The enhancement is so potent that it allows one to hone in on the sound of ones heartbeats hence its name.

-Extremely Loud noises can disrupt the viewers ability to sense their opponent
-Sensory Overload can occur if a loud enough noise causing the user intense pain and stops completely the users sense of hearing for 3 turns
-It takes a turn to hone in on target
-Can only be used by Swizzik & Hawiianmike

~Declined~ Similar technique already exist. Cannons at that.

Description: Ekitei is a Bengal monitor who specializes in spying techniques such as camouflaging. He is normally the size of a regular adult Bengal monitor but will usually transform into the size of a lizard in order to hang/fuse to someone’s back and follow him (like a parasiting technique), his weight being so light that this person won’t know or suspect anything. While he does so, he will camouflage himself and be completely unseen from regular eyes. Moreover, he will convert his chakra to make it look as if he is nothing but a part of the chakra emanating from the body of the one he hangs to, thus deceiving sensory techniques like Chakra Sensing Rain and sensory abilities like the sharingan. When he is summoned, it will appear as a fail as he will already be in camouflaged mode (i.e. he will be the size of a lizard and hanging/fused to the summoner’s back, as well as camouflaging into the summoner’s chakra and hidden from regular eyes). There, he will keep check of any disturbance in the summoner’s chakra flow and release him immediately from any genjutsu. He also serves as eyes in the back of the summoner and makes it impossible for the summoner to be surprised by an attack from a blind angle, communicating such relevant information by sending signals to the summoner through his chakra system.
Note: Can only be summoned by those who have signed the Bengal Monitor contract.
Note: The summoner of Ekitei must be Sannin rank or above.

~Declined~ Re-work the part about it being attacked unnoticed and letting out similar chakra to the one he attach to. To do so, he would have to suck on the target's chakra and let it out again as a camouflage. Even then, sensory type ninja and doujutsu user would see it.
Thanks for the feedback and for approving my summoning boss Ekitenshu. For the below resubmission, I have integrated the changes requested, except for the concealing part. As I was initially looking for a technique to help counter sharingan users more easily, I have reworked it by adding a new concept instead of making Ekitei suck on the user's chakra. The changes are highlighted in blue and bolded, hope it works out now. ^_^

I don't think you need to be so specific as to how you could camouflage your summon. Since he's very small and doesn't weight anything, if he's stuck to the enemy's back, only a doujutsu such as the Byakugan could notice it considering it's in his blind spot. Also, if you're summoning it on your back, then the Sharingan won't notice it because your own chakra is shielding him.
Resubmitting. Removed the specific parts which you considered useless and added your suggestion in blue. ^_^

Description: Cain, a spirit of darkness, and Azael, a spirit of light, belonged to a realm of demons and angels where their ambitions led them to unite in order to overthrow their respective masters and reshape the world under their own rule. However, their opponents prevailed over them and they were condemned to execution. To survive, Cain and Azael fled their realm and reincarnated into a black sword and a white sword respectively. The swords look like twin ones in order to reflect their similar lust for war and power, and their powers can only be used when they are being wielded. The three of them (Cain, Azael and their wielder) are referred to as the Chaos Trinity when they fight together, and are able to perform techniques classified as Hellraiser Techniques.
Note: The wielder of Cain and Azael must be Sannin rank or above.
Note: Hellraiser Techniques can only be used once per turn. They count as a move and must be submitted separately for approval.
Note: Cain and Azael will draw and stock up chakra from their wielder in order to enable him/her to perform techniques without hand seals. As such, the wielder’s other abilities will not be inhibited when performing with the swords.

~Approved~

(Reizu Makai: Hakachi) – Hellraiser Technique: Graveyard
Note Type: Attack
Rank: Forbidden

Damage Points: 20 per turn
Description: The user will thrust Cain into the ground and a wave of cross-shaped blades will overwhelm the battlefield by spreading onto the surface from the user’s position to the end of the battlefield. If they come across a vertical ridge on the battlefield, the blades will keep on spreading onto it till they cover its sides and top. Same goes for a fissure; the blades will cover the ridges of the fissure and continue towards the end of the battlefield. The shape of the blades make the battlefield looks like a graveyard, and they stand close enough to each other to prevent the opponent from fighting on the ground unscathed, whether or not he’s moving to dodge (see damage points above). Protection from Cain makes it so that the blades will disappear and reappear around the user to let him or her move without taking damage.

~Declined~ OP. Why is this even Forbidden? No risk for the user and no physical drawbacks? Fix that or make it S-rank while lowering the abilities. Also, your restrictions are way off for a forbidden technique, you need to be close to chakra exhaustion on the next turn to so restrict the jutsu you can use.

(Reizu Makai: Yomi) – Hellraiser Technique: Underworld

Damage Points: 20 per turn
Description: The user will thrust Cain into the ground and the underground of the battlefield will turn into a hall of hell due to lava, formed from fire chakra melting the earth, coursing and dripping out everywhere. Once the new stage is set, the surface will weaken and crumble, taking the user and his opponent to continue their battle there. In this new stage, underground motion techniques will be impossible due to the lava, wind techniques will be weakened by two ranks due to the area taking better advantage of its elemental weakness, water techniques will be weakened by one rank due to vaporization, and fire techniques will be strengthened by one rank. Also, flying ashes will be constantly doing damage to the opponent (see damage points above). Protection from Cain makes it so that the ashes deviate from the user when drifting around.

Description: The user will throw Azael in the air similarly to a boomerang, and the sword will then fix itself above the user in the sky and begin to rotate faster, generating and spreading special clouds all over the battlefield. The clouds are made from mixed fire and lightning and prevent anyone and anything from flying any higher than short range from the battlefield’s surface. Any attempt to ward off the clouds will be difficult, i.e, the combination of fire and lightning is stronger than any lightning or fire attacks on their own, earth and wind attacks will suffer from elemental weaknesses, and water attacks will be weakened due to the high heat pressure causing evaporation. The special clouds generate a highly acid rain all over the battlefield, which will constantly damage the opponent (see damage points above). Protection from Azael will make it so that the sword always moves right above the user as the location below the sword is the only spot where acid rain droplets will not fall.

Description:
This is a secret Gull summoning only known to Sacrifice after he stumbled upon the Gull's secret temple lost ages ago during the "Great Flame Wars" between the Gulls and the Crows. As he entered the temple, he found an ancient codex written by a Gull, he found this surprising because this codex was small and most Gulls were much larger. As he read the codex, he found an old key. He searched the temple for days until he found a key slot in which he placed the key in and suddenly he was teleported to an island, On this island a statue of stone stood. The statue somewhat resembled a Gull but was smaller and was able to stand upright...he read the name on the codex "Vlad" the statue started to lose it's rock texture and Vlad appears in all his glory. Vlad is about the size of Gamakichi so the user is able to right on him, only one person though, he's very fast and quite strong. Vlad has a complete mastery over Fire, he can use them without handseals and have its power increased. Vlad is able to cover his body in fire and absorb all fire techniques up to A-Rank .Vlad has a secret technique which allows him completely cover him in fire and release a "Forbidden Rank" explosive fire orb directly at the target causing everything in that area up mid to long range to be under a sea of fire, in turn destroying everything in the area. As he entered the temple, he found an ancient codex written by a Gull, he found this surprising because this codex was small and most Gulls were much larger. As he read the codex, he found an old key. He searched the temple for days until he found a key slot in which he placed the key in and suddenly he was teleported to an island, On this island a statue of stone stood. The statue somewhat resembled a Gull but was smaller and was able to stand upright...he read the name on the codex "Vlad" the statue started to lose it's rock texture and Vlad appears. Vlad is about the size of Gamakichi so the user is able to ride on him, only one person though, he's very fast and quite strong. Vlad has a complete mastery over Fire, he can use them without handseals and have its power increased which makes him great for combination attacks with the user. Vlad has a secret technique which allows him completely cover him in fire and release a "S Rank" explosive fire orb directly at the target causing everything in that area up mid to long range to be under a sea of fire, in turn destroying everything in the area.

This can be preferred over other jutsus that can allow this due it's much faster and is still pretty basic. The user can escape attacks that for one, he can track, attacks that are projectile-ish but not huge attacks like kirin. The user could dodge an attack like fireball jutsu however, the attack that the user dodges cannot be wider than 10meters in circumference. Otherwise the user would still be hit due to the user can only travel by 10meters since this technique is short to mid range so this cannot be used to dodge large scale techniques. This would allow someone to dodge Amaterasu at a split second due to this being a variation of shadowless flight which has incredible speed, as well as attacks that are like blasts as long as they aren't large scale as said before due to his has a 10meter range limit.

The reason I said it could dodge Amaterasu is due to wiki actually saying it's instant speed while still being able to be tracked by 3T due to current rp rules. It can be tracked by 3T but it's still instant which leads wiki to believe that swift release may consist of the body flicker technique and some other element manipulation to push it further and seeing as Raikage could dodge Amaterasu with body flicker + his armor which I think that this would give a similar result as it's not as fast as raikage armour but it's still extremely fast. But If you think that part should be deleted, feel free to ^^

~Declined~ First of all, you were referring to diameter, not circumference. Secondly, while swift was said to make the user virtually invulnerable to taijutsu, I think the applications to ninjutsus are being grossly misused.

I've had a talk with both Cali and Zen and since we want to avoid people abusing Swift as an alternative to the gates, anything that we judged to be slightly OP will be declined. With or without reason (it pains me to say that).


After reading the note, I've decided this will be my only swift technique that involves movement. Anything else will most likely be regular taijutsu based moves.

Description: The user will place himself under genjutsu like trans that will allow him/her to order his brain around sort of like when you are hypnotized except this allows you to be conscious enough to give your brain commands, he/she will release the restraints the brain places on the human bodies muscles and can then use their maximum capabilities unlike gates where the user pushes their muscles beyond capabilities with use of chakra. The user will then release small amounts of chemicals in the brain while this genjutsu is still active, these chemicals are:

Endorphin: It's the brain's painkiller, and it is 3 times more potent than morphine. It makes it so the user will not feel pain from reaching their limits and keeps them a little under control of their emotion/sanity.


Serotonin: It makes the user obsessed with the current thought going through the users mind, and since they are in battle, it makes the user obsessed with killing the opponent. This could be a slight draw back but the main point is for the user to lose any caring of the damage he/she does to his/her body.


Norepinephrine: It increases the users motivation drastically, making them want to exceed their limits and they will accomplish this easily.

Dopamine: It affects brain processes that control movement, emotional response, and ability to experience pleasure and pain. All of these chemicals are natural chemicals that affect our bodily processes. Besides being involved in the process of low Serotonin levels are believed to be the reason for many cases of mild to moderate depression which can lead to symptoms like anxiety, apathy, fear, feelings of worthlessness, insomnia and fatigue.


Epinephrine: (also known as adrenaline) is a hormone and a neurotransmitter. It increases heart rate, constricts blood vessels, dilates air passages and participates in the fight-or-flight response of the sympathetic nervous system. Chemically, epinephrine is a catecholamine, a monoamine produced only by the adrenal glands from the amino acids phenylalanine and tyrosine. It has the ability to keep runners running for hours at a time without taking a break and has given some the ability to lift cars.

These are small amounts, small enough so that the user won't over dose themselves but will still have a great effect on their body after the effects wear off. The user will gain a great speed increase of 3X their current speed with increased reaction time. But while they are hypnotized they cannot move, they must stand still to obtain complete focus. The user commands their brain/body to release these chemicals at once which also snaps them out of the genjutsu. This technique could be used to keep fighting
Notes:
- Can only be used once per match.
- Lasts 3 turns.
- The user takes -10 damage per turn and cannot cancel this mode meaning they will take 30 damage.
- Speed will take a dramatic decrease after this mode is over. The user will be in so much pain, he/she will barely be able to move or even stand straight. This is for the rest of the battle.
- The user can only use A rank while in this mode.
- User can only use two techniques per turn while in this mode.
- This mode will take 1 turn to activate and the user must stand still, placing using the genjutsu to activate all of this. They will require the use of a shadow clone to defend.
- Can only use 2 elemental ninjutsu per turn when this mode is active, no basic ninjutsu or genjutsu can be used during this mode.
- Activating this mode counts as 2 of the users 3 moves per turn.
- This is a last resort method, the user basically becomes so damaged and overwhelmed from the effects of this jutsu, they become almost paralyzed for the rest of the battle, hardly able to move to the point of not being able to perform hand signs.

~Declined~ First of all, the moment I read a reference to the gates, it was an instant no.

Secondly, members don't seem to realize that genjutsus don't order the brain around, it deceives the senses. One of the only I could possibly see happening is the Endorphin because it's produced when the body feels natural pain or injuries. It's designed so you can forget about the pain long enough to take care of it (evolution is awesome). However, if you did such a jutsu (designed to give you pain), I'd still decline it because it already exist, it was submitted by SY. Also, while you did give some good chemical explanation for 3 of those 5, 2 were obviously adapted by you xd (which kind of defeat the purpose of putting official descriptions).

Re-submit something "correct" in term of Narutoverse and I will check it.

While preforming this technique the user is susceptible to being scattered, blown away or evaporated. Declined. It appears that you are still holding the chain of the kusarigama since you said you "swing it" and not "throw it", so there is no way that weapon could reach long range. it would be extremely combersome to fight with all that chain around you. typical chains are way less than 5 meters in length which is short range. Also rain is composed of water which is weak to earth so, yes, it could slice through A ranked earth, but the technique would be disrupted in the process, which should be noted.

These enlarged, icey snowflakes have razor sharp edges and are capable of piercing one's skin and drawing blood, although they don't have the potency to render serious injuries, unless one loses to much blood. Due to the lack the ice having less wind resistance, they fall to the ground faster, and thus gain the momentum they need to pierce one's skin. Due to the amount of iceflakes hitting both the opponent and the user, if left unprotected the victims can sustain a large amount of blood loss and pain.
Note: Requires the user to have snow created by "(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique", falling from the sky.
Note: The user is equally prone to the flakes.

~Declined~ The idea behind this jutsu is cool, but it's still raw. IMO (which you can follow or not) the snowflakes need to be made much bigger, directed and accelerated using your wind chakra toward your enemy. Right now I just don't see it happening, it's just too far fetched. I live in Canada, so I know ice storms and ice in general, and it would never get enough momentum on it's own to cut me.

Oh man, this one is all over the place as far as the description and notes go. I cleaned it up some. It had everything there, it just didnt flow well and there were WAY to many pointless notes that should have been in the description. I only did this because you had a good idea, but you seemed to have a little problem getting it put into words. Let me know if this is what you were thinking. Because it is a needle and is very thin, if the needle were to be pointed at someone since it was created, they would have no way of knowing it was there, unless they had a doujutsu or some other chakra sensing ability.
Note: After the needle is completely done elongating, it is very brittle, and can be shattered with relative ease, although, while it is elongating, the needle is very dense.
Note: On the turn after this jutsu is used, the user is unable to perform S-Rank or higher Ice jutsu, due to the amount of ice chakra used to surge the needle forward.

With the above jutsu, I'd like to point out that the ice is not transparent, and the needle would be fairly easy to see if viewed from all angles, with the exception of the view in which the viewer is staring directly at the tip of the needle.

Declined. A needle that thin would be extremly brittle even while it was being made. if it is brittle when it has finished growing it should be brittle throughout the whole process since it cant bee seen then whole time.

In this one its only on chakra based attacks, not element (like you told me to say), the way I see it is the bugs are weak to every element (as you say in your ) and they naturally eat chakra so they should naturally be strong against pure chakra techs, as they ate kunkuro’s chakra strings in the manga , they also were able to stop the chakra infused air blast by plugging up the holes (which one would assume that theses small bugs couldn’t stop such a powerful blast, so one would also assume that they ate some of the chakra out of the tech to be able to do so) . So please recheck it with this in mind

Declined. do not resubmit. your logic in that example is flawed. Do you think those bugs would be able to stand up against a rasengan? I dont think so. Chakra strings do not attack the bugs, they are supplementary. The bugs didnt absorb any of the chakra with the sound guy, they were just "hole corks".


This one is not poison, it’s just injection of chakra, like a bee sting but without the toxin.

While in this mode he can take instant jumps upto 30m height and moves to any range and when landing from sky, he can destroy everything on earth's surface by punching it, within its range. His speed increases tremendously which is comparable to the raikage's speed while lightning armour activated. In this mode user can't use any of the basic 5 elements except earth and lightning (hardness and speed). He gives double damage points to any taijustu move and 50% more to other moves, and receives 50% less damage to any jutsu and does not have any effect of jutsus upto C-Rank due to the toughness, power, physical strength and hardness.
Note: ~Can only be used once per battle and lasts for 4 turns.
~Biggest demerit of this mode is that after entering in this mode, user can't use basic 5 elements except earth and lightning.
~After this mode is over each and every cell of user's body starts paining him very hard for next 2 turns.

These both swords are flexible, and no-one can even touch these swords without user's will and if someone tries to do so then it will give shock(green sword) or will burn(crimson red sword) that person's hand. So, that person can't hold it anymore.

Not much is known about the crimson sword till now.

The Green Sword has its affinity towards lightning and can use upto A-rank lightning. And also the Sword can protect the user from any lightning jutsu as the user will intake the lightning jutsu of the opponent in his sword and will pass that lightning to the ground by stabbing the ground with his sword, or that lightning can be used in combo with combining it with other element like water, but that jutsu (which has to be combined with the opponent's lightning) has to be used instantly after intaking the opponent's lightning.

The user can spin any sword very fast in clockwise direction, then user can fly by facing the sword in upward direction, just like helicopter's blades.

Declined. The elements advantage over each other isnt something you can change. Therefore, S-ranked wind techniques should not overpower A-ranked fire and push it back twice as fast. The best it can do is block it.

Declined. Your response to Izuna's reason for declining your swords really pisses me off. He already told you that swords already had that ability and to take it out but you ignored him by stating that its "redirected" and not "absorbed". the point of the matter is that it essentially blocks you from every lightning technique which is a huge problem with me. and The way you described the technique, it IS absorbed since you have to first catch it, and then stab it into the ground to release it. Fix what Izuna originally told you to fix.

Declined. I feel that if I approve this you will misinterperate what it actually should be. What this should be is a variation of the bunshin no jutsu which makes "projections" of the user to confuse the enemy. I feel like you are trying to use this as a multi-shadow clone jutsu. If you truly want this to be a genjutsu then take out the part about it having the exact same chakra because that doesnt matter in a genjutsu, which is what is casing my concern since you didnt know that. But you need to know that doujutsu users will be able to see through this.

The weapon has mysterious abilities, such as the capacity to absorb/cut through ninjutsu. The user receives -5 of damage every-time he absorbs (such as Fire and Lightning) or cuts through elemental attacks, supposedly because the wielder of the weapon suffers from Hell itself.
By absorbing an attack, the user is able to channelize this attack through his sword, and amplify it with his own chakra, making his attack an equivalent of an S-rank technique. Depending on the element (or non-element) absorbed, the user is able to shot the wave of energy of the same affinity.
The user is unable to absorb other techniques until he has liberated the previous technique absorbed.

The Mad Hatter once said after making them "If used by the right puppet master, they coud take down a forest in a single night." Each of the four puppets have their own abilities, weapons, and appearence to match them, they all are able to detach most of their body parts from one another, with no visable joints to the opponent.

~~ First and Slowest but most durable of the puppets is, Genbu the Stone Beast, he is made from hardened wood wrapped in iron, covering every part of his body, standing 7ft, with a large shell covering his whole back like a tortois, that is able to pop open from his tail and stand like its connected to his neck; his arms positioned in a knuckle walk position like an ape; clawed toes like a dinosaur; the segmented tail of a snake and the spiked; tusked primitive face of an ogre with large white eyes with small black pupils, with a bold black kanji on his forehead standing for power 力.

~~ Second is the most muscluer looking puppet and hairiest, Byakko the White Toger, Byakko is made of solid metal with hidden conpartments hidden under his fur like cover, standing just under Genbu, he takes the appearance of a large humanoid tiger with a mane-like sea green hair that flows down his back with light bluish fur with grey stripes on his arms, in both of his shoulders are hidden poles with 5 blades attached to the pole that spin able to cut boulders in half, also another set in his knees, with his two bottom canine teeth large enough to reach up his cheeks, in Byakko's throut is a hose that release blasts of water from it, he has a preloaded shuriken in his mouth, he is able to shoot them from his mouth, around the hose in his throut. He has yellow eyes with red pupils and a kanji symbol for beast on his forehead 獣. He wears a toga and what appear to be leg warmers in animal skins of the leopard, and has a red sash as a belt.

~~ The Third and most human looking besides the greenish blue skin is Seiryu the Blue Dragon, Tall and slim, Seiryu is the only normal sized one of them all, while possessing pale green skin and black facial hair hiding holes in his head which will release wires from them able to perice through rocks and trees with ease. His blue martial arts robe is tied at the waist by a large white strap and features the image of a blue dragon wrapping around his shoulder. To match his robe, Seiryu wears a dark, blue cap covering just the top part of a symbol on his forehead for ice 氷, and on his feet he wears a simple pair of black shoes, from Seiryu's left arm has a chakra sheild installed in it, while in his right arm he has a powerful vaccum hose installed in his palm that is able to blow and suck.

~~ Last and smallist of the Four Saint Beasts, Suzaku Ho-oh, Suzaku is made of a milable steel, has a lightning chakra that the user inject into Suzaku at the begining of the puppets useage, has long orange hair parted down the middle, with two red strands that are actually his antennae, which are able to launch at the opponent with a cord attached to them, having full control over the antena the puppeteer will use them to attack the opponent at free will, between the antennae is a kanji symbol for speed 速. Suzaku also has polls that will extened from his palms to the ground, will senbon loaded in each of his fingers that are able to be thrown by Suzaku waving his arm in the direction.

Declined. I like the puppets but thier description needs more work. your last puppet with the lightning states that it has lightning chakra infused but you dont mention what it can do with it. you need to clearly list out the abilities of each puppet and separate them from the description of the puppet itself, because right now I have no clue as to what the full capabilities of the puppets are. Make sure that attacks involving one of the elements or vaccum count as a move in the turn, and give a comparative rank to the elemental attacks and shields

Kyōka Suigetsu is said to be the Sword made from a thunderbolt and can only be wielded by True warriors.As long as the user holds Kyōka Suigetsu in his hands,Kyōka Suigetsu sucks the users raiton chakra(10 points per turn)and coats herself with this chakra,thereby making the sword much more sharper such that she could slice through anything except diamond hard substances.Kyōka Suigetsu has the ability to absorb raiton jutsu's of A-rank and below and gets coated with lightning chakra such that bolts of lightning could be seen surrounding the sword.The bolts last for 1 turn and if the user uses the sword to cut the opponent now,it will make the opponent numb.

~Declined~ Take out the part where you absorb an element, there's enough sword that does that already to call yours a rip-off. A 1000v discharge if your opponent touch it? That's an instant kill and it's OP, take it off. Define cutting through jutsu, can it cut through more than lightning jutsu? Cutting anything that isn't Diamond-like? What about other swords that coat themselves with lightning? Take out that part and replace it by something more trivial like: "Can cut through most materials as it's extremely resistant".

And in order for you to keep this active, you'd have to keep focusing chakra into them, taking away 1 of your moves per turn. Declined. Didnt Izuna tell you to take out the part about now being harmed by blades? like he said, just because you are slippery doesnt mean you cant be cut. I get what you are going for here but its not all there. I can assure you if I gave you a roundhouse kick to the side, being slippery wont matter. you need to add description about twisting the body so blows slide past the user. Theres more but you need but I'm not going to alter it completely ebcause its not my CJ :/

Description:The user focuses his katon chakra into his mouth and then spews out a huge fire ball into the sky right above him at great speed and then just as it reaches a great height(5 m above) it splits into multiple fragments of fire and shoots out in all direction resembling a shower of meteor,none of fire fragments comes at the user who is standing right below.Upon contact with the anything(even ground) the fragments explode creating even more damage

-can only be used 3 times per battle
-must have mastery over fire
-must be atleast sannin rank to use this jutsu
-cannot use an fire jutsu of S-rank in the next turn

i'll submit my new sword next week and change its abilities completely:)

Declined. I feel like something like this needs handseals to make and a handseal to split into multiple peices.
