Description: A sharp Water sword that is very long to wear and very smooth. Water Tornado Fantasy sword was used by a man 100 years ago. He was created by Dragon Fighter, He fought with the sword more then 10 Dragons and killed them. But the man died when he fought the biggest dragon while the war. So he lefted the sword all alone. But when the Boy of 18 Years old founded the sword all by himself, he trained the swords so he became one with the sword


Effects:
  • Gives +10 damage to every Water jutsu's the user performs.
  • By making a downwards slash with the sword, the user can release a Ball of Water.
  • By making a upwards slash with the sword, the user can release a Slice of water.
All active abilities can only be used twice a battle-
Focusing Water chakra in Dragon sword will cause little Acid on the user-

Description: The user starts by gathering chakra on his hands or on other body part. While he gathers chakra, he creates some pressure and then releases it multiple times with a very small time interval, in form of vibrations. Vibrations move through a medium, meaning they will move through the opponent's body, damaging him severely, causing internal bleeding and broken bones around the spot of impact. This technique greatly increases the power of taijutsu techniques since a mere touch can cause internal damage due to the vibrations, tough a simple touch causes way less damage than a punch, for example. This technique is often used when the user is about to hit the opponent to create a surprise attack.

Note that altough this technique follows the concept of taijutsu mixed with vibrations, it isnt meant to copy ''sound taijutsu'' or however you want to call it, since this isn't based in sound and doesn't affect the opponent if the user misses the punch. It only works, assuming the user can produce chakra vibrations, which i think it's pretty plausible.

The pain and lack of balance will then make the opponent fall on his knees.

Description: The two camels come straight from Arabia, and they are stuffed in an old tiny rusty car. They are extremely hostile and can prove themselves lethal, should anyone cross the line with them. The camels are total players. The only problem is they cannot move due to being stuck in a tiny car. The camels barely show any obedience to the owner itself, can stop listening to orders and go berserk. Their only weakness is the car they're in.

Description: The ion-rocket is a jutsu that moves the user at rapid speeds towards an enemy, or even a wall to do another jutsu. This is done by creating lightning chakra around the users body (So that if in the air it can balance the body of the user towards the enemy or a wall) and then making all of it go to the users feet and having it explode out of the users feet, creating movement. This movement can go up to 60 mph but of course is usually used at lower speeds. The user then creates an amount of lightning chakra, and releases it around himself and it can act as a shield in many situations.
Once making contact with something, the chakra will explode and blow others that are in a 5-10 feet radius away, depending on the speed of the attack. The explosion will protect the users head from making contact with the object, and will allow the user to stay in mid-air momentarily to get back on the ground.
*Can only be used 4 times per battle
*Only Electro can use or teach this jutsu
*Can only be used at full speeds if completely straight and still during the entire jutsu, meaning no bodily movement whatsoever, but the more speed the more powerful and possibly explosive, the attack.
*Can only be used to go straight up while on ground
*While in use, the lightning chakra field that is created around the users body acts as a shield, and can block D-rank and lower taijutsu and will shock the opponent if contact is made, before the chakra explosion.
*Can go through any D-rank and lower water or lightning attack and defense.
*Jutsu can not be used if body is not straight, but arms are able to move when under speeds of 30 mph
*Jutsu cannot be stopped until it makes contact with something, or someone.
*Exception for above-If user is about to hit a wall or ground with this jutsu, they are able to land before hitting it, but landing will cause leg damage, depending on the speeds, and what the user is landing on. Landing will also deactivate the chakra explosion that happens after contact is made.

Description: The user does a kick, doesnt matter which leg or where the kick is done, and then explodes chakra out of his feet after doing makng contact with the kick in the direction of the kick, causing the user to move in the opposite direction of the kick, thus spinning around until contact is made, doing another kick on the opposite side of the opponents body. This is done multiple times depending on users chakra and however many times he wants to do it, and its extremly fast (about 2 to 3 times a second). When done on the ground, User must have leg thats not kicking on the ground during the entire move. This can also be done in the air.
*Only electro can teach or use this jutsu
*This attack can be branched off of ion-rocket, before making contact with anything, the user can stop all chakra flow above them and slow down before contact is made, and do a kick in midair, to make contact, and start the electric current kick. Although doing this might cause the user to spin out of control if not used correctly.

This is my first jutsus so if I made a lot of mistakes, then correct the crap outta me. :|

Seijuku no kanashimi=Sorrow of Maturity
Type: Weapon

Description: The Sorrow of Maturity sword, was created by a sorrowing blacksmith long ago, the blacksmith had lost both his parents recently, and because of that, he had taken some time off, to mourn their passing. During his time of sorrowing, the blacksmith regretted, that he had left his parents house, when he was young, to become a blacksmiths apprentice, in another land. He cursed his maturity, and his stupid wish to get out in the world, before he was ready for it. The blacksmith began to forge a blade, that would be a symbol of three things, the sorrow of death and loneliness, the pain of losing one’s family and comrades, and the maturity of young people, who drove out into the world, even though they were very young. Many years later, the blacksmith could finally declare his work complete, he had created a sword, which gave out an aura of sorrow and pain, but still had a mature touch to it. Through generations, the blade would be passed to those, who in their early years left their family.

Abilities: The Sorrow of Maturity is a 0,9 long sword, made of special chakra infused steel, the sword is not unbreakable, and it will break if it’s hit by a S rank jutsu or higher. It’s possible to repair the sword, by infusing ones chakra into it, this count as one of the three actions, you can do in one turn. The Sorrow of Maturity, is a symbol of pain, and if the user wishes to use it “correctly”, (meaning activating it’s special ability) the user must, when he unsheathes the sword, cut himself somewhere on the body, dealing 15 damage to the user. The Sword of Maturity, is also a symbol of sorrow, and the sword and it’s wielder, are connected by a bond of sorrow, meaning that the user can throw the sword, and the sword will return like a boomerang. This bond of sorrow also means, that the sword will never be able to damage it’s wielder, unless the wielder wishes for it. (Meaning that the wielder can still cut himself) The Sorrow of Maturity, is also a symbol of maturity, this makes the sword able to follow it’s wielder in strength, meaning that the higher “level” it’s wielder is in, the stronger the sword will be, this is calculated like this.
If the user is a Genin, throwing with the sword, will be a E ranked non elemental attack (which deals 5 damage). (meaning that it has no weakness to any element, but neither does it have a strength over any element.)

Chuunin= D-ranked (10 damage)
S-Jounin= C-ranked (15 damage)
Jounin= B-ranked (20 damage)
S-class ninja= A-ranked (25 damage)
Sannin= A-ranked (30 damage)
Kage= S-ranked (35 damage)
Sage= S-ranked (40 damage

Notes:
• The sword can be thrown, as many times the user wants. (only once per turn though)
• The sword can only be correctly wielded by Sorrowers of Maturity, meaning that if it’s stolen, it’s special abilities cannot be used by the thief, or anyone else he might give it to.

Description:After biting there thumb and wiping it on a tatoo on there arm the user will summon Al Capone the King of Eagles who rules the land of Mount Chicagoicas.He is a majestic bird with wing feathers as sharp as a sword and shine with the lustre of gold and due to his katon affinity his tail feathers are always on fire and provide a source of light and inspiration.Al has a wingspan of 20 metres and is about 15 metres in length and weighs nearly 190 kilos.Al bears the coat of arms of Mount chicagoicas on his belly. Al is able to fly at speeds of about 100 km/hr,even at such high speeds he is able to perform mid air maneovers and is extremely agile.Its huge claws and sharp beak are able to tear up any human to shreds,due to Al's enormous strength.Al being an eagle also has sharp eyesight and can spot a rat from a height of 2 miles and also see through mist(can see through the hidden mist but not if sight deprevation is also used in conjunction with the hidden mist).Al being a huge bird can create huge gusts of wind upto A rank by flapping his wings(1 time per turn,but doesnt count as a move).But its natural affinity is Katon so Al Capone can perform all Katon jutsus that the user can upto A rank(counts as a move).Al being a huge bird can carry upto 5 people on its back at a time.All in all Al capone is a ferocious and frightning eagle who despises the human race but he holds special respect for Gaara of konoha xd whom he is bound to eternally.

Description:After biting there thumb and wiping it on a tatoo on there arm the user will summon Franky who is the brother of Al capone and is the underboss of the eagle force in Mount Chicagoicas.He wears a red cloak with a sleeveless black shirt and black pants.The red cloak also carries the mark of Mount chicagoicas.His sense of sight is similar to his brother and can see through thick mists(hidden mist jutsu,but if sight deprevation jutsu is also used then he is unable to view the opponent).He is 6 feet tall and is capable of flying with great speed and agility as it has wings on its back at a speed of nearly 70 km/hr ,and he can only carry one person.His feathers are irediscent and glow because of his raiton affinity.hence wherever he goes light follows him.He stands on his legs and carries a huge warhammer in his hand which can crush through defensive doton jutsus of B rank and below, as he possesses the strength similar to his brother Al capone.Franky also possesess natural affinity towards raiton and can perform raiton jutsus upto A rank(counts as a move),he can also launch a streak of 8 raiton chakra charged feathers by flapping his wings, that are hard and can paralyse and pierce the opponent if they make contact(the user determines what the trajectory of the feathers would be).Franky is a dark and maniacal eagle who when gets angry,ravages everything in his vicinity.The only other organism he is afraid of is his brother AL capone,whom he respects and loves with his heart due to which he is also started being friendly with Gaara of konoha due to which he has granted Gaara a mental link with him,due to which,their mind becomes one and they can share each other's thought.

Description:This is a conjunction style jutsu alongwith Al capone in which the user for starters have to be in contact with the summon then the user will perform 3 handseals focussing doton chakra in his body and then stream it into Al who releases a blast of fire from his beak with perfect timing and so the fire and earth combine as they travel creating a high pressure stream of lava(40 cm radius) that travels fast,towards the opponent causing serious burns and damage rendering the opponent helpless and in agony.

Description:This is another conjunction style jutsu performed alongwith Franky Two Face.In his jutsu the user for starters needs to have body contact with Franky,then as the user places his hand on franky ,the user streams a large amount of suiton chakra into franky and simultaneously Franky(he has hands as stated in his description) will perform 3 handseals and in perfect unison with the user's suiton chakra will expell a stream of condensed water from his beak(45 cm radius)with lightning in it(franky's affinity is lightning) which travels fast and can shock and paralyse the opponent severely disabling him from continuing the battle.

*can only be taught to a eagle contract holder by Gaara of konoha
*requires Franky to be near the user

Description: This is a sort of illusion that can be used through the motion of the hand.The user will make a illusion that the opponent thinks he is starving(not hungry,I mean he is in his limits).This will cause the opponent unreal stomach pain that will make him throw up and immobilize (he can move,but will be in such pain that he will only be focused on the pain).The user will cast the genjutsu by streching his hand foward.After the opponent is free he wont be able to react,move,or do jutsus as fast as he normally would.(lasts 1 turn)

*No genjutsu for the rest of the battle or before the technique was even used
*Can only be broken by a dojutsu user because they can release it before it even happens.Normal person would need to wait till they are struck by genjutsu to release it,but because of the pain they cant.

Wtf I have been submitting chimp mode for 5 friggin weeks and making it like you said.Added restrictios,made it weaker and now after all that you say decline,do not resubmit. It's just a huge portion of sky, i.e air, clouds, at high altitudes, sucked into all in one, somewhat large, point which then drops. The defice would be compensated by the air around the area sucked, in proportional ammounts to the air needed for the concentrated pillar reach the the ground. Even if it makes some of the lower air (near the ground) rise, it would do so long range from us.

~ Who says so ? No guarantee to that. O_O It could rise from near you, and it probably will, since the blade drops near you. And post on this thread once more without submitting a jutsu, and you get infracted. If you want to argue, take it to PMs. ~

Description: The user does a series of handseals before holding out both hands and summoning the blades. These two blades are made of a special metal that is very durable and can be infused with lightning chakra. When infused, they glow with an aura of whitish-yellow lightning and are capable of cutting through A-rank earth techniques with some difficulty. The blades can be connected at the handle through a magnetic bond to form a dual-ended spear. The user can also release a wire of raiton from between the two when separating them that will not harm the user if touched but won't break easily which can extend up to 10 ft and retract at will. The user can release a B-rank electrical current from the blades through something touching it that has the same affect as a taser when used on an opponent and can be sent through the ground within short range. Some lightning techniques can be used through the blades for an increase in power.

Description: Kuro is a very good friend of Kyo the boss of the Wolverine contract however they constantly figth with each other to test their strength but most of the time they end up arguing or just making up silly excuses to cover their mistakes, Kuro is a very big Wolverine his the same size as Kyo and wears a black vest with the fire kanji in white on it's back just like Kyo's vest he also has a very thick redish fur that keeps him very warm in cold climates and lets him withstand being hit by 2 Ice jutsus, however if Kuro gets hit by a third Ice jutsu or any other elemental jutsu with a high rank (A,S), he will be immediately dispersed and the user can't summon more Wolverines for 3 turns. He also posesses very sharp fangs and claws with the size of an average tree. Kuro has incredible strength a very well signature of Wolverines since they can take down enemies with twice their size but since he is really big it's strength is just os normal as other summonings. Kuro has a Fire affinity just like Kyo's wich lets him use fire jutsu from B-rank and below however he can only used 3 jutsu withing the time he's summoned. He also has a very powerfull roar that can blow away the opponent or stop a C-rank (except any lightning or fire jutsu) jutsu from the targeting him or his master.If by any chance Kuro is summoned while Kyo is already summoned they can spit from their mouth a barrage of big fireballs at the opponent with the strength of a S-rank jutsu, however once this skill it's used Kuro and Kyo will be dispersed and the user can't summoned more wolverines for the rest of the battle and no S-rank jutsus for 4 turns.

Description: This techniques allows the user to to a certain degree, transform their body into that of a Dragon wich can be the scales, very sharp fangs and the user's pupil turning bloody red. As a result of this, those with ''Dragon Slayer'' abilities are able to change their body to a certain element in both offensive and defensive styles, in this case the Fire Element wich was a trademark of Dragons. Because their own bodies can function as make-shift weapons unique only to themselves, ''Dragon Slayers'' are typically unarmed fighters who excel in hand-to-hand combat. They can also consume external sources of the natural element (fire) however they can't consume fire created from themselfs nor fire from the opponent; by consuming fire ''Dragon Slayers'' no longer needed the use of handseals for fire jutsus and they enhanced their attacking range (Short to Mid, and Mid to Long). This technique will also boost the user speed to a level since the user is covered in flames, the user can use the fire to burst out his feet or any part of his body to increse his speed to a level only the reflexes of the 4th Hokage or a Third tomoe Sharinagn can see without dificulty.
A ''Dragon Slayer'' ability incorporates the element of fire into the user's body. This allows the user to produce flames from any part of their body, including their lungs but of course every single part of the body will be coated by a layer of water chakra preventing the user from burning themselfs. This technique will also give the user meaning that every damage done by a fire jutsu performed by the opponent will be reduced by 10 damage points (40-30).After this technique ends the user can't use any S-rank jutsu for the rest of the battle and wil have trouble moving meaning no Taijutsu moves for the rest of the battle.
Note: Can only once used once per battle.
Note: This mode will last for 3 turns.
Note: While this technique is in use the user can't use any custom weapons or weapon based jutsus nor use the summoning jutsu.

Resubmitting, removing the controlling opponents summons part

~ Don't you already control all summons on the battlefield excluding an opponent's, since that basically means your summons ? ~

After removing the part of controlling opponents summons I ment for it to be like, sending natural snakes to attack the opponent. Not summoned ones since my summonings would obviously obey me anyway. So like terrain depending (a forest, a cave, wherever natural snakes might be) it would send them to attack the opponent. I probably could of worded it better..

So if you choose to use a jutsu which requires you to say its name or needs some kind of encantation, the opponent won't know what you're doing until you complete the jutsu.

Description: Tsubaki is a Mini-sycth, linked at their ends by enchanted chains that are able to expand into long range and retract into short range at the users will. Tsubaki can be summoned in the users hand or in its sheath. Tsubaki has black and silver colored handles. The user can channel lightning chakra into Tsubaki to create an aura of electrical currents around the blades allowing them to cut through things easier. Also while the swords are active the users lightning techniques are increased by 10+ so that the users lightning jutsu are stronger. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning chakra through the ground to electrocute the opponent (The lightning chakra can travel up to mid range). Tsubaki can absorb lightning chakra up C-rank.

Description: Reaver is the boss summoning of the crows. Reaver is a giant black crow with red eyes. He's the same size as Pein's Giant Drill-Beaked Bird (Giant Drill-Beaked Bird - Narutopedia, the Naruto Wiki). Reaver is capable of releasing a cawing sound from his mouth that momentarily brings a torrent of small crows that come to his aid, approximately five seconds after the release of the caw (he can release this caw thrice per battle, must wait three turns between doing it, and it also counts as a jutsu for him to do this). The appearing crows are mainly used to confuse or distract the enemy and obscure his/her sight. Reaver is able to use any crow-related jutsu, as well as spew any fire jutsu from his beak of A-rank or lower. He flies at an extremely quick pace, something that had improved simply from having to keep up with the awfully quick Itachi when aiding him in battle. At the speeds that he flies at, and the sheer power that his beak has, he is often able to cut through trees while flying.
Note: Reaver can only be summoned once per battle, and disappears the fifth turn after he was originally summoned.

Description: Terra is a medium-sized crow with feather colors that are closer to brown than black. Terra has the most powerful beak of all birds, and along with the speeds that he flies at, Terra is capable of going through the earth underground as though he were a drill ripping through the ground, tucking in it's wings as it sinks down into the earth to give him a sort of torpedo appearance. While underground, or simply standing on the ground, Terra can sense the location of any opponent on the ground, making this useful to intercept opponents using Underground Fish Projection or another such jutsu by him intercepting them. However, Terra must always be moving throughout the ground, and cannot simply stay still, and must always move forward, making it slightly difficult for him to turn if he misses the opponent, and, needless to say, the summoner cannot stay on Terra's back as he drills through the earth. Terra's powerful beak is capable of stabbing through anything as strong as concrete, and is capable of making dents in metal (provided he has gained enough momentum).
Note: Terra can only be summoned twice per battle, and the user must wait six turns between summoning him.

Description: This is a crow-related genjutsu, being done either by looking into the eyes of a crow or into the eyes of it's summoner. This genjutsu is incorporated smoothly into battle, to the point where it's difficult for the captured opponent to even tell that they are in the genjutsu (we've seen genjutsu be done that are done in battle where the victim doesn't become aware of the genjutsu until it's effect kicks in and makes it obvious) and therefore, the user will have the same surroundings that they did while out of the genjutsu. Within a second, the crow (or crows if there are more than one) will fly directly above the opponent, converging above him/her if there are large numbers of them. Immediately, the crow(s) will completely burst, and their feathers will all rain down on the opponent, coming down on and around him in a circular form with a very large diameter. The opponent will then see all of these feathers simultaneously explode, injuring them badly. However, this genjutsu is mixed in with a physical attack that the summoner of the crow does outside of the genjutsu. They will immediately jump over them when the opponent is caught in the genjutsu, and then throw countless kunai with explosive tags wrapped around them, coming down on the opponent and explode simultaneously with the feathers. This jutsu is extremely versatile as far as who can perform it. Any crow can do this; if the user looks into the eyes of even a small crow, they can still be caught in it (but since small crows are usually in large flocks, all of the crows on the battlefield will appear in the genjutsu, and so there must be other crows around) and for medium to large-sized crows, they are capable of doing this genjutsu from a greater distance (bigger eyes) and they are able to do this completely alone. As said earlier, anyone with the crow summoning can do this as well, provided there is already a summoned crow on the field. However, in order to do this, the actual summoner must be within mid-range of the opponent, in order to make it above them in time to throw all of the explosive kunai.
Note: Only usable twice per battle, and the user must wait three of his turns between using this again.
Note: Being that this is an eye contact genjutsu, this requires no actual hand seals and can therefore be done quite quickly.

Description: The user will use their ice chakra to burst out of their backs and solidify into two large wings made of ice that will protrude out of their backs. Both wings are around the same size as the user (similarly sized to when Sasuke used to go into his second curse seal stage). The main function of these would be, obviously, allowing their user to fly into the air, however the ice wings have several other functions. The wings are also capable of releasing multiple ice senbon when fully spread out that all rush towards the opponent (this can be done by spreading one wing or both). The wings are also capable of acting as a defense mechanism, allowing the user to cocoon themselves within the wings. In this stage, they are capable of defend the user from enemy jutsu, projectiles, or taijutsu. The wings are consistently releasing a small amount of cool mist, simply radiating from themselves, and therefore whenever the wings move in flight the mist surrounds the user from being spread around. Anyone near the user while the wings are moving (so this only applies when the user is flying), or anyone who touches these wings will begin to be slowly frozen (slowly enough that it still allows them to possibly save themselves, but the freezing starts from the hand, or foot, that they touched the wing with, beginning with a bluish radiance and then slowly encasing them). The wings allow the user to move in the air at a much quicker pace then they would at the ground. This jutsu is done relatively quickly, and when the user does this, they can choose to already be in a cocoon form if necessary (similarly to how when Sasuke first went his curse seal level 2 mode he was already being defended by the wings when they appeared).
Note: May only be used twice per battle and lasts three turns each time (must wait at least two turns, excluding the turn it deactivates, before doing this again).
Note: If the user uses the ice wings to protect them from a jutsu, it only protect against fire A-rank and lower, one S-rank jutsu, two A-rank jutsu (excluding fire), OR three B-rank jutsu. Emphasis on "or," meaning it can only do one of those, if the opponent uses two B-ranks and one S-rank, for example, the user cannot defend against the S-rank jutsu using the wings, not fully anyway. These jutsu can be blocked periodically (meaning that if the opponent uses one B-rank blocked by this, and then a few turns later the user blocks another B-rank using this, and another later, it is considered valid). After doing blocking any combination of the said jutsu ranks, the wings are both destroyed.

Description: Way to Dawn is the name of Riku's most highly favored sword. Riku constantly keeps it in his sheathe, having to often use it in battle, but if not already sheathed, he can call it to the field at any time (this requires no hand seals, so he can do it fluently and quickly in battle, but does require the above chakra amount). It's appearance is quite peculiar, most notably the wing on the inner part of it's blade. The main color of the blade is somewhere between a dark red and black, transitioning in colors from black to dark red from the blade edge to the blade's back respectively. One half of the blade's guard is compromised of what seems to be a demonic wing, whilst the other seems to be an angelic counterpart. Way to Dawn is of fair size for a blade, and Riku most often uses it with one hand, allowing for quicker attacks than most swordsmen could muster. The blade's affinity, being that it's Riku's blade, belongs with ice-related techniques and jutsu. First, whenever the blade is in Riku's hand, he is capable of doing all ice jutsu with barely any handseals, but rather simply by swinging the blade or, in some cases such as the ice spike jutsu, stabbing it into the ground and any ice-related jutsu carried out through the sword will be a rank stronger than normally (does not apply to S-ranks, which will remain at normal strength). The sword can, at any time, be imbued with ice chakra that will increase it's durability and cutting power, though this, obviously, requires the user to use up more chakra. When the user does this, the blade will also become larger than normally and be covered in what seems to be a light blue coating, giving the sword extra reach, though still leaving it at the same weight and still allowing Riku to hold it the same way and still be balanced. The sword also has several other abilities (to be submitted as customs).
Note: When focusing ice chakra into the sword, the user will lose ten chakra points per turn.
