrounding the enemy in short range, one in mid range and the last in long range. If the opponent moves around underwater, he will cause a chain reaction, causing all of the water orbs to forcibly explode, causing great damage to anything caught underwater, with enough force to break bones on contact and cause severe internal damage to and rupture organs and even remove limbs. If both the user and enemy are standing on the water surface, and they move, it will cause the orbs near the surface to explode firstly, still causing a chain-reaction. I actually thought that I changed the rank to Forbidden, my apologies. As for the pentagons, it's intended to be in relation to the enemy. I meant to say they are short/mid/long range in relation's to the enemy's position, if that makes better sense (I'm having a bit of trouble explaining properly xD). And yes, that's what I meant! xd

(Kougake Shippuu) Hurricane Gauntlets

Description: The hurricane gauntlets are two gauntlets that cover the users whole forearm.
They have two abilities, the first is the ability to release wind chakra in the form of hurricanes around the users forearms.
the second is the abilitly to transform into two swords which can be strengethened by having the user channel wind chakra through the swords making them sharper and stronger.
The two abilitys are activated in different ways. To activate the hurricanes around the users forearms the user simply has to pump wind chakra through the gauntlets and the gauntlets will make the wind into a violent hurricane around the forearm.
But to activate the twin sword ability the user performs the tiger handseal and applies chakra, this causes the gauntlets to turn into two swords bound to the users forearms but a chain at the end of the swords hilt.
When using the hurricane ability of the gauntlets the user can fire the hurricanes that have been created at the opponent up to mid range away (the hurricanes are A Rank).
One of the main uses of the hurricane ability for the gauntlets is for more powerful close combat fighting.

The hurricane gauntlets, when active can block projectile/stream type lightning jutsu up to A rank and B/A rank water projectiles, aswell as basic ninja tools by the user pointing his arms towards the jutsu/projectile and applying more chakra to the gauntlets, causing the hurricanes to increase in size and strength. (this is with the hurricane ability) This will cause projectile/stream type lightning jutsu's to be canceled out due to the wind hurricanes and water projectiles will either be blown back towards the opponent or will be re-directed.

- Cannot perform any wind jutsu whilst the Hurricane Gauntlets are activated
- Cannot perform jutsu that requires handseals whilst the twin swords ability is active
- The user can alternate the abilities ie. have a sword active in one hand and the hurricane active in the other
- The hurricanes that are fired are A rank
- The hurricanes can only be fired 4 times
- Firing the hurricanes counts towards the users 3 moves
- Can block up to A rank projectile/stream type lightning jutsu, B/A rank water projectiles and basic ninja tools up to 4 times.
- Blocking counts as a move from the 3 per turn.
- Can only be used by Kato Rokuemon

The technique is performed by the user focuses their lightning chakra towards their hand, and begin to compress it. They then release the compressed lightning from their hand in the shape of a large thunderbolt. The thunderbolt is around 3x the size of Chidori Sharp Spear, and can go up to mid range, though when using this technique the user doesn't have the ability to move the lightning around like Chidori sharp spear. The Technique is forbidden because the user's hand which he used to fire byakurai becomes numb for one full turn, making it impossible to perform hand seals.

This does not increase the power of the attack, just enables the user to throw the technique. Like the FRS, the elemantal rasengan will expand when the user wishes hitting everything within short range.

The sword is normal at first. But when fed chakra, Kotōmaru becomes a deadly weapon of destruction. When the user feeds the sword chakra, a mass of dense energy erupts around the user obscuring the vision of others. When the energy clears the weilder is found with a new attire.

A dragon head's head envelops the user's shoulder and grey strips of cloth cover the forearm. Kotōmaru's blade is now entirely composed of blue energy, and a cape of the same color as the cloth drapes the user's back. Two slivers of blue energy float next to the user's right shoulder, and a disc next to the user's right. The user also has a cape on their waist to foot.

A charged Kotōmaru immensly increases the user's strength hundred fold and also speed and defense increase tenfold.

Strengths:
-Blade is indestructible (It is just pure energy)
-Blade can be extended till mid range in a swing (Max)
-The user's speed is boosted tenfold. Through the attire which is chakra infused causing the user to be able to move swiftly through the battle field without resistance and yet full control. (-1 To Kotōmaru Complete)
-User has absolute defense against D-rank techniques
-During Speed boosting, the user can move straight in to certain techniques without recoil or damage. (C-Rank and below)

Elemental Strengths:
Suiton (Defense): Can vapourize water technique (Up to C-rank)
Fuuton (Defense): Weakens all Wind techniques (2-ranks) {Through massive energy of the sword and the attire causing Pressure changes around the user weakening Wind Techniques}

Genjutsu: Taizen Ukatsu (Illusionary Technique: Blissful Ignorance)

Description: This technique's primary focus is to mask the feel of pain with an illusion. After preforming the required hand seals (Snake → Ox → Tiger) the caster will set the base illusion on sight, this illusion is unnoticed, as the illusion has no appearance of any difference on the field, unknown to the victim, another illusion is centered on top of that initial illusion. This illusion will give the appearance as if they evaded the user's next attack, however whatever technique they are stationary and vulnerable to the attack. The attack, however based on the attack actually making contact, the victim is knocked out of the genjutsu through pain, which has them fall into the previously layered genjutsu on the bottom, which has the same affect. The user will feel the pain caused from the user's previous attack and realize they were in a gen, however, they will feel as though they were knocked out of it and not realize the other gen layered on top.
~The user is essentially layering two genjutsu on top of the other, requiring a fair amount of chakra and concentration. No other genjutsu can be used while this one is in play.
~Only B-ranked gen or below can be used for the next two turns after jutsu is released.
~Jutsu remains in affect until victim is successfully outside of each layer
~Any jutsu above A-rank or any lightning jutsu B-rank and above is enough to dispel both layers
