Description: Uising the unique iron feathers of Kane the iron swallow, a very skilled blacksmith has been able to create this impressive sword. As soon as the user unsheats his sword, he will quickly channel massive amounts of wind chakra into it making a thin layer of wind around it.This sword is able to cut through incoming wind attacks(S-rank or lower) and (A-rank or lower) fire attacks wich will be mixed with the sword and be thrown back at the enemy with a mighty slash. By wielding this sword, the user can increase the amount of damage his wind attacks can do (+10).
Note: Can only be wielded by Konoha?s Yellow Flash
Note: The sword is indestructible.
Note: If the user chooses to put away his sword he must wait two turns before using it again.
Note:After putting away the sword, the user can only use wind attacks up to A-rank because of having previously infused wind chakra into the sword.

Kage Tsuiseki no Jutsu (Shadow Pursuit Technique)

Description:After forming the needed handseals, the shadow of the user will separate from him. Once the bond is severed, the shadow will hunt down the opposition's shadow and attempt to strike it/ attach to itself. If it lands a blow, the victim will suffer the damage as if he himself had been hit but if he gets attached to the other shadow, the opponent will be trapped as always in a Kage Mane Jutsu.
Note: the user is freely to move around while the shadow is in pursuit but must mantain a handseal while doing it so, don?t doing this will cancel the jutsu and make the shadow quickly return to the user.
Note: if done by a clone, this will have to stay still while doing this and continue doing the handseal during the whole process.

Description:The user forms the seals needed, then condenses the air around him with chakra until a veritable tornado forms around the user that extends up to 10 feet from the user. Visibility from the outside is very limited, while from the inside, the user's surroundings can easily be seen. Any thrown weapons are instantly deflected, all Lightning jutsus that do not strike from directly above are annulled,B-rank Fire jutsus or lower are deflected, and anyone making contact with the tornado besides the user suffers severe damage, as the high speed winds cause hundreds upon hundreds of small cuts to the body.
Note:Usable only twice per battle
Note: the user cannot go out of the vortex untill the turn has finished, at this time, the vortex will vanish.
Note: must wait one turn before using another wind jutsu.

The user coats both fists with wind chakra, and then begins a barrage of punches. With each punch, the wind surrounding the fist suddenly expands outward, slicing the area around it with destructive fury. When numerous punches such as this are used, the area for a good distance around the user becomes gouged and slashed to pieces.
Technique Notes: Can only be used once per battle.

Technique Notes: Can only be used once per battle. Dojutsu users or sensors can see the blades forming.

Custom weapon: ( Go-ruden Kazemaru ) - Golden Wind

Damage points: N/A ( + 10 to user's fuuton. - 10 to opponent's raiton )
Description: Kazemaru is a special ring that user carries with him. The weapon's origins are unknown but the known thing is that the ring's forged in country of birds from unknown wind chakra metal. The ring's indestructible and once wind chakra is guided with in it it'll take form of floating ring ( this allows it to work without distrupting handseal speed ) that has blade attached to it. The ring itself is golden but once activated the blade part is made from silver and has 5 holes on it. If user spins this ring in its activated form very fast while guiding wind chakra the user is capable of blocking any A - Ranked lightning attack once per battle. Even though there's wind chakra guided the ring it can be ignited but that wont affect to user since the weapon is floating in air. It can twice per battle send two wind shurikens at opponent which are made from pure chakra. Each one of them counts for one demon windmill shuriken
  • Costs - 10 chakra per turn
  • It's indestructible
  • It's golden from the ring part and silver on blade part
  • It can be reverted back into ring anytime
  • It doesn't have handle and floats around user's hand once it's activated by infusing wind chakra into it
  • Only Teh-Tobz is able of wielding it and it cannot be wielded by anyone else.
  • Boosts user's wind attacks by + 10 and user's raiton goes - 10.
  • If the wind surrounding the blade is ignited by an S ranked fire technique or an elemental combination, the heat will burn the user's hands since they are in such close proximity.

Description: User will rest his head in nodding like position for three seconds, charging chakra into eyes. Once this is done user will raise own head and gaze into opponent's eyes with completely empty eyes expect that they're filled with urge to kill. This causes the opponent to flinch and fall on their knees, paralyzed from fear. The paralyzing can be removed by creating feeling that's stronger than fear like pain or love.
Note:
- Can be used only once
- No S - ranked genjutsu for two turns after usage
- Works on multiple enemies but they must be ahead of user as he/she uses this jutsu
- Requires eye contact.

Description: User makes Dog - Snake handseals with one hand ( They aren't full handseals. Just one handed ) while focusing Fire and Earth based chakra on right hand at the same time as sword is in that hand. This creates compressed fire missile around the sword. The missile can be fired at opponent with the speed of A - Ranked Wind techniques. When the missile hits something it'll create very big explosion that cannot harm anything else than the target and 3 X 3 meter space around him/her. Even though it cannot harm anything out of that range it creates massive smokescreen and sends small rocks flying in air. The smokescreen will stay in air for one turn.
Note:

  • - It requires some time for aiming the missile, upwards of ten seconds before it can even be sent toward a stationary opponent. For a moving target, this figure rises to above twenty.
    - The recoil force from the missile blows the user backwards a good twenty feet, where he then takes about five seconds to recover.
    - This technique requires a sword to perform. Though the sword is not lost after the technique, the sword is so heated that it cannot be wielded for one turn until it cools off.
    - No handsealed jutsus can be used while holding the missile
    - No S - Ranked fire and earth can be used in next two turns
    - Can be used only twice.

Description: User makes Snake - Bird - Dragon - Ox handseals and slam hands together ( this stance has to be kept all the time when genjutsu takes effect ) while focusing chakra into own eyes and aiming at opponent. Once this is done user will release illusion similar to Yamanaka clan's mind controlling by creating flash from user's eyes made from pure chakra. When the flash is created the object or person that user's aiming at will be marked with chakra tattoo ( 愛 ) with mark of love on the area. The area/limb it hit is now controlled by user. The chakra tattoo lasts for max one turn and the controlling can be prevented by slicing the area where it hit, separating nerves from muscles. As the illusion takes effect the user must constantly look at opponent with other eye and doujutsu cannot be used while doing so. Once the illusion ends the user suffers - 30 damage due the eye strain and the eye that gazed at opponent will be blinded for one turn. During that time the user will lose the ability to evaluate distances.
Note:
- Can be used only once
- Damages user - 30
- Causes the eye to be blinded for one turn that aimed opponent
- No genjutsu for 5 turns
- Doujutsu isn't affected
- User loses the ability of using doujutsu while using this technique for 3 turns
- Opponent can be caught in this technique max one turn
- User cannot move while using this jutsu and hands must be together.

With the formation of three handseals, the air around the opponent's ears enters their ear canal and shifts subtly each second, throwing off the opponent's balance until he finds some way to get rid of it. The opponent can stand unsteadily, and keeps collapsing to his knees every few seconds, and falls down whenever he tries walking or other physical activities.

Description: The user preforms a short series of hand seals while inhaling a large amount of air. They then bring their hands to the mouth and form a triangle around their lips while blowing the air out in a steady stream that can be held for 1 full turn. This produces a strong gust of wind that can blow back thrown items or be used to increase the strength of fire attacks. The attack carries the usual sharpness of the wind element causing it to cut the opponent, though these cuts are not life threatening.

Description: By fusing you chakra into the ground you can summon a layer of rat flesh over the surface of the ground basically turning the ground you walk on rat flesh. (Not litterally turning the surface into rat flesh) Much like the toad stomach where you summon toad flesh all around you, you have control of the flesh and can move it at your will to bind or trap opponents. The rat flesh is quite durable, but can be broken through by S ranked techniques. It cannot be repaired in broken areas.

Note: must have a contract with the rats

Description: Focusing chakra throughout the air, the user will quickly make fast currents and using this wind they will focus it either behind themself or use the wind to change the opponent's direction.
The wind current doubles current speed so the user will then be able to quickly speed towards the opponent. If the user needs to by focusing through the wind they will be able to change direction by changing the wind current by chakra.
This jutsu is a fast acting wind release jutsu.

Description: User remains stationary while focusing chakra all over own body and having eye contact with opponent. Once this is done the user will pull out sword and hold it horizontally in air with one hand. Once this is done the user will let go of the sword with the hand that's holding it - finger by finger. Once that is done the opponent is already caught inside of the illusion and the opponent sees as if the blade would start bending into triangle that hovers in air. At this point user can activate special move of this jutsu
Amor:
Once activated the Witchcraft user gains the ability to cast illusion at opponent where the user stares at opponent's limb or body part, causing opponent to see if a tattoo would appear on it if not dodged. Once the opponent sees the tattoo user can force him to do what ever user bids with the body part the user has gazed at. The gaze can also be avoided with extreme burst of speed that avoids the ''tattoo''. The amor can be used as many times as the user has eyes. So usually two times as the genjutsu can be used once. Each of the eyes that are locked at something are now unable to use doujutsu or move fast
Note:
- Can be used only once
- No genjutsu for six turns
- Must remain stationary while using this jutsu
- User cannot use any other jutsu while this is in play
- Can capture opponent max 2 turns in it and once its over it causes pain to user's eyes
- Can only be negated with chakra flow distruption. No pain is enough to negate this

The Restriction Strike Taijutsu came from strudying the Gentle Fist Style. It mixes knowledge of the Human Anatomy and it's weak points with great agility and speed. With a set of fast strikes on specific nerves or joints, the user paralizes the said area. The effect's are permanent if the strikes are caused by sharp objects, the Taijutsu itself last only 1 turn.

Description:this genjutsu is made by eye contact.This is a very powerful genjutsu because once caught the opponent cant get out of it,thats why it can only be used in short range.Once caught the opponent will think his arms and legs are gone (thats why the opponent cant get away,since kai doesnt work and he cant stab himself) and he is tied to a pole in space.Than the user makes handseals and makes the opponent get sucked in a black hole.After the user releases the jutsu thier opponent will be too shocked and in pain to walk or do anything giving the user a chance to kill him

This chakra based technique is basically a marvel of reverse-engineering, turning the process of causing destruction into one saving life. The user, when touched by flames composed of chakra, reverse-engineers the flames, turning them back into pure chakra, which is then sucked in through the user's mouth, preventing them from doing damage.
However, this technique has numerous flaws and limitations. Firstly, the technique works only against flames, and not against heated objects such as lava or hot metal. Secondly, the sudden increase of chakra within the user's body means that his body suffers damage from the inside, causing -20 damage, preventing Taijutsu for one turn and also prevents his control from being good enough to perform Genjutsu or Medjutsu for the next turn until the chakra is assimilated. He also leaks out chakra, a defense by his body to get rid of excess, signaling his position easily even when he is hidden by mist, smoke or other substances for the entire remainder of the battle.

Description: THe user gathers immense amounts of fire chakra in his hands the nthe user sends the fire into the sky creating a giant flame ball in the sky. Then many small fire balls come out of the giant flame ball in all directions. It effects every where except for the area in short range of the user. The small fire balls come very rapidly and leave holes in the ground caued by the power of their impact. The fire balls are exteremly hot and burn at 3000 degrees Celcious.
*The user cant use Wind or Fire attacks For the fallowing 4 turns
*Can only be used once per battle
*Cant be used by a clone of the user(2 bodys are ok)
*The user takes 20 damage because of the burns in his hand
*The user cant move from his location untill the next turn
