Description:The Monkey handseal as he charges his ears with chakra , and with concentration he charge it into his inner ear making him able to control his balance by controlling the liquid hidden in the inner ear which controll his balance, this technique would make him completely able to controll himself if any changes happens to the Terrain making him normally imbalanced but while using this jutsu it wont, and specially works with taijutsus.

~Must have mastered the Rain element to be able to use this jutsu.


Declined... i seriously don't get the need for this. dust and earth projectiles that do no damage? only stops up to b rank sand? where's the point? and it's a rain jutsu... why would their be dust and earth projectiles in it?​
Scavenging is one of the things that rain does in nature, when the rain falls it absorb small solid objects while falling to the ground, this technique uses this ability with very strong rain so that it would be able to fully absorb down all the small solid objects like dust "not the element of dust" and sand making its justus very weak by turn the sand into mud and by taking down the sand with it, so why is it that impossible?

Thinking about it, actually controlling the liquid would make you less balanced, as the liquid is only there to give indication of your upright position etc... it only indicates balance not control it, therefore any "control" of it, rather than an increased awareness of it would infact work against your own sense of balance.​

Description: When two or three people are fighting together, this technique is used by preforming a handseal together, like when Anko made a handseal along with Orochimaru. creating a strong chakra bond between them, this chakra bond is used to communicate with their thoughts together in battles, making them able to do combos together together and power up their team work, also help each other by notifying them about incoming attacks. if one of the user's were a spy, he/she will be able to spy upon all of their moves and that is one of the main disadvantages of using this technique, user's can also know if anyone of them is being under a genjutsu or a mental attack since there mind is connected and make them able to react instantly to that, the only way to stop this jutsu is to stop sending chakra to the user you want to disconnect with, however, jutsus like chakra absorbing technique also works.

~Can only be used once per battle.
~Lasts for 5 turns maximum.
~It counts as a jutsu for all the users in the turn it has been used in.

Rain Release: hell rain |Ame no Jutsu: Makaikouu|

Description: the user makes two handseals in a second then channels a huge amount of rain chakra into the clouds heating them up as it rain very hot rain, the water of this rain's temperature is at 60 siliceous and keeps rising until it reaches near 90. as it rain the whole terrain get covered with hot streams then soon turn into mist, and gather hot clouds that would create a great thunderstorm, the mist can be used as the hidden mist jutsu, and the cloud become ready to be used in jutsus such as Kirin, however, this jutsu doesn't do massive damages, it reduce anyone under it burns if it touches their skin. after this jutsu is done, and the temperature heat lowers, all the earth based techniques for up to B rank that was used meanwhile or before this jutsu will be destroy, but this effect only happens after this jutsu with time, because of the high temperature change.

~Ice would melt while this jutsu is in use, and Ice/plants based jutsus damages would lower to half of what it does in normal, and disappear in one turn after being used.

let me explain something here... rain being very hot won't work like that... heat would stop clouds condensing and falling as rain =/, (however i would accept it if you pressurised the water to high levels as even metals which should be molten can be compressed to solids while still at the same extreme temperatures.)

after all this you would still need to severely restrict it, rmove some additional effects as there are too many aswell. (oh and explain better, with grammar too.)

Vulture Summoning technique: Kirasura, The Air heater |Hagetaka Kuchiyose no Jutsu:Teikanetsu Kirasura|

Description: The user wipes blood on his fan and charges it with a huge amount of chakra. Then he swings it and summons a huge vulture. This creature is one of the Vulture's monks. It has 6 wings and each have three birdclaw "fingers" in the middle of the wing, which are used as front legs. This is done by laying the wings on the ground and use these "fingers" to stand. It's useful for him to go faster on the ground. However in aerial fights this summon is very untrustworthy since it hates to be summoned so much, but ridable. He will punish the user by absorbing 30 chakra points out of him after 4 turns he has been summoned and he will reverse summon itself. If he was somehow defeated before that time, he will take that chakra and disappears. The vulture's speed and power are magnificent, it's only equalled by the highest among all the summoning ninja animals. He can fly at the height of the Ruppell's vultures too and is able to use fire jutsus, he has the ability of creating an flame tornado which equals S rank jutsus around himself and any nearby person as a flame shield of any incoming wind attack and damaging the enemy if he was in short range of him, and his ability of using fire jutsus helps him to heat up the air while flying making him even faster in air.

~ His ability is only usable for once and counted as one of the user's moves, which means that the user can only use two other jutsus in that turn and the 40 chakra points used to form that tornado is taken from him as well.

Vulture Art: Air Dash |Hagetaka no Jutsu:Teibakushin|

Description: After summoning a vulture, the user charges the vulture he is riding with a huge amount of chakra, then the vulture release this chakra through his wings as it swings them, making itself and any person riding it dash up into the air in a speed that can only be equaled with the third gate's, this technique can be used to dodge incoming attacks and to reach mid range of thier previous location.

~Imbalance the user for a short time after its used and cause him 20 damage points.
~clones can not use this technique because of the damages it creates.
~The user must have the vulture contract and already have summoned a vulture to use this technique.


Declined, no gates speed. i see little use for this jutsu in the whole other than potential abuse of it's gates speed.

Inuzuka Tsuin Soshi Yari | Inuzuka Twin Element Spear

Description: The "Inuzuka Twin Element Spear" is a retractable and extendable spear that is made of an indestructible yet light metal. The spear can retract and extend at the users will, making it easier to carry. It is an Inuzuka heirloom past down through the generations. The spear's handle is engraved with the name of his/hers Dog Companion (as they share a special bond), thus allowing the user to summon his "Dog Companion" whenever he wants (this doesn't count as a move). He can also use the spear to summon his Ninja Dog/ Dog summons by wiping blood on the spear and slamming the end into the earth (but this counts as a move). The user can also channel Wind or Lightning chakra into the spear, increasing its penetration powers when charged with Wind chakra, and increasing its throwing speed when charged with Lightning chakra. By doing three handseals the user can summon the spear in it's retracted form to the users belt (there's a seal on it)

  • Indestrucible, but cannot cut through everything.
  • Can only be wielded by Ragerok, if someone else tries to wield the spear (and i'm not touching it) it will teleport and return to the users belt in its retracted form.
  • It costs 20 chakra per turn when infused with either element
  • Can only summon the users Dog Companion three times per battle.
  • Can only summon the spear back manually twice per battle

This technique can be used almost instantly (takes a second to cover the spear).

A complicated sealing technique, its usefulness cannot be overstated to a medical ninja on the field of battle.
The ninja holds out his palms, and silver seals flash temporarily on them, shining with a blinding light, before disappearing.
What this does is that it gives the air on the battlefield, to the medical ninja's contact-requiring techniques alone, the consistency and properties of a human body. Though this may seem rather simple, its use is extremely important. It allows the medical ninja to use any of his techniques that require contact as a "beam" instead, shot forward from his palms. Secondly, since the medical ninja can change the way his chakra moves inside a patient's body, he can also change the angle or direction of the beam, once shot.
This allows him to attack offensively or heal allies from a distance, instead of having to go near the target.
The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
• The technique can be summoned only once per battle.
• Though the seal gives the air the consistency of a human body, it only applies to making sure that techniques requiring contact can be shot off as a beam instead ( roughly with the speed of a wind jutsu ) with the same effects as the technique if it hits. The opponent, user or any allies will still feel the atmosphere as a normal one other than for this. They can still breathe, use wind techniques, run, etc. normally.
• No Fuuinjutsu next turn.
• The beam travels as fast as a wind jutsu, and can be dodged by a quick enough technique. This does not ensure a hit.

how long can it last in play? i'm unsure about this... is it only medical jutsu requiring touch that can be performed via this?

When broken up the smaller tornados have less power than the original one does but moves at a faster speed. These smaller tornados can move in any direction but moves slower while turning. At any time the user can make the tiger handsign and the tornados will explode releasing a great amount of Wind hurting the enemy or the user if close enough.

Since the user is at the center of the such a fiery jutsu he is also harmed by the jutsu.

Description: The user wipes blood on the snake contract tattoo and summons Jörmungandr a gigantic serpent that is 2 times the size of Manda. Due to the fact that this snake is strongly based in water, this snake is immune to fire and water jutsu u to b rank. Above B rank does minimal damage. Also, due to its incredibly strong hide it can withstand up to 2 S rank direct lightning, wind, or earth jutsu. Can spew out a very large amount of water sufficient for any water jutsu at the users discretion. This snake also has the ability to divide itself multiple times into less powerful, smaller versions of itself.

Note: Can only be on the field for 5 of the users turns
Note: Division math. Division into 3 = 2 snakes the size of Manda. Division into 50 = 50 snakes the size of a large kyodajai, division into 100 = 100 snakes the size of the snakes used in hidden shadow snake hands

Description:
The Devil Bringer becomes the users right arm, and the physical manifestation of his incredible chakra. The arm possesses superhuman strength, which manifests itself through a larger, spectral arm controlled by chakra. The arm itself is completely impenetrable and indestructible, enabling the user to defend using his arm as a melee weapon. It is composed of an unknown material from the depths of hell.

Effects:


1. Taijutsu attacks involving the right arm do double damage.

2. If the user is caught in genjutsu, the arm automatically heats up to cause superficial pain to the user to snap them out of the genjutsu.

Abilities:

1. Snatch - Send forth the spectral arm of the Devil Bringer and grasp a distant enemy within its clutches. The enemy can then be pushed or pulled at the users discretion. The user can also snatch other things, such as nearby trees or boulders to pull to safety. Dealing no damage. Can only be used at mid - short range. And travels almost instantly.

2. Buster - After grabbing an enemy with the Devil Bringer, the user will slam the enemy on the ground repeatedly, slamming them on the ground will disorient them, and break there bones disabling their skill making them slower and take longer to form hand seals. Close range.

3. Hold - After snatching, the user holds and binds the enemy in place. Dealing no damage. Mid to short range.

Notes:

1. Buster can only be used one time.

2. The Devil Bringer is always on the user, but must be declared at the start of battle to be valid.

3. The arm is only indestructible up to just above the elbow. Meaning, only where the devil bringer covers is indestructible. Your arm can still be hacked off at the elbow.

~ The purple bit has to be removed and replaced with some max amount of damage, the red bit has to be removed entirely, something like the green bit exists already, the orange bit is OP, and the blue bit has to be explained better. ~

Kikousando is blind but all of his other senses have been greatly increased.

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Tiger then Ox) and uses a 10 foot radius of earth and makes the earth shoot out sharp spikes of rock, stone, and/or mud that can pierce through skin. The ground can keep shooting out the spikes if the user holds the ox handseal. When the spikes are shot out they go about 25 miles per hour (40 kilometers per hour). The earth radius can be created anywhere the user wants as long as it is in short-mid range. The spikes can only fly straight, they cannot turn.

Samurai Arts: Heavenly Gate (Bushijutsu: Rashoumon)

Description: By channelling chakra through their swords and then release it, the users of this technique are able to cut through solid and thick materials. The rank of the technique is proportional to the thickness of the material that can be cut. Up to C rank, the user is only able to cut through Earth (Exception being Jutsus that use the strongest crystals, etc). B rank allows the user to cut through metal, in it's weakest form (Low Ranked jutsus, normal weapons, etc). The S rank version of this technique allows the user to cut through almost any metal and crystal (Up to A Rank of normal Metals and Crystals, and up to C rank of Diamond and Titanium)

Description: Tonkuusho is a type of Taijutsu which allows the user to fight with the opponent from any position, even by not looking at him. The user begins charging chakra around him in high amounts, creating a sort of invisible cloak of chakra which the user can feel around him(1.3 meter radius), thusforth, whenever the opponent strikes inside that chakra cloak the user can feel exactly where. This is nothing like the Byakugan's abilities however, as the user does not have a 360 degree view of everything around him. Tonkuusho is recommended to be used only for Taijutsu, as the radius around which the chakra cloak floats around is very small.

- The cloak can be held as much as the user wants to, however it costs him 10 chakra per turn.
- After it's been deactivated the user cannot activate it again for the rest of the battle.
- Must be taught by Shigure.

At the user's signal, he can send them at greats speeds to crash onto the opponent with such strength they actually blow up on impact.
Notes: May one be done twice per battle, on the second time only two clefts may be done.
Notes: The clefts are made of very hard minerals, capable of resisting impacts (provided that they are not raiton) of its same rank and below.

~ The purple part is ridiculous. It basically gives you an auto-kill against any Doujutsu. And if it's so bright that it's like looking into the sun with a telescope from a few meters away, it basically will blind you too, regardless of whether you shut your eyes. ~

Description: After making a single handseal, the user distributes their earth chakra throughout the ground of the entire battlefield. The chakra spreads through the ground extremely quickly, as if exploding outwards from the user. This jutsu does not prevent the opponent from using any earth jutsu, nor does it hasten the user's usage of earth jutsus. If the opponent uses an earth jutsu, then the user's earth chakra is simply expelled from the earth in a harmless way. This jutsu just spreads the user's earth chakra throughout the entire battlefield. The chakra remains in the ground unless the opponent uses an earth jutsu on a designated amount of earth. In that case, the earth directly used in the opponent's earth jutsu no longer contains the user's earth chakra, although the rest of the ground does. This jutsu does not prevent the opponent from merging with the ground or using "Underground Fish Projection".

Achilles is the taijutsu expert of the Ligers. Achilles stands at the height of a bear that is on all fours. One attribute to Achilles is that he wears armor fashioned after that of the Ancient Greeks, and the armor is capable of taking direct hits of up to C-rank before starting to break and Achilles himself can take a taijutsu hit of B-rank with little injury but if he is hit with a direct hit from jutsus any higher than B-rank will cause him to "poof" away. Achilles can stand on his hind legs in the same fashion as a human and can use any taijutsu techniques the user can use (excluding those of Forbidden rank, EIG-related [or any that increase the user's speed on a scale of the EIG], or any that add a element chakra into the attack). Description: The user touches his tattoo summoning symbols on his wrists and summons Heracles. Heracles is unlike most ligers in the sense that he stands upon his hind legs and is actually bipedal. Heracles has a scar across his left eye that runs down to his chin, though it doesn't effect his eyesight. He wields a Katana that is unbreakable and can break through earth defenses of up to B-rank with the exclusion of jutsus that a sword obviously can't break through (i.e. shields of diamond and likewise materials). He also stands at the height of a full-grown man, though that is not to say is restrained to human strengths. He is extremely strong and has attack power rivaling that of Lee without the Gates open. He is also capable of walking on all fours as well, with greatly increases his speed (to speeds of the 2nd Gate). Heracles also has the ability to use Earth jutsus up to B-rank that the summoner knows but only when he is standing bipedally. He can also use any Kenjutsu that the user knows.

Description: The smartest of all Ligers, Odysseus stands at the height of a bear standing on his his hind legs and is often called the Liger of the Mist, due to one of his 3 abilities that he can use: Odysseus is able to spit out a thick mist ( twice per battle ) that covers a short-long range, that the user can use to create mist -related jutsus with, that the user nor the opponent can see through. However, this works in well with Odysseus second ability: Odysseus can sense the whereabouts of anything within the mist due to it being his chakra within the air. He then uses his telekinetic communication with his summoner to divulge the location of the opponent. Odysseus can also use any Water jutsu that the user knows up to A-rank, which count obviously to the user's jutsu counts per turn.

Description: The user will bite his hand and form five handseals and slam his hand on the ground, causing the opponent to believe he is performing a Summoning of some sort. In all actuality, it is a Genjutsu. By slamming his hand onto the earth, the user activates the Genjutsu. Upon activating, the opponent starts to hallucinate and thinks he has seen the user summon creatures from deep within the Underworld called Hellhounds. The user then makes the Hellhounds rush at the enemy, seizing each of their limbs, negating movement. What really happens is the oppoenent's movements are restricted and the enemy cannot move. Each of the hellhounds then rip with extreme force, pulling each limb of the enemy off. What actually happens is the user throws four several sharp wind boomerangs at each of the limbs, cutting them off.

*Since the opponent will think it is a summoning, he might be tempter to throw kunai and other objects as the hellhounds. If this happens, the kunai will just "hit" the hellhounds and they will keep going*

~ I don;t mind the Genjutsu, in fact I think it's pretty clever and one of the better ones I've seen, but if you want to cause actual damage, do it as a separate technique and not within the Genjutsu itself. ~

(Mizu Shiroppu Bunshin no Jutsu) - Water Syrup Clone Jutsu

Description: The user creates Water Clones out of the viscous fluid created in the (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Syrup Capture Field technique. The clone is used as a normal Water Clone, but upon being killed, the clone turns into the viscous fluid and flies in all directions in short range. The clone can also be voluntarily dispersed into the fluid. If the fluid gets on the opponent ,i.e. the opponent's hands, the the next thing they touched with them would become stuck to them. If he/she were to try to make hand-signs, his/her hands would become stuck to one another. If the fluid gets into a person's mouth or nostrils, they will be choked and or suffocated.
