Despriction: The user will focus on all of there Chakra Natures and send a different element chakra type to each part of there body and after its all moved to each part of their body they will release the chakra and have it surround each part of there body but the part have to be the same each time the jutsu is used the order is (Head- Fire, Chest- Earth, Arms- Lightening, Legs- Water)

*Note: Due to the the amount of chakra that has to be used the user will be physically drained and will not be able to use a S ranked jutsu of any Nature for 2 turns
*Note: This jutsu lasts three turns
*Note: Can only be taught by -Itachi-
*Note: Each part of the users body is weak to its usal counter elements (except the Head which is weak against B ranked Water Jutsu's

This also will disorient the opponent.
-This jutsu can be used to stop the opponent from using a jutsu, though, the jutsu requires at least one handseal to be effective.
-The technique does not damage severely the opponent, just puts his head in pressure, provoking a big sudden headache.
-This jutsu can only be used 3 times

(Kea Mo-do) Kea Mode

Description: The opponent will cut drag some blood and slam his hands together, concentrating wind and Kea chakra into the user, entering Kea Mode. The user will have some feather-like tatoos in his elbows, representing wings, and his hair will grow larger and turn white. In Kea Mode, the user gains a speed boost comparable to rock lee without weights, though not close to gates. The user will also gain stronger reflexes, comparable to Minato's. The user is unable to get caught in genjutsu B-rank and below because of the Kea chakra flowing in his body.
-The user has to have recolected chakra in the previous turn, meaning he can only do two moves in the turn prior of activation.
-Can only be used by those who have sign the Kea contract
- In this mode, the user gains a boost of +10 in ninjutsu.
-The mode only last 3 turns
-While this mode is active, the user is unable to perform genjutsu
-The user loses -5 in taijutsu based damage
-The user is unable to perform higher than A-rank fire while the mode is active
-After the end of the mode, the user will be exhausted, leaving an opening for an attack

Description: After extracting some blood and performing the necessary handseals, the user is able to summon Rendan. Rendan is enable to carry at least one person. He is able to fly and stay in the air. Even though smaller in size than other boss summon seen, his speed totally compensates it's size.
Rendan is able to fly at extreme speed, and much faster if he isn't carrying anyone in his back. Rendan is able to do S-rank and below Wind techniques that require two handseal or less, this proves his mastery in wind style, though, any attacks of his count as a move.
-Can only be summoned once per battle
-Can only stay for five turns
-Must have signed the Kea contract
-Must be taught by Gin-San

~Declined~ Change the description and make it only apply to flying metal projectile, iron techniques, and gold techniques. Take out the +10 damage when it goes back. In fact, make it half as week as the original technique. Make this jutsu S-rank and work on the restrictions.

Description: An advanced version of "Destruction Bug Kata: Smackdown!", in which the user also coats the crowd of insects around his limb(s) with chakra. But this time, with much more chakra, coating his Kikaichū bugs with a much denser layer of protective chakra and slams his limb (most probably his arm) down onto the ground to dissipate any attack up to A-rank e.g. Earth pillars, incoming A-ranked wind/fire/lightning blast, etc. The use of this technique disperses all the bugs that had enveloped the user’s limb by the former jutsu and thus, the “Destruction Bug Kata” ends.
Note: Aerial attack can no be dissipated, the user must slam his limb onto the ground for this jutsu to work.
Note: “Destruction Bug Kata” ends with the usage of this jutsu.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.

Yeah, slamming on the ground is a way to create a shockwave that will be capable of dissipating an attack, thats why the jutsu only works if the user slams his limb onto the ground. He can't for instance, swat away an attack coming from the sky above him.

Description: The host performs two quick handseals as he releases or commands his Kikaichu bugs to burrow into the ground beneath him up to a mid range radius, releasing a small amount of chakra as they’re underground. The result of this jutsu means that the ground will be imbued with the user’s chakra, making it impossible for the opponent to use earth-based jutsus using the earth from the ground in which the user’s Kikaichu bugs have burrowed through for a short period of time i.e. the opponent can not manipulate the earth in which contains the user’s Kikaichu bugs for earth jutsus. After two turns, the user’s Kikaichū bugs resurface and hence the jutsu ends.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.
Note: Lasts for 2 turns.
Note: Must wait 2 turns to activate again.

~Declined~ Doesn't make any sense. You'd basically die from chakra exhaustion if you were able to infuse the earth with enough chakra for your opponent to be unable to use it.

Description: Ichigo's shrinks is a daitō (Japanese long sword) with a black blade instead. The blade itself can endure even the strongest of attacks, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks. It can even withstand getting crushed by force. A short length of chain with a broken link at the end dangles from the base of the hilt. Tensa Zangetsu is a special blade forged in the hawk village with sacred methods that allow the sword to draw in natural energy at half the speed of a normal ninja. This only works when the sword is in one of the users hands and they state that they are doing so. The user is able to focus their charka into the sword surrounding it with fire charka, thought this fire turns to black due to the sword's effect. ~Declined~ Where are the physical drawbacks of your technique? Can you simply do this jutsu and still be in full physical condition? Don't think that the 30 damage will do anything in this matter, it's pretty much useless as a restriction. Also, take out the last restriction in bold.

~Declined~ I like the concept of this one, just take out the part about it flying. Also, make it that only an Orochimaru bio or a wood user can summon that snake (considering Oro was the one using the 1st cell for experiments). Lastly, take out the part explaining what it requires to kill it, that are many ways to kill a summon and it shouldn't be restricted to rank (and for a lol look at the bold part).

~Declined~ many things wrong here. Why is it forbidden? I see no restrictions and no reason why it should be classified as forbidden. Check out all the bold parts, they need to be fixed (how huge is that torrent? Similar to the jutsu used by Oro when fighting the 9 tails? Infections and air bubble? One of those effect if left very vague and the other is an instant kill the moment the bubble reach the heart; which is unacceptable in both cases. Lastly, make it as fast as a kunai (even there's it's a bit far-fetched IMO)).

Description: By performing the '' Bird '' hand seal, the user can freely extend any of his earth jutsu instantly and up to the maximum rank the user knows but it must be activated first meaning if the user didn't perform any earth jutsu this jutsu will not have any effect, the purpose of this jutsu is to increase length of his earth jutsu if somehow his enemy is trying to escape by jumping up the the user can extend it and still kill his target but however those jutsu got extend will not have any power increase, only the length will increase (maximum is 10meter long).

Can be used 5 time per battle.

~Declined: Please make your description clearer. I like the idea behind it, but it's hard to figure out what your jutsu really does. Also, elaborate on the "length increase", will it expand in all direction? Can you bend it? Or will it simply expand in one direction while getting thinner?~

description: By performing the '' Bird '' hand seal, the user is allowed to freely extend any of his earth related jutsu instantly, this technique can extend up to the maximum rank but it must be an earth technique and this technique will not take place if the user didn't perform any earth technique beforehand , the purpose of this technique is to surprise his target as most enemy may try to dodge earth jutsu by blasting themselves up or backward so this technique can still kill them even though the escape. The maximum length that the user can extend his earth jutsu is up to 10meter long just like sasuke's lighting spear/blade technique. However this technique can't be bend or change the direction, the size of the technique that can extended won't have any size change just that its length will increase and others stays the same even and lastly this technique doesn't provide any power boost.

Can be used 5 time per battle.

(Aburame Hijutsu : Fujin Za-men Waza) - Aburame Secret Technique: Female Seed Technique

Description: One of the rarest technique that was found and developed by Aburame clan, the user will order(without hand seal) his queen or female bug to lay a special chakra seed onto the enemy, the enemy won't able to see or even notice unless the enemy is a doujutsu user or high level chakra sensor , what does this chakra seed does is to absorb chakra from the enemy rapidly but it will only activate when the enemy perform jutsu therefore it is very hard to notice the lost of chakra because the enemy will assume that the lost of chakra is due to the technique he about to perform therefore lowing the power of the enemy technique, giving the user advantage to overpower easily. After 3 turn, the chakra seed will automatically explode into a cloud of chakra and this cloud of chakra will automatically form into shape of bugs(each seed explode can create about 50) and will attack the enemy this is to just distract the target for a short time.

Each seed last for 3 turn
Can be used three time per battle
Can only lay up to 10 seed max(per female bug/queen bug)
Can only be used again after one turn
Able to lower up to 1 rank of the enemy jutsu(any type)
The female/queen bug must be already on the target's body.

~Declined~ This jutsu makes not sense whatsoever. First, you make it sound like it's unavoidable considering it's "impossible" to see a bug landing onto you unless you have doujutsu. The part about the chakra being sucked unknown to the user needs to be severely changed. Ninjas are master in the art of molding and using their chakra. The best ninjas know how to use the exact amount of chakra for a jutsu without wasting any bit of it, hence your jutsu lose it's purpose considering ANY shinobi would know that their chakra is going somewhere else. The explosion is just the cherry on top. Lastly, the restrictions need to be worked on.

(Aburame Hijutsu : Su-pa Ko-tingu Waza) - Aburame Secret Technique: Super Coating Technique

Description: This is advance version of '' (Aburame Hijutsu : Konchuu Ko-tingu Waza) - Aburame Secret Technique: Bug Coating Technique '' but 2x time stronger, the bugs will again release chakra out by itself, coating themselves with chakra instantly but coat of chakra will grow sharp spike all around which allows the bugs to spin in a rapid speed to kill the target or to simply drill off and vanish tiny/small stuff like sand, the bugs will also get power / defense and speed boost of 2x and can overpower or withstanding technique to up A rank(but if they get hit by S rank, the coat of chakra will just take the damage therefore the bugs will stay alive)

Can be only used three time per battle
Can only coat the same bug once and can coat any amount bug the user decide.
Coating effect lasts for 3 turns before running out.
The user cannot use any Aburame technique on the same round/turn once this technique is activated
The user cannot use any S ranked Aburame technique for 1 turn whenever this technique is deactivated

Note: Cant be seen by Dojutsu.
Note: Genjutsu last 2 turns.

~Declined~ You mean to tell me that by only make a sound, not even making hand seals or making visual or physical contact with your enemy, you could cast a genjutsu on him? Some jutsu similar in style were once accepted and they are widely know as one of the most OP on the site. Work on it.

~Declined~ Poor description in term of restrictions. How long does it last? Does it charge forward then disappear once it reach long range?

(Satetsu Supiasupureddo / スピアスプレッド) - Iron Sand Spear Spread

Description: The user condenses his Iron Sand into a large cone, the first spear. The spear is then shot at the opponent. While travelling, the spear breaks up into many more spears of smaller volume. The end result is a few hundred spreading spears that are launched.
Restrictions:*
~Usable twice.

~Declined~ Check the bold part. Make it a fixed number of spear and make it reasonable. If you want to have a spear big and strong enough to pierce your opponent, I'd say the original can only divide into 4 smaller spears.

~Declined~ The restrictions don't make any sense? Why would it last 4 turns if it simply move in a straight line? Once it misses the enemy it's no good since it won't be able to turn back. Also, take out the part about it being able to move fast because it moves only in straight line, that also doesn't make much sense.

This is the last chance you have with this jutsu, next time, I'm declining it for good if it's not acceptable.
