Description: The user will bite his thumb and write ''Ryu'' on his rigth hand to summon a sword. It's name comes from an ancient Dragon capable of spiting intense flames, since this sword is made of the dragon's fang, it can absorb and control fire at the users will (natural fire or the user own fire). As well the sword can release a powerfull blast of fire in the shape of a wave or a dragon by focusing a large amount of fire chakra into the tip of the sword.Since this sword is a fire weapon is naturally weak againts water, if this sword or the user is hit by a A or S-rank water jutsu the sword cannot be used for the rest of the battle and the user will take 10 more damage points for water jutsus.

Description:The user will use the water in the air to surround there whole body (leaving small opending around the mouth, ear, etc..) creating and ultra slick force for other objects to move over. When an opponent starts throwing punches, the user can move the water up and down there body, arms, legs etc..) at the points at which the opponent is attacking so that the attacks glance right off and will keep going,clumsily throwing the opponent off, also using the opponent speed of there attack to speed up the motion of the water to add damage to the user taijutsu.

Description: Iron Will is technique that's used when user's near death situation. This technique is last resort technique that's used when fighting against Taijutsu/Kenjutsu/Weapon user and it'll cause hospital trip instead of user dying. It works in a way where user covers his body with chakra and clears mind from feelings. After that any damage done to user by Taijutsu/Kenjutsu/Weapons will be suffered and user's Will Power and empty mind allows him to survive from the pain head on and after this technique is used user remains stationary, unable to use anything and the match will end there.
Note:
- This jutsu ends match with you losing it
- Nothing can be used afterwards
- Results user being unable to die and must visit hospital to recover from wounds.
- User remains stationary after used in same place after damage has been suffered.

Description: User completes full handseals for summoning jutsu while focusing chakra on their Crocodile tattoo. Once that is done user completes summoning jutsu, creating wide gate in air that opens and reveals gigantic crocodile that's bigger than gamabunta. Due to its large size the crocodile cannot move out of the gate but it will either stick its head outside of the gate or simply stick out its one limb. The Crocodile itself is able of using Earth and Fire element on user's level but the chakra cost to do jutsus with crocodile is 1.5 times higher than normal.
Note:
- Can only be used once
- Crocodile can only stay for 4 turns on the field
- Changing the gate's place will count as jutsu - meaning that gate can be replaced around the field. Crocodile cannot be out while doing so
- No Genjutsu, Summonings or Offensive basic ninjutsu can be used on next two turns.

~ I love the idea, actually, but the purple parts I underlined need to be fixed. If the crocodile can stick out only a limb or its mouth, how can it use all Earth and Fire jutsus ? It can use only those which do not require handseals. Obviously it cannot use custom jutsu and its moves count as one of your three per turn. The moving gate around thing is pure rubbish, and has to be removed completely. Also I need more restrictions. Even for partially summoning a crocodile bigger than Bunta, it will adversely affect your performance in some way, not just "for two turns", it will be permanent. 4 turns is also too much, 3 would do. ~

Description: This jutsu creates an earth shaped tank around the user, it has the abillity to shoot its rock cannon (Shoots a rock at S-rank power) its got a total of 6 shots and can be used in attack or defense the only problem is this tank cannot move very fast, but is equiped with a hatch on the top so you or a clone can stick your head out of.

~ Really ? Why not a B-25 Superfortress or a MiG-16 ? o_O Declined, do not resubmit this or anything that creates modern army weapons. Besides I've noticed you aren't filling in the Japanese names, so from now on I want you to do that otherwise all jutsus will be declined automatically. ~

Description: The user holds a sword in front of him, with his arm stretched and the sword in a horizontal position. In this position, the user starts gathering chakra in the sword from all parts of his body.
After five seconds, the chakra spreads in a horizontal line, out of the sword, on both sides of the sword - on the end and on the hilt, which is seen to the opponent as a horizontal line of chakra extending five meters on either side. Then the user releases all the chakra gathered, and shoots out a powerfull blast of chakra.
This is a defensive and in the same time offensive sword technique, which is used in battles, enabling to the user to fight ninjutsu with mere Kenjutsu.
This blast of chakra can block up to A-Rank techniques, or can be used as an attack to harm the enemy.

Description: After a row of handseals, the user will slam their hand to the ground, and instantly, 4 walls of ice will shoot out of the ground. As they reach a certain height (10m), a ceiling of ice will be created, and will fill the top, thus creating almost an Ice Prison, covering a wide range, which almost resembles a freezer. As it's created, the temperature is instantly lowered to -15�C, and each turn, the temperature is lowered by 5�C, down to -35�C. From the second it's created, the battle takes place in it, as it cannot be escaped without time/space techniques.
After 4 turns, the enemy is already covered in Ice, and in the fifth turn, the Ice around him turns to a shape of a beer, with Heineken written across the middle.
During the time the Freezer is active, no fire and water moves can be used, unless Forbidden. Every earth move is lowered for one rank, and no source of heat can be created.
The result of this technique is, that either the opponent turns into an ice cube, or he dies out of cold. But the opponent will only turn into ice if the user will manage to keep him in place.
If not, the user has 6 turns to live before he dies because of the low temperature.
*Note: Must be used on an Ice surface.*
*Note: During the time, the user cannot use anything but Taijutsu and Genjutsu, as his hands must be held together for the temperature to keep lowering.*
*Note: Cannot be used if a Forbidden technique has been already used in battle.*

- Each jutsu crocodile makes counts one jutsu taken from your amount of jutsus per turn.

The crocodile can use if sticks out head a fire blast like Zukkoku and if earth's used it can stick out a limb and touch the ground, raising a shield like terra shield etc. Removed moving gate and the crocodile can now use either fire or earth which is defined by user when he/she summons it.

Description:The user will smear blood on his summoning tatoo and slam both of his hands onto the ground. By doing that, he'll summon the back of a great caterpillar with poisonus spikes all around it, forming what it would be similar like a red forest, full of red poisonus barbs on the ground and the "trees"(it's to say bigger barbs).
The poison effects are not lethal, but very painful causing a tingling(better said burning) sensation during the duration of the jutsu, afterwards the poison will lose it's effects. This bruning sensation means the opponent needs to focus harder on the target in order to do jutsu(meaning like stop running in order to do jutsu) and will slow them down.
Notes: May only be done once per battle.
Notes: It may last up to 4 turns.
Notes: No Forbidden-rank the turn used and one turn after.
Notes: No summoning for the same and next 3 turns(no matter if you do it at the begining or at the end of your turn).
Notes: The user may use 30 chakra to help the back of the caterpillar regrow it's barbs( adding one more turn to the previous restriction) but not to make it last longer.
Notes: Only people who signed the contract and were taught this jutsu, by The Seven-Scaled boy are able to use it.
Notes: Signer's of the caterpillar contract are immune to this poison.
Notes: Once this jutsu has ended, the user may not poison the oppenent for the next 2 turns.
Notes: the barbs will cause little pain but no considerable wounds, they wil just inject the poison.
Notes: May only poison up to five people, afterwards, the barbs will only cause pain but no more poison. The five people are the first 5 non-signers to touch any barb.

Changed bolded parts, please tell me if there's any trouble for you. Added one last note, it which it may not overexceed the quantity of poisoned people. If that's what you meant by too liberally used.

~ This is fine, however I also want you to reduce the amount of barbs and poison in the area because the way it is now if you just use it once, there's a sure shot of getting the opponent poisoned ~

^I hope it is better, please do tell me what else I shall change. I thought, too, creating a "patch" free of barbs around the opponet but out of it there would be spikes on the ground and bushes etc. (i.e. this jutsu there's no spikes on the ground simply there are bushes and trees)

Notes: As with most creatures bound to the contract, it may shoot silk in an offensive or defensive way and it can eat B-rank (or below) mokuton jutsus(in it split form it can't eat mokuton but it may still shoot thinner slik).

Description: The user will smear blood on it's summonning tatoo and summon one of the oldest and wisest caterpillars, Absolem who is deep blue and the size of gamakichi. Too bad his addiction to hooka affected his capacity to move and to munch mokuton jutsus away. It has the capacity to exhale a huge amount of blue smoke(ideal for escaping or hiding situations) which causes numbness(inablity to feel pain, as soon as the smokescreen is formed) and ,if inhaled enough(breathes it for a turn), a genjutsu of A-rank qualities in which the opponent loses all intresest in fight and just wants to chill out.
Notes: May only be summoenned once per battle lasting 3 turns.
Notes: It may still shoot silk as most of the creatures bounded to the contract.
Notes:Only people who signed the contract of caterpillars owned by The Seven-Scaled boy, may use it.
Notes: The blue mist which Absolem exhales may only be shot 2 times per battle, covering up to long range if desired.

Description: The user will make this time all the handseals for summoning jutsu, smear blod on his summoning tatoo and draw his hands together. As both palms touch each other the summoning formula will appear on the ground around the user, and a wave made out of caterpillars will poof into battle crash onto the floor setting free thousands of caterpillars. The caterpillars can't poison nor eat mokuton jutsus or shoot affecting quantities of silk; the simply appear in a wave in fornt of the user.
Notes: They may occupy a large area around the opponent for 3 turns.
Notes: May only be used by Signers of the contract owned by The Seven-Scaled boy.
Notes: May only be done twice per battle.
Notes: No summoning jutsus for 2 turns.

Description: As the User holds 5 needles in his hands, he charges them with a huge amount of ice chakra , Then maximize the wind chakra inside it as he throw them at the target, making them much faster and able to cut through objects in the way if possible, and their nearness makes them stronger as a wind cutter,then, as they reaches the enemy they automatically scatter stabbing him from deferent directions and release there ice chakra through the needles which works as rods the the ice chakra, freezing the enemy from inside creating inner damages that would make him unable to move, also the enemy loses his sense because of the great amount of ice chakra that was placed inside him.

~This jutsu is not two element combo attack because the wind element is originally one of the basic elements of the Ice element.
~Can also be used with a water jutsu creating an avalanche of ice, or even freezes the enemy if he was sucked inside water, however if it was used in this method, the user wont charge it with extra wind chakra.
~Causes -10 damages to the user because of the freezing it causes to the user's hand before throwing it.

Description: The user charges a huge amount of ice chakra in front of him, creating an invisible ice mirror in the same size of the user that reflect the the user and his background perfectly, this technique is used to show the enemy false movements of the user meanwhile the user is doing something else and also seeing the enemy like if the mirrors doesn't even exist, Also, if the opponent moves the mirrors will automatically moves the same as him and also with the same speed making it impossible to find out about it, and the same goes if the user moves, also, its able to reflect the enemy whenever the user wants reflecting any genjutsu that requires watching a movement, It also can stop elemental jutsus for up to B rank if possible.

~This jutsu is a new virsion of the Ice style: Mirror Shields (hyuuton: miratokou), It is only one mirror making the power of reflecting in the power of the three together.

Once that is done user completes summoning jutsu, creating wide gate in air that opens and reveals gigantic crocodile that's bigger than gamabunta. Due to its large size the crocodile cannot move out of the gate but it will either stick its head outside of the gate or simply stick out its one limb. Crocodile is able of using canon Earth or Fire element ( The ones without handseals ) on user's level but the chakra cost to do jutsus with crocodile is 2 times higher than normal.
Note:
- Can only be used once
- Crocodile can only stay for 3 turns on the field
- No Genjutsu, Summonings or Offensive basic ninjutsu can be used on next three turns.
- Having Crocodile summoned results user unable to move and unable to use handsealed jutsu that require more than two handseals in any element as long as the crocodile stays on field.

Description: User makes Boar - Rooster - Dog - Snake handseals and releases both Wind and Water chakra in air, causing temperature to drop rapidly beneath -30. The idea of this attack is that user turns the air and atmosphere so cold that it'll stop the fight if the opponent(s) stay there more than six turns. The user itself is able of staying inside of this cold weather for seven turns before freezing due Hyouton KG. The jutsu works in way that first opponent feels cold, then after one turn the cold feeling turns into warmth and heat ( Like it does in real life when you've gotten too cold. The coming warmth prevents the opponent(s) from getting suspicious and they wont do anything about this. Once then atmosphere has gotten colder every Wind attack that's used creates cold gust and time from the Six turns drops by half turn. This is double edged blade and it renders both user and opponent(s) unable to fight if they've been on the field too long.
Note:
- Can only be used once
- No Ice and Water can be used for whole battle
- Can only be avoided with time or space ninjutsu
- User cannot use Water or Fire along with opponent while the atmosphere's cold
- User and Opponent(s) suffer same damage from this jutsu.

I made this according the idea of Winter and how everything's cold in it. I live in Finland - Winter country so there has been many times over - 20 degrees cold and how many drunk people die during winters when they sleep outside. This is not really OPed jutsu when both user and opponent suffer the same damage and Ice + Water cannot be used in the battle afterwards.

Megalodon is gigantic shark that was common many decades ago but nowadays there aren't really any left. Megalodon is over 40 meters long and each one of his/her teeth is 17 CM long. The shark is summoned through dimensional portal. Megalodon is capable of creating portals anywhere in the battlefield and closing them as if it'd be diving and jumping out from liquid but this time it's solid, however each created portal is counted as a jutsu.

Description: This jutsu creates a blade of pure chakra appearing as an intense yet focused undulating blue ghostly energy, almost flame like. It extends out from the user upper arm, engulfing the user hand and extending out roughly 3 feet past the user fingertips, though the user could temporarily (for a few seconds) extend it out up to 6 feet in length. Usually the user hand, from wrist to finger tips, needs to be kept in straight alignment lest the blade become deformed and unstable. The blade takes a moment of focus to create but requires no hand signs.

The blade has the particular capabilities of being able to cut through anything made of chakra including elemental chakra, but once the blade have cut through chakra the blades are destroy alone with the user arm. (Only if the jutsu out rank the blades or equal) When used against a living target, The user does so by targeting their inner Chakra coils and inner organs (this cannot target Tenketsus), the sword will not cut through their flesh. Where ever the sword passes through the chakra network will result in the network being overwhelmed and disrupted for up to several hours, so for example cutting through the arm would disrupt chakra flow to that arm rendering it useless and paralyzed for several hours ( 1 turn ) without actually cutting it. When stabbed into a target as for as long as it remains within them, their chakra network will go haywire leaving them unable to mold chakra or focus it until the blade is removed, More than this, a stab or cut into vital organs such as the brain, heart or lungs will prove fatal, overwhelming chakra flow to those organs and thus causing them great damage and maybe death.
This technique doesn’t require much chakra, instead relying on how well focused it is, and this is in part why it will not cut through solid matter, but then it has intentionally been designed that way. It is however extremely difficult to perform and would be impossible to do without a Hyuuga’s blood.
Note:
• Can only be used once
• No Elemental chakra or Genjutsu on same turn the user active the blades but can on the next.
• Causes - 15 damage to user
• After blades wear off, or been destroy the user will be unable to use pure chakra jutsu for 1 turns.
• Only Anbu Itachi can teach this.
• All pure chakra and Hyuuga jutsu are strengthened (gain 10 damage) if use while blades is active.

Description: The user focuses an enormous amount of doton chakra into the ground in a large, circular area under the opponent. The ground starts to lower under the opponent and gets shaped into a medium-sized bowl with the opponent in the middle. The earth moves from the centre, making the bowl deeper, to the edge of the bowl where it is collected (making the edge rise high above the bowl). Also earth from outside of the bowl is drawn to the edge, so that a large amount of earth appears at the edge of the bowl. This earth gets shaped into large lionheads, which form a ring. This is a continuous proces: the earth goes from the centre to the edge + from outside to the edge and forms the heads, this happens while the heads move to the centre and this cycle repeats itself.
Eventually the heads will reach the centre, make a biting movement diagonally downwards on the opponent, crushing, burying and shredding him. But this is not the end. All the massive earth that got collected just clashed in one spot. After that happens the earth shoots upwards from the centre in a massive spiraling column of earth that rapidly condenses into a gigantic helix that is incredibly solid which crushes any substance in it. The landscape is now back to how it was, outside the tower.
