As you can see Naruto send clones to the battlefield. When he tryed to make another one (while he was with itachi),he was already at his limit.Seeing that when he makes clones,the nine-tails will feed on more of his chakar.

Ps. You can't summon someone when they have their SOUL SEALED.

He couldn't make a single clone, how is that clone still active?

1. Naruto was in a completely different location from Gaara's battle and 2. He can't get there even if he tried. 3. His clones are heading to Zetsus.

It says right there that once the 9-tails absorbs too much of Naruto's chakra, it will take time for that chakra to replenish. Also note that it says he can't use Shadowclones as it absorbs more of his chakra.

Like Regilio said, Mu is a sensor type ninja and he's no ordinary sensor. If it was someone not on their side, he would know.

I'm not saying it can't be Naruto. I'm saying it's likely someone else.

Minato is sealed and can't be summoned ( as stated in the manga), Jiraiya is at the bottom of the ocean and can't be reached (as stated in the manga),and the rest of the people beside naruto are fighting in a war.
Ps. Naruto send he's clones to the "battlefield", he didn't say he was only going to fight zetsu. Anyways nice to know that you think it's naruto too.
Like you said Kishi writes the manga. So people don't say it's Minato or jiraiya cause as the manga states (Kabuto) they can't be summoned. Can't wait to see naruto help garaa. Garaa is going to be PO. Seeing that he doesnt want naruto in the war.
