it doesn't look like a normal rasengan, maybe naruto finally mastered tailed beast rasengan, the one with the black white ration

That it is Jiraiya.

Just because your dead doesn't mean you lose your DNA it will slowly start to degrade but that's over years. Jaraiya is unretreivable. And that hand has to be narutos it looks like the naruto tail beast mode hand, OR MAYBE IT'S CHOJI WITH SOME NEW CRAZY JUTSU WHERE HE TURNS HIS WINGS INTO a rasengan like attack. Guess we'll find out soon

Every one who keeps saying is everybody but Naruto are mentally unstable period there is only one user of Rasengan that has a tail best chakra on Him and that is Naruto Uzumaki, so face the true t and it shall set you free.
Yeah, its probably Naruto,and I think the reason why Gaara looks weird its because he is shocked to see Naruto, because maybe Gaara and the rest are not informed that Naruto and KillerBee are allowed to participate in war.

Then wat if the manga comes out and it really turns out NOT to be Naruto wat then, the people that said it was are going to be "Mentally Unstable"
Wat if just a thought since this is a still pic of Manga and only a hand pic, what if it's not fire on his hands. In other Manga when Naruto attacked fire was rarely seen around his hands main;y his body, And when we did see it, it was an extra hand from the KM mode; say for example the mini-RasenShuriken the flames/fire was around one finger with 2 extra hands.
Ok back to the .... wat if that is really not flames/fire around whoever's hand.
Because that is a still Manga and i know some of you have used that fact from Manga and anime before. It's again a still manga, now i would believe it was Naruto if the flames were around the hand and the arm or the clothes but it's not, only on the hand.

CAUSE unless Naruto and bee were headed to were garra is, bcuz i think Kabuto said something like they found me first. So I kinda doubt it when Naruto regained his KM mode that he will b that quick (even tho he is) get to that location say if he was 25-50 miles away. Dont know distants in the Naruto world

I honestly dont think its Kakashi, but y do people keep saying he wouldn't use it cause he hasn't. The last time he was shown he said he was about to use everything he had learned, so for all you smart people out there wouldnt that mean that rasangen is a big option for him to use?

I know some people said that garra and the others might not know Naruto is out in the battle but wouldnt he look relieved jus a bit to see him not wtf are you doing here look that i get from it
