Description: Utilizing four hand seals; sheep, horse, snake, and tiger. Focused fire element chakra builds at an exponential rate (taking less than 1/2 of a second) to a pinpoint at the tip of a finger, thumb or palm of the hand. This concentration of chakra does not produce any significant heat; almost all of its energy is focused on particle conversion (the reaction in fire that converts energy to visible light as opposed to heat.) Used to blind the target; much like Raigen Raikōchū only not a ginjutsu. At any range the effect of the jutsu causes temporary blindness. If the opponent has sharingan or byuakugan active, the jutsu will cause permanent damage to their retinas if they see it. The effect is that of looking into the sun with a telescope from a distance of only a few meters.
Note: This justu may only be used 3 times during a battle.
Note: This jutsu effects the opponent even if they have their eyes closed because of the intensity of the light.
Note: The effects of this jutsu last for 2 turns (except where otherwise stated due to dōjutsu.)
Note: Turning away before the jutsu is activated or having a solid (ie: not water, wind, fire, or lightning based) object between your eyes and the jutsu is enough to avoid it’s effects.
Note: Because of the jutsu’s nature is the same as that of the stars, Void based jutsus have minimal affect against it.
Note: If this jutsu is active (in the palm of the hand) while the user grabs the face of the opponent then permanent loss of vision and use of the eyes may occur due to proximity.

~ The purple part is ridiculous. It basically gives you an auto-kill against any Doujutsu. And if it's so bright that it's like looking into the sun with a telescope from a few meters away, it basically will blind you too, regardless of whether you shut your eyes. ~

Range/Effects:
  • This jutsu effects all ranges, however from long range it causes only severely blurred vision for 2 turns, unless a dōjutsu is active then it's loss of dōjutsu for 2 turns, but can still see.
  • Mid range causes blindness 2 turns, for active dōjutsu loss of ability for match and blinded 1 turn and blurred vision the next.
  • Short range causes blindness 2 turns, for active dōjutsu permanent loss of vision.
Note: If this jutsu is active (in the palm of the hand) while the user grabs the face of the opponent then permanent loss of vision and use of the eyes may occur due to proximity.
Note: This justu may only be used 3 times during a battle.
Note: This jutsu effects the opponent even if they have their eyes closed because of the intensity of the light.

Like all other ninja hounds, he has much higher and acute senses than a normal human. He also has enlarged canine teeth, so that he can bite through anything with relitve ease.

The small moths all have very sharp wings, comparable to that of an extremely sharp paper cutter, and they fly past the opponent, cutting them. The moths disperse as they hit the opponent. They may be controlled by the user.

Description:The main usage of the moonlight sonata is for the nara shadow techniques as it possessed a chakra reactive metal, which allowed the user to fuse their shadow chakra into the blade. Thus, this also allowed the user to use the Shadow Imitation Shuriken jutsu in a battle. Despite of the shape, the dagger can be used as a close range weapon and also mid-range as it can be thrown. The moonlight sonata can also be an offensive tool as it possessed a side-effect when it trapped the opponent's shadow. However, this effect only works with the presence of the moon, thus the effect is unusable during the day.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu Ryuujin - Summoning Technique: Dragon God

Description: A special katana that was created to rival the original 7SM weapons. Made out of a special metal, Ryuujin has a bright red blade with the ability to channel the users fire chakra through it for its own special attacks. While testing the katana, the forgers were unable to use the katana to its full potential and deemed it a failure. Eventually the blade was discarded and than stolen. Ragnaroc eventually came in possession of the katana and was able to weld it to is full potential. To summon Ryuujin, the user wipes their blood across the forearm tattoo and utters phrase "Burst into flames, Ryuujin". Because the sword had fire chakra flowing through it, any wounds inflicted would sear the flesh shut, killing all nerves and stopping any bleeding, though the person being cut would be in immense pain.

Restrictions
- Can only be summoned once per battle, but lasts the entire battle
- Can not be destroyed
- if the summoner loses contact with Ryuujin for more than 2 turns, the sword will disappear and cuase damage (30 damage points) to the summoner.

Restrictions
- Can only be used when Ryuujin is summoned
- Can only swing the sword a maximum of 5 times per turn

Needs more restriction. 5 attacks per turn with no stipulation as to if they all need to be done straight after the other.​

- Can only be used once per fight
- Once used, the user can no longer use any Ryuujin specific S rank attacks.
- Once used, the user can not use S rank fire techniques for 2 turns, A rank techniques for 1 turn, and any A rank Ryuujin specific attacks for 2 turns.

i'd need better description as you're practically referring to control of oxygen.​

better description needed... how exactly do you release them from the pants... yes you spin, but surely they are held in place or they'd just fall out pretty much.​

The targets will hear everything in reverse, making it impossible to understand anything, the target will feel like it’s switched preferred hands, (if it was a lefty before, it’ll be right handed now) and the target will, as long as this jutsu is in effect, have a really mean headache, as if someone is were inside their heads, trying to break free. All this combined, will cause extreme confusion in the targets instincts and senses, and will result in slower reactions and speed altogether.

• Lasts for three turns.
• Can only be used 2 times per battle.
• Can only be taught by ZeroGarra.

Secret Freestyle art: Nightmare Steelcage = Himitsu no furīāto: Naitomeasutīru

Descritpion: This technique is an adapatation of Jiraiya's crushing toad stomach technique, which reverse summoned the user and their opponents, into the stomach of a toad on Mt. Myoboku. In this version, the user reverse summons him/her and the opponent, into a 9x9x9 meter steelcage, place in an unknown location. The cage is made up of very thick bars, covered in chains, and with seals all over them, the cage is impossible to escape from. The seals placed on the bars, will prevent even bugs to escape, and they will prevent any summoning inside the cage. The floor and ceiling of the cage, is made of extremely hard steel, with seals placed on the outside of them, and with drawings of people performing freestyle moves, on the inside. Because of the seals, it’s not possible to remain in the cage for very long, and when the time’s up, the user and target, will be transported back to precisely where they stood before this jutsu was activated.
Notes:
• Any clones the user and/or the target might have made, will not be affected by this jutsu, but they will be there when the target and user returns.
• Lasts for three turns.
• Can only be used once per battle.
• The user will be incapable of using any summons for the rest of the battle.

Declined, no reverse summoning the opponent with customs.​

Note: these freestlye art jutsus are all made for a special bio, which i will make later if my freestlyle art gets approve, no ordinary ninja can do these properly, so please don't decline them because of that, the bio i'll make will practically be in hand stand through the whole battle, and if it suits you better i won't share them.

Description: This is a secret wood style technique due to the impact and danger this jutsu posesses. In this jutsu the user cleverly manipulates the earth or water (since wood is formed from both water and earth)too form wooden mines all around the opponent in random positions in a 3 metre radius with the opponent as the centre beneath the surface of the ground or water(about 1 inch below the ground or water surface). These wooden mines are extremely sensitive and if there is any foot movement they explode like a mine,expelling no smoke but the explosion destroys the 1 inch layer of earth above it and causes wooden splinters to travel at high speeds and pierce the opponent like grenade shrapnel leaving the opponent severely damaged.

Restrictions:

*can only be used twice per battle
*no A ranked and above mokuton jutsus the next turn
*doujutsu users and sensors can sense or see the mines but those who do are not sensors or doujutsu bearers they are oblivious too the wooden mines
*due too the strain on mokuton chakra the user is also damaged
*the user forms around 25 mines around the opponent
*can be used/taught by Gaara of konoha

Description : This jutsu is a very famous jutsu said to be used by hashrama when he fought madara and the kyuubi. This jutsu is forbidden i rank due too the ravaging and destruction that the giants cause. So in this jutsu the user chains 8 handsealsafter which 2 giants Shawn Micheals and Triple H emerge.They are about 25 metres tall and have a devlish personality.They dont have the brain too talk normally but they can comprehend basic commands.

Both of them have wooden spikes all over their body except the soles of their feet.this makes them invunerable too taijutsu moves. Shawn micheals is a thin giant and is very agile and uses both his hands and legs in combat very effectively. Triple H whereas uses a sledgehammer(made of wood) as a weapon and causes a huge amount of destruction.

Restrictions:

*can be used only once per battle
*no mokuton jutsus while the giants are on the field(but jutsus that are already active are not effected)
*they poof away after 4 turns
*they can protect the user from S rank attacks only once (one giant can protect once only and then he is destroyed)
*they can destroy defensive doton jutsus upto B rabk due to their brute strength
*can be used/taught by Gaara of konoha
Note:

Description: This technique consists in two different steps, which can be preformed simultaneously, using an ally, or in a quick succession. The first part consist in stringing together 4 handseals before spitting a huge quantity of seriously hot ashes, which will then burst into an hellish flock of 1000 bird-like ash structures. The birds will fly out in different directions, some will fly high into the sky, while others (Only a few) will attack the opponent(s) directly.
The second part of the jutsu consists in preforming 3 handseals. The first will quickly gather air around each individual bird. The second will concentrate the gathered wind into the ash-hawks, which will make them burst ablaze. At that point, the birds will be sharper and faster, aswell as hotter. The third handseal will make all of the birds fall onto the opponent. Much like real hawks, the free-falling bird-structures will acquire great speeds, and will violently explode upon impact. The few birds that directly attacked the opponent will simple burst outwards, burning anything close to them.

I toned down the number of Bird-Like Ash structured created, from 1000 to 10-15. I think that was the reason why this was considered OP, though it was meant for attacks at a larger scale, not necessarily for 1 on 1 matches...
Also I specified the explosion to that of a Paper Bomb...

Can I have a note that enables 1000?:

*For Large Scale Attacks, the user will be able to increase the number of Scorching Falcons to an Army of 1000, which will shoot to the sky as a whole, and then fall like a rain of arrows onto the targets, at the cost of additional 100 chakra, and the loss of Fire or Wind in the next 3 turns*

Both of them have wooden spikes all over their body except the soles of their feet,this makes them difficult too assault via taijutsu moves. Shawn micheals is a thin giant and is very agile and uses both his hands and legs in combat very effectively. Triple H whereas uses a sledgehammer(made of wood) as a weapon and causes a huge amount of destruction.

Restrictions:

*can be used only once per battle
*no mokuton jutsus while the giants are on the field(but jutsus that are already active are not effected)
*they poof away after 4 turns
*they can protect the user from S rank attacks only once (one giant can protect once only and then he is destroyed)
*they can destroy defensive doton jutsus upto B rank due to their brute strength
*they posses extreme strength and are capable too severely damage an opponent if they connect a hit (they are giants xd)

Description: He is a long, pitch-black, medieval-like broadsword with a with a single white line along the length of the blade. His guard is composed of a spiky band with three bands coming up the base of the blade in a zig-zagging pattern. Just above those bands, there is a large, red-lipped mouth. He has a long, two-handed, handle, but he can be wielded with one hand. Ragnarok is a living sword. No physical attack can break Ragnarok but, if ever broken, Ragnarok will turn into a black liquid and reform over the course of one turn. When Ragnarok is being used in battle, he can use the wielder's chakra to make himself vibrate, giving him buzzsaw-like cutting abilities. The strength of Ragnarok's vibration is significantly stronger than any Raiton-induced vibration. After he starts vibrating, he never stops with the exception of him breaking. Once per battle Ragnarok can use the wielder's chakra to form black wings on the wielder's back, giving them the ability to fly at great speeds for 4 turns. He began to grow stronger as more and more insecurities and fears were felt and he was soon deity-like. He began to destroy villages and entire countries, causing more fear, making him ever stronger. As Ragnarok continued to go on this rampage, he caught the attention of a very power Shinigami, who then went to the mortal realm to face him. After a great clash between the two, Ragnarok was defeated and stripped of his powers. He was then turned into a blade that the Shinigami himself used to deal with later problems. It is not known if this is true.

Ragnarok is a sentient blade that speaks and uses the wielders chakra.

Ragnarok does not need to be summoned because the wielder carries the blade on his/her back, holding it there with chakra control similar to that which is used to walk on water or on a wall.

The flash from the jutsu itself only lasts for about a second and a half. This jutsu is used to temporarily blind the target. At various ranges the effect of the jutsu differ. If the opponent has sharingan, byakugan active or rinnegan, the jutsu can actually scorch the retinas causing permanent damage to their eyes if they see it at close enough range. The effect while having a dōjutsu active would be that of staring into the sun with a telescope from a very close distance because of the enhanced perception of both chakra and actual elements/objects. Direct line of sight is required to be subject to the effects. Because of the intensity of the light this jutsu effects the opponent even if they have their eyes closed.

Actually it is a different jutsu, just because it still has the same basic effect that the other one did, doesn't make it the same jutsu. I think there are only 4 or 5 things that are similar with the previous. Besides Emp pretty much gave me the go ahead with that one before he went on hiatus.
