Description: The user jumps into the air using percision of a Sage the user forces himself down while coming down lightning chakra starts flowing out instantly from the feet making a shield of lightning wrap around the body. The user begins a descent with the speed of a third gate - though the descent is uncontrolled and goes only in a single straight line downwards. Once the user hits the ground, the lightning flows outward accompanied by a wave of debris, stunning anyone in mid range and shocking anyone in close range. A deep conical crater is left with the completion of the attack.
~ Can only be used twice per battle.
~ User cannot move at speeds equalling First Gate or higher for the next two turns after each use.
~ No Forbidden or Srank lightning may be used in the same or next turn.

Description: The user will focus his chakra on his hand and will create a sharping blade made out of pure chakra, the user will then add his dust element into the chakra sword creating a sharping and powerfull Dust Blade that is able to cut through some solid structures depending on its density.A direct hit may be critical to a person.

Note the user will have to deliver the blow with the sword in the next two turns otherwise the sword will turn completely to dust.
Note: the user cannot use Dust techniques during the turns the sword is in battle.

Note: users with special eyes are able to see through the duststorm but their eyes might get hurt if they open them while inside the storm.
Note: the user will not be affected by the duststorm.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a long, thick spire of rock that shoots up out of the ground beneath a target. The user can vary the speed at which the spire shoots up out of the ground. The user can use this technique to lift themselves up into the air, to launch an opponent high up into the air, or to throw an opponent off balance while they are forming the seals for a jutsu, nullifying the jutsu. This jutsu is deceptively simple and can be used in a variety of useful ways.

Is this really similar to existing jutsus? O_O?
Because if so, which ones? Because I've always had this custom jutsu on NB, and it's never been considered similar to jutsus used in the Manga/Anime, and I've never come across any that it's similar to. If it's similar to any customs that people may have (which I doubt, considering people tend to make the most powerful S-rank jutsus that they can, while completely disregarding the option of making lower rank jutsus), then those customs were certainly inspired by this custom, considering I've been using this custom for over two years on NB.

I'm sorry for being a jerk about this... but, I've been using this jutsu for the past two years on NB, and I have to say that it's my favorite.

~ IMO, Bisha, its sort of a cross between Earth Plateau and Earth Spikes, which are canon techniques. But since I realise your view on this, I'd like Roku or Rag to check this as well and tell me what they think. ~

Chakra cost: 50 ( - 10 per turn )
Damage points: N/A ( - 30 to user and + 15 to wind attacks )
Description: User focus Fuuton chakra all around own body, causing Fuuton chakra vortex form around the user that attracts wind all around it, forming armor that's almost unbeatable against Lightning, Weapon and taijutsu attacks. If user's been attacked with swords while in this mode the sword will slip by the user and miss ( Same goes with any weapons and taijutsu ). Downside of this technique is that the Fire attacks will hit + 15 more against user since user's covered in wind.
Note:
- Can be used only once
- Lasts 4 turns
- Costs - 10 chakra per turn
- Damages user - 30 when activated
- Fire attacks hit more
- User can only use Wind and Water attacks while in this mode
- No wind for two turns after it ends.

Description: The Mare Sky ring is one of the six strongest rings in the world. After the user has equipped himself with the X-Glovers he can then active the Mare sky ring .When the user infuses the rings with chakra the ring will then fusion with the gloves doubling the gloves power. So now if the user was to do battle with a fire jutsu of the same rank the X-gloves would easily overpower the other jutsus. Water jutsus used against fire jutsus with the ring on will become least effected, meaning that if the user uses a fire jutsu a rank higher than a water jutsu the fire should still beat it but if they are the same rank they will both cancel out.
notes:
The rings can only stay fusion with the X-gloves for 3 turns
Only can be used with X-gloves
Once the three turns are up the X-gloves will be unable to use any fire jutsu for 1 turns
Can only be used Once fight
Only can but used by Mato~kun

The user can also (when in physical touch with the opponent) send his chakra through his body and make the opponent's bones density to drastically decrease. This will give the user a major advantage on a taijutsu fight. Due to his bones being weaker, the opponent will hurt himself much, lowering the opponent's taijutsu techniques by one rank. Also, if the opponent activates the eight inner gates, with this jutsu, he will only be able to go up to the 5th gate, otherwise, if the opponent enters the above gates levels, he will die after usage because of the strain on his body

This would be a contrary jutsu to Fire Style: Dragon Fireball Jutsu.

(Doton: Fi-to Kasugai) - Earth Style: Foot Clamps
Type: Attack

Description: User will perform a foot stomp that will send earth chakra through the ground and towards the enemy. The earth then splits where the opponent is standing or about to step and then clamp onto his or her feet with crushing pressure to hold and damage foot movement. This attack is subtle and more useful if done while the victim is running.
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: Can only be used twice and must wait a turn to use again.
Note: User can not use another earth move this turn.
Note: Damage is reduced by 10 if victim is standing still.
Note: Due to the high concentration user will be only able to perform two moves this turn.

(Ame Enjin) - Mare Vongolia Rain Ring

Description: El Primero's rain guardian ring. The mafia named "Vongolia" had 7 powerful rings Sky, Cloud, Thunder, Rain, Sun, Mist, Storm. Many that correspond with a human's chakra nature. The rain ring that was worn by the family's first rain guardian imbued his chakra within it for future generations to grasp and master his power. This man had strong powers the rivaled many great ninja from the war. He only focused on two elements and finally combined them to make a special third element. Wind, water, and rain... These were his specialty and when worn, the user will only be able to use those two elements as well. Though with limitations, comes great power. Due to the lack of flexable elements, the one that wears this ring gains a power boost in all three catagories. A strange power that this ring gives is that it makes the user very calm, in doing so he will be able to focus on the battle without any surprises or miscalculations. When used correctly, the attacks from this user will be feared in the ninja war that he lives in.
Note: Only Musa can give this ring.
Note: Ring's effect lasts for 5 turns, though it can be removed at anytime.
Note: User will only be able to use water, wind, and rain jutsus until ring is removed.
Note: User can only wear this ring once per battle, and when the effect is gone then he will be unable to use it again.
Note: The ring will give all water and wind jutsus a 15 damage bonus, and all rain jutsus 20 damage bonus. User also feels no wavering of emotions during battle which allows him or her to fight with no fear or misjudgment.
Note:When removed or effect wears off, user will be unable to perform rain jutsus for 2 turns and all water and wind moves will be limited to A rank for 3 turns.

When ready the user will perform a surge throughout the chakra that is released throughout the field. This surge will lower the temperature highly around the battlefield, making it freeze small to medium sized bodies of water on the surface, change the weather to windy, and even in the right conditions make it snow. Doing this saps chakra from the user, but in turn helps the user perform water, wind, and ice chakra based moves easier with a bit of a power up. This increase of damage and speed can't be stacked with other power ups. This field of winter will also bother fire and lightning users due to the fact wind and water will be easily manipulated to go against them.
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: Takes one turn to set up and can only be used once per battle.
Note: This terrain and weather lasts for 4 turns.
Note: User and opponent take 10 damage per turn active. User loses 15 chakra per turn active.

The earth chakra will create holes beneath the opponents feet in a very quick manner since it doesn't need to move a lot to make your feet fall in. Then right when about the earth with crush the ankles of the victim lowering foot movement. This is very quick and subtle making it hard for inexperienced fighters unable to track it.
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: Can only be used twice times and must wait a turn to use again.
Note: User can not use another earth move this turn.
Note: Movement speed will go down a rank the first time this hits, then 2 more ranks if successful once again due to broken bones.

(Genjutsu: Kigobureka) - Illusionary Technique: Codebreaker

Description: This illusion is based on eyesight. While the victims eyes are being used, this effect will not go away unless a large amount of pain or chakra disruption is played into effect. The user will gather chakra within his hand and snap his fingers. Once the snap is heard and seen, the vision of the victim is severely blurred for 5 seconds. This is almost instant and causes the victim to instantly fall into a state of shock due to the abrupt change in vision. The reality of the situation is that a genjutsu already practiced to change surroundings of an object or person has been intensified around a specific point. The victim only sees black and white dots and believes they lost their eye sight, but they have only been covered for a period of time.
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: User will be unable to use genjutsu for 2 turns.
Note: User will only be able to use A rank or lower for this turn.
Note: This can only be used twice per battle.
Note: Blindness will disorientate the victim severely and he will be unable to see for a full 5 seconds or until attacked.

Description: The user will snap his fingers towards the victim. This illusion will be casted upon the target once heard or seen. When performed the illusion will take time to prey upon it's victim, but at the climax or critical moment of the attack they want to perform the user will snap once again. Once performed for the second time the victim will freeze. Their vision will become black and white, and it is as everything has stopped. This is due to the festering chakra sent from the user to the victim and attacking the brain to make the user freeze in place. This illusion only lasts for a split second and will cause a major change in pace if done correctly. This also allows the user to get the upper hand to attack while they are unable to defend for that moment.
Note: Only Musa can teach this and it can only be used twice.
Note: Can only be used twice and must wait 2 turns to use another genjutsu, including this one.
Note: User can only attack with A rank or lower attacks.

Description: A secret weapon created specially for each member of the clan, the gloves are cased in special chakra gems which can create a small cloak of chakra for the hands. The killer gloves are also able to use special chakra specific and hyuuga speciality attacks. The killer gloves deal 10+ Extra damage when used with hyuuga taijutsu and taijutsu of any kind. The gloves also give a quicker handseal performance (double normal performance rate) and also any kenjutsu sword handling is also doubled.
The killer gloves are only able to be used by a hyuuga, and all hyuuga's know by default if they want to know of course.
-The gloves do not actually count as a weapon for the user as it is for all hyuuga's.

Description: User focus Fuuton chakra all around own body, causing Fuuton chakra vortex form around the user that attracts wind all around it, forming armor that's almost unbeatable against Lightning, Weapon and taijutsu attacks. If user's been attacked with swords while in this mode the sword will slip by the user and miss ( Same goes with any weapons and taijutsu ). Downside of this technique is that the Fire attacks will hit + 15 more against user since user's covered in wind.
Note:
- Can be used only once
- Lasts 4 turns
- Costs - 10 chakra per turn
- Damages user - 30 when activated
- Fire attacks hit more
- User can only use Wind and Water attacks while in this mode

Description: User controls the chakra circulation system, gathering large amount of chakra into user's eyes and hands. When this is done user makes Dog handseal, sending out sudden flash from user's eyes ( that's what opponent thinks ) and once the flash affects the opponent is caught in optical illusion where everything is inverted. The inversion works in special way, up and down, left and right as well as forward and backward are opposite. The optical illusion has also special ability. The sense of direction isn't the only one that is changed, the opponent's eyesight and where they get cut is reversed as well. It's extremely hard to keep up with this technique for ninjas ( lower than user's rank ) and they might manage to block all the attacks done in this genjutsu while the stronger enemies ( Same and/or above rank as user ) might have chance to attack while affected by this genjutsu. It's almost physically impossible for opponent to keep up with this jutsu and reflexes since they need to block and defend themselves from the incoming attacks at the same time while focused with the inverted directions.
Note:
- Can be used only once ( If user's Sannin ranked ) or twice ( If user's kage or above )
- Opponent can only be caught in this genjutsu max three turns
- This genjutsu cannot be dispelled by inflicting pain to own body. Only chakra flow distruption can dispel this genjutsu
- Recharging takes three turns
- No genjutsu can be used after for three turns after it's used max times
- Causes - 20 damage to user due strain
- User and opponent cannot attack using jutsus while this jutsu is in play. Only taijutsu and sword attacks are allowed.

Description: User focuses water and lightning based chakra on both hands for moment, drawing water molecules towards user's hands and slowly forming water spikes that are enforced with lightning chakra. The Water on these spikes can be very hard like steel, allowing user to cross blades with these spikes against opponent if needed. Each of the spikes contains explosive shock so when it makes wound to opponent the electricity is released and it will paralyze the place the wound came on while damaging opponent. If the spike hits on opponent's chest the electricity will be released on heart, distrupting it's beating and causing great pain on opponent's heart ( the pain can be compared into stab through heart ) but cannot kill opponent.
Note:
- Only two spikes can be created at time
- Can be used only twice
- No forbidden ranked water or lightning for two turns
- The same damage will come to user too if he/she gets hit by spikes
- The spikes can also be thrown like spears
- Only forbidden ranked earth jutsu can stop these spikes along with S - Ranked wind

Description: Kazemaru is a special ring that user carries with him. The sword's origins are unknown. It's indestructible and by focusing wind chakra into it you can activate special sword weapon that doesn't have hilt or handle and doesn't so distrupt your handseal speed. The ring is made from special metal that conducts chakra and in it's activated form the ring is golden as the blade part has five holes in it and is silver. By spinning Kazemaru's activated form fast user's able to create shield that blocks incoming projectiles and Up to C - ranked lightning twice.
  • Costs - 10 chakra per turn
  • It's indestructible
  • It's golden from the ring part and silver on blade part
  • It can be reverted back into ring anytime
  • It doesn't have handle and floats around user's hand once it's activated by infusing wind chakra into it
  • Only Teh-Tobz is able of wielding it and it cannot be wielded by anyone else.
  • Boosts user's wind attacks by + 10 and opponent's raiton goes - 10.

Description: Forged by the mythical smith Weyland, Jafna?r is a meter-long sword without a point, ending in a 90 degree cut rather than a tip. The sword itself is indestructible and very light to the user, but imparts much more kinetic force onto its targets than normal for a sword of its weight. The sword can extend and compress quickly, much like the Enma Staff, upto lengths of ten meters. The sword can be charged with Earth or Wind chakra to either increase the kinetic force that it imparts onto its targets, or to increase its hacking and slicing power.
~ User loses a part of his ability to use Water and Lightning, becoming unable to use Forbidden rank techniques of those elements. Any of those two element techniques he performs become weaker ( cause 10 damage less )

Description: The user will create multiple microscopic droplets of water from a water source surrounding the user in every direction. The droplets of water are so tiny, they appear almost invisible to the naked eye until an attack or opponent approaches the user. Once an attack or opponent approaches, the droplets of water will immediately form around the user and block off the opponent or repel he/she away from the user to a farther distance. Excellent against defending fire attacks of equal ranks and can also defend against B rank or lower attacks of other elemental attacks any than lightning. In order to maintain this jutsu, the user must be on a water source or in short range of it. The jutsu last two whole turns and requires double the amount of chakra needed to use the second time because of tremendous effort to maintain it.

The preparation for this jutsu takes a whole turn and can only be used to enhance one lightning jutsu the following turn. Due to concentration to allow the enhancement of the next lightning jutsu, the user cannot perform anymore jutsu after it has been perform on that turn.
