Description: The second stage of the leg empowering freestyle tech, the user focuses great amounts of chakra in his legs and feet, and surrounds them with wind chakra, this techniques allows the user to temporarily enhance the strength of his legs, by strengthening the tissue and muscles in the users legs. The wind chakra around the users legs, serves as a wall for the great amount of chakra which is release when this technique is used, this “wall” is controlled by the user, and can be used to fire a shot of concentrated wind chakra, simply by releasing some of the chakra, which will build up in the users legs because of the technique. As long as this technique is active, the user gains a 10+ damage to any Taijutsu which involves using ones legs, and a great boost in speed, similar to Lee in 2 gate release without weights. this technique has some major drawbacks though, when it ends the user will be completely drained of strength in his/her legs, and unable to use advanced techniques for some time.
Notes:
• Can only be used once per battle.
• Lasts for three turns.
• When the technique ends, the user will be unable to move his legs for the rest of the match.
• The shot of wind chakra can be used twice, but can be fired at the same time, (in one jutsu).
• No B-ranked or higher techniques for three turns after this technique ends, and the user may only use techniques that don’t require the use of his/her legs.
• Can only be taught by ZeroGarra.

Description: The third and last stage of the leg empowering freestyle tech. The user focuses intense amounts of chakra into his legs and feet, this technique allows the users to, for a very short time, increase the power in his legs to incredible heights, by pumping his muscles full of chakra, and reinforcing and thickening the layer of wind chakra, created by Freestyle art Mega legs, on the users legs. By doing this, the user will stack an incredible amount of chakra, around and inside his legs. While doing this, the user will begin to spin around himself, because of the incredible amount of chakra in the users legs, the user will spin around himself with speed equal to the rotors of a helicopter. This will create an air pressure in itself, but by releasing all of the chakra stacked inside and outside his legs, the user is able to create a gigantic windblast, which will travel with incredible speed, and rip apart everything inside Mid range of the user. This windblast will be released in 360 around the user, and as said before, rip everything in Mid range and closer to the user apart, this also includes the very ground around the user. As soon as this windblast has been released, the user can light a lighter, and set everything in Mid range and closer, ablaze in an instant, both the windblast and the fire, travels so fast that even a Sage ranked opponent wouldn’t have time to for any handseals. The user’s legs will explode due to the incredible pressure on his legs, and because of the incredible amount of chakra and energy this technique requires, the user will be completely drained of chakra and power after use.
Notes:
• Can only be used once.
• No Nin Gen Taijutsu and/or any other techniques, for the rest of the battle.
• The user’s legs will explode, making him unable to move for the rest of the battle.
• Can only be used while Freestyle art Mega legs is active.
• Can only be avoided with space/time techniques if in short range.
• If in Mid range the target/targets will have about a second to avoid this technique.

Notes:
• Can only be used three times per battle.
• Can only be used once every second turn.
• Only works on A-ranked techniques and below.
• Can only be taught by ZeroG.

Declined: and if i used sound jutsu i'd just shout before performing the technique disabling your jutsu as it reacted to the sound i made... >_>

The elder gauntlet of wind mastery = Kaze no fuuton no chōrō chōsen

Description: this is one of the five element gauntlets, these gauntlets were forged in ancient times by blind smiths. The gloves themselves, are created from the bones of 5 grandmasters, each had their own element. The gauntlets were originally created, as a gift to a rich lord of unknown occupation, but under mysterious circumstances, they vanished on the trip to his house, and they were never mentioned in history since then. Though rumors about it being used by ninjas exist, these are mostly viewed as fairy tales.

Abilities: The gauntlet of wind, is a tool used by ninjas with a wind affinity, to strengthen their wind jutsus. The gauntlet itself is lightweight, and doesn’t hinder the user in any of his/her movements. The gauntlet works like a magnet for wind chakra, it makes it a lot easier to gather wind chakra, and focus on wind techniques. The gauntlet also works as an amplifier for wind jutsus, increasing their damage and destructive power. Lastly, the gauntlet also eases the user’s hands when he’s performing wind techniques, thereby enabling the user to form handseals faster than usually. All these wind abilities come at a price though, at the start of the battle, the user must choose an available element, except for wind, in this element, the user will be unable to perform S-ranked and above jutsus, for the rest of the battle. On top of that, to keep the Gauntlet functional, the user must feed it with his own chakra, and the gauntlet will inflict damage upon the user every turn because of this. It can be used to ones advantage though, once every battle, the user can feed the gauntlet an extra portion of chakra, this will increase the pain the gauntlet inflicts for a second, thereby snapping the user out of any B-ranked or below Genjutsu.
Notes:
• Can only be used by ZeroG.
• If the user wishes to use the gauntlet, he must notify his opponent, in the start of the match.

make water the element to make a rank and below only, and the genjutsu bit isn't really needed... you can inflict pain without that.

add that the wind gauntlets have a weakness to the fire element and if successfully made contact with fire would render them useless because of the wind chakra within them would fuel the fire

I know the hair technique is a little un-restricted, but this is just a rough base to check whether or not this idea has been taken, and if you have some restrictions to add, then it would save us all some time :).

(Ninpou: Kami o Ribingu no Jutsu) - Ninja Arts: Living Hair Technique
Type: Supplementary

Chakra cost: 40 (10 every turn after activation.)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user performs 4 handseals, and infuses his/her hair with great amounts of chakra, this allows the user to make his/her hair grow in an incredibly phase. The user can control the hairs individually, by controlling the chakra inside the hairs. By adding more chakra to the hairs, the user can harden them at will, they can become harder than steel due to the chakra infused into them. By continuously adding chakra to his/her hair, the user can uphold this technique for a high amount of time.
Notes:
• Can only be used three times per battle.
• Can only be used by ZeroG.
• Can last for five turns.

(Doton : Heishi Rando Bunshin) - Earth Style: Land Soldier Clone

Description : The user do the necessary handseal and then slam the ground based on earth to summons 300 brave soldier (an ancient Spartan soldier). This soldier equipped with sharp sword and a shield also face shield to protect them from earth jutsu. and this soldier are immune up to B-Rank earth jutsu. This soldier attack with strategy of the user and will charge attack without no hasitate and no mercy. This soldier can’t perform any jutsu but their speed increasing when battle in earth base terrain.

~Declined, how can you disperse something solid as a sword just by focusing chakra? Also how can a sword be reduced to 1000 pieces? Then every piece would have the size of a dustparticle and you say they look like cherry blossoms, which means they're pretty big and can be seen by the human eye and thus not only by doujutsu. Where do these needles come from? As I recall you have titanium, try submitting it as a CE jutsu.~

Description : The user puts a lot of chakra to his feet and hands and then when making a step he releases it from the foot he steped as well as the hand on the opposite side of the foot giving him a tremendous boost in speed.If the user wishes to go to mid range he does it again but with the other foot.
*Can only be used 4 times per battle and needs a 1 full turn of wait before it can be used again
*The user reaches such a high speed that he seems to evaporate in air,much like lee when he is without weights,and can also be used to dodge jutsus

Chuunin: C-Rank mastered: The user can create giant spikes from the knuckles and use these for fatal damage. The gloves can also now make larger shields and tools.
S-Jounin: B-Rank mastered: Gloves are now indestrucible unless hit with Lightning techs as they are constantly in an Iron Skin.
Jounin: A-Rank mastered: The giant spikes can now be fired from the gloves at high speed. The user can also create giant shields that cover his whole body.
S-Class: S-Rank mastered: The user can now fire earth projectiles like kunai by concentrating doton chakra before and while punching.
Sannin: Forbidden-Rank mastered: The user can now by simply punching the ground cause an earthquake.
Kage: Earth Mastered: All the above techniques are powered up i.e. faster/stronger.
Sage: All 5 elements mastered: The user being a master of Earth and with the gloves powering up/concentrating their Doton chakra they can literally sense any Doton chakra on the field they can't pin point locations of the opponent etc but they will know a Doton tech has been used. The user can manipulate any Earth Techniques used by the opponent i.e. cancel them. They cannot send projectiles etc back.

Description: The user manipulates the water within the brain, muscles, and blood to accelerate the flow of it enhancing the ninja's senses and body movement. The user now has super human like characteristics to help him in battle. Sight, hearing, smell, touch, and taste are all enhanced. All muscles are now being messaged and forced to a high limit allowing the ninja to be able to run and strike with their body's maximum force. Since the ninja's brain is being enhanced as well he/she will be able to detect small changes of his surroundings. Due to the nature of this ability the ninja can only sustain this for a short period of time since a human's water supply is needed to sustain life. The speed and strength of the ninja will be compared to the 5th gate, gate of limit.
Note: Lasts 3 turns.

Water jutsus used against fire jutsus with the ring on will become least effected, meaning that if the user uses a fire jutsu a rank higher than a water jutsu the fire should still beat it but if they are the same rank they will both cancel out.

The bow has a black handle made of tar-covered sharkskin, just like samurai katanas, ensuring maximum grip. Description: History: There once lived a boy named Kuro who lived in the Village Hidden is Sound - which he hated with all his heart. Named the bringer of chaos when he was five, Kurp was Infused with both light and dark; he had the look of an angel, but was as devious as the devil himself. Exiled by his family at 16, he started wandering around the world in search of the sword arts. He found very useful information by one of the Seven swordsman of the mist, but then again nobody from Kirigakure accepted him. He found shelter in Kumogakure where he decided to create a sword more powerful than any other. After 5 years he created his desired sword, infulencing both dark and light withing him. Kuro didnt want an ordinary sword, he wanted a sword that will be able to protec him from even the most fearsome ninjas. Before he died he gave it to boy named Ryo from the Uchiha clan to keep it and use it only when necesary

Abilities: The light part of the sword included many things. One of which was the abilty to shine when danger approched its master. For example when an unexpected attack or jutsu was coming ofter the user, the sword started to shine, thus warning its master. However the strongest abilty was the ability to conduct lightning, being able to use some fearsome lightning techniques that everyone should be afraid of and also the speed of using the techniques increases. The sword also has the ability to he absorb any lighning jutsu up to S rank. Being made of titanium the sword was very hard, inposible to break but at the same time very slim and light as a feather. All these abilities were the light part of the sword...However there was also a dark side. The special abilities of the sword must be activated by blood contact with the user. Unless there is a blood contact, the sword be just an ordinary sword. It has also been shown that the user can't use any wind jutsus at the same turn as he uses the abilities of the sword.

Then he will slam his hands on the ground, creating 2 chains (1 from each hand) that will travel trough the ground and capture the enemy and also numb his body. However the user's hands must be on the ground in order to maintain their movements. The chains will be left on the field untill they capture someone, meaning that if the user fails to capture the enemy, the chains will be underground and can't be seen by regular shinobi (meaning While underground the chains can only be seen by Sharingan, Byakugan and any sensor abilities. However when they come out of the ground they can be seen as they are naturaly made of lightning). And after some time whenever the user decides he can again use the chains again by slaming his hands on the ground.

A member of the monitor lizard family (Varanidae), it is the largest living species of lizard, growing to an average length of 2 to 3 metres (6.6 to 9.8 ft) and weighing around 70 kilograms (150 lb). Their unusual size has been attributed to island gigantism, since there are no other carnivorous animals to fill the niche on the islands where they live.However, recent research suggests that the large size of komodo dragons may be better understood as representative of a relic population of very large varanid lizards that once lived across Indonesia and Australia, most of which, along with other megafauna, died out after contact with modern humans. Fossils very similar to V. komodoensis have been found in Australia dating to greater than 3.8 million years ago, and its body size remained stable on Flores, one of the handful of Indonesian islands where it is currently found, ever since Flores (along with neighboring islands) were isolated by rising sea levels approximately 900,000 years ago.
As a result of their size, these lizards dominate the ecosystems in which they live.

These special resting places, usually located on ridges with a cool sea breeze, are marked with droppings and are cleared of vegetation. They also serve as a strategic location from which to ambush deer.

Auffenberg described the Komodo dragon as having septic pathogens in its saliva, specifically the bacteria: E. Coli, Staphylococcus sp., Providencia sp., Proteus morgani and P. mirabilis. He noted that while these pathogens can be found in the mouths of wild Komodo dragons, they disappear from the mouths of captive animals, due to a cleaner diet and the use of antibiotics. This was verified by taking mucous samples from the external gum surface of the upper jaw of two freshly captured individuals. Saliva samples were analyzed by researchers at the University of Texas who found 57 different strains of bacteria growing in the mouths of three wild Komodo dragons including Pasteurella multocida. The rapid growth of these bacteria was noted by Fredeking: "Normally it takes about three days for a sample of P. multocida to cover a petri dish; ours took eight hours. We were very taken aback by how virulent these strains were".This study supported the observation that wounds inflicted by the Komodo dragon are often associated with sepsis and subsequent infections in prey animals. How the Komodo dragon is unaffected by these virulent bacteria remains a mystery.
In late 2005, researchers at the University of Melbourne speculated that the perentie (Varanus giganteus), other species of monitor, and agamids may be somewhat venomous. The team believes that the immediate effects of bites from these lizards were caused by mild envenomation. Bites on human digits by a lace monitor (V. varius), a Komodo dragon, and a spotted tree monitor (V. scalaris) all produced similar effects: rapid swelling, localized disruption of blood clotting, and shooting pain up to the elbow, with some symptoms lasting for several hours.
In 2009, the same researchers published further evidence demonstrating that Komodo dragons possess a venomous bite. MRI scans of a preserved skull showed the presence of two venom glands in the lower jaw. They extracted one of these glands from the head of a terminally ill specimen in the Singapore Zoological Gardens, and found that it secreted a venom containing several different toxic proteins. The known functions of these proteins include inhibition of blood clotting, lowering of blood pressure, muscle paralysis, and the induction of hypothermia, leading to shock and loss of consciousness in envenomated prey. Although attacks are very rare, Komodo dragons have been known to attack humans; on June 4, 2007 a Komodo dragon attacked an eight-year-old boy on Komodo Island. The boy later died of massive bleeding from his wounds. It was the first recorded fatal attack in 33 years. Natives blamed the attack on environmentalists outside the island prohibiting goat sacrifices. This denied the Komodo dragons their expected food source, causing them to wander into human civilization in search of food. A belief held by many natives of Komodo Island is that Komodo dragons are actually the reincarnation of fellow kinspeople and should thus be treated with reverence.
On March 24, 2009, two Komodo Dragons attacked and killed fisherman Muhamad Anwar on Komodo. Anwar was attacked after he fell out of a sugar-apple tree and was left bleeding badly from bites to his hands, body, legs, and neck. He was taken to a clinic on the neighboring island of Flores where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
In a bizarre incident in June 2001, Phil Bronstein, Executive Editor of the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper, was given a special tour of the Komodo dragons at the Los Angeles Zoo for a Father's Day present by his wife, the actress Sharon Stone. Bronstein and Stone were benefactors of the zoo. While barefooted and petting one of the dragons, Bronstein's foot was seriously bitten and required extensive surgery.

Anwar was attacked after he fell out of a sugar-apple tree and was left bleeding badly from bites to his hands, body, legs, and neck. He was taken to a clinic on the neighboring island of Flores where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
In a bizarre incident in June 2001, Phil Bronstein, Executive Editor of the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper, was given a special tour of the Komodo dragons at the Los Angeles Zoo for a Father's Day present by his wife, the actress Sharon Stone. Bronstein and Stone were benefactors of the zoo. While barefooted and petting one of the dragons, Bronstein's foot was seriously bitten and required extensive surgery.
