Description: User puts there body's lighting chakra to there hands and shoots it like a beam, the beam bounces off objects or just goes straight to the opponent or object. When the lighting chakra reaches the opponent or object the user transport all the chakra in there body into the beam which makes them transport wherever the beam lands.
Note: Since this takes a lot of chakra concentration the range is short to medium.
Note: This is lighting speed but while user is concentrating there chakra just for a moment he is vulnerable, since he is using to hand to perform the jutsu.

Nico is an average sized parakeet with green feathers and white chest. He's relatively faster and more agile than his fellow master, and carries one samurai katana and bears a straw hat typical among samurais. Rafael is an Altorio average sized white cockatoo with a green mohawk (thus significantly larger than Nico), that wields 2 katanas and wears a typical samurai armor of brown color.
Both Nico and Rafael do not call themselves Samurai Masters, for they are the self proclaimed Karaoke masters. Though everyone in Altorio begs to differ, they just don't tell them in their faces.

Description: This techniques stands as the parrots ability to lay eggs and let them hit their opponents, as as especial eggs that can either be extremely thick and heavy like dumbbells, explosive or plain normal. Depending on the size, chakra reservations and overall characteristics of the user, this technique can have lesser or greater damage. A Parrot summoner can create eggs on their hands and then throw them, as if they are projectiles. The smaller parrots will lay 5-10 eggs of about 5kg, or have the explosion abilities of a paper bomb. Normal parrots and human summoners have 3-6 eggs of about 15 kg or 5-7 paper bombs. The larger parrots (laying only 1) would follow the same line, the biggest eggs, from parrots about the size of Gamabunta would weight about two humans ( about 160 kg ) or explode with the equivalent power of Deidara's C3 bomb.

Both Declined. Please split the Parrot summons into two seperate summons and split the eggs into multiple techniques. The larger eggs (which have the power of the C3 bomb) should be an A-ranked technique due to thier power.

Normal parrots and human summoners have 2-5 eggs of about 5-7 paper bombs power. The larger parrots (laying only 1) would follow the same line, the biggest eggs, from parrots about the size of Gamabunta would explode with the equivalent power of Deidara's C3 bomb (because of that, said parrots would need to spend an additional 10 chakra, making it an A rank technique)

All egg jutsu Declined. The different destructive propperties is what changes the rank. small size/power = small rank. you give reference to the size but not the destructive capabilities. If the damage doesnt change then why even mention the size?

-The user won't be able to sense the opponent while the opponent is 1.5 meters above ground.
-Hence this is a really slight stream, it takes not even a second to be able to sense the whole long range.

Mrs. Beaver meet his man along time ago when she was eating some wood, and then she saw this great man fighting with Mr. Bear, his long rival, she decided to join forces with Mr. Beaver, in order to beat the big bad Mr. Bear. Mrs. Beaver can cast both A-ranked water blasts up to 5 times, and S-ranked Fire blasts up to 3 times, as its capable of infusing its blasts with his owner's jutsu. Due to her shy personality, she's was living underground for her whole life, hiding from the surroundings, and she's very sneaky.
Notes:
-Due to her always digging and being familiar of being underground, she became an excellent digger, as she's capable to dig underground to long range, and able to match speeds with a human, maybe faster, via underground.
-She's able to dig out a huge space underground, having the surface collapse in. If long ranged, it takes 1 turn.
-Can only be summoned once per battle.
-Because of her rather wide/thick/flat tail, she can defend with his tail against any lightning and wind jutsu up to S-rank as in 1 times (-15 damage to the user), as in A-rank, 2 times (-10 damage).
-must have signed the beaver contract.

Description: The offspring of the two elders, the Beaver Prince. As the battle get's heavier and more furious, his attitude will turn more furious, rather evil, wanting to destroy everything. Hence for all his life, he played in a pond, and beaver dams, he became skilled with the water, on a really high levels. Because of his ill attitude, he will become extremelly unstable as psychologically, and able to push out, matching ranks of a forbidden in water blasts, while he's out for at least one turn, meaning he's able to do it, in the 2nd turn and for the rest of the battle. After he has released all his anger in that matching forbidden water blasts, he'll lose consciousness for 1 turn. The most time he stays on the battlefield, the more evil/crazier he get's meaning for the 1st turn, he'll be only able to perform A-ranked, he's able to perform water in the 2nd turn, matching a forbidden rank, but if he releases his anger (the forbidden water) in the 2nd turn, he needs to rest for 1 turn, but if he releases his anger, after the 2nd turn, he'll be able to perform A-ranked water or lower, in the next turns (meaning if he releases his "anger" in the 3rd turn, there is only 2 more times, he can perform A-ranked or lower ranked water.)
Note:
-Either of the Mr or Mrs. Afcanc can summon him also.
-Due to his condition, he can only stay on the battlefield as long as 5 turns.
-Due to his crazy appearance, the user takes -20 damage, when he's summoned.
-This beaver is big enough, that he can carry it's user, tho only when traveling in water.

Because of her affinity to water, she's able to cast S-ranked water blasts up to 3 times, and A-ranked water blasts, up to 5 times.
Notes:
-Stay on the field for 4 turns.
-Every jutsu this beavers uses counts as a move in the user's turn.

-Either of the Mr or Mrs. Afcanc can summon him also.

-The enemy cannot use B-rank and below jutsus that are within short range of the user
-The user can use his own doton techniques as is his own chakra

The sword like previously said has a ability to manipulate temperature to a certain point.So once every 3 turns(meaning 2 full turns are a cool down),once, the user has the choice of almost instantly canceling any water or earth jutsu by infusing either cold or hot temperature into the jutsu itself.(this is done by slashing or stabbing) the jutsu.This can also be used on a regular sword of the opponent if it is close combat.
*The special ability costs 30 chakra

Declined. Still too Over Powered. 30 chakra is equivelent to an A-ranked attack so this could not be used for all earth or water. Redo your restriction. make sure to note that canceling a jutsu with the sword will count as a move.

Description : A very strong and advanced ninjutsu, this technique was developed by Jinbei Sarutobi throughout the years and it was this technique that made him famous in the ninja world.

The user simply infuses the ground with his chakra by releasing it through his feet, allowing the chakra to travel large distances ( up to long-range). Once he /she has done so, the user will form the serpent hand seal and the part of the terrain that was infused with the user’s chakra will be abruptly altered and transformed into any type of terrain the user wants it to transform into, granting the user moderated control over the terrain.

However, there’s a big flaw in the jutsu; he who performs it cannot, no matter the circumstances, use this technique for attacking purposes. ( I.e : The user can’t turn the ground beneath the opponent into spikes or into a fissure. However, the user can turn a forest into a lake for a water source).

~ This technique lasts for the rest of the battle but due to the constant usage by the user to change the terrain, the user will be restricted to 1 forbidden jutsu every two turns. Furthermore, the user will have to select an element and won’t be able to use S-ranks of that element for the next turn.
~ The user will need to form the serpent hand seal every single time he/she wants the terrain to change. If the user fails to do so, the shift won’t happen.
~ The user may only change the terrain once per turn and every time he does, he loses an addition toll of 5 chakra points.
~ The user as well as the opponent can utilize anything that has appeared in the battlefield; If the user makes a mountain, the opponent can use it to his own advantage or as a ground source for his own purposes. This makes the technique a double-edged sword if used incorrectly.
~ The technique can only be activated once per battle and the user won’t be able to enter any states where he is required to exert his/her chakra.

Declined. Jutsu which change one form of an element into another element is not allowed.

Declined. Different opponents have different reaction times which can be amplified by using certain techniques, so you cannot force a condition like that. Please re-phrase the bolded part in order to make a more generalized assesment of its speed.

What's the difference between "being able to literally cut any lightning jutsu" and "This sword is able to absorb lightning techniques"? You added no restrictions whatsoever concerning the rank of lightning it can absorb, which I was asking for. Also, do you really believe that adding 10 damage to yourself will change anything in my decision? If you wanted to add physical restrictions, add ones that really have an impact on your abilities to fight~

Updating my summoning boss and another condor and yes I hold the condor contract.

The reason is that I just got the contract from a friend and also learned a few limitations on summonings and these were pretty under powered Compared to the limitations so I figured I'd adjust them while taking advantage of this contract and bring some life into it xd

~Declined~ there are a few things not right. First and for all how the hell can it do +20 damage if a genjutsu by default doesn't do any damage at all. Your harp is not going to change that as then it's not genjutsu anymore. And can agree on being immune to genjutsu, however not against forbidden and not infinitely or without a single drawback

Regulus:
Regulus is a type of mostly short-ranged attacks. It was created in a long time ago by te first white lions from Šiškovci. Its a fightning style which you can only use by signing the white lion contract. Another of the things you have to do to learn Regulus is to get the Howaido Raion Ring which is made of Stones from Šiškovci, some stones in Šiškovci have the similar effect as the oil from Mount Myōboku. The stones from Šiškovci allow the user to use Regulus, cause for it the user needs a strong link with Šiškovci and the lions. Regulus is a ninja art where the user uses his chakra to boost his attacks by pressing the chakra from the ring in any part of the users body.

Restrictions for using Regulus:
-Must have signed the white lion contract
-Must have a Howaido Raion Ring
-Must have a quite good chakra control
-Must be Kage rank
-Must have mastered Fire
-Must have mastered Taijutsu and Ninjutsu

Note: Requires the users palms to be constantly touching the ground as so to constantly flow chakra. If that flow is broken for even a split second, the solidified stone will thus begin to crumble.

Impact Dial
The Impact Dial may be hit by anything blunt, and will absorb the kinetic energy. Once the apex of the Dial is pressed, the stored energy is released, usually causing internal injuries to a living body, while not leaving any visible external damage. This blunt force is even enough to severely wound large enemies. The Impact Dial can also absorb the impact of large explosions. The Impact Dial, while not actually dangerous for the user, can still hurt the user through a backlash when a large amount of energy is released.
The Impact Dial is capable of absorbing up to S rank attacks or explosions, the power of the attack released will be of the same power although the form of the attack will change, usually being in the form of a massive impact.
Every time the dial absorbs an attack, it will count as a jutsu. If the attack is absorbed and released in the same turn however, it will still count as one jutsu.

Thunder Dial
The Thunder dial is capable of absorbing and releasing electricity. If used in conjunction with a throwing object, it will electrify the object which may harm or paralyze the opponent if contact is made
The Thunder Dial is capable of absorbing up to S rank attacks, the power of the attack will be of the same power although the shape of the attack will change, not having being the same than the one of the absorbed attack.The attack released will be similar to a thunderbolt, its power will be determined by the attack absorbed.

Lamp Dial
The Lamp Dial is capable of storing and releasing light; they are most-commonly used for domestic purposes and not for battle.
The lamp dial may absorb some light from the sun and from anything that emits light, like a flashbomb. Once it has absorbed this light, the user can press the apex and the dial will start glowing.

Global restrictions for Dials:
*If the dial is attached to an object to give this object elemental property, it will not count as a jutsu.
*If the dial receives an attack while having absorbed one previously, the dial won’t be able to absorb it and it might break; this will depend on the attack launched at the dial and its power.(A weak water attack might not break the dial while a lightning one would)
*There are more than one dial of each kind.
*The user can use an attack on several dials to charge them himself.If more than one dial of the same kind is charged at the same time by the same attack, it will count as two jutsus ( the attack performed and the absorption of the dials).

User that has already reached Kage orf higher rank can activate this technique while battling without stopping moving. Once activated, the technique'll multiple user's speed with 2.0X and Leg taijutsu damage done by user will be multipled with 1.5. Using this technique for longer duratons will cause stress fracturing which decreases user's speed by 25% of the original speed. This technique can be used on one leg and can be maintained for max four turns. User's leg looks as if it were on fire when this mode is activated and is covered in chakra.
