Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Density is a measurement, and is loosely defined as its weight per unit volume. But it would be better described as the mass of an object per its unit of volume. Density is more of a representation of an object and all objects are bound under the scientific rules and all objects have density. Air is no exception, despite being commonly referred to as intangible. Just how deep sea air pressure can crush an opponent, Dense Air can do the same thing and can also be condensed into attacks. This element simply manipulates per-existing air which is present everywhere except in Vacuum's.
How it works: Density Release takes on the principles of the measurement but expands on that idea of what density is. It is the weight, mass, and volume of an object. It can be changed with variables such as temperature and pressure. Even things such as air have density, and this is what the element revolves upon. The concept of Density is adapted to become an element. The change of density in the air, manipulating the air to the extreme degree. The control of Density also gives a control over shape and weight of any given object, in this case the air. When applied to air the shape can be altered to form dense construct with the use of Mitsudo. The user can take this a step further, going as far as to changed the density in the air within specific spots, causing large amounts of pressure to build up and possibly crush an opponent or parts of an opponent. Supreme control of the Air itself is an extremely powerful power and with extremely powerful power comes extreme responsibility e.e

Is weak to: Fire: Fire is fueled by oxygen and ignites the oxygen in the air of the Dense Air giving it an advantage. In some cases it can increase the power of a fire technique but only in certain cases.
Wind: Wind, while very similair to air, carries cutting properties which are strong enough to break through the defense of the dense air.
Steel/Hard Metals: Steel and other metals are very hard and are a great defense, allowing them to counter the effects of the Dense Air
Vacuum's: No air is present in a Vacuum
Is strong against: Lightning/Storm: The air is able to neutralize the lightning in these elements much like wind
Water: Water is very weak and can easily be overpowered by the sheer power of the Dense air
Scorch\Gaseous Elements: Gaseous elements and things such as Scorch have little to no effect on the Dense Air

✗ Declined: Because I simply don't see any point in this element. Fact is that you only go about 'density' and that the 'air' is nothing more than some kind of a side product. Following that argumentation, you can use almost anything as long as you give it enough density. In the end it's just the normal wind element, which already has density. The only difference is that it's dynamic, when yours would be static. I mean you can already make 'solid' object with the wind element, for instance Danzou created a solid wind sword. So inherently I don't see any particular difference between this and normal wind. Not to mention the amount of air you would need to even have such a solidity, would be huge, which also brings up the problem as how dense it is because, as I said, air already has density. You just increased it to something random and then assumed most of its characteristics.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): This element is based on Density, a measurement, precisely the mass of an object per its unit of volume. Density is not anything that physically exists, its merely a representation of an objects mass and volume. It is also affiliated with the weight of an object. By combining Wind and Earth chakra the user is able to control this Density, the pressure from the wind and the hard and denseness that Earth can inflict on an object, allowing it to compact or compress said object. Density can only be used on existing objects and/or elements. Density can be used on the anything that has density, even the air itself.
How it works: Density Release is physically changing the density of existing elements or objects and using that to either stop attacks, attack directly or indirectly, and defend. When density is used it changes the targets state, condensing it and solidifying it, in most cases this increases the defense of the object. This can be used with earth or any other solids and with chakra control they can be moved to serve as defenses. Density though needs a large amount of the substance attempted to be affected, an entire lake may be needed for some density techniques that are only the size of that of a family pool. Objects that are affected by density and used to attack, using the wind and earth chakra that makes up density once can blast an object forward at high speeds with great power. The density from one object to another can also be transferred. So if a rock affected by density was blasted forward to hit lets say, a huge stone dragon, the power of the rock and the density being transferred to it would crush the dragon against itself with density and crack it due to the impact. It would end up in small pieces of shattered rock. Density, when it is applied, happens quite irregularly. Normally a spatial distortion is seen around the targeted substance due to the rapid refraction and bending of light around in the process of changing the substance. The process of changing density causes a sudden change in the substance, so the process is harmful to that of the substance particularly when applied directly on humans, it can inwardly crush the limbs and body of the opponent, crushing the body against itself that can cause irreparable damage.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Storm Release : Laser Circus is the first example of lasers that are actually in the Narutoverse, just with a water properties instead of a fire affect. Laser takes on the look of lightning a lot, though just with a different effect as explained below, and these effects all exist in the manga (fire, cutting power, explosion etc.) and are two elements combined together to create one, which have also been shown before.

They can easily be created with some focused light too, it is just lightning is used instead as a medium for the light with fire (which also produces light) it just has different effects from regular light because of the chakra that has been combined together to create these lasers.

How it Works:
The Lasers look a bit like lightning but they are straight and not rough and zig-zag looking, the lasers need some concentration and chakra concentration to produce when bring the lightning and fire elements together, it takes the beam looks, cutting power of the lightning and burning, wild part of the fire and brings them together to create a Laser Chakra. The Laser beams look red which is the effect made by the fire chakra when molded together with the lightning chakra, creating red beams instead of the usual yellow/blue lightning colour.

Lasers can only be created as cylindrical beams that travel only in a straight line, though the upside is that they can be quite thick and are very fast when they are released, making it hard at short range to defend against their speed, multiple can be made also. The Lasers have great cutting power and can easily cut through objects creating holes through these objects or when moved a certain way can chop these objects in half, it can cut through people quite easily too. Lasers also have another effect and once they have cut through a target it will leaves burn marks and also set the target alight, so that means flames will be produced as an after effect from the lasers coming into contact with things.

Lasers can also create another effect when they come into contact with a target, usually hand seals are needed for this effected as it is focused, when the laser hits its target or something moves into the laser it will release an explosion of fire than can cause great damage and can also be used to defend against jutsu. Lasers also cause a great deal of pain to living targets and can be great for interrupting and breaking the opponent's concentration, though there are also lasers which are very thin and weak which are also very hard to see nearly invisible and it is used to help sense an opponent when they come into contact with the lasers and deal no damage.

It can also be used with shuriken of all sizes, creating laser beams that extend from all four of the points up to a meter long, this is the distance fighter. These lasers will cut through any kind of material to reach it's target and will also set them on fire.

Earth - It can easily cut through this element with not problems, it is also ignited and can be easily blown up. Lasers are Doubly stronger than Earth.

Steel and Ice - Can easily cut through these elements, but steel is a lot stronger than earth and Ice is a cold element, so they have some fight to put up against lasers.

Neutral to :

Wind - They would go through each other and neither would carry any effects against one another.

Fire - Fire would prematurely make a laser explode if it has that effect, other lasers would just be neutralized.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
A human in the Narutoverse needs the same substances in their body to stay a live as the people in the real life. One of those substances is iodine. Iodine is essential to life in trace amounts. Plants do not need iodine, but humans require it for the production of thyroid hormones that regulate the metabolic energy of the body and set the basal metabolic rate. The human body contains a small amount of iodine, a small percentage of this is in the muscles, and 20% is in the thyroid.

The life from ocean waters provides the best source of iodine. Fish, shellfish, and sea vegetables (seaweed) are dependably rich sources. Cod, sea bass, haddock, and perch are a few examples of iodine-rich sea animals consumed by humans; kelp is the most common, high-iodine sea vegetable. Kelp in particular is rich in other minerals and low in sodium and thus is a good seasoning substitute for salt.
So it means that iodine has to exist in the Narutoverse.

How it works:
Using chakra, the user can extract iodine particles either out of earth, out of the wind, the water and in some cases even out of the human body. After the particles have been extracted the user heats it up with their fire chakra so that it’ll behave as a gas, and then when infusing chakra into the gas, it can be controlled in the manner of wind release, and maintain it as a gas. Iodine gas can be created as well, by fusing fire, wind and earth/water chakra, and could be released from the user’s body. Iodine is usually solid at a room temperature, it is a heavy, grayish-black, metallic-looking material. When heated it does not melt, but it turns immediately into gas. The resulting iodine vapor has a violet color and a harsh odor. The iodine could only be controlled by the user if it’s in a gas state, it does not mean the iodine gas can never turn into solid iodine, but if it becomes solid iodine it can simply not be manipulated by the user. The user could simply stop heating up the iodine, and cause it to turn into non-manipulate-able solid iodine, as iodine is usually solid at a room temperature. However the solid iodine could always turn into a gas again. The user could simply turn the solid iodine into a gas, and manipulate it again, and the solid iodine won’t be there anymore, so solid iodine could be manipulated into a gas, but it’s just that if it occurs to be in a solid state, the user can’t manipulate it like i.e. earth release.

Elemental iodine is toxic if taken orally. The lethal dose for an adult human is 30 mg/kg, which is about 2.1–2.4 grams. Inhalation of iodine vapour leads to excessive flow of tears, tightness in the chest, sore throat and headache. Elemental iodine is also a skin irritant, and direct contact with skin can cause damage, so iodine should be handled with care. Solutions with high elemental iodine concentration are capable of causing tissue damage.

✗ Declined: The fact that you added separate STR/WEA for gas & solid, you should have known this would be declined. This just seems a trick to be able to use both. Your entire 'How it Works' and your example jutsu are messed up. Saying that you use iodine from the available wind, earth and water seems very redundant as unless there would be large quantities present, it would barely be sufficient for a jutsu. That you even need to start heating it afterwards, doesn't make this a real element anymore as you don't collect such tiny quantities and heat them in an instant, that takes time. To get them out of your body you would need to be a med nin + not just any water has it as I understand, it's under certain conditions, so all that stuff is redundant. Then the part you should have focused on, you skim through in one sentence about how exactly you make it. And finally you just keep repeating yourself in sequence about how you do no have control over it in a solid state, but then imply you somehow can turn the solid back into a gas and then add STR & WEA for the solid when you don't even have any control over it....Your jutsu about how you let a gas become a solid doesn't make any sense unless the transformation from a gas into a solid would be so drastic it would be instantly, the gas would spread due to the wind or something and disappear because it's a gas, just like an ice cream that slowly melts. If there would already be something that solidified, it would probably be not particularly big and might easily fall on you, you have no control. You can't just use a wind jutsu either in a CE jutsu as that's doing 2 jutsu at the same time, even more so when you are going to claim it becomes purple, meaning you are making a CE within a CE and it's not 'stop heating', if you do that, it's a pseudo element, it's stop focusing chakra into it. Saying you use it as wind release is also quite a vague description as I don't see this cut anything and considering it's so toxic, again you would need to be a med nin.

The element is based on:
Advanced Lightning and Fire manipulation. I came across the idea looking at other CE, imparticular Temperature release, which allows the control of Temperature. Ice users already have the innate ability to control such, by means of absorbing the energy from particles of water and even the air around them, creating ice and freezing things. Expanding on the idea, the element would be able to pull energy from high energy areas, reducing the effectiveness of high energy things, as well as increasing freezing power. Upon looking into real life applications of such principles, I found that there are actual freeze rays that work in ways that many of our own jutsu on Naruto base exhibit. After reading up on the subject, I've found ways to incorporate that into our Rp realistically using the element we already have control over to do so.
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Dark release, is an element based on such principles, where a user is literally pulling energy from jutsu. Ice users exhibit similar abilities, pulling heat away from water as they freeze it. Also, we have Raiton jutsu that in fact deal with elements on an atomic level, charging electrons as well as protons. That and our own ability to manipulate the frequencies that our chakras generate these jutsu such as Radio Frequency and even Super Vibrating Raiton, show that we have the ability to recreate similar things in our RP simply through understanding and chakra manipulation. The production of Kirin is a prime example of how this is possible, albeit it is the opposite effect, where the user "heats up the atmosphere" and in laments terms, causes the electrons of the atoms in the atmosphere to move faster to produce natural lightning. That being said, it is possible to manipulate electrons in the Naruto universe.
The element "Light" works in a similar manner, using the same principles to instead of removing the electrons from the atom, it is used to speed them up and create heat.
The custom element Radio Frequency employs similar principles, by manipulating chakras to produce radio waves which in fact, are another form of photons being controlled at a longer wavelength frequency.
Therefore, this element of manipulation should be possible under the correct frequency of electromagnetic manipulation
How it works:
Essentially, the users would use concentrated blasts of photons to knock electrons away from the atoms of the intended target, reducing the energy (thus the heat, as the electrons are the things that generate the heat and energy of atoms) causing rapid freezing of the intended target. By removing electrons from the atoms, the "warmth" would be taken away from the intended target and it's atoms would be slowed, drastically lowering the temperature of the intended target. In real life, this process has been shown more effective than refrigeration, and is much faster, often gases can be frozen before they can turn into liquids using this method.
To produce this effect, the user would manipulate his Fire chakra to produce and excite the photons needed, and Lightning chakras to emulate the formation of the correct frequency of the photons used to knock the electrons away from the atom, and after doing so, release it in the form of blasts of focused light, hence the term "laser". Not to be confused with the already existing "Light" release, the lasers do not produce any heat, and drastically reduce the temperature of the objects they come into contact with by pushing at an atomic level, the energy or "Electrons" away from the intended target.
Also, this element does not produce any type of electrical current that can be felt in the manner or a raition jutsu, nor can it change the molecular structure of anything it touches, as all it does is remove electrons, meaning there is no change to an element, nor any harmful radiation exposure.
Due to the Nature of the element, all forms of its use produce a bluish flash when the photons are emitted.

✗ Declined: Even though your explanation is probably one of the best in this CE category, in the end we already have more than one element that does stuff like this. Outside ice, we already have Liquid Nitrogen that freezes stuff, but especially Temperature and Frost Release are already too similar to this. The explanation of the Temperature release is almost childish compared to yours, but in the end it comes half and half down to the same. Most of what this CE would achieve should already be possible for Temperature and Frost release is completely based around the aspect of 'freezing'. As long as there isn't something that makes this CE clearly distinct from the others, I can't approve it.

The element is based on:
Advanced Lightning and Fire manipulation. I came across the idea looking at other CE, imparticular Temperature release, which allows the control of Temperature. Ice users already have the innate ability to control such, by means of absorbing the energy from particles of water and even the air around them, creating ice and freezing things. Expanding on the idea, the element would be able to pull energy from high energy areas, reducing the effectiveness of high energy things, as well as increasing freezing power. Upon looking into real life applications of such principles, I found that there are actual freeze rays that work in ways that many of our own jutsu on Naruto base exhibit. After reading up on the subject, I've found ways to incorporate that into our Rp realistically using the element we already have control over to do so.
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Dark release, is an element based on such principles, where a user is literally pulling energy from jutsu. Ice users exhibit similar abilities, pulling heat away from water as they freeze it. Also, we have Raiton jutsu that in fact deal with elements on an atomic level, charging electrons as well as protons. That and our own ability to manipulate the frequencies that our chakras generate these jutsu such as Radio Frequency and even Super Vibrating Raiton, show that we have the ability to recreate similar things in our RP simply through understanding and chakra manipulation. The production of Kirin is a prime example of how this is possible, albeit it is the opposite effect, where the user "heats up the atmosphere" and in laments terms, causes the electrons of the atoms in the atmosphere to move faster to produce natural lightning. That being said, it is possible to manipulate electrons in the Naruto universe.
The element "Light" works in a similar manner, using the same principles to instead of removing the electrons from the atom, it is used to speed them up and create heat.
The custom element Radio Frequency employs similar principles, by manipulating chakras to produce radio waves which in fact, are another form of photons being controlled at a longer wavelength frequency.
Therefore, this element of manipulation should be possible under the correct frequency of electromagnetic manipulation
How it works:
Essentially, the users would use concentrated blasts of photons to knock electrons away from the atoms of the intended target, reducing the energy (thus the heat, as the electrons are the things that generate the heat and energy of atoms) causing rapid freezing of the intended target. By removing electrons from the atoms, the "warmth" would be taken away from the intended target and it's atoms would be slowed, drastically lowering the temperature of the intended target. In real life, this process has been shown more effective than refrigeration, and is much faster, often gases can be frozen before they can turn into liquids using this method.
To produce this effect, the user would manipulate his Fire chakra to produce and excite the photons needed, and Lightning chakras to emulate the formation of the correct frequency of the photons used to knock the electrons away from the atom, and after doing so, release it in the form of blasts of focused light, hence the term "laser". Not to be confused with the already existing "Light" release, the lasers do not produce any heat, and drastically reduce the temperature of the objects they come into contact with by pushing at an atomic level, the energy or "Electrons" away from the intended target.
Also, this element does not produce any type of electrical current that can be felt in the manner or a raition jutsu, nor can it change the molecular structure of anything it touches, as all it does is remove electrons, meaning there is no change to an element, nor any harmful radiation exposure.
Due to the Nature of the element, all forms of its use produce a bluish flash when the photons are emitted.
Once in contact with human/mammalian skin, the rapid cooling causes a process called "Cryolipolysis" which is the destruction of the fatty tissues under the skin.(Don't think I'm just making something up, this is an actual process that occurs in RL) that causes rapid cell death of the subcutaneous fat tissues without damaging the overlying skin. This process causes the body to body to generate a localized response, of inflammation, drawing blood to the surface of the skin instead of sending the blood to vital organs through the typical constriction of the blood vessels of the skin due to extreme cold, making persons/animals affected by it much more susceptible to hypothermia as the centralization of heat is disbursed from their vital organs, which can in turn cause loss of motor function, loss of bodily functions, and eventually cause those organs to shut down if the body cannot regenerate the heat to retain those functions.

✗ Declined: Sorry, it's a very nice, detailed and thorough explanation, but in the I just find that it comes down to a freezing ray. You might even have explained it too detailed as I wouldn't be surprised that many things you explained in fact already automatically happen in other CE. Any element that can freeze a person deeply can cause what you described. Even my vacuum to a certain extent has a freezing effect on a person's body due to the complete absence of heat. The concept of lazer's isn't that special either as nearly any element can be shot like a beam. In most cases that's just shape manipulation. Almost everything of your CE is centered around freezing and we already have CE who do that. Frankly at this point I even think you are moving away from CE and going more towards CC abilities as your explanation of how you need to make it so minimal, so in depth while normally you should almost be able to say "left hand this, right hand that and bang". At this point I would see this more as an ability for a CC, I really see a clan based on the White Walkers from GoT use this ability.

Soil is created from the alteration of parent material by the interactions between the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, and biosphere It can also be considered a mixture of mineral and organic materials in the form of solids, gases and liquids. Containing several layers of the ground as Earth is right above soil, in the bedrock chain...It is more dense than Sand, but Less dense than Mud.. And to top it off that Soil does indeed exist in that world and differs a great amount from Hard Earth and Soil (Soft Earth) Is that Ino family run a garden shop, and we have seen several times Ino, and her family using soil to plant , plants. Letting us know that soil indeed does exist in the naruto world and that soil is underneath the earth surface.

How it works:
It is very simple, and easy to control soil, As the same with earth jutsus, the user must have contact with the ground for (Most.. Depending on the jutsu) to achieve any Soil jutsus.. The user will simply manipulate their chakra and control the soil beneath the ground.. Or the user will simply manipulate and shape the earth that the user is standing on and change the nature of that earth from a Solidified Earth, to a Soft Type Earth (Soil) which is easy manipulable. The user can also channel their Soil Chakra through their body and release it from the body as well (Depending on the jutsu), Allowing free control over soil

✗ Declined: When someone uses and earth jutsu, it by default also encompasses the 'soil' and I find it also just useless. If you really want to make a division between 'hard earth' and 'soil', then don't start making things appear better than they are. Then soil has barely any resistance as it doesn't have the 'hard earth', meaning anything would just go through. It doesn't absorb water, let alone drain roots in an instant. Something that has the density of roots and the impact of water, would likely just go straight through it. Not to mention soil is extremely brittle without enough water, it would start to crumble if it doesn't have enough water and it would turn into mud if it has too many. Reality is that this would be a waste of a CE.

How it works:
The user mix/combine Water, and Soil to form a new element (Soil), and using extreme chakra manipulation soil is formed which can be used from the users body, or from the surroundings. The user will mix moderates amount of water chakra into the earth, using careful chakra manipulation to extract soil from the ground. This element does not rely on 50 % Earth, and 50% Water but more so 65% Earth and 35% Water. The water will soften the earth turning it into soil. This soil is heavier then regular soil as it is composed of water also making it heavier then soil without water. This element is used primarily similar to sand, though can be used from the body by mixing both water, and earth chakra with precise chakra manipulation to manipulate the soil in their body for their personal use.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Energy/Power is activated through the users chakra points. It is sort of made up by the same foundations of EIG's but using it in an external way. It would be like an immense Chakra source that is so strong it puts extreme strain on the body, and with that being said I think it's possible, since it has the similar foundations found in the eight gates.

Fire and lightning are both events during which energy conversion happens. This would be manipulated by amazing chakra control, to account for versatility with which the energy could be used.

How it works:
Power is the rate at which energy is converted or work is performed. Most of the techniques of this nature initially form as or are charged with as a catalyst, what appears to be red bolts resembling lightning. This element allows the user to manipulate an unfathomable amount of energy in the form of said lightning to pulsate throughout chakra and some matter based elements, usually accompanied with an emission of red light, making it superior to both Lightning Release and other Custom Elements requiring it, being that there is no limit to the amount of energy that may be expelled, and the fact that even one charge can disrupt the neurons and disperse the electrons of matter. It is due to this that making the absorption of this particular chakra nature extremely lethal in the presence of the nature's possessor who may magnify the matter at will and inflict a grievous amount of damage to the absorber - this does not apply to techniques capable of absorbing chakra from a distance (i.e Banshō Ten'in).

There is two forms for Power Release:

Main: Red lighting, which will be the Lightning release being more prominent inside the jutsu thus creating a red lightning which is used for the more basic jutsu. This state is faster and quicker then the latter. But does less damage.

Secondly: The second stage will be dark like form of power release, where the Yin chakra will be more prominent, this chakra is compressed and highly explosive thus it will cause large damage but is slow moving.

The user releases a concentrated beam of black chakra alongside an arcing trail of red lightning associated with Power Release to increase both its stability and overall damage output. All matter caught within its trajectory path are dissolved into a substance resembling black-tinted water; however if the beam was to dissolve everything, then the substances remaining cannot be placed into a container, because they would inevitably dissolve the container. However, it has been specified that the beam dissolves only composed material into their constituent, elemental, parts. An equivalent amount of power is required to both match and ultimately purge the massive amount of energy that is contained within the beam.

✗ Declined: In the end it's just red lightning of which you claim it's stronger than normal lightning without a real sensible reason as the explanation is not very clear. There is no foundation for any of its abilities nor even why it would be red. As far as I understand it's because you use chakra pressure points, similar to how Guren did it, however that was used to amplify an element, it doesn't create a new one. Something like that is not inherent to an element as everyone could do that, so it's not a real CE. The stuff about Yin by default should not be here as when chakra gets an elemental nature, it's void of yin/yang, that's the entire point of elemental chakra. If it's possible to mix elemental chakra somehow with Yin/Yang, a minimum requirement would be that you know Yin/Yang release.

Custom element English name: Moonlight Release

The element is based on: Water | Yang | Moonlight.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): The moon. At night time we see the illumination of the moon, the moonlight rays come from the sun rays reflecting off the surface of the moon and coming down to earth as illumination. In the Manga we have seen ninja who're capable of bending light, such as Mu with his ability to completely refract light around his body making him almost undetectable.

How it works: Moonlight Release works by the user literally being able to see and take control of Moonlight. Moonlight is usable in 2 different forms.

Self creation: As the Moonlight isn't evident or strong enough during the day, the users of Moonlight have the ability to Absorb and Store Moonlight at night. This works simply like a Solar Panel, the user simply stands outside in direct Moonlight and with their chakra they allow the Moonlight to enter their body where it is stored for future uses. The downside to this method is the user is unable to use any large scale moonlight jutsu. With this method the user is able to create small jutsu of moonlight, like blasts, weapons and even beams. This method is can only supply up to 8 Moonlight jutsu before the Moonlight supply runs dry.

Direct Moonlight: This is when it it is night-time and the Moon is Illuminating the earth. With a constant supply of Moonlight the user is free to manipulate it to his will. The user can use all Forms of Moonlight release and also gain a secondary ability which it to mildly control other water sources. Due to the Moon influencing the Tides, users of Moonlight release have this same ability, albeit is not as strong. They can cause a lake or Ocean to move with their Moonlight chakra and can also take control of an Enemies water jutsu. This is restricted though as they do not have total control, they simply have the ability to cause the enemy jutsu to divert in a different direction or just cause it to miss them entirely, they do not have the ability to have absolute control over an enemies jutsu. With this Method all Moonlight jutsu will be slightly stronger to the Self creation counter part, gaining an extra +10 damage from the natural Moonlight which the user doesn't absorb. They will also be able to create large scale Moonlight jutsu such as waves, Large beams/Blasts and even full body bursts of Moonlight chakra.

When the Moon is out Moonlight users automatically absorb and store Moonlight chakra, so when in battle at night the user is able to constantly use Moonlight jutsu to his will without having the need to worry about running out. When Battling during the day the users self creation Moonlight jutsu are limited, they have regular power and the user is only capable of 8 small scale Moonlight jutsu. All Moonlight jutsu will be stated whether it can be used with Self Creation or not.

All Moonlight jutsu are visible to the naked eye, when being used they give off a silvery glow which is easily perceivable during the day, at night-time Moonlight jutsu blend more into the light making them much harder to see but not totally invisible to the naked eye, at night-time the Moon light jutsu will look more like a blur or a mirage instead of the silvery glow.

Moonlight itself when uncompressed is a intangible source meaning it has no effect in its purest form. When it has Chakra added to it the user converts it into a more solid looking structure, although the Moonlight techniques aren't completely solid but hover in-between a medium between intangible and solid. They are solid enough to inflict physical damage but intangible enough to be worn like armour or to pierce through a user to cause only internal damage. The solid jutsu are capable of breaking bones and causing external wounds. The semi solid is still capable of causing physical damage but the user is capable of solidifying the chakra at any giving moment allowing them to penetrate an opponents body with Moonlight chakra before making it harder to cause internal damage.

Once completed the water will seemingly come to life taking on whatever shape the user feels. The user can cause the water to suddenly recede causing pockets of water that reach the earth, or he can cause the ocean to suddenly rise upwards causing the opponent to lose his balance. When on a lake or the Ocean the users ability to control water is limitless, the only downside is while controlling the body of water the user is unable to use any other jutsu. Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Cyber Release is the result of combining a metal (Chromium) and Lightning chakra (Electrical Energy) to create a new element capable of automatically carrying out set tasks without requiring the user to manipulate or maintain it after creation. The Naruto series provides considerable evidence proving this element to be possible.
Wood Release creates organic life through a combination of chakra natures and Cyber Release applies the same concept to create artificial life. Just as Wood requires water to function, Cyber requires electrical energy, much like modern electronics. It follows the principles of Yang Release, “breathing life into form”.

Programming is a concept applied in Cyber Release and is shown in the Naruto series by technology like computers and several ninjutsu. Impure World Reincarnation reanimates dead ninja and utilizes a form of programming to force the ninja to respond to attacks and carry out orders automatically. Another example is a wind-up mechanical bird used by Chiyo in the anime to send information to Sunagakure.

Existence of Chromium

Chromium is a blue-gray, hard, lustrous and brittle metal. As the 24th most abundant element in the Earth’s crust, chromium can be found in many ores, primarily in the ore chromite. Various metals exist in the Naruto series including iron, gold, and steel. Metals originate from ores found in the earth which may also contain chromium. Furthermore, trace amounts of chromium are required by the human body for sugar and lipid metabolism. Humans of Naruto and reality are biologically identical, allowing the possibility of chromium existing as well.

Steel Release demonstrates the creation of a metal element by combining earth and fire chakra natures. Pure chromium can be produced through heat like other metals but also through electrolysis, running an electric current through elemental chromium. The same effect is produced using lightning chakra.

How it works:

This element is used to create mechanical objects (humanoid figures, animals, tools, structures, etc) powered by electrical energy and programmed to perform tasks specific to each one. They may be created from the user’s body by combining Earth and Lightning chakra. Alternatively, chromium can be extracted from the earth using Earth chakra, purified by Lightning chakra and imbued with the energy that powers it. Within this energy resides the conscious and commands left by the user allowing Cyber objects to act independently. Without the energy vital to it, a Cyber object breaks down and becomes useless. In order to react to their environment, each creation is given appropriate senses. Different methods may be employed to control a Cyber object after creation depending on the senses they possess.

Physical Properties

✗ Declined: Reverse piezoelectric? That simply means that when an alien electrical field is applied on it, it starts to distort, the picture you posted even clearly shows that. It has absolutely nothing to do with shockwaves or quakes. By all means quake is a weakness of this, quartz is far to weak to be able to stop. I really don't understand where that came from, especially because sound is vibrated air, which belongs in the same class of elements like Quake. If frequency can crack it, it will be turned into dust by Quake. It seems you are mixing those two effects together. Also taijutsu isn't an element and 'any technique that is weak to lightning' is not even a legit weakness. One another thing when I searched about this p-effect, it was always used when a pressure was evenly applied, what happens when only a part is being pushed? I can hardly imagine the entire thing is going to release electricity.

An ideal coolant has high thermal capacity, low viscosity, is low-cost, non-toxic, and chemically inert, neither causing nor promoting corrosion of the cooling system. Some applications also require the coolant to be an electrical insulator.
While the term coolant is commonly used in automotive and HVAC applications, in industrial processing, heat transfer fluid is one technical term more often used, in high temperature as well as low temperature manufacturing applications. Another industrial sense of the word covers cutting fluids.
The coolant can either keep its phase and stay liquid, or can undergo a phase transition, with the latent heat adding to the cooling efficiency. The latter, when used to achieve low temperatures, is more commonly known as refrigerant.
The most common coolant is water. Its high heat capacity and low cost makes it a suitable heat-transfer medium. It is usually used with additives, like corrosion inhibitors and antifreeze. Antifreeze, a solution of a suitable organic chemical (most often ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, or propylene glycol) in water, is used when the water-based coolant has to withstand temperatures below 0 °C, or when its boiling point has to be raised. Betaine is a similar coolant, with the exception that it is made from pure plant juice, and is therefore not toxic or difficult to dispose of ecologically.
Polyalkylene glycol (PAG) is used as high temperature, thermally stable heat transfer fluids exhibiting strong resistance to oxidation. Modern PAGs can also be non-toxic and non-hazardous.

Freons were frequently used for immersive cooling of e.g. electronics.
Refrigerants are coolants used for reaching low temperatures by undergoing phase change between liquid and gas. Halomethanes were frequently used, most often R-12 and R-22, but due to environmental concerns are being phased out, often with liquified propane or other haloalkanes like R-134a.


Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
many times refrigerators and or cooler's have been shown in naruto to store food and or beverages it can be easily said that coolants are definetly shown in naruto by this aspect alone. but i will go one step further stating that many oils have been shown as well meaning that coolant is a sure bet too be seen as an element. although i am not going into the oil aspect it is well known that oil is a coolant of sorts because of its chemical compounds and viscosity. One can also see that the proper organic matter required is shown in narutoverse to exist and so are the sugars and other necessary glycol compounds needed.

How it works:
the user concentrates his or her's chakra and utilizing the organic components throughout the body the user can also utilize the sugars and other naturally produced chemicals by utilizing the raiton and suiton based chakra ton amplify and mould the proper selection of glycols moulding them to the desired effect. once moulded the user can use handsigns to acieve the desired effect the user chooses such as freon based chemical sucking the heat out of the atomosphere and or antifreeze which has high boiling points, low freezing points and won't break down. the user can also use handsigns and the chakra's needed to naturally form coolants from the earth using most organic compounds wich can be found throughout the narutoverse lands. these coolants can only be used in liquid forms by a user and the user cannot in any way manipulate gaseous forms upon heated contact of the elements. the liquids can be made in any desired colors with the proper tintings and pigments used.

Futon: this natural element will have only one effect on coolants and that is to move them around making them spread to other area's. a shot of coolant can easily penetrate through a wall of wind being that it is high viscosity.
Ice: due too the low freezing point's of coolants they will have the upper hand to combat against ice being that it transfers heat extremely. the coolant to combat the ice it has properties against freezing all together.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Stibnite is a chemical compound of Antimony and Sulfur which results in blade-like metallic crystal, and is the primary ore of Antimony. These crystals are commonly deposited by alkaline waters and occur in association with quartz, a very common crystal which makes up a majority of sand, which is already seen in the manga. Stibnite itself, however, is often formed when water dissolves antimony and sulfur from surrounding rocks, normally near an area with volcanic activity, and then passes through limestone deposits where the dissolved elements condense and fall out of solution to form Stibnite crystals.
With the existence of Lava Release and the Quicklime Technique, we can see that the Narutoverse at least has the same name for substances like these as our world does. From there, Limestone and Lava, a volcano and volcanic activity is not a far jump, as nearly all elements from the Narutoverse are based on natural phenomenon (earth, water, wind, magnetism, wood, etc.), and as such these things should have a tenancy to exist in nature, at least somewhere. And it would be in these volcanic areas that Stibnite would form naturally through the process described above (the Narutoverse and our world are so close to each other in terms of physics and chemicals, they really shouldn't be distinguished from each other this way). It is because of this that the forced creation and manipulation of these metallic crystals, much like how Guren's Crystals are used, is plausible.

How it works: In the Ninja World, one is able to remove the "time" aspect, as well a few other variables, by substituting chakra, as seen a plethora of times throughout the series (most primarily in Mokuton by growing trees rapidly). By doing this, a person is capable of manipulating the minerals in the earth so as to isolate Antimony, as well as moisture and Sulfur within the ground to create an aqueous solution, in tandem, allowing them to combine these two chemicals into the most common ore of Antimony, Stibnite.
Stibnite is a rather toxic mineral, taking the appearance of silver crystals. Because of its misleading appearance, it was once used as silverware, though the terrible food-poisoning the Stibnite utensils caused resulted in death. Because of this, when Stibnite pierces the body and causes a wound, an infection begins to spread through the victim causing severe pain in the infected area, hallucinations, and vomiting.
Stibnite's composition also makes it rather vulnerable to static charges, causing it to explode weakly when exposed to a large enough electrical charge. Stibnite also burns white, which makes it useful in firework displays. Despite this, Stibnite is a poor conductor of both electricity and heat.
Much like many earth techniques can do with rocks, chakra control can be used to grow Stibnite from the skin of the user. Outside of growing Stibnite crystals from the skin, the user is capable of drawing the crystals up from the ground through the method described above.

✗ Declined: My current problem is what makes this now so special from other metals/crystals (not sure as which of the two I need to consider Stibnite)? I think you are overreacting with the whole toxic stuff, if people used it as tableware, it can't be that toxic as you make it out to be. I mean even apple seeds are supposed to be toxic and I read on wiki that it's potentially toxic. Also if you stab a person with a regular metal, you by default run the risk of infection and even death if not treated properly. So as I understand it's not something 100% certain and, unless a battle drags out really long, I doubt someone could die of infection. Not to mention normally he should already be dead if you succeed in just stabbing him. So overall what makes it now so special from other existing elements?

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Kimmimaro’s ability to manipulate his own skeletal structure as a means of combat is the first piece of evidence which supports the idea of the manipulation of skin. This ability to constantly release bones, whilst using Chakra manipulate his osteoblast and osteoclast cells to reproduce bones of different structures shows that chakra can be used to biologically alter the body. Not only that, Kimmimaro had the ability to almost instantly heal the skin from which his bones had emerged from, showing a mild ability to manipulate skin, as he forces the pores to close without loss of blood or any apparent damage afterwards.

The second piece of evidence comes from Orochimaru (as well as Kabuto) as he has shown through many experiments that he has found ways of reattaching his body and skin when hit by a damaging technique. Moreover, he also found a way to ‘shed’ his skin, as a snake would, revealing a new body which has none of the damage as the previous shell. This shows that through further experimentation and chakra control, the idea of manipulating the skin whilst being encased in it can be achieved.

Further evidence has comes from Kakuzu who shows the ability to manipulate his threads to work in a similar fashion to connective tissues. This was seen in several occasions, one of which was when he re-attached Hidan’s head, with Hidan being able to move his heads almost instantly after it had been attached. Moreover, he had also re-attached the arm of Deidara who also had no issues moving his fingers after the threads had been used to connect the arm.

How it works:

The user has complete control over their skin, allowing them to freely manipulate it so that they can freely alter the shape, texture, smoothness, sensitivity, colour, thickness, and even length. The users skin acts as if it were merely clothing, with the user being able to easily ‘remove’ a layer from his body whilst having a second layer below, always remaining covered my skin but also constantly releasing it. The continuous creation of is similar to the way Kimmimaro had the ability to release his bones and re-create them at an extremely fast space by using his chakra to increase the speed at which his bones develop.

The texture of the skin depends on the amount of elemental chakra added (Earth or Water), naturally, the skin is quite oily. This natural state is further amplified through the addition of the users water chakra, allowing things to slide off the users skin, making physical attacks quite hard to actually hit and deal damage. However, another way the skin’s texture can be changed is through the addition of Earth chakra which would make the skin drier and altogether more tougher than usual. Unlike normal skin, Seikton is much harder and more durable with its strength being comparable to Kakuzu's Earth Release: Earth Spear technique. Enhancing solid substances with chakra has shown to make them much more potent as displayed through Konan's abilities. Her Paper Ninjutsu was able to go head to head with Jiriaya’s fire jutsu, whilst normal paper would been futile against the Katon element. A logical explanation being that infusing chakra into elements/objects makes them more powerful. Following this same principle, Seikton is equivalent to solid earth in strength.

The thickness and length can also be changed as the user is able to continuously extend his skin and cause the layers to overlap on each other to create an appropriate defence against certain jutsus. Due to the feature mentioned above (about constantly releasing and re-creating his skin), the user can perform tasks which involve throwing/sending bits of skin towards an opponent to deal damage whilst the part from which the skin has been sent is almost instantly replaced by new skin so that the user is never in danger for performing such a task. The skin is also quite malleable and elastic like when being manipulated, this allows it to be quite flexible and stretchy. A specific ability that comes with this is the ability to concentrate your chakra on a bit of skin which may have been released from the body and cause it to stretch to a size much greater than itself, overlapping over whatever it had made contact with. The strength remains the same and depends on the rank of the technique used, only the size would grow and become more ‘constricting’ when overlapping something, of course this can only be used if the skin hasn't been completely destroyed, leaving absolutely nothing.

When it comes to sensitivity, the skin has a variety of nerve endings which react to heat, cold, touch, any time of pressure or even vibrations. The user can use this in two ways. The first allows the user to be able to alter the skin so that it can be heightened to the point where the skin would react to the tiniest of changes in the atmosphere. Another way it can be used is the complete opposite, almost as if all the nerves have been killed, allowing the user to feel nothing on his skin which would put him in an extremely disadvantaged situation, but when used as a last resort, it can allow the user to nullify all feeling of pain (the cause of damage will of course still be present), allowing him to carry on fighting through pain which might cause an average ninja to collapse.

A minimum requirement to pull this off would be being a med nin as this concerns a bodily substance. Then you didn't even explain how this is possible to be used, you just said that certain characters did something with their skin and then you are able to manipulate your skin? You never said how that is possible, you just jumped instantly to that you are able to control your skin as you see fit. But above all the fact that you wrote stuff like that the texture of the skin depends on which elemental nature is added, how is that an element? This is can't even be remotely considered an element. How it works:

In order to create wax the user in training to learn must focus deeply so that he has pinpoint chakra control. He would start by using his earth chakra in order to create the base form of wax. Then by adding in water chakra that is similar to that used in "(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field" the earth will become sticky and more malleable, adding in the sticky ability of wax. To finish the creation the user will add in precise amounts fire chakra to melt the substance and produce a hot liquid waxy material. Of course this is all in the process of creating the wax element, happening all at once in order to create the finished product.

Wax Release is a versatile element that allows the user to generate and create a hot liquid sticky wax. Wax is highly plastic and malleable at normal temperatures and thus can form solid structures when hardened. Wax is extremely sticky and dense in liquid form which allows the user to provide a fluid offense and defense. The stickyness allows the wax to attach onto the opponent, providing a good supplementary use. In addition to creating wax wherever he wishes by utilizing his fire, water, and earth chakras in the manner stated above the user can also expell the wax from his body.

✗ Declined: Considering this, as far as I understand it, a liquid element, you have no control over when it solidifies. Just like lava release, when it's cooled down, it becomes more or less earth, but you have no control over that with the lava element. Make that clear. Secondly unless you know space/time ninjutsu combined with element ninjutsu, you can't just make an element appear out of nowhere wherever you want. Ino clearly showed this in her fight with Sakura, she made her chakra travel towards Sakura, this happens with almost any kind of jutsu. When using an earth jutsu that attacks your opponent's back, your chakra travelled through the ground towards that spot and because the earth element and normal earth are connected very closely, that is very easy (overall seen because not everyone can see in the earth, it's easy to make any kind of element travel through it). Same thing with wind and water. However wax has no relation whatsoever with the air, so making it rain wax is just absurd, not to mention the amount of chakra that it would need as it's completely self reliant. Rain is something different than just making one object or something fall from above. Lastly I don't really get why water is a strength. It seems you just used the argument 'because water isn't strong against wax, it's a weakness', but that's not correct as it means it's or neutral or a weakness and in this case I would say neutral. I mean ok it's not insoluble, well is water than soluble in wax? As that's what you actually imply. As this is hot wax, I would say when it comes into contact with water, the water would start cooling it down rapidly making it lose heat, solidifying it and thus stopping it at the same time the water starts to evaporate and stop. IMO definitely a neutral element, which don't have to be listed. Also don't say KG, even though some KG are elements, I prefer not to use that term in CE submissions to avoid confusion and contradictions with the rules. If you do this, normally it should be fine the next submission. Also I can't read PM links, no admin can as the link goes to nothing for us, but nvm it.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): It has been shown to not only manipulate the earth but the minerals in the earth through things like steel, sand, crystal, etc release. Since the Naruto world has been shown to have many of the minerals and elements that the real world has if not all, it is easy to assume that Gallium exists in the Narutoverse. Estimated to be in a quantity of over 1 million metric tons in the earth's surface, finding gallium would be an easy feat to accomplish.

How it works: Through using the earth chakra and regular earth to harness the impure gallium that already exists in the earth and at the same time using finely added fire chakra to heat the earth so much so that the impurities of the gallium are eliminated and only pure gallium remains in a process similar to smelting, which is how pure gallium is obtained in the real world, gallium can be created and controlled. The user may also substitute earth with earth chakra to create gallium on a solid surface when earth is not available. Then by mixing earth and fire chakras in the same way, liquid gallium can be created from himself. Gallium has one of the lowest melting points of any metal at 85 degrees and comes out as a very dense liquid. Gallium has the highest range between melting point and boiling point of any element with its boiling point being at 4000 degrees F which is over two times the temperature of liquid lava, making Gallium dangerous to touch for the opponent.

Though gallium is indeed a liquid it shares the special trait that only a few substances (only 5-6) have which is being more dense in its liquid state than it is in its solid state. Therefore gallium can be densely concentrated into a construct that it is able to even stop solid objects and function almost as a solid when concentrated enough while still maintaining the viscosity of liquid and regain its shape. Also gallium is very special in the fact that it has been seen to actually eat through metal such as aluminum cans or computer shells and make them very very brittle, almost falling apart to the touch when gallium reacts with it. What is great about this is that it doesn't have any radioactivity or acidic properties to human skin, making it safe to use for commercial use. However upon touching metal/metal based ce's/ steel/etc it will eat through it near instantly and make it crumble extremely easily.

✗ Declined: This still needs some finetuning. I don't get the point in mentioning that it wets as you're so adamant in that it's a liquid that's practically a solid, making it almost impossible to get some on the opponent as you can't just assume that some got on the opponent. I mean water wets far more easier and still something like that is not taking into consideration, so I find mentioning that redundant. Also your CJ examples are weird, you have no control over the Earth's magnetic forces, so it doesn't make sense that you are using it and that someone drowns because he didn't had Gallium training. Not only is it more likely, based on your description, that he will be crushed to death instead of drowning, but it's a fundamental RP rule that you block/avoid a jutsu with another jutsu. Standing on it doesn't even make sense for the opponent to do. Your CJ examples are meant to show how are planning to use the CE, but you are apparently planning to use it in ways that don't even have anything to do with its properties. Then I also got my doubts about this being almost a solid-stuff. Water is one of those other special elements that's more dense in its liquid state than its solid (ice), being dense and being solid are two different things. The fact alone that this is still a liquid, makes it different from a solid. Yes I agree it's far denser than water, but that doesn't make it the same as a solid. Finally don't use the term KG for CE descriptions, it could lead to confusion.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

As in the Narutoverse, Lightning Release techniques are capable of electrocuting and destroying many things alike. However, we have also seen the potential for the user as well through it's ability to enhance a user's speed and strength making the element very versatile. For those like the 3rd Raikage and Darui, they are able to take thier manipulations a step further having been able to use the rare and powerful Black Lightning release, they have shown that Black Lightning is a wholly destructive element capable of unleashing enormous amount of damage to the target.

Although much is still unknown about Black Lightning, we can still determine that by some extension Black Lightning is stronger then that of the standard lightning release techniques and completed focused on producing a tremendous amount of damage. In this fact, White Lightning comes from the idea that there is an ability to create a polar opposite that is not only equal to Black Lightning in power but completely opposite in the way it affects a target.

It has also been shown and proven that Wind Release has a powerful cutting/piercing potential. Techniques often deal with sharp winds that can cut a large mass of foes down in a single breeze. This fact is even much more so with the Lightning Release, as Killer Bee was shown to increase the vibrations within his lightning techniques to give them even more cutting power then that of the Wind Element. As depicted with some techniques and elements within the anime/manga, attacks at the molecular level are also possible within the Narutoverse. For Example, Naruto Uzumaki has shown just how powerful a direct attack from a wind element technique can be. His technique Wind Release| Rasenshruiken, has been shown to attack an opponent on a microscopic level. Millions of wind needles attack individually to destroy the target just showing how devastating the damage can if taken directly. Even more so, Onoki stated himself that the Dust Release element got it's namesake due to the fact it will turn whatever it comes in contact with to dust. Each of the elements listed so far proves in fact that the possibility of White Lightning is highly probable and can be used effectively by a user if the situation calls for it.

How it works:

White Lightning is a element that deals in providing the user with a versatile element that rivals that of Black Lightning and standard Lightning Style techniques. The sheer cutting power of the element makes it deadly to encounter and hard to defend against for inexperienced shinobi. White Lightning doesn't simply cut it's target, it shreds and disintegrates its victims at a molecular level making it much harder to counteract in combination with it's blinding effect.

The creation process is intricate and requires the user to be quite experienced when creating due to the use of opposing natures. By infusing additional raw chakra into the lightning, the electrons become much more energized and the kinetic energy produced by the fast moving electrons causes the lightning to burn much brighter in contrast to its counterparts making it a very hard element to look at directly and by result harder to defend against. This process is then further enhanced by adding the user's wind chakra to the mixture. As the wind element naturally counteracts the lightning nature, the user must use precise chakra control in order to infusing small amount of the wind element to contain and control the energized lightning's violent power.

Once the process is completed within the user's chakra reserves, what the user creates is a blinding energy that energy is many times more volatile then the standard lightning element. This energy however is contained and slowly combined within a thin layer of wind chakra that surrounds it making its penetrative potential skyrocket that cutting/piercing capabilities far exceed that of standard wind and lightning nature techniques. White Lightning techniques are also noted for the incredible speed exhibited in their release as they quickly outpace standard lightning element techniques. This is attributed is to the added wind chakra allowing the contained lightning to easily cut through the air in its path producing a decrease in air resistance as the element moves forward to its targets.

Overall, White Lightning is an element that combines both the wind and lighting element's powerful ability to cut/pierce objects. While providing the user an element that stands alone from similar elements of a similar nature.

- The user must have mastered the Lightning, Wind, and Standard Ninjutsu in order to have the mastery and chakra control to create and use the element effectively.

- Users of this element must have a large capacity of chakra in order to preform. Because of this the user must be at least Unofficial Sage rank in order to use.

Is weak to:

• Wind Release - White Lightning still retains its weakness to the wind element due to the fact that the subtle amount of wind chakra combined is to contain the lightning. Any foriegn addition of wind chakra causes this system to fail and eventually reduce the additional lighting to nothing.
  
  
• Fire Release - The subtle addition of wind chakra to White Lightning is very susceptible to the flames of fire release and fire based elements. By burning away the wind layer, this causes the energized lighting to overheat as it comes in contact with the flames and begins to dissipate as the chakra and electrons overwork themselves trying to maintain form.
  
  
• Void Release - Being a bright energy based element, Void Release naturally overpowers this element and can absorb the techniques rather quickly.

Is strong against:

• Earth Release and its variants - Earth based elements unfortunately meet thier end against White Lightning techniques. Like most lightning techniques the energy created cuts through the earth and this doesn't change for White Lightning. As White Lightning comes in contact with the earth its combinec energy of wind and lightning grinds through the rock at a microscopic level leaving nothing remaining in its wake.
  
  
• Water Release - White Lightning acts differently when introduced to a water source unlike most cases of the Lightning Release. This is due to the fact that the added wind chakra provides a layer of protection between the lightning energy and the water allowing most techniques to move through seamlessly as a endless current. The wind chakra present individually attacks each water molecule shredding it and leaving most techniques as a harmless mist as the White Lightning continues on.

The argument of that there is Black Lightning, there should be white lightning, doesn't work in such a case unless you exactly know how Black Lightning works. Otherwise people can make anything up. Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In narutoverse earth and water elements are the most versatile elements there is. As such, many elements have already been made as cannon through the basic principles of earth and water. A variation of earth like steel, dust, sand, and lava has been made. Variations of water like Ice, steam, and rain has been made into elements. Also there are elements like lave that are combination of two or three elements. As such as lava there is storm release and boil release that are combinations of elements. This element would be the samething, using mineral from earth that existed and combining that with water to trap it's substance to a powdered form.


How it works:

Dry water is a substance form of powder which is the end result of mixture of earth minerals such as silica while using it to trap the water inside it to create it's powedered form. The mixture consists of .95 water chakra to .05 earth chakra. The amount of water needed are very small as each droplet needs to be coated with the earth chakra and it's existing minerals. Therefore the water chakra can be gained from the moisture in the air or from within. It can be used while the water exists as a source in some cases. The water chakra can come from the person performing it as there are some jutsu's that do not require a water source to execute a water jutsu. The earth that is needed will always come from the earth or ground they are standing on. As it only needs .05% earth chakra to be mixed. Not a lot of it is needed to achieve the desired goal after mixing it.

Once it is in powdered form, dry water is excellent in absorbing and storing any type of gas' such as carbon dioxide. It is also able to create a compound by just contact to store many harmful materials and bacteria. For example, a jutsu used with dry water, colliding with a gas or liquid type as flourine, it will absorb and trap it, making it dense and dry just like the water itself. The water droplets will turn into a diluted flourine while increasing it's density within each droplet and the earth trapping the droplets and turn it into powder. While dry water is not in a liquid form, when mixed in with fire chakra, it will turn into water, as the fire would just melt the earth away. The natural weakness that fire has to water. However as each droplet is covered with a type of earth, the fire element won't have a standard weakness to it like water. It would get heated up before it turns into water thus A rank dry water against an A rank fire would be equal and cancel each other out. Any supoer heated element such as lava, dry water would be weak too. As water conducts lighting, this would be the same case for dry water. Long as there are explosive gas' or some type of explosive elements inside the dry water once absorbed, it is able to be explodable through the use of lightning.

This jutsu when facing a gas or liquid type jutsu is very useful as it would negate the gas and liquid itself but also able to absorb the compounds of the on coming elements. Once the wall is in contact with the wall it will automatically draw in the elements and dry the element out. Thus protecting the user from harm. While dry water at this point will be on the ground due to density, the dry water user will be able to manipulate that same dry water later on for futher uses.

✗ Declined: My first problem is how you make it. With CE you mix your chakra into a new one. How are you supposed to coat every tiny water drop in earth chakra? Then you are using two elements at the same time that don't actually mix and thus can't be considered an element. I find your explanation of all the locking up of gasses very unclear and not that trustworthy either. The link you yourself post talks about certain gasses, but you say it can contain all gasses. As I understand it when it absorbs a gas, it in fact becomes a solid similar to ice, however you make it out that that is just another alternative, that it even can absorb and remain a powder. I don't even understand the part of diluted fluorine as the entire point of dry water is lock substances away, not turning back into powder. Finally we already have a silicon powder element.

The element is based on: Earth | Fire | Water Chakra Control
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Paracetamol is something that is commonly used inside of medicine such as Tylenol, NyQuil, and other pain-relieving medicines. In the Naruto verse pills exist, as well other medicines, as they are actually quite advanced in medicine. It is derived from earth and is a fine powdery substance that is compacted and solidified into a more solid and hard structures for battle purposes. Paracetamol is made from minerals and vitamins found in the ground. Paracetamol is an analgesiac, or a pain reliever when used in small doses. When larger unsafe doses are taken sever damage can be done to ones body. Liver Damage, Abdominal pain, nausea, and can even put one into a coma in the case of especially large doses. With the earth element to make the materials and water and fire to help shape it and its properties Paracetamol is born
How it works: Paracetamol is made with earth, fire, and water chakra. It is a compact solid, but when broken down its a fine powder. This isnt necessarily 2 forms, it is made up of fine powder but is condensed into a harder more solid state, much like when Gaara's sand is made stronger with chakra. It has the texture of real-life pills and tablets and acts the same way but is of course much stronger. Since it is hard it can be used to make strong weapons meant for defenses and attacks. Though, its attack and defense power isnt why it is revered. You see, Paracetamol is a very dangerous substance. You wouldnt think that because it is used in medicine, but it is. It has the smallest gap between safe doses and harmful doses out of all medicines. Safe doses can relieve a person from pain, It has analgesic properties comparable to those of aspirin, while its anti-inflammatory effects are weaker. This can be used on the user orally nasally or through injection, relieving him of pain and in extreme cases, placing him in a state where he feels no pain at all, though since paracetamol lives a half-life of a few hours, effects will eventually fade away. Its effects of overdose though are not at all pleasant. Its extremely easy to overdose, only taking a few grams to start adverse affects on an opponent. Effects include abdominal pain and nausea, signs of liver failure may develop; these include low blood sugar, low blood pH, easy bleeding, and hepatic encephalopathy, vomiting, pallor, and sweating all happen quickly after overdosing. Also, contrary to what it was meant to do, extreme headaches can be caused from overdose, weird huh? With extremely large doses of it multiple organ dysfunction syndrome which affects homeostasis, causing temperature fluctuations within the opponent which can be useful for genjutsu's, which paracetamol has a strong relationship with due to the effects it can have on the opponent. Necrosis, also caused by large doses, is a form of cell injury that results in the premature death of cells in living tissue by autolysis, which refers to the destruction of a cell through the action of its own enzymes. Thats not it though, well actually it is. But its enough.

Wind: Wind not only has strong slicing and blunt properties, it can also blow away the fine powdery part of Paracetamol, though that must be done logically and in since wind sometimes requires inhaling, can actually hurt more than help

It already starts with the name paracetamol, then tylenol, nyquil, analgesiac, homeostasis, hepatic encephalopathy etc. you just have been quoting probably wikipedia way too easily. Your proof is not sufficient, unless all pills have that substance or there is a strong guarantee certain pills would have it, just saying 'because they have pills' is not enough. What in the real world is considered to be a lethal dose and how much is used, is completely different than using it for an element. A lethal dose can not even be viewable by the naked eye and pills consist most of the time out of countless substances. You are talking about potentially microscopic stuff, but then use it like it's just as present as wood. Being a compact solid and a powdery substance are two different things, your comparison with Gaara is not correct as he doesn't have a compact solid. Your explanation of how you make it so also too simple explained. You say you collect all the minerals and vitamins, tell me which would that be then? Are they all even commonly present in enough quantities to pull that off? As I said you are busy on microscopic levels, which is the big issues with elements like this. Considering pills most of the time consist out of more than one substance, who says the effects are the same if those substances aren't present? Finally considering you are going so deep in on its effects on the human body, you would need to be a medical ninja to submit something like this.

Algae, like most other organic elements, are created by using the Earth element as a physical base and the Water element as a life-giver. The element follows the basic principles of Wood Release, but where wood primarily favors the characteristics of the Earth element; Algae are more aquatic in nature.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
In the manga we’ve seen Hashirama and Shinobi with his cells in their bodies demonstrate the ability to create living trees and wooden structures by combining the Earth and Water elements. The Algae element functions in a similar fashion, combining the same elements in order to create something quite different, yet with the same concept in mind.
The Narutoverse has revealed itself to be very similar to our own world. With the confirmed presence of large bodies of water, diseases and infections that imply the existence of microorganisms and even plants that resemble seaweed; it’s not a great stretch to place Algae in Kishimoto’s universe.

Furthermore, the Three-Tailed Beast had the ability of using it’s water chakra to create Coral from it’s body as a means of attacking. Seeing as how Algae and Coral share a symbiotic relationship in nature, with some Algae living within coral and viceversa, the existence of Coral and its creation through chakra can serve as further proof for the existence and the possible creation of Algae.

How it works:
As mentioned before; the Algae element functions through the combined properties of the elements Earth and Water. Being mostly aquatic in nature; Algae can easily be grown from bodies of water, but like the Wood element; Algae can also be grown from the earth.

The Algae element can be divided into three categories:

The Main Release:
Consists of standard Algae with color(s) depending on the user’s chakra. The Main Release of the Algae element covers structures made of autotrophic Algae that, much like the Wood element, are capable of being grown both from the user’s body and the earth itself, with the added feature of being able to grow in water due to Algae’s aquatic nature. The Main Release possesses immense ‘growing abilities’, being able to feed off of water and earth to amplify its already intense growth-rate. Being largely photosynthetic and asexual in nature; the Main Release has everything it needs on the field and in itself.
A special ability of the Main Release is that it continues to grow even after the techniques that creates it has run out of momentum or been stopped/completed. Algae that hasn’t been destroyed continues to divide itself and spread across the terrain, although at a slower rate. This feature is what gives Algae its terrain-changing properties.

The Alternative Release:
Consists purely of symbiotic species of Algae. The Alternative Release of the Algae element covers all feasible symbiotic relationships and its techniques largely originate from the user’s body. The symbiotic nature of this category, though limiting it creation-wise, also constitutes its greatest strength. Through contact with other organisms; the Alternative Release can be used to transfer and exchange a plethora of Algae-related organisms and properties.

Specific Release:
Consists of the creation of Spores, Algal Blooms and specific Algae species. The user can create spores which can either grow into full blown Algae or be used as their own individual attack. Algal Blooms serve to allow the user the capability of infesting water sources with Algae. The user can also create specific algae, each of which contain personified abilities of their species.
It’s important to note that the Specific Release may sometimes differ from the rest of the element to such an extent that it has a different set of strengths and weaknesses. If this is the case; it will be specifically stated in the individual technique.

While the regenerative abilities of Algae may attempt to resist this; the overall overwhelming abilities of Dust that were shown to be capable of completely eliminating earthen structures would easily overcome this aspect.

Storm: The Storm element has shown beam-like capabilities which exhibit prominent blasting-like piercing properties. It's the high-powered piercing aspect that grants the Storm element an edge over the Algae element, similar to the Algae element's weakness to Lightning.

Lightning and Custom Piercing Variants: The piercing properties of the Lightning element offers it a significant edge when faced with Algae. Though the organisms are hardly conductive by themselves, the often aquatic and organic features of Algae leaves Lightning with an elemental advantage. The same concept applies to custom variations of the Lightning element with great piercing power.

Cutting Wind and Custom Variants: Like Lightning, the Wind element’s ability to pierce through most materials poses a significant threat to the Algae element. Though many species of Algae weather natural storms with ease, bending far and wide before breaking, the sharp currents of the artificially-produced Wind element has a way of cutting through Algae with ease. The same concept applies to custom variations of the Wind element with great piercing power.

Fortunately, Algae’s liquid-esque structure wouldn’t necessarily inhibit its to stand firm as a solid barricade, as similar to water, Algae would be capable of being compacted and condensed so as to even form stiff and rigid structures.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): cement is a fine, soft, powdery-type substance. It is made from a mixture of elements that are found in natural materials such as limestone, clay, sand and/or shale. When cement is mixed with water, it can bind sand and gravel into a hard, solid mass called concrete. Cement also a binder, a substance that sets and hardens independently, and can bind other materials together. The word "cement" traces to the Romans, who used the term opus caementicium to describe masonry resembling modern concrete that was made from crushed rock with burnt lime as binder. The volcanic ash and pulverized brick additives that were added to the burnt lime to obtain a hydraulic binder.

We have seen several jutsu which also manipulate the environment like the dust release which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra.

Also in Gaara’s Sand which the Users can control the finely divided rock and mineral particles of earth and control, shape and otherwise manipulate it to their advantage. They can manipulate the density of sand to make it very dense and solid or diffuse and liquid or almost mist-like. User can dehydrate the moisture out of anything containing moisture such as plants, dirt or animals, causing them to crumble into sand/dust.

Deidara Clay, the power to manipulate clay into many uses or into different shapes or forms. This power is a variation of Earth Manipulation and Clay Mimicry. this power can shape any amounts of clay to give it form to the users liking to greatly help with strageties or tactics. So Cement would also work in Narutoverse as cement is a fine, soft, powdery-type substance. It is made from a mixture of elements that are found in natural materials such as limestone, clay, sand and/or shale which also could easily find in Real Life and Narutoverse.

How it works: Cement form by chemical reactions that occur independently of the mixture's water content; they can harden even underwater or when constantly exposed to wet weather. The chemical reaction that results when the anhydrous cement powder is mixed with water produces hydrates that are not water-soluble. Non-hydraulic cements (e.g. gypsum plaster) must be kept dry in order to retain their strength.

And in Narutoverse the user extract natural earth element within their environment which is heating limestone and clay then mixed it with water to create a fine, soft, powdery-type substance then to gravel into a hard, solid mass hen mixed with sand, stones, or other aggregates.

✗ Declined: For starters Teno submitted Mortar Release, which is pretty much the same as what you're submitting here. It was declined but as long as he still has the intention to resubmit it, whether I decline it or not, I'm not going to approve it for other people. Secondly you didn't really made an element, you made a pseudo-element. What you do is something very differently than Deidara or the 4th kazekage. Against the time you are finished with making your cement, you died ten times over. Not to mention you don't find clay or lime just anywhere, then you need to start using earth, fire and water chakra one by one as you can't use them at the same time the way you're explaining it. Then you'r saying it's a powdery substance, then again it's a solid? What you made was some complex set of steps you need to undertake to create cement, but not a CE. Also this has been submitted even before Teno and declined by Nexus.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): cement is a fine, soft, powdery-type substance. It is made from a mixture of elements that are found in natural materials such as limestone, clay, sand and/or shale. When cement is mixed with water, it can bind sand and gravel into a hard, solid mass called concrete. Cement also a binder, a substance that sets and hardens independently, and can bind other materials together. The word "cement" traces to the Romans, who used the term opus caementicium to describe masonry resembling modern concrete that was made from crushed rock with burnt lime as binder. The volcanic ash and pulverized brick additives that were added to the burnt lime to obtain a hydraulic binder.

We have seen several jutsu which also manipulate the environment like the dust release which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra.

Also in Gaara’s Sand which the Users can control the finely divided rock and mineral particles of earth and control, shape and otherwise manipulate it to their advantage. They can manipulate the density of sand to make it very dense and solid or diffuse and liquid or almost mist-like. User can dehydrate the moisture out of anything containing moisture such as plants, dirt or animals, causing them to crumble into sand/dust.

Deidara Clay, the power to manipulate clay into many uses or into different shapes or forms. This power is a variation of Earth Manipulation and Clay Mimicry. this power can shape any amounts of clay to give it form to the users liking to greatly help with strageties or tactics. This power along with Life-Force Generation can bring various works of clay to life to serve them (variation of Geokinetic Creature Creation). So Cement would also work in Narutoverse as cement is a fine, soft, powdery-type substance. It is made from a mixture of elements that are found in natural materials such as limestone, clay, sand and/or shale which also could easily find in Real Life and Narutoverse.

How it works: Cement form by chemical reactions that occur independently of the mixture's water content; they can harden even underwater or when constantly exposed to wet weather. The chemical reaction that results when the anhydrous cement powder is mixed with water produces hydrates that are not water-soluble. Non-hydraulic cements (e.g. gypsum plaster) must be kept dry in order to retain their strength.

And in Narutoverse the user extract natural earth element within their environment which is heating limestone and clay then mixed it with water to create a fine, soft, liquid-type substance then to gravel into a hard, solid mass then mixed with sand, stones, or other aggregates. Those process will actually be able to produce and maintain within the help of a Flagons, a magical flagons such as Gaara gourd. The flagons already contain those material inside it, then turn it into a liquid cement and the flagons able to maintain the required heat to keep it in liquid form in certain temperature by absorbing the user chakra every use, drain their chakra constantly. The user will release it from the flagons to the opponent with his chakra maintain it's heat to keep it steady in liquid form, when it reach the opponent the user will release his chakra whilst the liquid cement shall be harden by itself due to the environment temperature. With this way, protect the user form harm of the process.

Inside the flagons contain of limestones, clays,rock which form a liquid cement via strong chakra which kept by the seal of the ancient elder, he wants someone with strong chakra able to use this flagons to protet his village from enemy and also only be use for goodness as his chakra begin to fade away, when the user found it, he strap the flagons onto his back then the flagons will attached with the user’s back whilst begin to drain the user chakra to kept the the cement in liquid form.

-This Flagons can be destroyed by a strong lightning jutsu
-This flagon is considered as Weapon so the user cannot use his/her CW in the same battle he uses this.
-Every time the user use the cement inside using this flagons, it will drain -20 chakra per use and -30 Chakra per turn.
- Can only be use for 10 turns max no more than that or the Flagons will be destroyed afterwards.

✗ Declined: And I doubt I'm going to approve this. You give here an entire explanation of dust, clay and sand release, which are all very different things with no direction correlation with each other and I have no clue as why you wrote them. Then you explain something that pretty much comes down to the Quicklime variation of Youton. That entire explanation of magical flagons makes this not approvable as I can't consider this an element. Gaara has that gourd because he can't make sand from his chakra alone, his sand isn't a separate element either. On top of that it's one thing that's in the gourd, not several.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Nitrogen Triiodide or Nitrogen dust is a highly sensitive powder that explodes on physical contact or strong vibrations. In the atmosphere and very air we breathe in Nitrogen is present. And it is so in the Naruto universe. Iodine is also one of the diatomic elements found in nature. Nitrogen Dust(Nitrogen Triiodide) occurs when the Nitrogen gas chemically bonds with Pure Iodine. This allows it to take on a powdery almost dirt like looking substance. Under the conditions present, the Nitrogen and Iodine will bond together forming the chemical formula of NI3. By nature, it is an extremely sensitive contact explosive: small quantities explode with a loud, sharp snap when touched even lightly, releasing a purple cloud of iodine vapor; it can even be detonated by alpha radiation.

How it works: Using lightning chakra and focusing it into the air, causes the Nitrogen atoms to diffuse or separate itself from the rest of the particles into the air so that it may stand alone. Using earth chakra, the user brings up raw iodine from the ground. Using chakra manipulation, the user brings these two elements together and causes a chemical reaction by forcing his chakra in and out of the compound. This creates an excessive amount of energy which is needed for the chemical reaction to take place. After the reaction, a dark brown powder is left behind resembling dirt. Nitrogen dust is normally highly reactive but it has special properties in reference to its user. The user cannot set off Nitrogen Dust by touching it themselves. Nitrogen Triiodide can be detonated in many ways. One of the key ways is through remote detonation invoked by the user. Another is through extreme physical/forceful touch. If an opponent were to just hold Nitrogen dust in their hands it will not detonate. However, if excessive force is used such as a punch or a kick, the dust will be set off. This gives the user immunity of his own jutsu. However, if the user were to detonate the Dust prematurely it will hurt them. Once Nitrogen dust explodes it releases a large purple cloud of Iodine gas into the air. The Iodine gas is violent and makes it very hard for the opponent to breathe within the cloud of Iodine.

When an explosion occurs in close proximity with another pocket of Nitrogen Dust, the second pocket of it also detonates. This is due to the vibration caused by the first explosion. This falls into another category of how the dust can be set of. Vibrations: Any form of strong vibration can set off the dust. Like in the previous example, the shock wave caused by an explosion can cause a violent explosion. Large Scale earth jutsu that require a large amount of the terrain to be changed would obviously cause a tremor or vibration. This would, in turn, set off the dust. Not only physical jutsu, but jutsu such as Sound that entirely rely on vibration are weak towards the sheer power of Nitrogen dust. This dense mixture of Nitrogen and Iodine as the unique ability to absorb sound waves. Despite its sensitivities to vibration, Sound jutsu that are one rank above the intended Nitrogen Dust jutsu will be contained and absorbed by this dust. Two ranks and above will set off the Nitrogen dust in a rampant explosion.

The different ways to set off this dust are as follows:

1) Remote Detonation Through Chakra
2) Extreme Physical Contact
3) Strong Vibrations

With these in mind, Nitrogen Dust can become a very versatile element in its usage. For example, using the physical touch aspect of the Nitrogen Dust it can be used as a field mine to set a trap for an opponent. It can even be shaped into tools such as Shuriken and Kunai to add range to its reach. Much like any other solid element that involves powder it can be compact into nigh-solid shapes.

✗ Declined: Pretty much everything from acceptable. Your proof is just some scientifical explanation without any real kind of connection to how it's proven in the Narutoverse. The way how you create isn't much better either. If you actually need to both focus one chakra into the earth and one into the air, you can't even do both of them at the same time like that, and then need a chemical reaction to get what you want. That's not a CE, you should be able to make it mainly based on mixing characters, which fuuton would be a must. On top of that based on what you said, the creation itself would be enough to make it explode, but somehow you bypassed that, making it suit your own needs. Thins like "one rank higher" and "two rank higher", should not be in a CE description. Lastly your strengths. In the very best of cases things like Sound and vibration are neutral and then you make them out to be weak? If one vibration is enough to make it explode, how exactly did your element win? It's gone, it exploded. Considering when it explodes, your CE is gone, nothing that makes it explode can be considered a strength as your CE is then gone. A strength is when an element overpowers another element, which does not happen in your case. Also saying that a harmful gas then is released, would be plain suicide as you have no control over it.
