(Senbonzakura) - Thousand Cherry Blossoms
Type: Ninjutsu
Background: Being a shinobi of the leaf, -Castiel- has spent much time on the forest that surrounds the land of fire's village, becoming one with nature, so much that no animal is afraid of him and allow him to pet them at will, while in the time he spent there he discovered a way of making the forest itself or actually the leafs themselfs help him in combat, even though being from konoha doesn't allow him any special fighting style, the forrest do serve as a training source for his unique fighting style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This is a simple yet efficient and strong fighting style, where the user focusses regular chakra and followed by Wind chakra into tree's nearby by, infusing the leafs with wind chakra so that the user is able to lift and move around the leafs (this will make them useful to protect the user from incoming lightning attacks aslong as the rank is appropiate and the strength is within reason, however it also makes this fighting style more weak against fire based techniques) and coats the leafs on them in sharp or dense chakra depending on the usseage he wants to give them obviously including wind chakra aswell to increase the cutting power and control over the leafs,, becoming more like sharp small blades and not leafs, he them is able to freely manipulate them in waves of thousands of petals, depending on the amount of leafs the user can gather them together and compress them, giving them a single solid form with great strength and such. While the blades are supposedly too small to be seen normally, they reflect light in such a way as to appear as cherry blossom petals due to the extra type of chakra added by the user. The user can control the "blades" at will, allowing him to shred opponents at a distance and break through many defenses within reason. The blades are also used for defensive purposes, as they can even protect the user from an incoming sword swing, kunais, shurikens, and other regular ninja weapons. A master of this fighting style is allowed to carry a gourd full of petals already coated in his chakra, allowing him to use them, without the need of controlling the leafs of trees nearby by.

Description: The user unites the scattered petals into complete glowing swords, numbering in the thousands, that form four rows. These rows float just above the other, and circle around the user and his opponent in a continuously moving, column-like array. It abandons defense in favor of a concentrated offense. Though visually menacing, this form is not meant for attack from all sides; rather, it is to concentrate his power into fewer blades, thus increasing his attack power. While the suer can control these swords, he commonly calls them to his hands for actual melee combat. When in his hand, they lose their glow, and take the form of a katana. While they seem solid in this state, the swords can just as easily dissipate back into the multitude of tiny blades that they are made up of. It seems to take fewer blows from a Senkei blade to gravely injure an opponent than the multiple cuts needed. The Senkei also cages himself with his enemy, allowing neither combatant to move very far from each other, though the area is still large enough for maneuverability. The most effective use of the Senkei form is that it allows for use of all the swords at the same attack level, making it highly versatile as a way to effectively defeat an enemy unaware of the danger of the situation.

The blade appears bright white and its aura takes the form of a bird, earning it the name Hakuteiken ("White Emperor Sword"). Pure white wings form on the user's back, as well as a halo-like circle, made of concentrated petals. The blade in this form is dangerous enough to cause aggravated injuries in one single blow. The wings are capable of being used for flight, the user can either only create the wings or only the sword, or both if wanted.

Now the problem is how unrealistic it is for you to be able to use this style. You describe being able to control thousands of these leaves at once. However, the amount of chakra control that it would require for you to coat each and every leaf with wind chakra and then simultaneously control all of them is basically impossible. Each one of these techniques would probably drain you of every bit of chakra. Scale down the number of individual leaves that you control (because with what you're doing with this CFS, controlling them in massive groups isn't really an option). Like, by a lot.

Perhaps its just me but these last 3 submissions are basically the same worded differently and there is a quoting issue. Please clarify who is the submitter of this CFS, who actually made it and such. I mean, 3 sequenced CFS with tremendous similarities? Whats up with that? Go, talk to eachother and clarify this please.

Konohagakure Ryu | Hidden Leaf Style

Type: Other
Background: This fighting style was formed long ago, by a ninja in the hidden leaf called Amon, this fighting style was formed in the birth of Konohagakure which was formed by the efforts of both Uchiha Madara and Hashirama, a short amount of time after the initiation of Konohagakure, peace was found in Konoha but only for a short time. Amon was originally a ninja monk, who made a lot of meditating sessions in the forest, after the peace has ended and Amon needed to defend himself against the Uchiha clan's rage, Amon formed this style as a form of defense, however it was used just as effectively in offence as it was used in defense.

This style pertains to literally using the fallen leaves of trees, given that Amon didn't have the elemental chakra knowledge and only had to rely onto his raw chakra manipulation alone, spending as much time in the forest led him to come up with this style, however as times passed and the recent ages of Konohagakure came to exist, Konohagakure ninja who were passed this style, developed it even more, by the usage of their elemental chakra infusions, and fuinjutsu skills.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The hidden leaf style is simply the art of manipulating the fallen leaves of trees, normally this fighting style wouldn't work in case the user wasn't in a forest with a lot of trees around him to utilize it's leaves, however as the times have passed and ninja who had this style knew about fuinjutsu, they kept a massive amount of leaves stored within fuinjutsu seals they have marked their bodies with, as means of summoning the leaves to the battlefield and utilizing it in combat, making the earlier restriction of being in a forest no more and making this style even effective.

The ninja who uses this style, the core usage of the style is to harden to leaves, in order to have a destructive power, up to the point where one leaf was as hard as a standard ninja kunai, however this is only a base of how this style used. Using the raw chakra manipulation, the ninja can levitate trees with their chakra alone, like how Orochimaru does with his Kusanagi blade, this feat gave the ninja the ability to manipulate the leave's movement according to his will "By utilizing specific techniques in order to do so", this is the raw chakra version, another advantage of fuinjutsu, is that when the ninjas stored leaves into a scroll, the mass of leaves was said to be endless, and contained the ninjas own chakra infused to them, having them able to manipulate it using mental commands via chakra.

Like it was said previously, as this style was taught to a ninja who had skills of elemental chakra manipulation, he combined his elemental chakra with the leaves, coating the leaves in the specific elemental release, for example, if the ninja infused the leaves with wind chakra, the leaves would become super thin and sharp, allowing it to cut through even standard metallic objects with ease, if infused with Earth chakra, the leaves would harden even more and it's weight would increase, allowing it to be blunt, not exactly able to cut through anything, but a mass of leaves infused with earth chakra would pack a punch, delivering blunt physical damage to the target and so on, ofcourse this pertains to the 5 basic elemental natures of Earth, Fire, Lightning, Water and Wind, however, in any case, whether the leaves are infused with elemental chakra or raw chakra, the leaves utilized are as hard as steel. The following is what each specific elemental nature gives the leaves.

Wind Release: When the leaves are infused with wind release chakra, they become super thin and sharp, causing the leaves to have the ability to cut through even standard metallic objects, or basically targets that comes in contact with the leaves within reason.

Earth Release: When leaves are infused with earth release chakra, they become blunt and can't cut through objects unlike Wind Release infused leaves, instead of granted the cutting ability, the leaves increase in physical mass, each leaf would even would weight as much as a standard Fuma shuriken, without it's cutting ability though.

Fire Release: When the leaves are infused with fire release chakra, the leaves are coated with a fire aura around them, being capable of burning anything that comes in contact with the leaves, there's however a layer of chakra that prevents the fire from literally reaching the leaf so it doesn't catch on fire, but simply is coated with fire.

Water Release: When the leaves are infused with water release chakra, they become surrounded with water, however unlike fire release, there isn't a layer of chakra that prevents the water from soaking the leave, when leaves are infused with this type of chakra, they look like if they are rain droplets, albeit bigger in size than a rain drop.

Lightning Release: When the leaves are infused with lightning release chakra, the leaves are granted a glowing ability, normally the leaves are green, but when infused with lightning chakra they have a very bright white glow with lightning energy around it, which blinds the eyes of the opponent if a large mass of leaves was used, giving an effect similar to the "Lightning Release: Illusion Flash Of The Lightning Pillar", in addition to the glowing ability, the leaves are capable of numbing the area they cut, or even shocking the target if it made contact with the leaves.

Description: The user summons a mass amount of leaves in front of them, initially coming out of a hidden Kanji formula on the back of the user's hand, releasing a burst of leaves in a clockwise spiraling motion, the spinning of leaves is so intense that it forms a large horizontal vortex on the user's command via chakra, this vortex can be used in two ways, one that the user sends the vortex of leaves towards the opponent, if the opponent is caught within the leaves vortex, he is constantly cut by the leaves due to them being as hard as steel, but with every elemental nature manipulation the effect varies, if infused with fire chakra, the vortex will become a blazing inferno that burns the opponent, water chakra will make the vortex consist of water and soak the opponent or crush him due to the water's weight, earth chakra will cause the leaves to increase in mass and deliver blunt damage to the opponent, lightning chakra would cause the vortex to turn into that of a lightning, shocking the opponent in addition to blinding him. Another usage of this technique can be applied, which is that the user manipulates the leaves around him, forming a vortex of leaves around the user himself and instead of using the technique for offensive purposes, he uses it as means of defense, also has varied effects according to the elemental chakra infused with the leaves, the user is also capable of using raw chakra alone.

(Konohagakure Ryu: Hachikara) – Hidden Leaf Style: Leaf Enhanced Strength

Description: The user summons a mass of chakra enhanced leaves from two scrolls that are each located onto the palms of the user, manipulating the leaves to surround his whole body, and whenever the user utilizes a Taijutsu technique, the user mentally commands the leaves to surround the attacking or defending limb of the user, increasing the damage of impact that the user delivers to the opponent, and adding an extra effect to the user's punches and kicks, according to the type of elemental chakra infused, if lightning chakra is infused into the leaves, the user's strikes will numb the area it hits and deliver small shocking damage but not enough for the opponent to be paralyzed, wind chakra will cause the user's strikes to have a slicing damage to them, slicing through the area they hit, fire chakra would make the user's strikes have a burning effect, burning the targets the user hits on contact, earth chakra will increase the mass of the leaves causing the user's punches to inflict even more damage, equivalent to shatter human bones. This technique however cannot be used with the addition of water chakra or raw chakra, the user has to infuse the leaves with Wind, Lightning or Earth chakra, otherwise the technique wouldn't be applicable.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
  • The user must have an accurate chakra manipulation, so they must be at least of Kage rank.
  • The user must know Fuinjutsu, due to the leaves having to be released through Kanji formulas or scrolls.
  • No physical advantages are gained through the manipulation of the leaves, but the chakra manipulation abilities of the user increases, making him capable of utilizing raw chakra techniques faster than normal.

This is too similar to the above style Loki submitted. You use the same basic concept of using leaves as weapons. His appear god knows from where and yours appear from sealings so its enough to make 2 different CFS but since it was reported as similar, it can only be done if he agrees upon it.

Background:
The style was created by a little girl who was born from a mother and father that came from prestigious Taijutsu and Ninjutsu backgrounds. The girl was constantly pressured to excel in aspects of close and mid to long ranged fighting. However she was engrossed and obsessed with her countless stuffed toys and clothes, often forsaking practice to carry out her hobby. Eventually the pressure from her parents became unbearable, and in desperation she sought solace in her addiction. It was then that she thought of imbuing her clothes with chakra. By doing so she managed to create a style that allowed the user to warp and manipulate their clothing to their liking, such an ability made the girl exceptional at close combat, and rather adept at mid range combat. However she had yet to live up to her parents expectations. Thus she decided to experiment with imbuing chakra within her stuffed toys, and upon succeeding she realised that her style was complete. She had successfully created a way to dominate in both close, mid and long range combat while not having to physically overexert herself. Many years later, she came across three male Shinobi who were in search of a man Hiruko. They had heard of his ability to manipulate bandages, and sought to make it their own. However upon seeing the girls abilities they sought to learn from her instead, and thus the style was passed on.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The style itself remains to be fairly ninjutsu orientated, revolving around the concept of manipulating cloth. By doing so not only would the user be capable of manipulating their own clothes. Whether it be a patch of cloth or individual strings, but would also allow the user to animate and utilize stuffed toys or sack toys for offensive purposes.

The basis of cloth manipulation would involve utilizing chakra to move the cloth, while also using the chakra to enhance and empower the cloths basic abilities. Advanced users of this style would be capable of passively manipulating basic cloth such as string or sleeve ends to a minor extent, mainly for strengthening and movement controlling purposes; although reinforcement, strength and speed would never exceed that of basic ninja weapons such as Kunai or ninja wire.

However cloth manipulation can be taken a step further through utilization of elemental chakra. Elemental chakra would allow the cloth to assume certain properties, for instance water chakra could be used to drench cloth, making it more resistant to being ignited, and adding mass so as to make the force of the attacks heavier. Fire chakra could possibly be utilized to heat a cloth, perhaps to sterilize it, or maybe to scald the skin of a ensnared opponent. Lightning could be utilized to strengthen the overall cutting and piercing abilities, as could wind. Earth chakra could be utilized to enforce the physical durability of the cloth, or perhaps make them taut and hard. While elemental infusions can be done in a free form manner, as with basic weapons, the effects achieved would be rather minor. For instance a free form water chakra drenched cloth, would be incapable of resisting chakra infused flames. However jutsu techniques can take infusions to a new, powerfully advanced level, that would allow for effective combat against Ninjutsu.

The animation of stuffed toys would be a rather unique process. In a way it could be perceived as similar to the Shadow clone technique, but would likely be much more akin to Sai’s Ink Ninjutsu. By channeling chakra into a teddy or sack puppet, or any stuffed toy for that matter, the user would be capable of animating the toy. Granting it basic sentience, and usually a savage and violent persona. While the toy would more or less have the ability to attack and defend of its own volition, orders can be transferred via a chakra link. Animation of puppets can lead to various effects, sometimes the initial animation may result in size expansion, resulting in human sized, or perhaps summon sized toys. While the features of the stuffed toy may have effects on its usefulness and abilities, for instance a cheetah shaped stuffed animal may be exceptionally fast. The user would also be capable of creating a puppet with wanted effects on the spot, although this would require the necessary materials and would likely need to be done manually, but they can also carry around preprepared toys. Stuffed toys generally attack with their physical traits, eg a human sack puppet would use freeform Taijutsu or perhaps weapon play should they have a weapon. However they can also manipulate their bodies for offensive purposes, such as attacking with threading, stitches and filling. Naturally, animating a truly offensively viable toy would count as a jutsu, and would require the suitable technique to do so. However the user is capable of applying basic movement to small teddies, they would never have any particularly offensive abilities, they would not change in size, but could be useful in surveillance or mundane tasks, such as scattering explosive tags.

Description: Sleeve hold is a jutsu which requires the user to simply focus his chakra in the clothing near his arms and manipulate it so that it suddenly extends outwards, towards the opponent, aiming to trap them completely as it forms into two snake like ‘monsters’, with the front of the sleeve used as if it were a mouth, allowing the clothing to swallow the opponent whole, whilst constricting their body, causing them to slowly suffocate as well as preventing any movement. The sleeves could be channeled with elemental chakra so that they have a distinct edge to them, as they perform their tasks.

Description: Hidden blade is a simple jutsu which allows the user to add chakra to his clothing and/or any other cloth in his possession and manipulate it so that they become sharpened, allowing the user to create swords, kunais and any other weapon he/she could imagine out of simple clothing. This can be used to create sharp spikes out of the users whole body (all parts covered by clothes), or it could be used to allow the sleeves to extend and form into two Katanas, axes (weapons in general), allowing a lot of flexibility.

Description: Gift of Creation, a technique which allows the user to make simple ‘toys’ turn into savage beasts of death. This jutsu requires the user to channel his chakra into a stuffed toy, animating the toy and giving it a basic sentience required for attacking or perhaps defending purposes. Upon animation, the toy may expand, depending on the users wishes of course, their expansion allowing them to even rival boss summons in size. These stuffed toys are capable of attacking with their basic attributes, whether it be unleashing strings to bind the opponent, firing balls of filling, launching stitching towards the opponent, or attacking with their physical traits. The type of stuffed toy may have an effect on its usefulness, for instance cheetah shaped stuffed animals would be rather fast, while Gorilla shaped ones would possess uncanny brute strength.

Additional effects and Restrictions:

- Requires mastery of Ninjutsu.

Background:
The user carrying a round shield which can be any color was made out of an asteroid metal which is indestructible that touched down on the ground. The shield were painted in numerous color schemes but the shield always attained the same shape round diameter of about 3.5 feet in diameter. These shields also had a concave like shape to them giving off the shape of that of a wok for cooking with. The Inside or backside of the shield is a thick leather strap used for wielding the shield and for carrying the shield either on the users arm or back. The shield itself is made from an asteroid metal and is indestructible and extremely lightweight making running with it a breeze.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
So this fightng style requires the user to be carrying this particular round shield mentioned in the background info. Now the way or purpose of this style is to not only defend but to use e shield as offensive style as well. The user can throw the shield and it will spin rapidly to his or her target. Or the user can use. In close combat to attack and defend blows in manners of blocking kicks punch's and or thrusting the shield into the enemy. This shield art of fighting will have plenty of defensive type stances to block attacks and your usual offensive descriptions but with a shield making e impact a little harder then regular blow's. the attacking portion of the shield taijutsu is basically like thrusting the shield through the enemy either lifting them up into the air, or knocking them down or backwards with force. Shield defense from elemental attacks will be as follows fire,water,wind,earth,lightning will all be able to defend against projectile type attacks up to B rank and will either simply block the attack or redirect the attacks.

Now a special way of throwing this shield requires chakra a string of chakra to be precise similar to that of puppet user's but works in only one way. This one way is that when attached to the shield you can tug on the chakra string directing the shield back to the user. This effect has no way in directing the shield's forward movements like that of a puppet but rather it simply controls the shield to revert back to the user. Another note is that the chakra line used to bring the shield back to the user can easily be seen so mid range attack's of throwing the shield can be dangerous as to the enemy being able to cut the chakra line for retracting the shield back to the user. Now using a slight bit of wind chakra can help propel the shield faster cutting the the air as you know on a windy day the shield would require immense force to hit someone while swinging against the wind or running with it against the wind. Thus utilizing wind in the slightest way will help propel swinging the shield and or hitting an enemy and causing more damage.
By utilizing the elements into the shield you can cancel out a degree of attacks for example an enemy uses fire to attack I simply channel Suiton chakra into the shield to forcefully cancel the attack or redirect the attack. Another example would be utilizing wind chakra to block against a lightning attack it will work in the elements natural order of power. This being said to properly wield and defend against elements properly one must have mastery over all the basic five elements thus enabling quick enough reaction to channel the proper defending element into the shield.

The user wielding there shield for defensive purposes against oncoming elemental attacks will utilize elemental chakra into there shield to defend against the oncoming attack. Regular elemental weaknesses and strengths apply's to this defensive capability. So if the enemy is using fire the shield can be manipulated with Suiton chakra to block the fire attack. Should the enemy be using lightning the user can use wind chakra with his shield to block against the lightning attack. This form of blocking controls a thick condensed layer of that element onto the front of the shield to defend with, being that this is a S rank technique you can block up to A rank projectile type element attacks using this form.

Restrictions: can only defend this way twice per turn

Gyouza Genkotsu - Gyoza Fist
Type: GenTaijutsu
Background: Gyoza fist is a fighting style created by the Genjutsu elders in order enhance their genjutsu abilities, however they couldn't create it by only themselves as they couldn't find a tool which was required for the use of the fighting style so they kept the fighting style pending till they figure out a solution. This lasted for like 3 years, 3 years without find any possible way to complete the fighting style, and because the fact that this fighting style was a top secret project that only the elders of the genjutsu in Konohagakure knew about, the elders couldn't ask for help because it was dangerous to ask anyone other than the high trusted genjutsu masters. And because the genjutsu elders have lots of things to care about, they assigned one of them to find a solution and find the right "tool" for this fighting style, this elder was called Fon, and in fact this person wasn't a he, it was a She, and it wasn't usual to have a woman amongest a council of elders, specially a young woman, but Fon was so skilled that they couldn't resist letting her join. Once Fon was walking in the Forest that is right outside Konohagakure trying to find a solution, she kept walking and breathing the fresh air for like half an hour meanwhile looking around her, trying to get inspired by something in the nature till she heard some sort of a noise and because she was a person that is very curious she couldn't resist heading towards the source of the sound. As she reached the source of the sound, she found a leaf shinobi that had the armor of the Akimichi clan practicing. For her it was a usual scene which she got used to it, however she decided to wait for a little bit maybe that Akimichi member would inspire her, which he really did eventually. Meanwhile watching him practicing, she found him taking several colored pills that had different colors, that wasn't such an important thing either as the Akimichi clan is famous for it's pills that helps them getting bigger, that was in fact it is Hidden Ability. But for Fon case it was very important because it is in fact guided her to the "tool" she, and all the other genjutsu elders were searching for. It wasn't a tool nor was it a pill or any thing of that sort. It was in fact Gyoza. A special type of food. It wasn't the Gyoza itself that was the tool, but in fact the amount of garlic is have. And the fact that they couldn't only use garlic because of it is taste and it is small size they decided to use the Gyoza. And so, Fon came back to the elders that day and told them about her idea and they managed to finish the fighting style eventually, and Fon was promoted to be the head of the Genjutsu elders in Konohagakure.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Gyoza fist is a fighting style that is made by a combination of there things, Martial Arts, Genjutsu and of course, Gyoza dumpling. By eating the Gyoza dumpling which possess a great amount of garlic, the user would produce sweat, the sweat then would be manipulated by the martial arts style. The user through using any shape of martial art that depends on the hands (like punching or just standing on a regular fighting stance which is to depend on the technique used.) would produce the sweat towards any specific thing, in any specific shape that is to depend on the technique, but this sweat isn't any regular sweat, it is sweat that possess chakra which the user would focus in as he is releasing it. Which leads us to the third and final part of the Fighting style, the genjutsu. By releasing the sweat towards any victim (Animal/Human or anything could smell) the user would cast a genjutsu on the victim which is to depend on the genjutsu technique.

After doing so the user would manipulate the sweat through the use of his own chakra within it, turning it's shape into any amount of hands made from the sweat smell which the user would use to attack any amount of victims he would like to attack. However, the hands are to not inflict any damage to the victims, it is nothing but a tool in order to cast genjutsu on these victims.
- Can only use it to cast B-ranked genjutsu techniques and below

- Because the Gyoza fist uses the smell of the sweat in order to cast genjutsu on the user, the range of techniques are to extend to Long range.
- Any animal/human that possess inhumanly ability to smell such as inuzukas, any casted genjutsu on them would get +1 rank higher so any C-ranked Genjutsu would become B-ranked genjutsu, etc..
- Because the fact that the smell is to spread around and not to stand on a specific location, a genjutsu that can only be used on one victim could be used on more victims as long as they are like 5 meters close to each other
- Because the fact that the Gyoza fist is nothing but a tool to cast genjutsu, when using a Gyazo fist technique in order to cast a genjutsu, there will be no need to use the genjutsu technique as the Gyazo fist technique is already a way to cast the genjutsu, only the user has to do is to state which genjutsu he is using through the Gyazo fist technique ( e.g would be me using the basic Gyazo fist technique stated above in order to cast "(Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka ) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire" I won't have to use the technique only thing I would have to do is to state which technique I would use with this Gyazo fist technique.
- Because the fact that Gyazo fist is all about smelling the sweat, any genjutsu technique will have +1 range extended, so any short ranged genjutsu would be Mid ranged genjutsu and so on.
- Because the fact that the smell won't go away instantly, the victim(s) will have to get rid of the smell before getting rid of the sweat around them before releasing themselves from the genjutsu or else they would get in the genjutsu again as they release themselves out of it, however the smell would only last one full turn.

Restrictions:
- Requires mastery over Genjutsu for 3 months minimum
- Require mastery over basic Taijutsu
- Requires to have the Gyoza dumpling mentioned on the bio
- The rank of genjutsu technique depends on the Gyazo fist technique (e.g the basic technique stated above is B-ranked technique which means you can only cast B-ranked and below Genjutsu techniques and so on)

(Xingyiquan) Heart & Mind, Five Harmonies

Type: Sennintaijutsu
Background: The exact origin of xingyiquan is unknown. The earliest written records of it can be traced back to the times of the Sage of Six Paths during an age of endless wars. Legends, credit the creation of xingyiquan to the Elder Son of the Sage of Six Paths, as a way to manipulate willpower and the life around him. This is however simply myths and legends passed down through time no actual proof of this exists. Scrolls with the teachings of Xingyiquan have been found, but no names were left and no official accreditation have been made. Xingyiquan deals with emotions, and the channeling of them into strength through motivation. If one can channel anger, guilt, remorse or fear into motivation instead of a hindrance he can use that to better himself physically and emotionally.

"Let it go, it is not a sin to fight for the right cause. There are those who words alone can not reach. I know how you feel, you are gentle you do not like to hurt. I know because I too know these feelings but it is because you cherish life that you must protect it. Drop your restraints you have the strength, everyone does... just let it go."

A few dozen of the scrolls have fallen into the hands of a member of the Valentine Clan, Yasutora Sado. He has applied their teachings to the use of Natural Energy making the style his own and applying various elements and intricate mechanics to them increasing the strength of the style as a whole. Over time he has created a style without a definite style, a way to manipulate the Natural Energy that regulates around him at all times mixing it with a hard martial arts that can be taught to anyone who can absorb Natural Energy.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The style revolves around meditation and the channeling of severe emotions such as anger into power Xingyiquan features aggressive shocking attacks and direct footwork trying to obliterate the foe before he has a chance to fight back is a core principle to the style. Despite its hard, angular appearance, cultivating "soft" internal strength, is important, it allows for the style to create crippling internal damage to the foe. Xingyiquan incorporates the use of Natural Energy and the ability to create an unseen 'aura' like that used in Frog Kata but instead of simply using the aura to extend one's reach and increase their strength it's used to augment the blows allowing for cutting, piercing, thrashing or even explosive impacts as well as transference of damage deeper into the more fragile parts of the body.
The goal of the Xingyiquan exponent is to reach the opponent quickly and drive powerfully through them in a single powerful burst this is achieved by coordinating one's body as a single unit and the intense focusing of the Natural Energy that the user absorbs and then manipulates.
Efficiency and economy of movement are the qualities of a Xingyiquan stylist and its direct fighting philosophy advocates simultaneous attack and defense. There are few kicks except for extremely low foot kicks (which avoids the hazards of balance involved with higher kicks) and some mid-level kicks, and techniques are prized for their working within key principles rather than aesthetic value. Xingyiquan favors a high stance called Sāntǐshì literally "three bodies power," referring to how the stance holds the head, torso and feet along the same vertical plane. It is a relaxed position, allowing for fast movement, and deals with not being overly tense. A common saying of Xingyiquan is that "the hands do not leave the heart and the elbows do not leave the ribs."

Xingyiquan uses the five classical Chinese elements to metaphorically represent five different styles of combat. Also called the "Five Fists" or "Five Phases," the Five Elements are related to Taoist cosmology although the names do not literally correspond to the cosmological terms. These styles are used to augment the damage created by taijutsu movements, this is done by altering the aura giving it a different nature, instead of blunt force trauma it pierces or creates almost an explosive nature.

Metal - Chopping: Like an axe chopping up and over.
Water - Drilling: Drilling forward horizontally like a geyser.
Wood - Crushing: Arrows constantly exploding forward.
Fire - Exploding: Exploding outward like a cannon while blocking.
Earth - Crossing: Crossing across the line of attack while turning over.​

Each element is a way to alter the aura, giving it a different nature. Sharpening it like an axe, causing it to create drill like motions, firing repetitive concussive shots that explode and pierce almost like arrows. Billowing outward and exploding like a cannon and even passing through the point of contact hitting deep into the opponent's body instead of at the point of contact.

Being a weaponless art, Sado needed a way for Xingyiquan to stand up against those with weapons and from this need a branch of Xingyiquan something not found in the scrolls arose. It was the ability to create weapons from 'nothingness' these weren't real weapons with form and shape but instead a manipulation of the Natural Energy aura that surrounded him. He trained to learn how to extend and sharpen the aura creating sword like strikes that could defend against swords and had cutting properties just like a blade and he trained on how to dull the aura to create hammer-like strikes with severe blunt-force trauma. Deeming it Mutōryū "Swordless Style", it became almost impossible to use some of the other techniques without understanding the principles behind this, the ability to completely control Natural Energy.

At expert-levels, a practitioner can transmit the force of impact wherever they please, as long as a medium (air, water, solid earth or even the human body) exists to transmit the Natural Energy through. This technique forms the basis for most techniques used throughout the style. This can be used in combination of punches, palm strikes or even kicks. It causes fairly reasonable damage, about the same as the punches or kicks used by the user but causes it internally on the weaker parts of the body. Hitting internal organs directly causing bleeding and even deterioration of the organs therein is the basic principle of this technique.

Description: Mutōryū, is the ability to sharpen, dull and all around manipulate the Natural Energy that makes up the aura surrounding the user. This can be used to defend against weapon strikes, and even create slashing and piercing attacks. It can be sharp like an arrow, and long and flexible like a sword or dull, strong and unwavering like a hammer. With a stabbing or punching motion the aura can be extended to long range creating piercing damage or even extending the range of a simple punch. An example of using this technique would be the user dulling the area around his finger and using the aura to defend against sword strikes, or sharping the aura significantly and stabbing that finger into an opponent to puncture through the muscle and flesh, directly striking the internal organs, with piercing like blows. Dependent on it's use this technique can cause significant damage but usually isn't deadly by itself.

However the manipulation of the Natural Energy produces a drilling effect almost like a horizontal geyser shooting out a powerful explosive rotational force. Enough to send an opponent flying backwards and causing significant internal damage like tearing and bruising of organs almost crippling the opponent. Used in mid-range there is no immediate damage caused by the transfer of chakra therefor the opponent is only thrown back with enough force to send him flying, it can still cause significant damage but it's simply exterior damage like lacerations and breaking of the ribs not deep internal damage.

Have you got Sage Mode? Also, no passive taijutsu resistance, remove the can only be seen by those with trainined in natural energy... that alone makes it very oped. It has to be something visible and clearly "blockable". Also, you need, for this to work, to explain specifically how this can be different from a Frog Kata because the core rp application of it is the same. Also, it needs a clear restriction that it can only be used by Sage Mode bios.

(Busoshoku Ken) - Armaments Fist
Type: NinTaijutsu
Background: Ieyasu Tokugawa was a taijutsu enthusiast who loved to utilize his Akimichi clan techniques in battle. During the course of many spars he realized that every time he expanded his limbs in order to hit the opponent he would risk losing those limbs for the remainder of battle due to a dangerous technique landing in the opponents counter. He was thankful that it was just spars, but he knew that if it were real battle he might end up limbless one day. So in response he created a fighting style that would protect his limbs being expanded while enhancing his clans technique in a way only unique to this style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The main jutsu this CFS is based upon is called Armament. Similar to Earth Spear technique, Armament is a jutsu that allows the user via earth chakra to create a thin flexible coating of dense earth around the desired limb changing it to a darker appearance. Unlike Earth Spear technique Armament sits and covers the skin instead of actually changing its composition which would need a constant chakra feed. After applying the Armament technique to the desired limb the Akimichi user will then utilize their special chakra to use either Super or Partial Expansion in order to expand that limb, and the Armament coating with it, delivering ranged powerful strike. While the users limb is coated it will gain equal strength Water, Earth, and dense natured techniques while being able to break through dense less elements like fire, wind, and raw chakra with ease. Being that it is an earth armor this still leaves the users limb vulnerable to lightning based techniques and it is only good for one strike.

Electric Phantom Fist | Raiyokaiken
Type: NinTaiGenjutsu
Background:
This style was developed to counter the usage of the "Kai" technique. The woman who created it was called Medusa. Medusa felt the need to give back to the ninja world. Whether it be for good or evil, she wanted to give back anyhow. She spent years studying the human body and how it works, but one thing that interested her the most and caught her eye was the function and workings of the nervous system. On live animals, she tested the relationship of the nervous system to the brain and how the brain receives messages from that system. Multiple tests showed that she could cause pain or relaxation in the mind due to how she effected and stimulated the nerves of the body. With that information, she devised a way to do this by using the lightning element or "Raiton". By sending electrical signals into the targets nervous system, she can make them "feel" things and make their brain receive those feelings which provoke emotion or imagination, Hence putting them under an illusion.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

Electric Phantom Fist is type Close-Quarters Combat Style that emphasizes on use of lightning release to achieve two distinct effects, Casting Illusions/Hallucinations & Physically augmenting the users body. So empowering the user and weakening the opponent is the basic philosophy of the combat style.
As the definition describes it, the primary focus of fighting style is none other than casting illusions over the enemies and lightning is used as a medium to achieve this. Lightning in manga has proven to be versatile element which even aids the users in illusions as seen when C uses “ ” to create a flash of light which cast an illusion using the sense of “sight”, Fast and barely avoidable because sight is the fastest sense of Human. Lightning release is involved in both creation of illusions and their delivery.
The user creates currents of electricity using their chakra that, when delivered directly affects the nerves of opponents and using precise chakra control their senses are manipulated. The human nervous system works by sending charges across the body and the brain using the nerves, the currents pinpoints the neurons directly affecting the senses. The difference between effects achieved using Lightning Phantom Fist and Conventional Genjutsu is that Genjutsu use the Chakra Circulatory System and Lightning Phantom Fist uses the Nervous System, while illusion is casted by manipulating the chakra in the opponents brain, the CFS technique manipulates the charges across the body. Since both methods affects the senses in the long run, the primary advantage is that since the Chakra system is not involved, Kai as well as many other techniques are invalid defences, but it also means the user possess limited ability to cast these illusions as lightning is used a medium it possess a cyclical weakness (Wind Release) as well as limited range for most techniques (Close to Mid Range, being a Custom Fighting Style: Hand to Hand Combat is involved). The effects involve affecting the opponents motor skills by accelerating and decelerating the movement of electrons across the nerves, much similar to Tsunade’s , a major influence to the fighting style, affecting their reaction abilities, their perceptive skills and as the epitome casting actual illusions, in short anything that could potentially be achieved using the workings of the fighting style.
Unlike other lightning techniques, electricity here is not simply shot at the opponent. In order to properly affect the opponents nervous system techniques that constantly tax chakra are required like, Chidori. This also means that without constant exposure to user’s techniques, the effects will be short lived and wear out in a small period of time (usually mentioned in the technique) restoring the body to its default state. Lightning reacts with humidity in the air and creates ripple like effects around the user combined with the luminosity, the style appears not to be lightning based. Majority of the fighting style consists of Open palm combat to deal Cutting, Piercing and pushing strikes with the use of electricity to temporarily boost the users reaction dealing faster more precise strikes in close range. The style does not encompass any means of traveling (to avoid any relation with Raikage’s Lightning release armor). The user is capable of concentrating electricity at a single point to deal pushing blows or form a defensive barrier around himself/herself, Shape manipulation is used to further aid this.

Description: Glare of Demon is a basic EPS technique that generates a flash of a light spreading from the user’s palm. Exposure to the intense light of this flash can change the electrical field around the opponents brain, this is not something harmful but causes the same effect as Body Pathway Derangement, the effects last for about 15 seconds, or 2 turns whichever comes first. The technique is useful as it does not require any hand seals and barely any concentration that the user is able to cast this while in movement.

Description: The user releases a surge of chakra across his body, boosting his reaction speed and perceptive skills to track down opponents moves. The massive concentration of chakra leaks out through the backbone and becomes visible through friction with the shoulder blade, the friction causes the chakra to generate electrical bolts combined with the humidity in the air the technique generates bright luminous wings that surround the user. The process itself does not takes long as the technique is meant to help defend against fast opponents. When opponents enter close proximity to the user, the electricity enters their nervous system affecting the perceptive abilities. Part of the opponents brain imagines what it would be like if their technique lands, when the currents affect the perception of time this imagination would temporarily grow, literally making the opponent believe that their attack was successful while in reality they stop and remain paralyzed. This is where the user concentrates all the electrical energy in his palm and to deal one massive piercing blow to a vital part of the opponents body ending his life. The technique is named, after a Apkallus a Winged entity also known as a Winged Genie.
Note: Usable twice per battle.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
Restrictions:
- One must have completed their lightning training.
- One must have completed their genjutsu training

Effects:
- Since genjutsu cast using this style can't be broken with Kai, the only way is to stop the electric current from running throughout their body. This can be done in two ways

A) Counter act the lightning with another lightning technique. This will cancel them both out.
B) Through the use of extreme physical pain.

- Illusions cast using this technique are twice as strong as normal genjutsu.

- Easy to counter genjutsu of C-rank and Below all other genjutsu that affect the user will be reduced by one rank.

- A stronger nervous system so that the user is resistant to attacks that have to do with paralyzation through the nerves or conventional paralyzing. (nagashi etc.)

Background: Bone chushing arts is a unique fighting style created solely by Yashiro, It was said that one day Yashiro himself was starting to feel depressed because there were so many legendary fighting styles created across the world by legendary ninja, and he knew he was a legend himself, or atleast he though he was one, then eventually all these thoughts started to overwhelm him, he felt this rage building from within, until he lost control of himself and blacked out, from all the pressure he was putting on himself as well as the stress, next thing he knew when he returned to his normal self, he was standing beside a tree which was split in half with his hands slightly thickened and dark brown/black and it seemed as if his hands were as solid as rock or hardened steel, after a couple of days of experiencing this, still amazed by what he had done, Yashiro decides to try it out, only this time without "Blacking out", so that he can take note of what he is doing as well as study this new found "Ability", Yashiro had then walked up to a nearby tree and started charging his earth release chakra within his fists, trying to compress as much chakra into his fists while maintaining control of it so that he doesn't hurt himself,His hands then started changing color until it was eventually black and hardened like solid rock or steel, Yashiro then threw a punch into the tree and surprisingly it split right through the center of the tree, from that day on, Yashiro has been practicing this ability, mastering the flow of his earth chakra, in such a way that the movement of his chakra within his body could keep up with his fighting pace, after years of practice and severe training, Yashiro decided to test his ability in battle and during this battle he had, a clear win was his the moment he started using this ability, because every single attack that hit its target, either fractured or broke bones, and it was after that day that Yashiro came up with a unique name for his new unique ability called Bone Crushing Arts.

Description on abilities and inner workings:

Abilities - The user is granted power on a level much greater than regular strong fist and/or Power attacks, with the advanced control of a bone crushing arts users earth chakra focused to a certain part of the users body, the user is able to attack with might in order to break and shatter their opponents bones, the user is also able to counter/block regular strong fist attacks with much ease, taking direct hits to the parts where the earth chakra is focused wouldn't have much effect on the bone crushing arts user.

Inner Workings -To explain the inner workings is rather simple, threw mastery of the earth release element and good chakra control, the user would be able to focus his earth chakra to a desired location of the users body, granting him more strength in his punches and/or kicks as well as blocks from regular hand to hand combat attacks.

The flow of the users chakra runs at a certain pace within his body (Regularly) and to enable a successful execution of a bone crushing arts techniques or abilities, the user focuses gathered chakra to a certain area, for eg. His fists, and by increasing the earth chakra within his fists and compressing it as much as possible, the users fists would start to darken and thicken due to the pressure and power of all that chakra focused to a single body part of the users body, by doing this the user could be at risk, but that is why good chakra control is needed to execute these techniques/abilities without harming oneself.

Description: The user focuses earth chakra to a certain part of his body and compressors it as much as possible, doing this the user would cause that certain body part to harden and potentially darken in such a way that the body part seems to be like some sort of Boulder or steel like object, giving the user the ability to block attacks without hurting himself.

Note: The rank of the technique depends on the amount of chakra being focused of used.



Additional Effects and Restrictions:

- Must be at least S-Class Rank to learn Bone Crushing Arts
- Must have full mastery over the Earth Release element and at least started taijutsu training
- Only s single Bone Crushing Arts technique can be used per turn, for the safety of the user, however if the user uses it twice per turn, the second technique will deliver a +15 damage to the user
- No Earth Techniques can be used in the same round as Bone Crushing Arts

The 3D Maneuver Gear's origin is set back to the great Ninja Clan Wars.The reign of the Senju and Uchiha clan was ferocios.The weaker clans such as the Taitankirāzu needed ways to equal out the power difference between the clans.So the Taitankirāzu created a special ninja fighting style that made use of multiple ninja tools and the rare element,Fūton.The 3D Maneuvering Gear.This device was able to give the users exceptionally speed,agility,and precision.It allowed for the Taitankirāzu to swing on nearby objects and then pull themselves in order to swing from one point to another.However,the Taitankirāzu needed a weapon in order to be able to use the device in battle as well.So they implemented into the 3D Maneuver Gear dual blades.These blades are metallic and very light.In size they are about the same as an average katana.But now the device needed a speed boost in order to produce quick and powerful blows to opponents.So the Taitankirāzu implemented Fūton into the device.However,the device needed a place for the Fūton to escape it to boost the speed of the user.So they created a funnel from a log and attached it onto the device.Making the Fūton escape the device and push the user foward at great speeds.With the Taitankirāzu's new device,they began to take over the ninja world.Over the years the device has gotten more high tech and functional.Keeping the Fūton in a container and attaching a metallic funnel onto the device.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear is a set of ninja tools developed by ninja that allows great mobility when facing other ninja clans. The gear itself takes the form of a body harness that encompasses much of the body below the neck. Though using it will allow a skilled user great mobility, it carries a large risk of overtaxing the user's muscles, thus special physical conditioning is required to use this gear. Some tools involved in the apparatus include:

-Handgrips*
-Piston-shot grapple-hooks
-Fūton powered mechanism
-Iron Wire Propeller

If there are no structures to swing on,the user can still use the grapple hooks to "shoot" at the enemy.Much like Sasori's metal wire.

Straw Arts

Type: Nintaijutsu

Background: Toriko was on one of his searches for the worlds rarest ingredients when he encountered a strange looking man. Toriko noticed the man was wielding a strange looking straw like pipe. Toriko questioned the man of what that strange looking contraption was, The man replied with '' its how I fight''. Toriko observed the man for several weeks as he engaged in combat with other fighters. The man was undefeated for all those weeks Toriko watched him for. Toriko knew he had to add this to his arsenal and by asking the fighter, Toriko was accepted into Straw arts.


Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

Straw arts is a fighting style revolving around the use of shooting chakra out a straw. Their are five straws ( one for each chakra nature) which is given to the student at the start of the training. The straws are made of a light/ indestructible/non-conductive and heatproof material that also have the ability to extend in size, from as small as chop sticks to as big as the users mind can think.
The user channels the chakra nature into each straw, wind chakra for the wind straw, fire chakra in the fire straw etc. The amount of chakra the user wants to store in it is completely up to them, D rank or S rank. The straws are also colored for each chakra nature, Blue for the water straw, Red for the fire straw, White for the wind straw, Yellow for the lightning straw and Brown for the earth straw.

Each straw has a different ability to the next.

Fire straw

The fire straw has the ability to shoot out a barrage of fire bullets that rank from D rank to S depending on how much chakra they choose to focus.
It also has the ability to shoot out a stream of fire ranging from D rank to S depending on how much chakra they choose to focus. The user can change the end's of the straw, increasing the circles circumference, allowing the stream to be bigger and wider in size. The fire straw has one last ability, the user must channel S rank chakra into the straw to utilize this ability. Once gathered, the user stabs the straw into the ground, releasing the fire causing the entire ground around the user, apart from a diameter of five meters to turn into lava with the help from the earth.

Water straw

The water straw has the ability to shoot out a jet propelled stream of water that ranges from D rank to S depending on how much chakra they choose to focus. Once again the user has the ability to manipulate the size of the end of the straw meaning the smaller the size the more focused and pressurized the water will be increasing its damage.

Wind straw


The wind straw has the ability to suck in everything that isn't anchored down into the ground such as humans. The user utilizes his wind chakra and takes in a deep breath through the straw creating a large scaled vacuum drawing everything in the direction the straw is pointed at. The straw also has the ability to shoot out a massive S rank cyclone of wind that destroys and uproots everything in its path.

Earth straw

The earth straw has the ability of fusing with the earth allowing the user to notice all movements and sense everything that happens ground based up to long range. With the material its created from it can survive the deepest pressures as well as the hottest temperatures.


Lightning straw

The lightning straw has the ability to release fast beam of lightning that ranges from D rank to S depending on how much chakra they choose to focus. Once again the user has the ability to manipulate the size of the end of the straw. The lightning straw also has the ability to release a blinding flash of light that blinds anything up to long range.

With the straw abilty the size of the end of the straw can increase and decrease allowing the user to either smallen the end creating a pressurized jet of water that can cut through rock or increase it size allowing more water to flow through it creating a large jet of water in size.

These straws need to be submitted as a CW as they aren't known weapons... You don't have here a CFS. You invented and are trying to pattent a special weapon (which isn't a weapon tbh) that you can use to use elements and what not.

Souhou Ashi- Touch of Evil
Type: Nintaijutsu
Background:Devout followers of the Juubi, also known as members of the Nekura Clan long ago learned to open portals and siphon the remaining chakra of the 10 tailed beast for use in ninjutsu that would damage bodies that weren't marked with the clan's mark and had their body conditioned to be resistant to the effects. As the experiments for where the portals could be opened and how the chakra interacted with the human body continued one Taijutsu enthusiast among the clan discovered it was possible to open the portals inside the body and draw the chakra out to saturate their body with the foul chakra. This has had varying side effects and those who failed to balance the chakra levels correctly have gone mad. When properly controlled the chakra of the 10 tailed beast has shown to change the color of the skin of the user to a dark purple or black and upon touching a non-nekura body the chakra acts like a poison through contact with the skin and infects the enemy body spreading through them and causing immense pain through their mind and body.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The user first opens small portals inside their body, inside an arm or leg, or even in their torso and draws out Keigoku (10 tailed beast chakra) to saturate their body on a cellular level, balancing the chakra with their own through the use of the Mark of the Demon on their body which will slowly grow across their body like a Cursed Seal level 1, with the proper level of chakra balance their skin will turn purple and with advanced techniques which require heavier levels of chakra will turn Black. Upon touching a non-Nekura, or a Nekura who is untrained in the balancing of such dense levels of Keigoku in their body (Not trained in this fighting style) the chakra will insert itself into the enemy and turn their skin black at point of contact and the surrounding areas. Longer exposure to the skin of the user will cause building mental damage and chakra infection, maintained contact can cause unconsciousness to the point of a temporary Coma.

A second, quicker and less powerful way of performing this fighting style is almost a reverse of the first way. The user instead of opening portals inside the body, will open a portal outside of the body just before impact of a punch, kick, elbow, knee, etc. As the body part passes through the portal, it picks up trace amounts of keigoku similar to the Unholy Conversion technique. When the opponent gets hit by the keigoku infused attack they would feel the effects of keigoku exposure (headaches, loss of focus, etc). The keigoku would pass into the opponent's body from the point of impact. Due to the chakra not being as condensed the effects will be far less severe with each blow only causing a few seconds of pain and loss of focus in enemies, however with each successful blow the pain and loss of focus will increase from the last.

Description: The user generates a portal inside their body and draws out Keigoku to saturate themselves with the chakra which will turn the skin dark purple and allow the chakra to pass from them upon touching another surface, the charka acting like a virus and infecting the enemy body causing lasting mental pain, a single touch can cause pain similar to a deep stab wound along with a searing headache making techniques that require more then 4 seals to require a couple of seconds of pause time between hand seals, prolonged contact longer then 5 seconds causes pain similar to losing a limb and a throbbing migraine making techniques with more then 2 seals require at least 8 seconds of pause time between seals. Contact longer then 15 seconds can cause unconsciousness
-Must be trained in Touch of Evil to use.
-Can't use target limbs for one full turn while Keigoku builds up in them.
-Can't use elemental ninjutsu the same turn as this.
-Lasts 6 turns until chakra disperses and build up is required again.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.

Description: The user, while Skin of Shadows is active channels more Keigoku into two target limbs turning them black (either both hands or both feet) and unleashes 10 powerful strikes deeply infusing the Keigoku into the enemy body. If at least 6 of the blows land unprotected the enemy will be left in immense agony and unable to perform techniques above A rank which require more then 3 seals. If 8 blows land they will be unable to perform techniques above C rank that require any hand seals and if all 10 land they will be left in a temporary coma for 5 turns.
-Must be trained in Touch of Evil to use.
-Can't use target limbs for one full turn after use.
-Can't use elemental ninjutsu the same turn as this.
-Can't use Nekura Techniques above A rank same turn.
-Chakra build up lasts 2 turns before reverting back to previous levels or until used.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.

Description: The user generates a portal in front of their body moments before a physical attack connects with their target allowing their body part to pass through the portal and quickly become coated in Keigoku before striking. A successful blow landed will cause the foe to lose focus and control for 2 seconds and develop a migraine with each following successful attack adding another 2 seconds to the loss of focus and increasing the constant pain in their head.
-Must be trained in Touch of Evil to use.
-Can't use elemental ninjutsu above A rank the same turn as this.
-No other Nekura techniques above A rank the same turn.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.
Additional effects and Restrictions:
-The user must be Sannin Rank or above and have mastered Nekura Techniques for their rank, non-elemental Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to begin learning.
-Masters of this style have slightly better chakra control for Keigoku beyond their level and due to the deep level of connection and control over tailed beast chakra can sense negative emotions in opponents over varying distances.

Black Angel: Utmost master of Touch of Evil, knows all of the techniques within the style and have mastered them to perfection. This person has a tiny oval jewel said to be left behind by the founder of the Nekura Clan that symbolizes their advanced connection with the Juubi which is implanted in the middle of their forehead. Able to sense Negative Emotions Long range away. Control over Keigoku is unparalleled except by the Clan Head of the Nekura.

Demon: Has mastered their training to the point of being able to use up to S rank techniques. Able to sense Negative Emotion Long range away. Control over Keigoku very advanced to one rank higher then normal.

Black Monk: Has advanced in their training to the point of being able to use A rank techniques. Can sense negative emotion Mid range away. Control over Keigoku slightly more advanced then those of the same rank in the clan.

Child of Darkness: Has completed the basic training and can use up to C rank techniques. chakra control slightly increased. Can sense negative emotion at Short range.

Background
Stinger Arts derived from no existing form of martial arts or fighting styles. Instead, it was founded by Scorpio, who is also known as the Desert Stinger. The Stinger Arts was developed by Scorpio after observing a tiny scorpion in the desert. Along time, he began observing Giant Scorpions instead, which do exist in the Narutoverse desert as seen with Giant Centipedes and Giant Birds.

After years of development and practice, Scorpio was capable of utilizing the scorpion-like stinger that he himself had attached to his back. How he does it will be explained in the section below. Co-founder of the Stinger Arts was a man named named -Yusuke-. He was friends with Scorpio and began utilizing Stinger Arts in his own way. Unlike Scorpio, -Yusuke- had no intentions of attaching a metal stinger to his back and instead, he developed his own usage of Stinger Arts and it was through stingers that was placed above the arm and hand (picture above).

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style
Within Stinger Arts, there are two different types of stingers. The ones that are worn on the user's back, directly on the tailbone and the ones worn on the user's hands. Some techniques may be only restricted to one, whereas other techniques might be available for usage for both types of stingers.

Agility plays an important role in Stinger Arts. Unlike real scorpions, most users of Stinger Arts move with incredible stealthy speeds to land lethal blows. Stingers are naturally sharp and can pierce through human skin and flesh. With the incorporation of Stinger Arts, users will be capable of piercing, even through bones, when acquired enough practice and skill. Regarding back stingers, through the manipulation of chakra within those stingers, the user will be capable of moving it around, if needed or wanted to, just like how a normal Scorpion can move their stingers around and jab them into their foe.

Besides this, the techniques under Stinger Arts mainly revolve around creative or not very creative usages of the stinger, along with twists here and there, involving chakra, elemental chakra, art of sealing or acrobatics.

(An Example Of How I Would Incorporate Sealing. I am just giving the concept of this technique, the technique will be made with restrictions placed on it and such) : If you ever watch Bleach, it'll be kind of what Sui Feng does with her shikai, obviously slightly remade. If you haven't, I shall explain my version. Upon having a stinger making contact with an object or human, the user will inject a particular kanji onto the opponent that stays on the enemy for a particular duration of time. Nothing besides the incription of the Kanji onto the object/human will happen to the enemy. The user will then have to stab that exact same spot a second time to cause death (That's the ultimatum of the technique in Bleach). Though, I am kind of thinking tuning it down to paralysis and then unconsciousness.

Description : The user concentrates wind chakra as a layer over his body and stinger, then makes a short, yet swift jump into the in a backwards somersault-manner. As the user is in the air and reaches the desired angle, the user straightens both his body and stinger towards that angle. Using the prepared wind chakra, the user conjures both a burst of wind and a vortex of wind that envelops the user's body. The burst of wind makes it so that it pushes the user's entire body and stinger towards the intended direction, without messing up the user's body and stinger structure. The hurricane surrounds the user's body, taking on the shape of a drill, the tip of the stinger being the sharp tip of the drill. Another comparison could be made with a spinning top. This body of wind also acts as a defense against external attacks. The burst of wind to push the user and vortex happens simultaneously. The drill-like vortex of wind is capable of grinding through earth, imbue with fire, nullify lightning and pierce through water and wind. Following the principles of elements, this vortex will only be able to imbue and go through B-rank and below fire techniques, dissipate upon contact of A-rank fire techniques (S-rank and above earth, wind and water techniques) and get consumed entirely by S-rank and above fire techniques, which in the process, severely burns the user if not dealt with properly. If the user manages to travel at least one range (5 meters) while still retaining the wind vortex around him, the user's body and stinger will still be rotating madly fast, leveling the destructive power of a B-rank technique, even if the wind vortex gets dissipated or consumed in flames.

Description : With this technique, the user is capable of extending and launching the length of his scorpion tail to great extents to land a hit on a target. The user's stinger can be launched at high speeds, taking into consideration also that it's created out of metal, allows it to shatter rocks into pieces and pierce through metal. If need be, the user is capable of altering the direction of his stinger to his or her liking, but it may or may not have effect on it's built-up momentum and speed, based on the course of action executed with the stinger. The stinger can also travel underground for much more stealthy purposes and surprising results or bind around the body of several humans.

Additional effects and Restrictions

- Hand Stingers; users wear retractable hand stinger bracers that allows them to perform Piripirijutsu. The hand stinger is made out of a strong, yet light chakra metal that allows for the infusion of elemental or non-elemental chakra, though, it can't be manipulated by Metal-based Releases. (I might submit my pervious idea of a hand stinger as a technique)

- Strength & Flexibility; users with stingers on their back have the strength and flexibility to avoid having the structure and weight, even if light, of the stingers from burdening them. The flexibility allows for unique movement patterns and tricks to be done. The strength barely applies to anything else besides the ability of the user to carry the back stinger, thus avoid its weight from burdening them.

- Accuracy; masters of Stinger Arts are capable of pinpointing and stabbing certain spots on an opponent's body, even when blind after calibrating and memorizing the opponent's body size, structure and features.

- Rank; there are only two ranks here, master and student. One shall be labelled as master after mastering all the techniques or after being deemed worthy of being at the level of master. Students are those still in training or just not ready yet.

- Any additional effects or restrictions, not stated here, will or shall be within the techniques as they are made.

At the moment, this is the only current idea in mind of how I am going to utilize a Sealing technique along with my stinger.

(Fuuin Piripirijutsu : Dokueki Ejiki) - Sealing Stinger Arts : The Venom's Prey
Type : Offensive / Supplementary

Description : Dokueki Ejiki is a mark-like sealing technique, being able to sealing chakra or energy in its main seal. Stinger Arts Masters first prepare the sealing formula on the surface of their stingers, which wraps around the kanji stating, 'Sasori' which translates to 'Scorpion'. By having made contact with a target surface with the user's marked stinger, a mark generates onto the target's skin, where he has been hit by the stinger. The area of the body, where the mark has been applied to, will immediately begin feeling numb and suffer paralysis. The effects of this technique is very much to that of a scorpion's venom and the mark itself, takes on the appearance of a scorpion. The mark will then proceed on to generating marks of black chains, that spread all over the target's body in quick motion. These chains are not physical, and are just markings produced by the main seal. These chains constantly draw out any type of chakra or energy, such as Natural Energy, from on or within the host body and transfers it over to the main seal. This, in turn, naturally reduces the damage output of chakra or energy-based techniques by 10. The main seal constantly utilizes the stored-up chakra, and much like real venom, spreads. Based on the number of turns that have passed, paralysis and numbness will be experienced in other areas.

Note : Can only be used three times per battle.
Note : Technique decreases the duration of modes by one turn.
Note : No Fuuinjutsu above A-rank to be used in the same turn
Note : It takes one full turn to completely paralyze the target's body.
Note : Technique requires physical contact between the stinger and target.

Many problems here: first the stingers...what are they? Weapons, implants done in the hospital, organic alterations to your body? The only way this can work is if you have a CW that somehow has these stingers. Otherwise, stingers aren't a normal, basic regular weapon so its not something you can make without making the weapon first. And the fact that scorpions exist in narutoverse doesn't change that stingers aren't a weapon seen so far apart from the puppet version used by Sasori.

Blow Dart Combat | Dageki Shuriken Konbatto

Background:

This form of weapon was used by very few ninja but was greatly spanned upon by the female ninja of which her name is still unknown. Her teachings were found and the use of this secret art expanded to impressive potential.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

The bare basics of this weapon use is mainly with a blowgun or Fukiya. Normally the user would insert a dart, needle, or other small sharp device and blow it out one end to hit a target. Pretty basic and simple.

The way this will work in RP is basically the same but by utilizing the things I've seen so this will work with ease.

In the naruto-verse we has seen how characters are able to literally use weapons from their mouths. Shizune (Tsunades secretary) was able to spit out senbon needles from her mouth and Orochimaru was able to keep the sword in his body and expel it from his mouth. Basically it's possible for a ninja to have weapons in their body wit no harm to them. So I plan on using that ability to work with the blowgun.

Mastering this concept of combat with a weapon will allow them to expel the projectile from their mouth rather then loading it and so on. Certain techniques will come of this concept that will be explained in my examples but it theory it would be a type of ninjutsu such as using a bow&arrow or TenTen's special abilities.

The device will not be the normal very long gun, it will be much shorter, slightly long then a flute. It allows for more flexibility but when used this blowgun would naturally be infused with their chakra which allows it the power of accurateness and strength.

However it doesn't have the large range ability as a bow but it does allow much faster rate of fire.

The very special thing about this jutsu is that the user can direct the original 3 senbons/needles like a homing missle and re-direct them at will with simple hand gestures.

I don't need the 20 senbons limit. For me doesn't make much sense nor is it a restriction needed in my eyes. Now, again, like I said, this needs to be something more than simply shooting senbons from your mouth. That is something you can alredy submit in normal customs. Its basic Ninjutsu. You need to explain how this becomes a CFS. How is this unique when it comes to CQC or Weapon combat?

Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps)

Type:
Taijutsu

Background:
There was a time when taijutsu masters, experts and practioners dominated the world of ninja. Their unique and fluid way of fighting using their hands, legs and body as a whole made it extremely difficult to predict their movements. This dominance was short-lived because in due time, more ninjas sprang up with unique abilities. Some were able to teleport, effortlessly dodging taijutsu attacks while some possessed special eyes with which they could slow down what they see, making it very easy to block or dodge taijutsu attacks. These new developments greatly weakened taijutsu users as some of them could not perform ninjutsu but those who did were nothing compared to the new powers possessed by other ninjas.
Taijutsu masters managed to in a sense, evolve. They developed a way of enhancing their speed and strength to match and exceed that of other ninjas. They called it the Eight Inner Gates. It gave them tremendous speed and strength with each gate they open, making them almost invincible. But it had a grave disadvantage. The more gates they open, the more their lifespan is shortened and opening the last gate results in death of the user. This development made the EIG fighting style forbidden. Thus, it was practicable by only taijutsu masters and no one else. This left the remaining taijutsu users vulnerable to other ninja. They thus began to research on ways to get strength or speed but in the least detrimental ways possible. They researched on various ninja abilities including that of taijutsu masters. The 8IG fighting style required enormous chakra and also generated lots of noise. After much research and experiments, they came up with a style or method of increasing their speed by using footwork hence generating less noise and making their movements swift and less destructive. They called it Shunpo.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
Shunpo is a movement technique, which allows the user to move faster than the normal eye can follow. The focal point which determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique, the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who have not used it for an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded in a shorter amount of time.

Shunpo Masters
Shunpo masters are capable of maintaining high speed movements for extended periods of time while using the least amount of steps to achieve those movements. Masters are capable of using advanced steps, which are considerably harder to initiate. A master's shunpo can be tracked by 3T sharingan and above.

Experts of the technique are considerably fast, and can maintain high speed movements for extended periods of time. While not as fast as a master, they can keep up quite effectively. Some holding the title are faster than others, but, nonetheless, their application of the technique is highly advanced. An expert's shunpo can be tracked by 2T sharingan and above.

Shunpo Practicioners
Practitioners of the technique can maintain fast movements for a short period of time, by seemingly taking only a few steps to bridge what would normally be a large distance. Those who are practitioners commonly use their knowledge of Shunpo while engaging in combat to close the space between combatants. Practitioners who maintain these high speeds for too long tend to become winded. A practioner's shunpo can be tracked by 1T sharingan and above.

The agility and speed of Shunpo can be enhanced and
improved through concentration, training, and mastery of it.

Description: This technique creates clones of the user at once using Shunpo. The user leaps from one place to another and back with extreme speed, making it seem as though the user is in all those places at once. Hence they will appear to opponents without doujutsu as clones. While they are indistinguishable from the user's true self and mimic their movements, they do not seem to last long as the user, depending on their rank as a Shunpo user looses strength with time.
-Master_It counts as S rank and can last for 3 turns.
-Expert_It counts as A rank and can last for 2 turns.
-Practioner_It counts as B rank and can last for just 1 turn.
-User must wait 1 turn before each use.
-When attacking, the user's speed is slightly reduced.
-With the exception of taijutsu and kenjutsu, the user cannot perform any jutsu while using this.

Background:
Finger Snapping is used dominantly for musical/instrument usage. Ninjas developed Ways back that it is indeed able to use jutsus using their hands, as such they do with their mouths, body, and even external sources (Water, Earth). An Elite Ninja Then Learned how to use their chakra through their fingers for more than Instrument usage and slightly faster then jutsus that is used out the hand concerning handseals. By this the Ninja created their own custom fighting style after training, and brainstorming for 2 years exact. Able to emit elements through the snap of a finger. The Ninja was not known and wanted the Fighting Style to be known. So he passed it on to A Well Known Elite Ninja Name Teno.. Where Teno Named it Snap Arts

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This Style Is a very simple Fighting Style. The user simply channels an Element into their hands, where they channel it from their hands into their individual fingers. By the snapping of the fingers in any direction, An element that was charged before the snap will be released in that direction with incredible speed (Barley Visible to the human eye, but nonetheless it is visible just enough to counter in a spliff within reason) . In Short, By the snapping of fingers, Elemental Charges are released, and in Some cases can be used as pinpoint Aiming (Only Within Short Range) Ex. I will snap my fingers in the direction of your hands, The elemental charge will then be released towards your hands.

The Way of the Voice| Onsei Do
Type:Other
Background: The way of the voice was first discovered by the Greybeards. The Greybeards are a group of old men that spend almost all their lives studying the Way of the voice. They mastered and created the words of power. These words of power were seen as a most powerful and absolute force from the gods. The way of the Voice focused around the Thu'um or shout. The shout comes from ones inner voice and being. By applying chakra into it, they were able to harness the effects of the Thu'um and use it for their ability. The Greybeards are located on the highest mountain in the world that has been named The Throat of the world. One man was able to climb the 7000 thousands steps up to High Hrothgar and learn from the Greybeards. After acquiring, this new style of fighting he perfected it and found a way to use the voice in conjunction with Taijutsu which added an entire new subdivision to the art.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

- Words of Power ( words replace handseals etc allows for capability with samurai)

The Way of the Voice is focused around the "Words of Power". These words of power allow the use of the "shouts". Another word for a "Shout" Is a Thu'um. There are several words of power that access the shouts. The first would be Fus Ro Dah. Each word carries a meaning behind it. Fus means Force, Ro means Balance, and Dah means Push. These words put together grant the user access to the technique known as "Unrelenting Force"(This will be made into a technique). By saying these words, they replace the need for handseals to use this technique.

Each Shout has different words associated with it.

- The Shouts themselves

With this style there will be many different shouts associated with the style. Examples of these shouts are: Clear Skies, Whirlwind Sprint, Unrelenting Force, Become Ethereal, Aura Whisper, Disarm. (all of the shouts will be made into a separate technique)

- Explain how the shouts have nothing to do with sound release

Despite using ones vocal cords to use this style, it is in no way associated with sound release. This is supported by the fact that none of the techniques associated with the use of sound to cause their damage. The chakra is what causes the damage or the supplementary effect.

- Shouts can be used in conjunction with taijutsu. ( Unrelenting Fist etc)

These shouts can be used in conjunction with taijutsu. Giving the entire style a sub element of taijutsu to be used in battle. By using the same words of power and the vocal cord usage, the user instead internally says the words by closing their mouths and using their vocal cords to "hum" the words. By moving the shout throughout the rest of their body, they can use the shout in a form of taijutsu. For example, Whirlwind sprint's words of power are Wuld(Whirlwind), Nah(fury), Kest(tempest) by internally saying theses words the user can move the power of Whirlwind Sprint into their fist. So when the user of the style punches, Whirlwind Sprint will be released from their fist(or any other limb). The effect of the whirlwind sprint will be the same as it would be if it were shouted out, But the effects would be applied to the fist only. The theoretical power of whirlwind sprint is to boost the user forward in a burst of speed for a short amount of time for a short distance. When applied to the fist or body part, that body part will accelerate in speed and hit the opponent dead on for serious damage.

Usage Example: By applying Whirlwind Sprint into my fist, The punch accelerates its speed tremendously to hit the opponent in the face sending him flying back.

What happened: The effect of whirlwind sprint affected that limb that it was focused in. Hence accelerating the speed of the punch for a matter 1 to 2 seconds. Reducing the travel time for the punch by a significant amount.

However, not all shouts have a taijutsu variant.

Description: The user focuses chakra into their throat and concentrates on the enemy. A deep breathe is taken in from the nose and is moved all the way to the diaphragm. When the diaphragm is full of air the user shouts out the words " Fus Ro Dah!". As the last word, Dah, is said a large blast of charka is released from the user's mouth. The gust of charka is like a large unrelenting gust of wind that pushes the enemy and any other material away from them violently. Once the technique is performed it sounds like a large impact or explosion that can be heard from quite a distance away. Like other Way of the Voice techniques, The gust of chakra can be applied to a body part for the usage of taijutsu. For taijutsu purposes, for example, Unrelenting force can be channeled into the leg of the user. Once the kick is released, a large gust of chakra is released that replicates how it would be used if it was done from the mouth.

Description: By the user saying Lok Vah Koor(Sky, Spring, Summer), the user inhales deeply with their breath they add chakra to it and shout out the three words of power. The effect of this shout is to clear the skies of any clouds or mists in the air. This actively gets rid of them. For example this technique could be used to clear the cloud formation for Kirin. It can also stop the hidden in the mist jutsu, as well as other techniques like it. The other practical use for it is to stop rain by disapating the rain clouds. Just like unrelenting force this technique is released as a strong "wind" of chakra even though it has nothinng to due with the Fuuton element. The force of the chakra is meant to get rid of fog and other extremeties that might give an opponent the upper hand.

(Ya Ame) – Arrow Rain

Description: The user focuses chakra into the vocal cords and inhales deeply. The user shouts out the words "Ronaaz, Strun, Fel" which means "Arrow, Storm, Feral". This particular shout is shouted into the sky. The user manipulates the chakra in the air due to releasing of the shout and shapes each section of chakra individually. The mass of chakra starts to take the shape of hundreds if not thousands of arrows made of pure chakra. The arrows descend upon the battlefield striking and piercing everything it hits. This jutsu can be shouted out at an angle so it can "rain" arrows for a specific target and this would make the user safe from getting hit by his/her own arrows.
Note: Can be used 2 times per battle

Taijiquan Youshiki - Naiteki Yasuragi | T'ai chi ch'uan Style - The Inner Peace

Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/NinTaijutsu

Background: T'ai chi ch'uan or Tai-chi is a type of internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Its hard and soft martial art technique, demonstration competitions, and longevity. Some of t'ai chi ch'uan's are especially known for being practiced at what most people categorize as slow movements. The term "T'ai chi ch'uan" translates as "supreme ultimate fist", "boundless fist", or "great extremes boxing".

Where as Inner peace (or peace of mind) refers to a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace, with enough knowledge and understanding to keep oneself strong in the face of discord or stress.
In the words of Master Shifu, it is the ability to "harness the flow of the universe", enabling one to do the seemingly impossible. Shifu also indicates that inner peace must be achieved, which is possible through many various ways.

When using tai chi style after unlocking Inner Peace, using his immense concentration power, user can lay his hand on incoming projectile and redirect its path. The same can be done with an incoming hit.

The concept of inner peace was created along with Kung Fu by Master Oogway centuries ago. Through meditation, the power of inner peace was shown when Oogway's senses were heightened immeasurably (for example he could hear a butterfly's wing beat). Inner peace thus became one of Oogway's final teachings, according to Shifu, and every Kung Fu master was required to learn this concept in their own way (such as meditating in a cave for fifty years while fasting, or suffering through extreme emotional pain). This final teaching apparently comes in the form of catching a water drop and redirecting it into a pool or the ground without breaking it.

Shifu shows new abilities acquired through the power of inner peace. He can do seemingly impossible things, like using tai chi movements to catch a drop of water and redirect its movement without breaking it. Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The base of this fighting style is self-defense and that is done by unlocking Inner Peace first and then using tai chi movements to "stick" their limb, either while fighting in hand-to-hand combat, to the opponent's limb for, most of the times to defend and some times to attack, or to redirect projectiles. User can however use some Ninjutsu/Nintaijutsu techniques based on tai-chi and/or Inner Peace.

T'ai chi ch'uan training involves five elements, taolu (solo hand and weapons routines/forms), neigong & qigong (breathing, movement and awareness exercises and meditation), tuishou (response drills) and sanshou (self defence techniques). While t'ai chi ch'uan is typified by some for its slow movements, many t'ai chi styles have secondary forms of a faster pace.
T'ai chi ch'uan is the study of appropriate change in response to outside forces, the study of yielding and "sticking" to an incoming attack rather than attempting to meet it with opposing force. Using this in hand-to-hand combat, user can redirect (in rare cases) the attacking limb or let it "slip" through him, after "sticking" his limb to the incoming attack(limb) and then with little force he can do the above mentioned things, while keeping the momentum of the attack same and some times different. The use of t'ai chi ch'uan as a martial art is quite challenging and requires a great deal of training. Sometimes, in these situations he can cover his hands in chakra in order to make the attacking limb slip through ease and then attack the opponent when there is opportunity.

After Taijutsu Masters finds Inner Peace, they are able to do the seemingly impossible things. They now can hear slightest of noises, like wing beat of butterfly. They can balance themselves on a thin stick for years, not only proving their balancing but also concentration capability. Using tai-chi movements they can catch a rain drop and then redirect it into the pool or ground without breaking the drop. This does not helps them to play with water drops, but they can do the same with cannon balls and other projectiles, like elemental (or not) balls. This is done when a projectile ball like fireball comes towards the user, he can then change the path of that fireball using their tai chi movements to redirect and with perfect concentration, not only defending from the fireball but also using the same ball to redirect on its way back, attacking the original user of the fireball if needed (see the gfx below to get the exact idea). This is done, when the user has trained for years for learning tai-chi, and using his hands and fists to attack burning trees, lift extremely heavy weights, attacking ice hills etc. which makes his body used to the different environment and temperatures and pushes his fists to their maximum limit and makes them quite resilient, not enough to give extra damage while attacking but enough to easily endure the heat or any other effect of the projectile. Obviously there is a limit upto which he can control the projectile, that can't be done on projectiles which produces additional extra effects, like explosion, upon opponent making handseal or most of weapons, especially small ones. User must cover his hands and if required then other body parts in any dense/condensed chakra in order to not get damage from the incoming projectile while he makes direct contact with it in order to redirect it.

Description: This technique allows the user to redirect the path of an incoming projectile-ball like fireball or waterball etc. When a projectile comes towards him, user covers his hand and if required then any other body part in chakra and by using his tai chi movements he lays his hand on the projectile (much like sticking his hand on it for a sec or two) while not applying any force on that projectile (neither stopping the ball, nor changing its velocity in any way) and revolves it fluently around his body one time and while the ball revolves, user releases the ball, either back at the opponent or at another location with same velocity.
Note: -Works on B-rank and below projectile-balls only.

Description: This technique allows the user to redirect the path of an incoming hand or leg hit. Most of the times, the hit is not redirected back at the opponent but is made to slip through the user by a few inches by changing the path of incoming hit, by enough distance for user to dodge the hit. This is done by user keeping high focus on enemy's attacking limb and when it reaches in point-blank range of user, user using his tai chi movements, flows his hand over that limb and with tiny-force user allows that limb to pass by user by a few inches.
Note: -Can only be done on simple taijutsu techniques, not on all, like many techniques can't be dealt using this technique, like "Peregrine Falcon Drop".

Additional effects
-Masters of this style have "Perfect Inner Peace".
-Masters of this style have senses heightened immeasurably (no where near to Inuzuka or any Dojutsu).
-Masters of this style have resilient limbs and body used to extreme temperatures which helps them to withstand any sort of projectile effect (heat, coldness etc) as long as user body don't comes in direct contact with it unless covered in chakra. This allows them to easily redirect projectile(s) while taking less to no damage from the said projectile.

Restrictions
-The heightened senses are no where near to Inuzuka or any Dojutsu.
-The resilient limbs does no extra damage when attacking or any other time. And body used to different temperatures 'does not' help the user to take less damage from a technique with which (if) user gets hit.
-User cannot redirect most of the ninja tools like sharp and small weapons and weapons of irregular form like kunai, shuriken etc (regular form includes spheres, cubes, etc)
-One must be taijutsu master (excluding NB tai) in order to learn this style. And learn Ninjutsu in order to focus chakra, when required.

Note: My original idea was to create Inner Peace as a CFS and use redirecting ability on projectiles and in taijutsu fights, along with attacks too. But then, acc to kungfupanda wikia, the whole idea is based on tai-chi movements, even while Po redirects the cannon balls, or Po/Shifu catches the water drop and redirect it in ground/pool. So I had to add the tai-chi part and hence I explained it in a little detail. And thats the reason I had deleted my previous post of Inner Peace CFS which was made like 20 submissions before. (so that I could edit my CFS heavily and since I was about to lose my editing power due to time-period)

Three major problems here. One, this isn't a CFS, it's just a mode that grants passive taijutsu ability. The only saving grace that you have that allows this to borderline on a CFS is the redirecting ability. Which leads to the second problem, redirecting projectiles can be done fairly easily with normal taijutsu or ninjutsu customs; a CFS is unnecessary for what you're trying to do. Third, some of the abilities that you slip in here are ridiculous. All of your senses are heightened and your hearing on the level of hearing a butterfly's wings flap? And "do the seemingly impossible things" and having senses heightened "immeasurably" is just vague enough to give you tons of different powerups.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The base of this fighting style is self-defense and that is done by unlocking Inner Peace first and then using tai chi movements to "stick" their limb, either while fighting in hand-to-hand combat, to the opponent's limb for, most of the times to defend and some times to attack, or to redirect projectiles. User can however use some Ninjutsu/Nintaijutsu techniques based on tai-chi and/or Inner Peace.

T'ai chi ch'uan training involves five elements, taolu (solo hand and weapons routines/forms), neigong & qigong (breathing, movement and awareness exercises and meditation), tuishou (response drills) and sanshou (self defence techniques). While t'ai chi ch'uan is typified by some for its slow movements, many t'ai chi styles have secondary forms of a faster pace.
T'ai chi ch'uan is the study of appropriate change in response to outside forces, the study of yielding and "sticking" to an incoming attack rather than attempting to meet it with opposing force. Using this in hand-to-hand combat, user can redirect (in rare cases) the attacking limb or let it "slip" by few centimetres/inches, after "sticking" his limb to the incoming attack(limb) and then with little force he can do the above mentioned things, while keeping the momentum of the attack same and some times different. The use of t'ai chi ch'uan as a martial art is quite challenging and requires a great deal of training. Sometimes, in these situations he can cover his hands in chakra in order to make the attacking limb slip through ease and then attack the opponent when there is opportunity.

After Taijutsu Masters finds Inner Peace, they can balance themselves on a thin stick for years, not only proving their balancing but also concentration capability. Using tai-chi movements they can catch a rain drop and then redirect it into the pool or ground without breaking the drop. This does not helps them to play with water drops, but they can do the same with cannon balls and other projectiles, like elemental (or not) balls. This is done when a projectile ball like fireball comes towards the user, he can then change the path of that fireball using their tai chi movements to redirect and with perfect concentration, not only defending from the fireball but also using the same ball to redirect on its way back, attacking the original user of the fireball if needed (see the gfx below to get the exact idea). This is done, when the user has trained for years for learning tai-chi, and using his hands and fists to attack burning trees, lift extremely heavy weights, attacking ice hills etc. which makes his body used to the different environment and temperatures and pushes his fists to their maximum limit and makes them quite resilient, not enough to give extra damage while attacking but enough to easily endure the heat or any other effect of the projectile. Obviously there is a limit upto which he can control the projectile, that can't be done on projectiles which produces additional extra effects, like explosion, upon opponent making handseal or most of weapons, especially small ones. User must cover his hands and if required then other body parts in any dense/condensed chakra in order to not get damage from the incoming projectile while he makes direct contact with it in order to redirect it.

Description: This technique allows the user to redirect the path of an incoming projectile like fireball or waterball etc. When a projectile comes towards him, user covers his hand and if required then any other body part in chakra and by using his tai chi movements he lays his hand on the projectile (much like sticking his hand on it for a sec or two) while not applying any force on that projectile (neither stopping the ball, nor changing its velocity in any way) and revolves it fluently around his body one time and while the ball revolves, user releases the ball, either back at the opponent or at another location with same velocity.

Description: This technique allows the user to redirect the path of an incoming hand or leg hit. Most of the times, the hit is not redirected back at the opponent but is made to slip through the user by a few inches by changing the path of incoming hit, by enough distance for user to dodge the hit. This is done by user keeping high focus on enemy's attacking limb and when it reaches in point-blank range of user, user using his tai chi movements flows his hand over that limb and with tiny-force user allows that limb to pass by user by a few inches.
Note: -Can only be done on simple taijutsu techniques, not on all, like many techniques can't be dealt using this technique, like "Peregrine Falcon Drop".

Description: When the enemy launches a hit, be it a punch, kick, fist attack or anything else, user using his quick reflexes lays his hand on the said limb and applies force to slip that limb through user by a few inches, by enough distance for user to dodge the hit. And not letting go of that limb, user also pulls him back, and with the momentum already attained by the enemy, it makes it easy for the user in pulling him behind. While pulling him back user gives a 360* kick right at the back of the neck.
Note: -This technique works best on combos, like 5 punches and kicks in a row, as user would stop the first hit and hence ending the combo right there.

Description: This technique is used against the kenjutsu users. When the opponent tries to slash the user with his sword, user quickly start taking the back flip with the perfect timing as when the sword comes directly above him, he quickly grabs the sword using his both legs and with the completing of the flip, user throws it backwards, hence not dealing with the opposing force but sticking his legs on the sword to throw it backwards.
Note: -Cannot be used against the kenjutsu techs which shoots wide range ninjutsu attacks.

Additional effects
-Masters of this style have "Perfect Inner Peace".
-Masters of this style have resilient limbs and body used to extreme temperatures which helps them to withstand any sort of projectile effect (heat, coldness etc) as long as user body don't comes in direct contact with it unless covered in chakra. This allows them to easily redirect projectile(s) while taking less to no damage from the said projectile.
-Masters of this style have enough strength to redirect even the heaviest of projectiles.

Restrictions
-The resilient limbs do no extra damage when attacking or any other time. And body used to endure different temperatures 'does not' help the user to take less damage from a technique with which (if) user gets hit.
-User cannot redirect most of the ninja tools like sharp and small weapons and weapons of irregular form like kunai, shuriken etc (regular form includes spheres, cubes, etc)
-Ability to redirect heavy projectiles doesn't grant the user ability to lift or hold them even for few seconds.
-One must be taijutsu master (excluding NB tai) in order to learn this style. And learn Ninjutsu in order to focus chakra, when required.

Type: NinGenKenjutsu
Background: Magirawashī kenbu started out as a dual sword ninkenjutsu style made by a Master Swordsman named Vitaly. Vitaly's fighting style was known for it's twirling elliptical duel sword slashing techniques called Kidō, meaning "Orbit". He was also a remarkable blacksmith, who's best creation was the special duel scimitars he wield, called the Yubiwa meaning "Rings". He taught his students his styles philosophy which was, to move in battle like a planet, and treat your swords as the rings that surround it. Meaning, in battle your body should keep its main course of action no matter the situation, while your swords protect and strike from all around your body.
The students of this style mainly wield their basic duel scimitars at a downward angle with its back facing the users forearm, while positioning one sword diagonally over the front, and the other diagonally over the back. That is the proper form to use Kidō.
Only a few people of this style can utilize its second abilities, and those few are the ones chosen by the Vitaly. Once he sees a that a student has mastered his ninkenjutsu style, he forges them their own version of the Yubiwa based on their personality, and then teaches them unique abilities the Yubiwa brings to his style. All Yubiwa are odd in shape with a few holes throughout their blades. The added abilities comes from the three unique sounds they make, only when they are clash against each other, which allows the user to cast a genjutsu using the sound as a medium. Vitaly was able to create three genjutsu that aid his style, evolving it, making Magirawashī Kenbu complete.

The free form abilities of this style allows the user to near instantly rotate their sword in either hand in order to strike their opponent at different angles making their movements seem unpredictable. (If their sword was pointing down, they can rotate it upwards, left, or right.) The goal in battle is for the user to constantly move forwards while attacking the opponent with rapidly strikes with both swords, alternating between strikes, leaving the opponent with limited time to react while. These constant strikes are accompanied by irregular foot work that wouldn't be utilized by regular kenjutsu users. Kenjutsu users usually take on a solid stance, while Magirawashī kenbu users constantly change their body stances to support their erratic strikes. They change from wide stances, to lowered positions, to swaying, to short jumps in the air, and most of all, high speed twirls. This is what makes the fighting style resemble a wild form of dance.

With the constant momentum the elliptical chakra blade will cut straight through the opponent's body.
Gyaku(Reverse)
This Genjutsu is launched by the whistling sound of both swords being spun in the users hands. This Genjutsu works by using the users chakra to affect the visual cortex of the brain, tampering with the opponents process of visual detail, making them see all leg movements of the caster in reverse. If the caster moves forwards the opponent sees it as a backwards movement or if the opponent moves left, they see it as a rightward movement. Even though the opponent doesn't see the user correctly, the user still has to stay in the opponents eyesight or else the visual image will waver, giving the opponent hints of foul play.

(Magirawashī kenbu: Gyaku Saikuron) Misleading Sword Dance: Reverse Cyclone

Description: The user spins both swords in his hands, creating a whistling sound that is used as a medium to trigger a genjutsu, making the opponent perceive the caster's leg movements in reverse. The user then charges at the opponent while holding his swords in a position where the back of his swords are against his forearms and his arms at a 90 degree angle with one blade held to the front, and the other blade held to the back. Once in range the user will bend his knees, launch a diagonal hip to shoulder strike with one sword, while rising in a twirling fashion, then finally hitting the opponent with a second strike in the same spot with the second sword as the user finishes their twirl. The opponent will perceive it as the user running backwards and then attempting to strike the air.
Zanzō(Afterimage)
This Genjutsu is launched by the high pitch slight resonating sound of both swords being hit against each other, sword side to sword side, twice. This Genjutsu works by using the users chakra to affect the photo receptor cells of the eye, momentarily cutting their uses off, making the last image the opponent sees and processes of the caster stick in their brain. This causes the opponent to see a 2 second afterimage of the user.

(Magirawashī kenbu: Zanzō Mōkō) Misleading Sword Dance: Afterimage Onslaught

It needs to be simpler and still cover the main things instead of having sentences that are exploitable and can lead this to abuse (which will lead me to DNR it) like "The basic abilities of this style allows the user to near instantly change the position of their sword in either hand in order to strike their opponent with a constant barrage of sword attacks at different angles making their movements seem unpredictable." The Genjutsu part is over the top and doesn't suit the CFS. Also, you cannot claim such a high level of speed and unpredictability... By having that in the level you describe make its unapprovable.

Shi no butō(Dance of Death)
Type:Kentaijutsu
Background: Being from the Sound village Tira was one of Orochimaru's finest prospects yet he left her unsullied by the curse mark and instead honed the sadistic nature she already possessed. In her training with Lord Orochimaru she began to experiment with her Eiserne Drossel, a hoop blade that Orochimaru specially made for her use. Utilizing both the offensive and defensive properties of such a weapon she developed the Dance of Death using her blade like a sado-masochist's dream hoola hoop.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The main jutsu is based on the childrens toy the hoola hoop which applies the cyntrephical force applied by ones hips and the multiple angles and limbs one can use such a force. It also incorporates a combination of offence and defense making it very difficult for the opponent to hit her with being parried or hit by the outer ring which is covered in three hooked feather shaped blades. Projectile attacks are also apart of the Dance of Death as well as high speed locomotion when the user wraps themselves into a ball and essentially rolls toward their opponent (like Sonic the hedgehog). Because of her grasp of gymnastics and almost beyond human flexibility she is able to manipulate the blades using her torqued body. Because the blade is made out of the chakra blade metal she can apply any of the five basic elements to the outer edge of the blade making it even more difficult for opponents to engage her in close range combat. Because she is of the Fuma clan of the Land of Sound she is highly adept with chakra strings and uses them to her advantage when utilizing Eiserne Drossel and incorporating chakra string manipulation with her Dance of Death fighting style.
