The element is based on: Extreme chakra manipulation, and organic material to manipulate.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Deoxyribonucleic acid or DNA, is a nucleic acid, that contains the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms, with the exception of some viruses. The main role of DNA molecules is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints, like a recipe or a code, since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells, such as proteins and RNA molecules. The DNA segments that carry this genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes, or are involved in regulating the use of this genetic information.

Orochimaru performed DNA experiments on various animals and human beings, one of the results of these experiments are Yamato, whose body was injected with the DNA of the first Hokage, when he was a baby. But many of Orochimaru’s experiments, have also been brutally mutated because of his DNA experiments, this shows us that it’s possible to change people’s appearance and abilities, by using DNA of other people. By using chakra and organic material, this release allows the user to collect and use DNA, to chance their own appearance, and sometimes even strengthen some of their own techniques temporarily.
Note: This release cannot be used to steal KG's.

Idea behind its creation: Honestly, I was thinking of Warhammer, Skavens, the Skyre and Moulder clan, but it’s also based on Orochimaru’s weird experiments.

Conditions to be able to use it: User must be at least Kage rank, since this requires extreme chakra manipulation. User must also have mastery of genjutsu, (all cannon non KG techs) because this release also requires a significant knowledge of the mind.

Is weak to: Methanol, since it’s a gas that can be inhaled, and disturb the body from the inside, and thereby also the DNA transformation. Blood, since blood is a vital thing in carrying the DNA around, and without a proper blood flow, the transformation won’t work properly. The weaknesses of whatever the user may turn himself into, will of course also count. Strong fire, since it can heat the body up, and thereby kill cells and disturb the transformation. Strong water, since it can cool the body down, and thereby disturb the transformation.

Is strong against: Germ release, since the users body has been undergoing extreme changes, it has adjusted itself to withstand extreme genetic changes, this also includes Viruses and Bacteria's. Apart from that, this release doesn't really have any particular elemental strengths, it's mostly a boosting element.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): The hidden mist jutsu is used to create a thick cover over the battle field using water vapors and the user's chakra.
Fog, is like mist, a collection of water droplets or ice crystals suspended in the air, at or near the Earth’s surface. While fog is a type of a cloud, unlike most of the clouds fog is often generated locally. It’s often made of sources like a nearby body of water, like a lake or the ocean, or from nearby moist ground or marshes.
Fog is more dense than mist and therefore reduces the sight even more. One would see so little that even doujutsu would have some difficulty looking though it.
Shadows are cast through fog in three dimensions, which makes it hard to tell where the shadow is cast from. The fog is dense enough to be illuminated by light that passes through gaps in a structure or tree, but thin enough to let a large quantity of that light pass through to illuminate points further on. As a result, object shadows appear as "beams" oriented in a direction parallel to the light source. These voluminous shadows are due to the same cause as crepuscular rays, which are the shadows of clouds, but in this case, they are the shadows of solid objects.So,just like mist,fug is easily optained by just sending water chakra into the air,also adding chakra thus the user being able to manipulate it to its will.
Idea behind its creation: To create an advanced form of mist techniques, fog reduces visability even more then mist and is normally from a local source like a nearby body of water, like a lake or the ocean, or from nearby moist ground or marshes, making it easier to replenish and not very chakra intensive to form since you are manipulating natural water instead of making it with your water chakra.
Conditions to be able to use it: must have mastered Water and be experienced in controling your own chakra and controling water with chakra to make it into new forms (like being well practiced in Hyuga techniques,rain or ice)
Is weak to: advanced Wind(since its thicker than mist), Earth

The element is based on: Combination of Advanced Earth and Fire elements

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

It is possible to exist this Element as we have seen many others similar to it. For example the closest element to Chronium is Steel Release which is practicly another metal. Both the elements are made by mixing Earth and Fire chakra. The diference is that with Chronium, one requires more chakra, as the metal itself is more harder and stronger.

As people have been seen to easily combine several elements to create an entirely new element, Chromium release would be used by combining large amount of fire and earth chakra together. Since characters have been seen making the properties of their earth jutsu as hard as possible be making their chakra as dense as possible it is possible to create chromium since all you would have to do is add fire chakra to it to purify the metal.

The Ninja will have to build up a large amount of Earth and Fire chakra into their hands and then combine it, mixing the chakra in such a way that the Metal Chromium is created. The metal having many uses in battle.

Idea behind its creation: I was looking at my Chemistry book and I just saw it’s name there. I researched about the metal and found that it would have many great uses in battle. I saw that it wasn’t submitted so I’m going to sumbit it now.

Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery over Fire and Earth Elements.

Is weak to: Lightning(Conductive), Lava, and Advanced Wind(Due to it’s ability to cut through it).

Is strong against: Fire(Its melting point is 1907 °C so we can tell that it can pass through fire without melting) Earth(This metal is very hard), and Water(High Resistence to Rusting), Ice

The element is based on: High levels of lightning, earth and wind control and the basis if separating the fluorine from the ground via electrical impulse and manipulating the gas like wind.
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Fluorine is a naturally occuring element in the earth, and is even found in some living organisms. This element can be extracted from the earth and air using chakra manipulation in a manner similar to Guren's crystal release.

Once it is extracted, it behaves as a gas, therefore it can be controlled in the manner of wind release, while exerting some electrical control on the fluorine atoms to keep them as free radicals, maintaining the properties of the gas.

A versatile element, capeable of many applications, via elemental combinations or as a stand alone element

The element is based on:

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Toffee is a confection made by caramelizing sugar along with butter, and occasionally flour. The mixture is heated until its temperature reaches the hard crack stage of 300 to 310 °F (149 to 154 °C). The process of making toffee involves boiling the ingredients until the mix is stiff enough to be pulled into a shape which holds and has a glossy surface. The resulting mixture will typically be poured into a shallow tray and allowed to cool to form a sheet. Different mixes, processes, and (most importantly) temperatures of toffee making will result in different textures and hardnesses, from soft and often sticky to a hard brittle material.
Using Earth chakra to Draw the required minerals from the ground and Mix them with water release, you then apply fire release to heat the ingredients to the required temperature to form the toffee

The element is based on: Earth, Fire, Water, Chakra
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Sponge is one of the most made substances made on the planet simply because it is made from Cellulose which is the most common organic compound on earth, it is found in the cell wall of plants and often obtained from wood pulp and cotton, which in its raw state is composed of 91 percent pure cellulose. We use it to make cardboard and paper, as well as sponges and other materials. Instead of dissolving in water, cellulose absorbs it, making it the ideal material for a sponge.

The way it will be made is by simply taking the cellulose from plant cells then heating it at high temperatures creating small cellulose crystals, eventually these crystals will melt and burn slightly to make a yellow liquid and when this liquid is properly cooled it shall become a soft solid that will retain it's shape after being compressed.

As we have seen we are capable of creating crystals through heating substances derived from earth, but to obtain a heat so hot to actually melt these crystals will mean heat from the flame must be coming from every vertex of the crystal meaning extreme chakra control is needed, the reason for this is because the vertex is the strongest part of the crystal and when all are heated simultaneously the crystal shall melt and slightly burn to get that yellow colour. Once it reaches this state the cooling of the water to form the sponge, the air bubbles inside of the water gives the sponge small gaps for a to leave the sponge but to keep air from getting in.

The element is based on: Fire chakra + Lightning chakra + Water Release

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Acid is a substance which reacts with a base. Commonly, acids can be identified as tasting sour, reacting with metals such as calcium, and bases like sodium carbonate. Aqueous acids have a pH of less than 7, where an acid of lower pH is typically stronger, and turn blue litmus paper red.

Now, Acidic water (often referred to as electrolyzed water) is water with a potential hydrogen (pH) of less than 7. pH refers to the amount of hydrogen mixed in with the water. So if we decrease the pH of the water, we get acidic water.

Acids in Nature: Even though most of us don’t realize, acids are very important to people for one way or another. One acid that we have in our body is the Gastric Acid, a digestive fluid, formed in the stomach. The acid plays a key role in digestion of proteins.
Also, Hydrochloric acid is found naturally in gastric acid, but also was produced from vitriol (sulfuric acid) and common salt.
And of course, the Tartaric acid is a white crystalline diprotic organic acid. It occurs naturally in many plants, particularly grapes, bananas, and tamarinds, and is one of the main acids found in wine. It is added to other foods to give a sour taste, and is used as an antioxidant.

With all those statements above we prove that there are acids in the real world and in the narutoverse. But how would one be able to use Acid Release. First we have seen Mei Terumi using similar to this. Her boil release has some acidic qualities. Mei was able to sufficiently manipulate the mists acidic qualities to safer levels by adjusting the pH levels of the mist. So basically it’s possible to have liquid acids in the narutoverse and we have seen one even using something very similar. Now in order the user to create acidic water is by using his fire and lightning chakra, but not to heat the water but to adjust the pH level of the water and make it acidic. Once done that, this water will burn anything that touches but because of the lightning chakra, it will also numb the opponent and do some heavy burns as this is acid after all.

The element is based on: Chakra Control, Lightning and Fire.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Antimatter is the extension of the concept of the antiparticle to matter, where antimatter is composed of antiparticles in the same way that normal matter is composed of particles. For example, a positron (antiparticle of the electron ,e+) and an anti-proton (p) can form an anti-hydrogen atom in the same way that an electron and a proton form a normal matter hydrogen atom. Mixing matter and antimatter can lead to the annihilation of both. The same goes for mixing antiparticles and particles. This gives rise to high-energy photons (gamma rays) or other particle–antiparticle pairs.
However the earth seems to only exist of matter, there is also antimatter, not only on the earth, but widely spread amongst the universe. In some parts of the universe there seems to be even more antimatter than matter.
Recently (January 2011) research showed antimatter originating above thunderstorm clouds. This is the first time antimatter has been observed occurring naturally on Earth. Antimatter has also been made artificially with the use of extremely high temperatures. This provides the answer to how ninja can use it in the manga context. The ninja first has to make thunderclouds or an extremely hot fire, before he can use the antimatter that was created by those thunderclouds or the fire, however to not cause unwanted annihilation, the ninja has to have chakra control that’s close to perfect.
Since it's really difficult to have an anti-form of anything, this custom element only works against solid object/elements.

The element is based on: Earth + Fire + Chakra

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In Narutoverse everything that exists has Ying and Yang... Even the five basic elements. The Breakdown release is the Yang of the Earth based elements, meaning that instead of being Creation element, it is destruction element. Breakdown release is utilized on solids, breaking them down into atoms but this element cannot be used on any organic substances like plants or human skin. Therefore, the element cannot be offensive and it's only defensive.

There were only two jutsus planned for this and two ways to use it.

1. Be in contact with the substance ( touch it with hand infused with Fire + Earth chakra ) breaking it down faster. This is also more dangerous way as you need to be in contact with earth attacks

For example If Mugen was to use his Titanium twin dragons, I'd need to touch the dragons to break them down properly. This would require good reflexes and notable speed.

2. Send Remotely Earth + Fire chakra into the solid, breaking it down slower than in the first option. This isn't as dangerous as the first option, but this can be used only short ranged into small objects/areas.

For example If Mugen was to use his Titanium twin dragons, I'd need to send remotely chakra into the substance and I could break the dragon partially.

The element is based on: Fire, Lightning, and chakra control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Pulsars are highly magnetized neutron stars that emit a beam of electromagnetic radiation. The radiation released by pulsars can only be observed when the beam of emission is pointed toward the Earth. This is called the lighthouse effect and is the cause of the pulsed nature that gives pulsars their name. These neutron stars are very dense objects, allowing the rotation period and also the interval between observed pulses to be very regular. The observed range of their pulses can range from being as fast 1.4 milliseconds to as long as 8.5 seconds. There are three distinct classes of pulsars that are currently know. Rotation-powered pulsars, where the loss of rotational energy of the star provides the power, accretion-powered pulsars, where the gravitational potential energy of accreted matter is the power source, and magnetars where the decay of an extremely strong magnetic field provides the electromagnetic power. Pulsar winds are composed of charged particles accelerated to relativistic speed by the rapidly rotating and super-strong magnetic field of a spinning pulsar. The pulsar winds streams into the interstellar medium, creating a standing shock wave, where it is decelerated to sub-relativistic speed.

Pulsars would be possible in the Naruto universe because there is in fact a sun and probably other stars as well. Pulsars are a type of radiation released from the sun, if there is a sun then it would right to assume that such radiation is possible in the Naruto universe. The version of pulsars that will be recreated will not involve the creation of neutron stars, but the ninja will use different elemental chakra and chakra control to achieve a point where similar energy can released. The neutron star is simply used as inspiration for the element. The introduction of the Storm release used by Darui also proves that this element is possible. While this element is the combination of lightning and fire, the Storm release is the combination of lightning and water. This proves that lightning is able to be combined with different elements.

The first step will be focusing large amounts of both lightning and fire chakra at a single point. The lightning and fire will be heavily compressed with chakra to keep the from releasing, and giving the chakra a very dense and heavy nature. The ninja will continue to add high levels of lightning and fire while compressing it to create immense levels of both thermal and electromagnetic radiation. Eventually, unable to keep the massive amount of energy contained, it will begin to collapse and the ninja will stop compressing it. The in-falling energy causes it to speed up and begin to emit high energy radiation, similar to that created by a pulsar. All of the electromagnetic radiation produced is rapidly released from the axis. The ninja will then immediately use chakra control and shape manipulation, seen with the use of Rasengan, to rotate the expanding emitted energy and take control of it. The energy can then be directed anywhere. Though the element is actually the electromagnetic and thermal radiation being spiraled, the speed and amount of energy contained gives the element the appearance of normal lightning being released, though of course the properties are much greater. The color of Pulsar is bright reddish-gold.

Idea behind its creation: The main inspiration for the creation of this element was the Sun itself. But I also wanted to create a new type of lightning similar to Storm release, which is the combination of lightning and water. Usually people just try to create an advanced form of lightning that is just a more powerful version of lightning, they don't try to combine it with other elements. I also saw how everyone ran out of good ideas about the fire element. Similar to the lightning element, they were just submitting the same things over and over again. So I thought to myself, if I could combine these two elements that no one experiments with, then I could created a new element with brand new properties similar to both fire and lightning.

Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery of fire and lightning elements, and chakra control.

Is weak to:
- Large pressurized water sources and advanced water elements: can absorb the high levels of electromagnetic and thermal radiation.
- Wind based elements: can cancel out the lightning.

Is strong against:
- Earth based elements: would be melted or blasted apart.
- Normal small/medium water sources: evaporated on contact.
- Lightning based elements: the lightning would be absorbed into pulsars.
- Fire based elements: the fire would be absorbed into pulsars.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): water has been combined with every other element to create different forms far beyond normal water jutsu (storm,boil,wood for example) taking the opposite of Boil (water+fire) and instead taking water plus wind should result in the water cooling (but not freezing due to the lack of KG from the yuki clan) instead of heating up like in Boil,it cools down.just like boil release the user is able to produce chill release when he or shes merges his/her wind chakra with water chakra,in otherwords he or she manipulater wind to cool the water very close to frezzing piont.
Idea behind its creation: fusing water with wind chakra to make it extremly cold but not frozen like ice release. seems entirely possible since water has been used in several Kekki Genkai already like being made into boiling steam, trees, ice and storm release.

The element is based on: Water + Earth

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In an anime episode of Naruto, Naruto was fighting a woman who could use multiple elements. She used a water element and ran electricity through it to shock naruto. This is similar to real world circumstances. water has its mineral ions in it, such as cations from sodium, calcium, iron, copper and anions such as chloride and bromide. These ions act as cathodes and anodes,which allow electricity to jump from ion to ion and therefore pass through the water. If water maintains the same properties in the anime as they do in real life, then these ions should be able to be removed.

Deionization is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which bind to and filter out the mineral salts from water. Because the majority of water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces a high purity water that is generally similar to distilled water, and this process is quick and without scale buildup. The user will concentrate earth and water chakra into the stomachs or hands (dependin on where they are generating the water) and that earth chakra will attract and absorb the ions in the water in the same manner that a filter would. These filters allow the water to pass, but retain the ions in the water, producing pure water from the body.

Yamato: I used pure (de-ionized) water in a project for school. It was used in a cooling system for a hydrogen fuel cell, so the water needed to be non-conductive in case it leaked inside the fuel cell.

Conditions to be able to use it: mastery of Water and
Earth (more of water), a large amount of chakra, and knowledge of water and why it is conductive.

The element is based on: Fire and Chakra

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Before I show you the facts I have to explain how this Custom Element works.
Flame of Emotion is an element that will allow the user to incorporate the element of fire into his body which will allow him to produce flames from any part of his body (with no harm) including his lungs, giving him the ability to, in essence, breathe fire. The heat of the fire can increase in temperature, which is proportional to the user's emotional state, meaning that if the user is enraged, the heat of the fire will increase greatly, if he's calm the fire will be the same as normal fire or if he really has no killing intent at all the fire won't even burn the opponent and/or his comrades.
Also it may seem that even C-ranks will overpower A or even S-rank techniques if the user is furious, but it won't, if the technique is a C-rank then C-rank technqiue will have the power of C-rank techniques. Credits to Scary Yamato and Nexus for poiting this out.

Now I will show you the facts:

• First Fact: The fire element

Through the whole Naruto manga, we've seen characters create fire by increasing the temperature of their chakra, but even if it is fire, there seems to be a point or a reason of why do the characters themselves never seem to be hurt by the heat of it, even though their practicly spitting fire.

• Second Fact: Emotions and feelings

This particular fact focuses on Naruto and the Nine-tailed-fox.
Most of Naruto's fights (or all of them) he will get furious against the opponent for something they say or do that retaliates against his love ones, as a result, the Fox would take over him with the help of anger. All of this happen in the fight Naruto had with Orochimaru. The Nine-Tails' chakra began to burn its way through Naruto's entire body, completely destroying his skin while rapidly healing it at the same time.
This proves that feelings and emotions are a big factor in fights and the techniques used in them aswell.

• Third Fact: A's Lightning Armor

This armor is is made of lightning, wich makes you think, how could someone not get hurt while being covered in lightning?. But it isn't clear how, so this only helps prove that the Custom Element is possible within the Naruto Universe.

• Fourth Fact: Mei's lava and boil release

Both these elements help support the theory of using extreme amount of heat in or out side the body without any drawbacks. A lava techniques was used by Mei that was released from her mouth without getting burned wich is incrible, considering the amount of heat lava posseses. Boil release is very interesting, the primary function of it is to melt anything that may be in contact with it but we see Mei inmune to it even though the acidic mist was all in one room and only Sasuke was taking damage.


Idea behind its creation: Both Ace (One Piece) and Natsu (Fairy Tail) have the ability to be covered in fire without getting burned. I also tried to make this Custom Jutsus, but both Emperor and Zenryoku decline them because they weren't ''possible'' so, my only option to have this kind of power is to make it a CE and prove that they are possible.

Conditions to be able to use it: Have fire as and affinity and a great chakra control.

Is weak to:

• Water release

• Wind release, but only blast-like and cutting techniques, since those two are more compressed wind than wind itself.

Is strong against:

• Equal to fire and any other advance fire element with the exception of Sun Fire and White Fire

• Wind release techniques that create gusts, wind, hurricanes etc.

Silicon is the eighth most common element in the world by mass and is the second most adundant element after Oxygen. It makes up 27.7% of the Earth crust by mass. It is rarely seen in its pure free element in nature. Silicon is classified as a metalloid. It has variety of uses because it can easily bond with element. Also is an electrical semiconductor and doesn't conduct temperture. Silicon has many devivatives including Silicone and Silica, which are widely used as a base for a range of manufacturing products. It has a shiny, glittery appearance similar to Mica. Silicon is one of the few substances like water, bismuth, and gallium, whose density is higher in liquid then in its solid state, so it expands when it freezes. Silicon in its liquid form is hot as Lava but higher. Lava is 700C to 1200C(1300F to 2000F). Silicon is 1414C (2577F)

Sand/powder, quartz, rock and liquid are some forms Silicon can be in. In the form of sand/powder or clay it can be used to make concrete and brick. Also in its sand/powder form it is a principal ingredients of making glass. Silicone is a polymer mixture of Silicon, Oxygen and Carbon. These properties make Silicone a versatile material that is used to make wax, grease, caulk and certain explosive that require putty packing. Certain mistures of Silicone that includes small amounts of Boric Acid, have an unique ability to make Toy Products. One of the products is bouncing rubber balls.

How this is possible in the Narutoverse by there has been all types of powder/sands. The last three Kazekages have their own sand. Also this is an advance earth(sand) just like all the other advance earth elements that has been approved but this is just like Hells powder CE that got approved.

Silicon is important to plants and animals lives. Diatons in both fresh and salt water extract Silica from the water to build their cell walls. Also, Silica is present in the ashes of plants and in human skeletons.

The user uses their earth chakra then uses their fire chakra to heat the peices up to make the Silicon "react" to it. This makes Silicon crystal then using his wind chakra cutting it up into fine small pieces(powder)

We have seen Gaara and the Third Kazekage sand, Deidara's clay and glass. Silicon can be dound in sand, clay and glass. All these have been seen in the manga. Silicon can be sand/powder or clay or be used to make glass. Gaara and the Third Kazekage sand could have peices of Silicon in it. Deidara's clay could have Silicon in it because clay has Silicon properties in it. Glass in the manga is seen being weared on people face and windows. Glass has Silicon in it

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Iridium Element is possible because to create it we alter already existing isotopic structures within earth. By altering its composition we filter out impurities such as platinum, in order to obtain a stable form of Iridium which without alteration is normally unstable. It is created when user releases his/her chakra into the earth this chakra finds and conforms to Iridium, thus separating it from other structures creating a pure isotope environment in which it becomes stable to use as ninja's weapon. This element is refined by the chakra, and because it is a mineral the user needs to have mastered Earth Element.

In the manga we have seen Gaara how he transformed solid earth into his Sand, so I believe that it is possible to take Iridium from there, so it is possible that skilled Earth Element user could seperate Iridium deposites from the earth.

Idea behind its creation:
We wanted metal which will be resist to Water and Fire Elements. We have seen ninjas to use different metal elements, so why not Iridium?

Custom element english name: Dry Ice
The element is based on: Advanced Wind control, skilled Water control, and chakra control.
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
By using more Wind Chakra than Water Chakra the user makes a form of Ice that is called Dry Ice where it is solidified Carbon Dioxide. Dry ice is colder than water and ice, and leaves no moisture as its changing states from solid to gas. When brought against water it quickly releases a fog of Carbon Dioxide where it is nearly impossible to see anything especially the Dry Ice. Which can cause Cold Burns and severely damage the skin. If the opponent is prolonged to the Fog released from the Dry Ice they will suffocate due to the severe lack of oxygen.
The Fog released from the dry ice is used to fight fire, which makes it a better option to use than ice when fighting fires. If the Dry Ice is contained and the outside air of the container gets too extreme temperatures the Dry Ice will explode causing massive damage if not permanent loss of hearing.
Idea behind its creation: Dry ice is used primarily as a cooling agent. Its advantages include lower temperature than that of water ice and not leaving any residue (other than incidental frost from moisture in the atmosphere). In it's solid state it is solidified Carbon-Dioxide. It is also used to generate a Carbon-Dioxide gas.
Conditions to be able to use it: Wind, and Water
Is weak to:
Water - In it's solid state when Dry Ice comes in contact with water it breaks
Lightning - Due to the fact it would destroy it in solid state and disperse the fog when in its fog state
Is strong against:
Fire (any type) - Due to the fact that in its fog state the Carbon-dioxide released displaces the Oxygen in the air.
Water - Due to the reason when it comes in contact water not only breaks solid Dry Ice but quickly evaporates into a carbon-dioxide fog.
Lava - In its gas state it is capable of cooling Lava faster than it can heat up, as well as displaces the oxygen in side of it.

The element is based on:Water+Lightning+Chara+Chakra
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
The lightning chakra splits the hydrogen and oxygen atoms in the water. then the user focuses chakra into the oxygen part of the water. and since oxygen is a gas the user adds more chakra so it can change its state from gas to liquid making liquid Oxygen. Also if wind is added to the liquid it can become a frozen substance. If the user adds wind chakra into the oxygen, it starts to cool down to temperatures below 0 degrees Celcius or the freezing point of liquid.
Idea behind its creation: i got this idea when i hand lab class today and we were talking about liquid gases. My teacher brought up liquid oxygen as a poisonous substance that can kill because pure oxygen can kill uou if you breathe it in long enough. So i made Liquid Oxygen.
Conditions to be able to use it:Mastery of water,lightning and chakra control
Is weak to: Fire(it will evaporate the liquid and send it in the air making the hydrogen atoms rejoin with it turning it back into water vapor),Earth(its not powerful enough to be stronger than earth),Sun fire,White fire,Violent flame,Dark fire.

Custom element english name: Stardust (Star dust)

The element is based on: The Lightning, Earth and Wind elements.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Star dust is dust from space composed of particles which are a few molecules to 0.1 mm in size. Star dust can be distinguished by its astronomical location; some examples are: intergalactic dust, interstellar dust (mostly in nebula) , interplanetary dust and circumplanetary dust (a planetery ring like Saturn's) etc.
I named it Stardust because Daemon had already submitted a similar CE called Cosmic Dust (I talked to him about it and he allowed me to submit it), I really didnt' like the name because the concept of it will become too great and long, taking time to understand it very well so I just enfasized in ''stars'' and other facts about them in the Narutoverse that will come later.

The main purpose of this element is to combine some properties of the lightning, earth, and wind elements. Creating a combination of wind, dust and electricity to create very fine blue-white-glowly dust that if inhaled, can block the corpuscles in the lungs, and can take a while to dislodge. It can also be used like blasts, gusts, dust bowls, etc. All of them having devastating results to the opponent' body and the surroundings, alsmot like Dust release, without the ability to manipulate molecules and the use of dimensional objects.

Now the ''star'' part. In one fo the filler arcs in Naruto (before the time-skip) a ''star'' (meteorite) crashed and destroyed an entire forest and prevented the growth of plants and trees for some years because of the radiation. The ''star'' was used to enhance chakra with the radiation. This gave the villagers supernatural chakra levels and as well use the Mysterious Peacock Method. However the constant use of the ''star'' gave life-threatening, conditions to its users.

All of this proving that the Stardust release is possible in the universe of Naruto, using some the effects of the ''star'' on the opponent (wich some real life dust can cause) with the base of Dust release and the characteristics of the wind, earth and lightning elements.

Idea behind its creation: In the Yugioh series there's a dragon called Stardust Dragon, the name - Stardust - really caught my attention. I investigate about it and all of it led me to this submission.

Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery of Lightning, Earth and Wind elements.

Is weak to:

• Fire - The high temperature of it can burn the dust and the wind of it will only just make it more powerfull. CEs about it aswell.

• Wind - Techniques like Atsugai and Danzo's vaccum based wind techniques. CEs about it aswell.

• Lightning - Same as why wind is stronger that lightning. CEs about it are in equal power.

The element is based on: Chakra+wind/ other elements depending on the kind of weather needed
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Weather has been controled by ninjutsu already, Rain techniques(Rainy weather), fireballs to create storm clouds then harnassing the natural lightning to create kirin(stormy weather).
This is simply Using elemental chakra to directly control the clouds, humidity and wind currents in the sky instead of using ninjutsu to change them (like dragon fireballs to make thunderclouds).e.g wind+fire chakra would create a fine sunny weather.
