The element is based on: Earth + Fire + Wind +Chakra
Fact that proves this element to be possible (in the manga context): glass is possible of being created by the use of fire, water, and earth. By mixing the earth with wind, the user creates a sand-like type of earth that he then adds to fire, heating up the mixture, causing a very strong and thick hot liquid, lol no pun intended . The user then adds more cold wind to the mix, cooling the mix, making it solidify and appear as a glass-like object. The glass is very thick and a black color and commonly found in the earth around volcanic eruptions. Obsidian, as it is known, is a very thick, jagged edge object (with edges that can reach the microscopic point) that if reheated, can form a lava-ish material that is very harmful to the enemy as it can burn through near anything like acid. The user can manipulate the lava-ish glass as if it were still Obsidian but in a thick liquid state of matter as it is still obsidian but in it's native form.
Idea behind the creation: I was looking up several types of mineral in world geography and came across obsidian, which I think is one of the best kinds for it is very hard to beat. Water and wind further cool the element down, making it even stronger. Lightning only chips it away piece by piece. Earth, however, can shatter it completely if strong and thick enough.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):The first hokage, (Hashirama Senju) specialized in a very special element that the very fewest can use. This element was called the Mokuton element. If he had the power, or a way, to controll that. I have no dought that there is a way to bring substances to the next level..To life.
Idea behind its creation: Hashirama Senju and his wood element.
Conditions to be able to use it: I must teach it to you and it requires a very special seal on the upper left arm.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): There has been nodirect appeance or rabies but there has been charaters seen suffering from diseases (itachi, that guy from teh chunin exam) and modified posin's (by sasori) so why would it not be possible to modify/create a disease. well more of a bioweapon based off rabies

Anyways if one is a carrier of rabies they can fuse it with chakra. different chakra's well equal diffrent mutations of the virus. mostly done by focusing chakra into the silivery glads.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): During the battle scene at the Kage Summit, Mei Terumī, the Fifth Mizukage, was seen using the Boil element to defend and even melt through Sasuke’s Susanoo Shield. Just like the original creation of the Boil element, the user would infuse both their fire and water chakra in order to create Boil.
Idea behind its creation: A Kekki Genkai used by the Fifth Mizukage

The Boil Release (沸遁, Futton) are techniques that combine fire and water-based chakra to create a powerful corrosive vapor capable of melting anything. The user is also able to control the range of the vapor's acidity. Boil Release is the second kekkei genkai of Mei Terumī, the Fifth Mizukage.

The element is based on: Suiton & Raiton
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Tsunade's Summoning - katsuya is able to utilise acid. The Acid Release attacks are either in liquid form, or gas form, we have seen Katsuyu, Tsunades summoning used acid in liquid form, and Mizukage has used a similar technique, Boil Release, which was hot corrosive vapor, which is almost the same thing as acidic gas.
Idea behind its creation: A little inspiration from the mizukage's boil release and with a little depth, katsuya's abiltiies.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
The user manipulates the earth element in respects to using the organic matter and then advancing it with the use of different elemental abilities in creating the environment to produce the decay and making it abundant. It has the ability to rot away living matter such as flesh and vegetation and breaking them down on a molecular level. The amount of the decaying bacteria can be affected by the elements creating environments where they could then increase in numbers by doubling at a rapid rate or to slow down their ability to multiply and eventually stop them. The user can use the decay release in many forms for different effectiveness ranging from a cloud of spores to physica contact giving immediate effect.

Idea behind its creation: thinking about the power of death and destruction , wanting to create a element that differs from the majority that are based around the 5 basic elements and following them to adapt slightly and I figured why not try something new and different.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Plasma has properties quite unlike those of solids, liquids, or gases and is considered to be a distinct state of matter. Like gas, plasma does not have a definite shape or a definite volume unless enclosed in a container; unlike gas, in the influence of a magnetic field, it may form structures such as filaments, beams and double layers.
Plasma is by far the most common phase of matter in the universe, both by mass and by volume. All the stars are made of plasma, and even the space between the stars is filled with a plasma.

A plasma is sometimes referred to as being "hot" if it is nearly fully ionized, or "cold" if only a small fraction (for example 1%) of the gas molecules are ionized (but other definitions of the terms "hot plasma" and "cold plasma" are common). Even in a "cold" plasma the electron temperature is still typically several thousand degrees Celsius.

To Create the Purton, The User would need to be very adept with Fire and Lightning Techniques. By Combining both within himself and having a high-level of chakra control as to not kill himself in the process the user can then add one of the other elements such as Wind to create a intense heat wave of air able to evaporate water within seconds.

By Using The Plasma Element, The user can achieve fire power even more powerful then any other Custom Element. And can release it in any numerous states of matter. (Solid, Liquid, Gas)

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Cosmic rays are energetic subatomic particles, that come from outer space and hit the Earth's atmosphere individually. In high-energy physics, an ultra-high-energy cosmic ray is a cosmic ray which has extremely high levels of energy, far beyond its rest mass and energies typical of other cosmic rays. These particles have energy that is equal and even greater than the Greisen–Zatsepin–Kuzmin limit. Cosmic ray particles are made of 90% protons, 10% are helium nuclei, and less than 1% are heavier elements and electrons.
The origins of the particles range from energetic processes on the Sun to as yet unknown events in the farthest reaches of the visible universe, the variety of particle energies shows the wide variety of sources. Cosmic rays are divided into two categories, primary and secondary, cosmic rays that arise in extrasolar astrophysical sources are primary cosmic rays; these primary cosmic rays interact with interstellar matter to create secondary cosmic rays. The sun also emits low energy cosmic rays associated with solar flares. Exact composition of primary cosmic rays, outside the Earth's atmosphere, depends on what part of the energy spectrum is observed. Cosmic energy can be used in the Naruto universe because in the manga we see the Sun's energy being used by the ninja in different ways one way is this jutsu (Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation), in this jutsu natural light particles, which are subatomic particles sent out from the Sun are harnessed by the ninja and used for their own purposes, cosmic ray particles are also energetic subatomic particles sent out from the Sun energetic processes and hit the Earths surface. Once the cosmic ray particles hit the Earth surface and move around in the atmosphere the user can use chakra control to control energy in the cosmic ray particles similarly to how natural light particles are controlled in (Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation), if light particles can be controlled by a ninja why cannot Cosmic Ray particles be contolled by a ninja, since they are both energetic subatomic particles.

Idea behind its creation: I got the idea from the Silver Surfer who has the Power Cosmic, the base of this power is of course Cosmic energy, this grants him superhuman strength, stamina, durability, senses and the ability to absorb and manipulate the energy forms for his purposes.
The Surfer survives by converting matter into energy: he doesnt require food, water, air, or sleep and can survive in nearly any known natural environment(space and even black holes). He then uses the energy in various forms for offensive and defensive needs, such abilities as making force shields, and bolts of cosmic force powerful enough to rip space and create black holes. He uses the Cosmic energy to enhance his strength and even change his size and phase through solid matter. His senses enhanced by the cosmic energy are great enough to allow him to detect of energy of all kinds.
The Surfer also has his board which is made up of cosmically powered silvery material. The board is mentally linked to the Surfer and moves to his mental commands. The board is indestructible and can repaired with little effort if it is damaged. The Surfer can attack by directing the board, it is capable of absorbing and imprisoning other beings, at least temporarily.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): plutonium is a rare transuranic radioactive chemical element. It cannot be created through just chakra molding and manipulation. By manipluatin the ground, the user will be able to extract the uranium ore. Once the Uranium ore has be extract the user must make a electric current by doing so turning his hands in to reactor. After so the user compresses the Uranium causing a Radioactive decay in this process in which an unstable atomic nucleus spontaneously loses energy by emitting ionizing particles and radiation turning the uranium in to Plutonium.

Plutonium is an actinide metal of silvery-white appearance that tarnishes when exposed to air, forming a dull coating when oxidized. The element normally exhibits six allotropes and four oxidation states. It reacts with carbon, halogens, nitrogen and silicon. When exposed to moist air, it forms oxides and hydrides that expand the sample up to 70% in volume, which in turn flake off as a powder that can spontaneously ignite. It is also a radioactive poison that accumulates in bone marrow.

Plutonium has assumed the position of dominant importance among the trasuranium elements because of its successful use as an explosive ingredient in nuclear weapons and the place which it holds as a key material in the development of industrial use of nuclear power. One kilogram is equivalent to about 22 million kilowatt hours of heat energy. The complete detonation of a kilogram of plutonium produces an explosion equal to about 20,000 tons of chemical explosive.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

When Sasuke fired his fireballs into the sky and created Kirin, he heated the Ozone layer which created clouds to form and release lightning. The Ozone was also affected by Ameratsu all around in one place heating it to the extreme, but instead of releasing lightning it released rain.

The Ozone was also affected when Naruto fought against a missing-nin who could control the Ozone and the sun, creating violent sun rays to be under his whim and attack Naruto wherever he went.

the 5th Mizukage was able to produce a gaseous release that had corrosive effects on the target.
and katsuyu's slime is toxic and the longer it stays on a surface the further the surfaces' condition deteriorates


Lithium Release

Lithium is a soft, silver-white metal that belongs to the alkali metal group of chemical elements. Under standard conditions it is the lightest metal and the least dense solid element.lithium is highly reactive, corroding quickly in moist air to form a black tarnish. lithium exhibits a metallic luster, but contact with oxygen quickly turns it back to a dull silvery gray color. Lithium in its elemental state is highly flammable.
litium is a highly unstable release. due to the fact that it corrodes easy large amounts of lithim must be produced in order for it to travel large distances. lithium is a metal but is not solid unless the teperature is really low. for the most part litium is a liquid but can be changed into a mist as it is fluid as opposed to solid.

lithium is highly reactive, when exposed to oxygen it tarnishes and the tarnished sections are left stagnant if lithium is moving. lithium is know for leaving behind trails of corosive by product. the left over lithium fuses with and corodes anything it touches (human skin or armor for example). human skin is not a metal so it doesnt actually corode instead it draws up and breaks of exposing the lower levels of the epidermis and potentially the muscles and below.if lithium comes into continuois direct contact it destroys the target from its outermost levels to the centermost sections.
lithium being a dense metal has a hard time passing through semi porous objects such as soil. on the other hand lithium is very reactive to oxygen, which is highly flamable. thus fire is not a good choice of element to try to counter lithium with the heat speeds up the oxidation causing lithium to further destroy all in its path.

Idea behind its creation: Petalite (LiAlSi4O10, which is lithium aluminium silicate) was first discovered in 1800 by the Brazilian chemist Jos? Bonif?cio de Andrade e Silva, who discovered this mineral in a mine on the island of Ut?, Sweden. However, it was not until 1817 that Johan August Arfwedson, then working in the laboratory of the chemist J?ns Jakob Berzelius, detected the presence of a new element while analyzing petalite ore. This element formed compounds similar to those of sodium and potassium, though its carbonate and hydroxide were less soluble in water and more alkaline. The production and use of lithium underwent several drastic changes in history. The demand for lithium increased dramatically when in the beginning of the cold war the need for the production of nuclear fusion weapons arose and the dominant fusion material tritium had to be made by irradiating lithium-6. The United States became the prime producer of lithium in the period between the late 1950s and the mid 1980s. At the end the stockpile of lithium was roughly 42,000 tons of lithium hydroxide. The stockpiled lithium was depleted in lithium-6 by 75% .

Lithium was used to decrease the melting temperature of glass and to improve the melting behavior of aluminium oxide when using the Hall-H?roult process. These two uses dominated the market until the middle of the 1990s. After the end of the nuclear arms race the demand for lithium decreased and the sale of Department of Energy stockpiles on the open market further reduced prices. Then, in the mid 1990's several companies started to extract lithium from brine; this method proved to be less expensive than underground or even open pit mining. Most of the mines closed or shifted their focus to other materials as only the ore from zoned pegmatites could be mined for a competitive price. For example, the US mines near Kings Mountain, North Carolina closed before the turn of the century. The use in lithium ion batteries increased the demand for lithium and became the dominant use in 2007. New companies have expanded brine extraction efforts to meet the rising demand.

Idea behind its creation:Got the idea from a recent fight and the anime filler of the Sanbi, the user spreads a great mass of water chakra to attract water in the air and leave it suspended blocking vision and lowering the temperature creating mist or strengthening a pre-existing mist.
Then sending chakra into the mist the user can produce powerful illusions and even locate his enemy.
The illusions are so strong that they turn into real illusions, this being the use of water and mist to create actual objects and beings with no felling or real body that can attack but are destroyed easily, used for distractions and even for assassination .

The great mass of chakra used for this makes the mist much denser and impossible to see throw and filling the area with the smell of rain, becoming hard to use both sense of smell and eye sight.

Mist is a phenomenon of small droplets suspended in air. It can occur as part of natural weather or volcanic activity, and is common in cold air above warmer water, in exhaled air in the cold, and in a steam room of a sauna. It can also be created artificially with aerosol canisters if the humidity conditions are right.

The element is based on: Water and Earth
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Oil is used by many people and even the military in the Narutoverse since archers can light their arrows with fire, toads can spit it out in conjunction with fire jutsus, and even normal citizens can use this for lighting. Toad sages, like jiraiya, can ask his summon to create a stream or a wave of oil to be able to use it with his fire jutsus.
Idea behind its creation: I wanted to create a custom element for a long time and since this one was available I took my ability to make one. Also I like how common oil is in the narutoverse.
Conditions to be able to use it: This is a toxic liquid which can kill a human in many ways. Other than drowning the toxic nature of this liquid will kill a human if inhaled and not extracted from his or her body.

Another way is when a human or animal is completely covered in oil. Oil is thick and has many properties that can cause harm to the skin of a living being. All humans have sweat glans that allow the person to cool their body off when heat is introduced. With oil, the sweat glans are blocked and cannot extrude sweat making the person pretty much burn from the inside out. The heat of the sun will also cause the oil to surely heat up speeding up this process.

The most common way is how oil is used. Fire is the main element that works with oil since it is a fuel for it. Burning at extreme temperatures and being extremely hard to put out the fires will engulf the target or item and continue to burn.

The ways to handle this liquid is with water and earth chakra. Oil is a liquid, like water, and with previous suiton experience the user can focus and control the oil easily. Though oil is common and can be held in a pouch or jug, a user of this element can use earth chakra to sense oil in the earth and then expel it for optimal use. Oil can be found in the ground, and especially now as the world is only using but a fraction of this black substance.

Low Level Sand (When absorbed the oil and sand can be ignited)
Mud (Since mud is earth and water Oil is able to repel being absorbed by the earthy features because of the water)
Wood (Wood can absorb oil, but because of that the roots/branches/and the wood itself will die slowly because the oil poisons it, it can also burn at an accelerated amount since oil and wood are flammable.)

Normally Lightning cant have an alternate color besides blue however in some cases where there is high pollution in the environment the color of the lightning will change normally into a red or green color (although it could be any color really) in other cases depending on how hot the lightning is sometimes it can change colors do to the heat

In the manga by focusing both fire and lightning chakra's together the user will pollute and heat the lightning (by mixing in other chakra's the lightning chakra would be ''polluted'' and by mixing fire chakra it would be heated) the lightning will come out in a different color black..

By concentrating vast amounts of lightning chakra the users increases the Voltage, Frequency and Vibrations of lightning attacks 10fold, This cause it to be reflected in the user's Raiton techniques in the form of Pure Black Lightning. The Black Lightning has so much lightning that it cant be contained in one technique and constantly releases an electrical shockwave capable of paralyzing and damaging the foe before it hits making the attacks almost always able to hit. The speed is also greatly increased making these moves seem instantaneous. Another ability is it delivers sever electrical burns and the heat released can cause water to boil on contact with it. This is very dangerous process though as the overloading of lightning chakra effects the user also if not handled correctly.

If a target were every hit with a Black Lightning Technique, The Sheer Electrical Shock Effects them greatly, stopping motor functions, and making chakra control almost impossible.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Some Katon element capable ninjas have shown Abilities to produce ash like Asuma. The ash element is based on katon but its state is somewhat near mist and fog. Ash is also a side of Katon, meaning many ninjas who use ash are also very great in Katon. Ash is solid remains of fires that wind is able to carry. This CE is used to manipulate ash with and without wind. The ash can be manipulated into clouds that can be detonated with fire, walls, Armors etc.
Idea behind its creation: Me and Tobz both have thought of ash jutsus, and decided to make this proper so we can show a full element made for Ash, also to supply something that is different from most Fire CE's.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): During the use and research of steel release we found a way to manipulate this steel at a higher, Form allowing ninjas to not only use steel but other forms of metal from kunai, shurikan, tools, and many more tools for the users Benefit, to produce metal like skin or armour. This is also thought with the idea of sand armour from garaa only with metal instead the metal can be manipulated by adding needed chakra to morph/shape the metal to what we want it to be. These metals are all over the world from tools to underground meaning it is easy for a ninja to find the materials.

Since this is the case earth chakra and fire chakra are used to morph these metals to what is needed in battle. This element will be very useful in close combat, hand to hand, since the ninja can now use metal to enhance power, speed, and momentum for attacking and defence. With this he can add metal to his hand to make a powerful blow or manipulate metal to go over his forearms for a steel shield, And so on and so forth.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): The user infuses both nitrogen and hydrogen into a compound mostly known as ammonia. Both element having being found within the atmosphere, the user would individually combine the two element along with pressure which liquifies it. Another way to find such a element is through extraction of rainwater. Ammonia can be molded into two state of matter, it can either be a liquid (as explained earlier how to create/extract) and can be in a gaseous form (process in which the one excludes the step by using pressure to liquifie the ammonia). Ammonia in a gas form is colorless and once detected through inhalation causing a irritable hear and causes lethal death if certain amount is inhale and very flammable. In its liquid form, ammonia can be very acidic if touched and can almost dissolve through most objects and also very deadly to a human being because it causes massive burn and irritation to the skins. Even as a liquid or gas form, ammonia has a quite low density meaning it's very light and can travel very quickly and moves quite freely to cover a large area.
