(Ninpou: Rokugechi) - Ninja Art: Six Orders

Description: This technique was developed with the objective to manipulate the opponent. The user will write a small kanji of one of the 6 words on the air or on any solid surface and it will go towards the opponent. Once the chosen kanji is in contact with the opponent, it will take the respective effect on him. The disadvantage of this jutsu is that if the target goes further than medium range, the effect will wear off immediately.
縛る(bind). Binds the target in place keeping him from moving.
眠る(sleep). Puts the target asleep.
痛み(pain). Provokes extreme pain on the target. Even a trained ninja to resist torture won't be able to stand it and will fall on the ground, open for any attack.
盲(blindness). Affects the target's vision, making him go blind
虞(fear). The target will loose courage and will feel fear towards his opponent. Because of that he won't be able to defend himself properly and instead will run and scream in panic.
音(sound). Will either make the target go deaf or will make him hear voices which will disturb him, preventing him to focus on battle

*Kanjis can't move in water
*Usable three times per battle
*Each kanji can't be used more than once per battle and only lasts three turns
*Must have a turn of interval between usage

(Chika Bakuyaku Wana) - Underground Explosive Trap

Description: The user will infuse multiple explosive tags with his chakra and without the opponent see (unless he has byakugan), the tags will crow through the user's legs until they reach the ground. After that, the seals will insert themselves underground and will create an underground network of explosive tags. With a simple hand seal, the user can make all those tags to explode, creating a large explosion which will surprise the opponent.
Since the user cannot carry an indefinite supply of exploding tags, he can either do one explosion covering upto medium range from him or two explosions covering short range from him

Description:A unique technique developed by Hyuuga Eddy and based upon the most basic of principles of Jyuuken which state that chakras cancel each other out, and expanding upon his Senjigusuri technique. Eddy will begin emitting a steady but subtle release of chakre from his entire body, saturating a relatively small area around him (up to mid range outward from his body) with it. This chakra, not enough to cancel out an opponent’s, is intended rather to interfere with and disrupt an opponent’s chakra as long as they spend within this small area. Activated jutsus such as for example, a cloak of lightning surrounding an opponent, will become disrupted and fall apart, opponent's chakra will seem to run amuck leaving them with difficulties in molding it, their bodies will begin reacting to their disrupted chakra flow causing them to feel a weakening, slowing and slight loss of balance, etc, nothing major, but enough to prove disadvantageous in close quarter and hand to hand combat. All an opponent has to do to free themselves from this effect is to step away from him and out of the affected zone, as long as they are not within it they will not be affected by it, this is very much intended for close range taijutsu combat. Unfortunately however, this Chakra is not visible to normal eyes, meaning a foe is unlikely to realize anything is happening until after they begin feeling the effects, and even then are unlikely to know what exactly is happening or where Eddy's chakra stops.
-Can only be used 1 times per battle.
- The "Chakra Disrupting Barrier" only last for 4 turns. ( + 10 each turn the barrier is active)
-The user will feel exhausted when ending the jutsu and will only be able to use 2 jutsu that turn.

The user stimulates the production of certain chemicals in their body temporarily, increasing the speed of the chakra flow.Increasing there Chakra through the dilating of Tenketsus as well as controlling it’s flow and concentrating and focusing this Chakra boost into the user body, dramatically increasing the user levels of energy thus increasing there speeds to unnatural and inhuman levels. Obviously this kind of speed has many applications, from dodging with inhuman speeds, to attacking with strikes so fast they at best appear as little more than a blur that only allowing Sharingan users to react to it, to closing in on an opponent from a distance so as to enter striking range before they can react and retreat, the uses and advantages are innumerable. Finally not all benefits of this skill involve movement speed, another benefit this technique involves reflex and reaction speed instead. This technique is also used to enhance the efficiency of the user nervous system, speeding up his neural synapses, amplifying his already extraordinary reflexes dramatically, thus allowing the user to react near instantly. (The user Reaction speeds are on par with the Manga Raikage) However, this skill does have its drawbacks and limits as well.
-Can only be user twice per battle.
-Must wait one whole turn before using again.
- Cannot sustain this kind of speed for extended periods, only last for 3 turns.
-Overuse or exertion with this Jutsu can result in extreme physical fatigue and Muscle damage. ( Does 20 damage to user).
-During its duration, the user has two of their elements sealed off completely during it and the one turns following the end of this technique.

(Think Rock Lee or Maito Gai when opening the gates). Minutes of intense and constant use will result in extreme Fatigue and cause Muscle and bone Damage requiring medical Attention.)

(In practical terms this jutsu can be considered to grant the same kind of speed boost and levels as the Raikage with his Lightning Armor. It terms of pros and cons it can be considered similar to opening the Gates (though obviously it grants no benefits to strength or endurance, or any other aspect for that matter, only speed) it has the same risks as opening the gates if over used to its maximum.)

Description:There are two ways in which this jutsu can be used. The first is that the user slams both hands into the ground and releases Earth chakra. From under the opponent a huge solid rock worm rises up swallows the opponent whole. The opponent is badly injured while inside the worms mouth because the worms inside are razor Sharpe. And the second is where the worms swallows the user whole and then travels deep down into the earth, avoiding attacks of any sort (The user can manipulate the worms inside so it doesn't harm the them).

Description:The user makes the some handseals, then concentrate and charge a huge amount of chakra into the ground, as he do so he forces his chakra to gather into 3 spots that is anywhere in the range and make them clash out as rocks gathered in the shape of dragons that attacks the opponent and able to swallow him and fly in the air then clash down as the user likes, and when the attack end with focusing more chakra the user is able to make the rocks atract to each other smashing the enemy inside, those dragons are also useable to block water attacks and defending the user.

Description: User puts his/her thumb over his/her middle finger. After that user concentrates mucles and aims for awhile user releases the thumb, releasing middle finger with massive strength, delivering a blow that's enough to make opponent bleed. Even though the bleed isn't anything near fatal the move can be combined with a item of somekind ( Rock or Coin .etc ) to create attack with the item that has incredible speed and is strong enough to make holes to wood and small rocks.

Description: User concentrates chakra into two of his/her fingers ( Middle and index finger ) for two seconds. Once that's done the user will snap his/her fingers inorder to create small fire that's size of fire from lighter but it burns at 450 degrees. The fire is almost harmless since it's hardly used on anything expect but detonation of bombs and lighting cigaretters when you don't have a lighter.

Description: User bites own thumb and repeats two first handseals of summoning jutsu while someone else is using summoning jutsu. Once that is done user will distrupt the flow of chakra from the summoner, causing the creature/weapon that opponent's about to summon to be summoned outside of the spot in different place. This jutsu can also be stored into scroll by having kanji written on it and once it's opened the user must stomp on the scroll or tap it with limb. This jutsu is mainly used to distrupt the appearing place of other's summoning(s) and relocate them. The width of the relocating is max 50 meters - 350 meters depending on size of the summoning ( like Gamabunta or Manda ) and user's rank.
Note:
- Can only be used twice
- Works max on one ninja at time
- Three turns interval between each usage
- User cannot have summon on field while using this jutsu.

Description: The Amenonuhoko is a large naginata (a Japanese spear) created by the primordial Shinto Gods. The Gods gave the naginata to Izanagi and Izanami to create the first land out of nothingness. The naginata itself has a long, razor-sharp blade that never dulls. Its shaft is made of unbreakable holy bamboo. Chakra of two types per battle can be channelled through the blade and shaft of the weapon, and the shaft can be extended and retracted at will in battle, much like the Third Hokage's Enma Staff.

Note: Can only be summoned once per battle
Note: User must maintain direct contact with the naginata at all times. If the naginata falls out of the user's possession, then the user will not be able to use its special abilities for the rest of the match.
Note: User cannot use water or wind jutsus above A-rank while holding the naginata.

This Amenonuhoko halberd will have no relation at all to any "Amenonuhoko Mode" jutsu. I have no plans to submit such a jutsu. This halberd is simply a custom weapon. Also, the mythology behind it is all true.

Goro has the Bear contract, it includes Polar bears.
unless he stated that it involved all bears i don't see why that is fair

akiza has a white tiger contract does that mean it includes all tigers? kaito has a hawk contract does that mean it includes all birds?

Note:Only Zetsu and characters from Zetsu?s clan can use this.

*User can leave the area with the seals, otherwise the jutsu will deactivate.

Description: Because the Hyuuga clan has great chakra control, they can fuse there elemental chakra with there palms and combine it with the juukan style attack.Each element has its own affect.If the element is lightning it will stun the opponents organs and he will stop breathing.If its fire it will burn through a few milimiters and burn everything it touches.If its wind,the users palm will cut through the opponents body.If its earth it will break the opponents bones and if its water it will make the opponent dizzy.

Unlike other Illusions, which work with glares, etc, this works with a direct transfer of chakra in the opponents brains.
This chakra then enters the opponents mind & reflex cells, and corrupts their DNK. The effect of this Illusion Art, is that the opponent brains transfer data to the body slower, or at least this is what the opponent thinks. As every part of the body depends on the brains, this jutsu puts the opponent in slow motion. This way, even when entering the EIG, the opponent can move at maximum speed of an S-Class ninja.
Although, the chakra transfered is very dense, and leaves the user inable to use any other genjutsu or non-elemental ninjutsu.

You don't need to "request", it's already been under construction for a month or so. Furthermore, if you want anything take it up with Kaito and stop posting it oon this thread like some sort of a prophet crying that the world will end

It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas.

The reason I added "If rain is falling and opponent is standing on/near water he is encased in instant." part is because some guys don't realize that, if rain is falling and if they are covered by water and are standing on it, jutsu encases them in instant.

Description: The user relaxes both their body and mind by circulating suiton chakra throughout their body making their movements extremely fluid. By keeping their body loose and their mind calm they are able to increase their reaction speed against incoming attacks to the level of a 3-tomoe sharingan user. This doesn't mean that the user can predict movements, or see things in slow motion, but once they see what is happening they can react extremely fast. While using this style the user focuses on using the opponent's momentum against them to turn their attacks into their own downfall. It involves mostly counters and throws that keep the opponent off balance and is very effective against aggressive opponents. Due to the added suiton chakra throughout their body they gain a boost in power to their water attacks, but lose a significant portion of the power for their fire attacks. They also become more vulnerable to fire attacks.
~User gains +10 damage to taijutsu and water techniques.
~User loses -10 damage to fire techniques while the opponent gains a boost of +10.
~Lasts for 5 turns once activated.

Water Style: Leviathan of the Depths

Decription: The user preforms a series of hand signs and then focuses a massive amount of chakra into a large source of water and create a huge sixty foot long serpent of water. The leviathan can be controlled at will by the user and as long as it is in contact with a water source it can be regenerated. This creature can leave the water source but cannot regenerate if it does. The user can use this beast to defend against incoming attacks, devour the opponent, or do both at the same time. While the leviathan is being controlled the user cannot use any other jutsu and it will last a maximum of two turns. Because of the amount of chakra needed the user will lose an extra 30 chakra if the leviathan is kept for an extra turn. The use of such massive amounts of chakra also damages the user.

~No water techniques can be used for the next two turns.
~Does -20 damage to the user, -40 if kept out for an extra turn.

Description: This jutsu can only be done by those who have signed the contract with snakes. The user is able to choose and gain a trait from one of three different snakes.
First, the user's muscles become able to move with the striking speed of a Death Adder which happens in 1/4 of a second. This allows the user to move with speed equivalent to the 4th gate. However, once the effects of this jutsu wear off, the users speed will decrease for 2 turns by 2 ranks below what they are now (To S-class rank speed for Kage, etc) due to exhaustion.
Second, the user gains the ability to inject the venom of a Belcher's Sea Snake into their opponent through either their teeth, or their finger nails.(target takes -20 per turn if injected with venom and the venom lasts 5 turns)
Or third, the user gains the strength of an Anaconda, which can constrict with a total strength of 4000kg.(user gets +40 to taijutsu) Once the effects of this jutsu wear off the users taijutsu be decreased by 20 because of exhaustion for 2 turns.

(Okay, I added restrictions for the first and third ones (in the spoilers). The second, I don't think is that OP so I left it as it was. If you think there needs to be any more restrictions just let me know, or you can add them in if you want. And this is mainly to try and combat all those Raikage bios lately. Which the armor gives +60 to taijutsu, +40 to lightning, 4th gate speed, and lasts 4 turns...so if this is declined for being OP...than the armor needs to be seriously resubmitted and less powerful lol xd.)
~Declined~ I see no problem with this, except for the choosing armor abilities. why not instead of having the armor have three different abilities, why don't you create three different armors with the different abilities since that would be more in tune with what we would see in naruto

Description: Sciophobia means the fear of shadow. The user would extend his shadow outward but unlike other Shadow techniques, this one requires a set of handseals to activate. This shadow is enhanced with chakra (the same in which Genjutsu are activated) that upon looking at the shadow will trigger the opponent to fall into a illusion that may seem too real to not believe. Once in the illusion, the opponent will begin hallucinating of shadow that forms into their worst fear or nightmares. The best way to avoid falling into the illusion is to obviously not look into the user's shadow or if the user's in front view, it's suggested to look slightly upward just above the user's head. Even the slightest glance of the shadow of this technique can trigger the illusion, so it's best to look away from the ground as much as possible.

Description: Ulitizing the Shadow Sewing Technique with the option to use the Shadow Imitation, the user would immediately send out multiple shadow lining, somwhere between 10-15, which emerges from the ground and attack the opponent in a frenzy manner. These shadows are not control by the user as the user just simply let the shadows out in attempt to distract or if lucky enough actually pierce the opponent. While dealing with multiple shadow linings, the user will sneak a shadow towards the opponent in attempt to trap and get a hold of the opponent to finish him/her off. This one shadow isn't like the other shadows because it cannot emerge from the ground and can only travel along the ground which can be undetected by the opponent. This technique is also very useful to defend against any taijutsu from any angle as Shadow linings emerge from all direction from the user's shadow. Even though the user cannot see behind him, it is pretty much guarantee that the shadow will aid the user from his blind spot as multiple shadows are swinging in a wildly way while the user's main focus is on the one shadow that is used to trap the opponent. Though ultilizing both of the clan's main technique, the user must of course hold up the Rat sign and cannot move.

- Due to a massive strain on the user for using two of the clan's technique at once, the user is restrained from using Shadow technique the next turn

Description: The user focuses on the destructive power of the Chidori in their hand into the form of a static releaser or thruster. It has more specialized power than the normal Chidori and can cause damage to strenghten surfaces such as S rank causing severe damage on the body. With the static element one may produce lightning to propel one from one spot to another allowing the user to move within mid-air. It will appear as the lightning is flickering on and off when the user is actually producing the necessary lightning to stay a float. This jutsu is based on kakashi's ultimate jutsu in Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm and Infamous' Cole and his moved called static thrusters. Stating one could be striked with this jutsu.
Note: As long as you use this jutsu it takes up a jutsu slot

Description: Suddenly water begins to swirl up from the ground around the opponent, giving them little chance to escape. If trapped inside, they experience dozens upon dozens of needles that shred the skin and puncture the muscles underneath or it can drag the user within the water trapping them and giving them no chance of fresh air. This jutsu takes effect substantially faster when performed on a target standing on a body of any type of water and is consequently much, much harder to avoid. The vortex can be created while on land through the water in the ground/soil/ water possessive like areas. The vortex having only a five-foot circumference.

Description: The user stomps on the ground. All within that stomp they had send and stored fire nature chakra from under him which than shoot straight upward in a column formation not enveloping the user, destroying a target above him and blowing flames around him preventing anyone from touching him momentarily. These flames are increasingly hot as they came from underground thus really becoming lava. The wideness of this jutsu is about short-mid range and can be controlled.

(Raiton: Goro-Goro Hekireki Tataku ) – Lightning Release: Rumble-Rumble Thunder Clap

Description: the user heats the air around him(not directly around him but more like in the air of the battlefield) with their lightning nature chakra until it explodes in a thunder clap. This is used to avoid and neutralize non-material attacks and a sudden surpise attack on the opponent. This jutsu isn't visible to the normal eye. Problem is it takes a two jutsus worth of time to perform leaving the user only to use this with a planned strategy and hence only one other jutsu can be used that turn
