- Must have signed the White Lion contract
- Genjutsu lasts 2 turns
- User won't be able to use genjutsu or forbidden ranked jutsus in the next 2 turns

~Declined~ You need to specify how you cast the genjutsu on the opponent, simply showing them your summon's claws won't be enough. You can never tell how your opponent will react to a genjutsu, you can only describe what they will see and physically feel (if you make them believe they're being injured for example).

Description: The user changes their weight by flooding their muscles with chakra and gathering their Wind Nature chakra for boost around their entire body to give the user a weightless effect focusing it the most at the feet to walk on thin air, tho it doesn't changes the users speed. The user seems to glide over the ground and air, stepping so lightly that there is no sound generated nor enough pressure to set off most traps or leave a trace of their movement. So due to the immens pressure pust on the legs with the wind chakra it grants the user to walk over thin air by, focusing your chakra into the feet this jutsu is similiar in a way to the basics of the ninja like walking on water infused with chakra into the feet. So the user is consantly focusing there chakra into both legs. This, jutsu can be used for a long period if the, user adds +5 chakra every turn to keep it active. This requires little chakra to maintain but prolonged use will begin to cause fatigue due to the strain put on both legs. When deployed masterfully air step can be used to push off of air with enough strength to launch themselves, into the air with full control tho not to evade attacks.

An example of Air Step when used:

(Fūton/Katon: Kurenai Mari) – Wind/Fire Release: Crimson Ball~

Description: After performing the required hand seals Snake → Horse → Boar the user will, focus a large amount of katon chakra into both hands creating two small balls (the size of a smoke bomb) and then the user starts moving his/her hands at rapid speed spinning them all over and while doing that he user will start gathering fūton chakra around the ball covering it like a coat, making it slightly bigger then the rasengan. And after a few seconds the user will push them away at the opponent(s) while on their way the crimson balls will absorb more oxygen and eventually they'll merge with each other, making them just as big as a normal TBB but with an crimson color. As it reaches short range of the opponent, it will absorb the coated wind chakra and expand giving the user the chance to form the snake handseal doing that the ball will explode eating away all the oxygen in shot range severly burning the opponent(s) and also blowing every object back with the released explosion power.

Description: The user grabs benihime by the hilt while the blade still remeans in the sheat doing so the user quick draws the blade extremely fast to strike, while it's still covered in magma making a horizontal slash movement at the opponent while moving her body in an cirkel pattern (Like those samurai shiz) releasing a cirkeling wave of black lava and fums at the opponent(s) but it's hard to predict from which direction it'll strike due to it moving at high speeds and cirkeling all around, when released the user will re-sheat benihime in a blink of amn eye.

Description: Benihime is a special blade forged in the Iwagakure village with sacred methods which allowed the blade to look black because they forged it out of many vulcano diamonds that is why it is black. The blade itself is indestructible, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons. Anything above a B-Rank attacks would hit the sword out of the users hand but, it can't block it. If, benihime is unsheated it will cover itself with lava. This only works when the sword is in one of the users hands and they state that they are doing so. The user is able to focus their charka into the sword surrounding it with lava charka, though this lava turns to black due to the sword's effect. This black lava increases the damage of basic kenjutsu by +10 damage. This lasts for up to 5 turns and can be used once per battle.
The abilities of this sword are quite simple, The user can release a small Shockwave of magma (which is the highest form of lava and the hottest coated in fumes and, hot gasses) from the blade but doing so they will need to add +10 more chakra but this move can only be used 3 times per battle.
The wave it self is a S-Ranked jutsu, and it can be fired at Short to Long range.

.Note: The user must have mastered Fire/Earth/Lava inorder to use this wepon.

He is special because outside his body is filled with little spikes which can damage if touched without caution. he can carry maximum 5 people on him on top of his head there are no spikes so people can get on him safely. he is really fat he is really thick so he can jump really high probably higher then a new york building >_<. From his birth he was always training to master the the earth element, he hasn't fully mastered it yet but he can easily use earth up to B-ranks. he is not really friendly to other except to his owner.

Description: A jutsu developed by Kaguya D. Luffy, the Sage of the Diamond Bones. Luffy created this jutsu shortly after finishing his journey to become a Sage. It is now known as his ultimate jutsu. To use this jutsu, the user must prepare some things beforehand: Dance of the Young Ferns must have been used beforehand, and the Bone Flower must be used on himself to protect himself from this technique. Before using the Bone Flower, the user releases a large amount of chakra into the atmosphere, which he sends into the large bone spikes from the Dance of the Young Ferns technique. As it is sent into the bone spikes, the chakra compresses itself in each of the bone spike and the user quickly uses Bone Flower to protect himself and then uses this technique to detonate the bone spikes. All of the bone spikes shatter into a billion pieces flying at high speeds in all directions. The aftermath of this jutsu is nothing else than bone shards everywhere, and a lone bone flower in the middle of it all, the user cancels his Bone Flower technique after the "explosion" ends. This jutsu puts so much strain on the user that he is unable to use any aspect of his Kekkei Genkai for the rest of the battle, his bone density returns to the normal density of human bones, he can no longer manipulate his bones in any shape or form, which of course means that this technique cannot be used more than once per battle. The user also uses up a lot of chakra, meaning he cannot use any forbidden rank techniques for the rest of the battle and S rank for 1 turn, if the user has already used a forbidden rank technique during his battle, he will not be able to use this one(Cannot use any forbidden rank techniques before or after using this one). The user takes -15 damage from the strain and it can only be used by the Sage of the Diamond Bones.

Description: The Kinshou Getsuei was crafted by McKnockout many years ago shortly after his return from the Land of Iron and creation of his own element, Platinum. Kinshou Getsuei is a large Japanese war fan or Tessen similar to one that Temari wields. However, unlike Temari’s fan, the Kinshou Getsuei is a Tessen made from hardened, light-weight Platinum which is highly infused with his chakra – so much so that it can only be wielded by him and starts to emit a bright, shining glow/light akin to that of the Moon. If any other person picks up the fan, they would not be able unfold the fan and as result, use any of its abilities. The Kinshou Getsuei is a folding fan with 10 ribs that are in fact blades of Platinum disguised to look like a normal, harmless fan. The fan itself is about 3/4 of McKnockout’s height and has countless engraved kanji inscriptions all over it. The fan itself, when collapsed, can also be used as a make shift sword and is able to deflect kunai and shuriken when opened and/or planted into the ground. This suggests that the fan is entirely made of Platinum rather than paper.

Like Temari’s fan, the wielder of Kinshou Getsuei is able to call down a variety of wind-related jutsus as well as some other unique abilities. These are:
  • Indestructible (though it can't cut through anything)
  • “Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Barrage Technique” gets 2 Ranks in strength when used.

~Declined~ Very well made technique, the abilities are ok, my only problem is the restrictions. You have none O-o. While being a weapon, it still release S-rank jutsus, and hence need to be restricted.

I lowered one of the jutsus to just A-rank and added more restrictions.

Description: The user performs a single handseal and concentrates his Raiton chakra at a specific spot in front of him (usually a spot on his opponent) and creates an electric spark (an electrostatic discharge) at that spot, zapping the opponent. This small discharge of lightning numbs the affected area temporarily as it "lights up". However it does not have enough power/lethality to completely electrocute the opponent; it is used more as a method to distract and confuse the opponent. This technique can be used to stall the opponent e.g. zapping his hands while he is performing handseals to disrupt his jutsu. Or, it can be used to electrify metals or other materials that conduct electricity or to electrify a Suiton jutsu.
*Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle.
*Note: The target must be within the user's field of vision.

Removed the part about disrupting handseals. That can not be done.

~Declined~ I'm extremely tempted to put a DNR on this one. Never submit something that takes immediate effect on your opponent, how cheap is that? A similar technique would be Amaterasu and I'm almost positive you know how generally hated it is in our RP.

Rather remarkable and unique weapon created by chakra molders of the old. Said to originate from distant land in the north, where blacksmiths used chakra along with mastery of their talent to forge armor and weapons, this weapon comes in form of surprisingly normal looking, brown, leather bracer which covers entire forearm, its only exception being round, blue crystal embed into its center which shines upon every usage. In ancient texts, named as "One that is All" and "Form without Form", it brought many scholars and historians of the time into heated debate which was to conclude if weapon ever existed. After many years of arguments and counter-arguments, texts were labeled as nothing more than bedtime stories and as such soon fell into depths of oblivion. After hundreds of years, a man stumbled over a weapon while searching for gold in long-forgotten crypts of northern lords. After spending over twenty years on discovering and mastering abilities of the weapon he possessed, he systematically assassinated key people in the rule over northern districts while at the same time activating himself in the field of politics. Soon enough, he ensured himself and his bloodline a constant seat of power in rule over north. Weapon then passed from father to son and one of them was foolish enough to write down abilities on his deathbed because he didn't want his son to spend years on mastering abilities on his own. Not long after father's death, son was killed in his cradle and weapon was stolen where it's every traces is lost. Now, after all these centuries and decades, rumors has it that a lone ninja got his hands on it and secrets to its abilites...


User can, by using his chakra, create any weapon, shield or armor on any place on his body through use of special bracer. While they don't possess any special abilities they can be imbued with elemental chakra in order to increase their effectiveness. Although they can be thrown or shot, they will dissolve into thin air in a short time after hitting the target as they got too far from bracer. Whatever is created doesn't count as jutsu.

That would be it (sry for history) :D There are no restrictions as I don't think that weapons is too strong. It's merely taijutsu amplifier - you can make a shield to block the sword and then form it into knife in order to attack, but that is as far as it goes - no additional damage to anything, no less handseal thing, nothing. I may make jutsus for the weapon if it gets approved...

The holder can unleash a battering thunder of different strikes and defenses that are unmatched by other swordsmen. There are seven different sword styles in all. Each style is primarily different from the next, allowing the user switch form's in a split second, confusing most enemy's when it comes to tracking style. The seven style's are named after Seven wind god's, Fūjin, the Japanese wind god, Shu, Egyptian god of the wind and air, Tāwhirimātea, Māori god of weather, Enlil, the Mesopotamian/Sumerian god of air and wind, Anemoi, the Greek wind god, Vayu, the Hindu God of Wind, and Feng Bo, the Chinese wind god. These styles are devestating to tell the least, and very few, if any, have been able to stop this technique.
Style's:
♦ Fūjin: This technique mainly focuses on speed and accuracy. The speed gained by using the secret of this technique is devastating, and almost completely unavoidable. The user releases plenty set's of multiple quick strikes at one time, and never misses due to gained awareness and focus on the enemy.

♦ Shu: This specific are in specialization mainly focuses on defense alone. The user completely set's focus on any incoming attack, and counter's it completely using a blade alone. The strength barrier cannot be broken.

♦ Tāwhirimātea: The user specializes in hasty, fast movement's with the body. Allowing them to make their way out of a tight situation, or dodge an unblock-able technique quickly. This can also be used as a countering mechanism.

♦ Enlil: The tactical style. The user will use the help of the hands to counter. Once the target attack's with a physical based technique, the user will counter with the arm or hand in any specific way, (avoiding the damaging part of the blade or weapon) , opening up fatal attacks.

♦ Anemoi: This is a strength based technique. The user will use massive amount's of strength in each blow, knocking the other opponent of course, or out strengthening the opponent.

♦ Vayu: Allow's you to freely create form's in the air. Attacking is easier without a base to stand on in voided area's, giving you the upper hand in this type of situation.

♦ Feng Bo: This is a special technique. Which enables the user to easily, and quickly counter strike in incoming blade by dodging and slicing. Only a great samurai could avoid this technique.
♦ Can only be used by a Samurai.
♦ Sequence Must only be used once per-battle.
♦ The techniques last as long as the user need's them to.

Description: Liepard appears to be a leopard cat, a species of wildcat that appear to have traits of both housecats and leopards. It slightly resembles a black panther, because the spots on the panther's coat can be seen if examined closely. Liepard is a slender, primarily purple-colored feline, similar to a large house cat. It has a pink "mask" patterning over its eyes, a pink nose, and small yellow "eyebrows". It has two pairs of long yellow whiskers, with the tufted underside of its body and the tips of its legs also yellow. Luxray is extremely vicious, although very loyal to AntiHero. He can administer extreme amounts of power through electricity. Because of his flawless x-ray like vision, practically nothing can go unseen by its eyes.

Description: The user releases Raiton chakra much like in 16 Pillar bind but instead of forming multiple pillars he forms just one behind the opponent. From this pillar sprouts out chains made of the same material as the pillar itself they wrap around the opponent's arms, legs, waist, and neck holding him firmly in place. Once bound to the pillar/stake he is violently shocked for about 15 seconds with a current of electricity. The shock is enough to stun the opponent and paralyze parts of his body but not enough to kill him. The chains also restrict the persons movement making it so he can't place his hands together to form hand seals. Once he is firmly bound in place and the current has subsided a bird summon will swoop in and begin to dig into the persons belly he is aiming to eat the person's liver in the most gruesome of ways while the opponent is forced to watch. The bird continues the process starting with the liver once finished he moves on to the stomach then the lungs and finally the heart if the opponent hasn't made an escape yet the bird moves it's way up to his head and begins to peck at his eyes going for the brain the summon will then begin to devour the brain little by little.
Note:
-Once the electric current Subsides the user's part in the jutsu is finished and he is able to attack further.
-Can only be used once per battle
-Must have a bird summon on the field at the time of the jutsu, Jutsu does not summon the bird for you.

She is very mature and understanding toward all things both battle ready and non battle ready. She has on both Talons a sharp metal cleat type apparatus which can be used to do a considerable amount of damage she can channel her Katon nature into them giving them a massive cutting ability and burning. She is to small to carry anyone on her back but she makes up for her inability by being a keen fighter. She can use any katon jutsu up to A rank that the user knows as they have trained together for a long time working together on timing and jutsu. Together Apollo and Artemis make one of the best Kite summoning combos Apollo able to use Wind that powers up his sisters fire making for devastating combo attacks. She has a sharp sense of both sound and sight but has the ability to tune out unnecessary noise. She can easily spot an opponent from a range away. Around one of her Talons she has a band that has the Heno Heno Moheji as a way to show that she is a favorite summon of my Kakashi bio.

Description: The user bites his thumb drawing blood he then claps his hands and summons Apollo. Apollo is a White-tailed Kite he is large enough to carry one person on his back and can fly at fast speeds with a rider. He is the only brother of another Kite named Artemis he and his sister Artemis were born from the same mother the same day and are twins. Apollo is a few minutes older than Artemis but it doesn't show much he has a immature personality in stark contrast to his sister who has a mature personality understanding of nature as well as her brother's lack of maturity. Apollo has trained with the summoner and has learned all he can in his affinity for Fuuton he can use any Fuuton jutsu the user knows up to S rank. His beak and talons are razor sharp and can clutch onto prey. His Talons are large enough to hold a human and strong enough to break bones like twigs. He can screech at an incredibly high pitch by using his Fuuton chakra to aid in the screech. It is enough to deafen the opponent 1 turn and leave his ears ringing the next turn. Anyone on the field is effected even the summoner if he doesn't prepare by covering his ears. Around one of his Talons he has a band that has the Heno Heno Moheji as a way to show that he is a favorite summon of my Kakashi bio.

Description: The user releases Raiton chakra much like in 16 Pillar bind but instead of forming multiple pillars he forms just one behind the opponent. From this pillar sprouts out chains made of the same material as the pillar itself they wrap around the opponent's arms, legs, waist, and neck holding him firmly in place. Once bound to the pillar/stake he is violently shocked for about 15 seconds with a current of electricity. The shock is enough to stun the opponent and paralyze parts of his body but not enough to kill him. The chains also restrict the persons movement making it so he can't place his hands together to form hand seals. Once he is firmly bound in place and the current has subsided a bird summon will swoop in and begin to tear into the person's gut eating his internal organs unless stopped.
Note:
-Once the electric current Subsides the user's part in the jutsu is finished and he is able to attack further.
-Can only be used once per battle
-Must have a bird summon on the field at the time of the jutsu, Jutsu does not summon the bird for you.
-Must be the only Raiton jutsu used this turn by the user of the jutsu

Description: The user bites his thumb drawing blood he then claps his hands and summons Apollo. Apollo is a White-tailed Kite he is large enough to carry one person on his back and can fly at fast speeds with a rider. He is the only brother of another Kite named Artemis he and his sister Artemis were born from the same mother the same day and are twins. Apollo is a few minutes older than Artemis but it doesn't show much he has a immature personality in stark contrast to his sister who has a mature understanding of nature as well as her brother's lack of maturity. Apollo has trained with the summoner and has learned all he can in his affinity for Fuuton he can use any Fuuton jutsu the user knows up to S rank. His beak and talons are razor sharp and can clutch onto prey. His Talons are large enough to hold a human and strong enough to break bones like twigs. Apollo's wing span is enough to form a gust of wind comparable to an A rank wind jutsu. It looks alot like Wind Release: Pressure Damage but is only aimed forward toward the opponent instead of exploding outward in all directions. The stored electricity can be released when the user puches the opponent sending him back as well as paralyzing the corresponding part of the body. This jutsu can be aimed at the core muscles to make movement near imposible for 1 turn if standing the opponent is knocked to the ground from the force unless properly countered

Description: This technique was designed to counter act other uses of the Gentle Fist fighting style by removing their ability to inflict internal damage to one's vital organs and tenketsu. By using the Byakugan and own knowledge of the Gentle Fist the user analyzes his opponents angle of attack and can predict where his opponent is targeting on there own body. Once the user knows where the blow will land he will expels a stream of concentrated chakra directly into the path of the oncoming attack. The stream of chakra interferes and disrupts the chakra the opponent has built in their finger-tips. So once the two forces meet they cancel one another would, leaving only the physical attack which inflicts minimal damage.

(Tekken No Boro) - Weapon Of Iron Fist

Describtion: This weapon was forged by Archangel Michael originally as staff for Migualon J.J. when he created and mastered Style Of Tekken so that he wouldn´t have to enter that state while being still able to use special Tekken techniques. But than Michael made a "mistake" when forging it and it became unstabble in it´s form. Michael and Migualon were making a lot of tests on it and than they noticed that it can change form into different weapons when infused with chakra. This weapon has 4 different forms, which are Staff (possible to use shape manipulation to make spike on 1 end of it), 2 Swords, Shield and Spear (as 1 form) and Hammer.


All 4 Forms:

Staff (just that staff xd)

Describtion: She is sister of Storm Skyress, the queen of Buzzard's, so she is actually 2nd queen of Buzzards. Only the Masters Of Buzzard Summonings are able to summon Karura. Karura is little Buzzard, but she is incredibly powerful in just one element, but she is master of it, it is Wind and she is able to use all S-rank and below ones, she most of the time stays on summoner's head or shoulder. She herself has special wind technique which creates armor of wind around itself and the person she is touching (pic on the bottom). She can use Wind Jutsus that have hand seals if user makes them for her. She can speak English easily and she can actually talk by telepathy with the one who summoned her.

When he does so, he can than punch into an enemy and if he hits him in Close-Range than the user makes hole in opponent's body. This technique can be also used for Mid and Long Range and that is when user has chakra in his hand, he thrusts his hand forward and releases all chakra at once to hit his opponent with beam of pure chakra which can make hole in opponent's body.


Used for Mid or Long range (1:54 - 1:59)




Notes:

Can only be used once per battle

Can only be used while using Style Of Tekken or while wielding Caliburn/Weapon Of Tekken

When the user uses this technique, he can't use hand with which he used it for 3 turns (meaning no hand seals for example) (this is because of that huge amount of chakra and muscles in the hand being exhausted)

This technique has no elemental advantage or disadvantage
