Hmmm... You're the, umm, pers-... people?? Fuu stuttered and paused, recalling what Kenshin told her about this opponent has her confused, as they currently stood as a single entity. Anyway, I wanna flex my chakra a little bit, no hard feelings.
In typical fashion for Fuu, she sprouted wing on her back and used them to fly in an upwards arc towards her opponent. As Fuu's arc would take her down towards Steven, leading head first, Fuu would prepare a punch with her right hand, infusing it with a ferocious amount of condensed wind chakra to be released upon impact with Steven's face.

She has been shown to be very nimble whilst in flight, being capable of outmanoeuvring several of Killer B's attacks using Samehada and his other swords. This technique lasts for a maximum of 3 turns and if chosing to dodge through flight, it counts towards the users 3 per turn usage. However, large scale techniques cannot simply be dodged through this method.

The two were complacent and calm until they noticed the young women call out to them. Connie realized that her tone was playful but it seemed to have a more aggressive nuance to it. However Steven was just happy to meet new people as he passively extended his head from the stomach of their combined form. HI! I'm Steven! Would you like to be my fr-...
He was abruptly cut off before he could finish as the woman was already rushing toward the two. Connie in control of Stevonnie acted fast as she pulled out a small square patch with her left hand and affixed it to her left bicep. She knew what was happening they were being attacked. Her form swelled as her muscles ripped as she immediately bulked up their combined form tripling in size. This was when Steven realized what happened, along with the rush of adrenaline and stimulants they both became more aggressive as Stevonnie's eyes narrowed in anger.

Stevonnie spoke out loud as the woman entered short range. Her tone harsh and gruff.

I'm his knight, if you want to hurt him you have to go through me.

As the woman extended her right hand toward them they saw it was clad in wind. Stevonnie/Connie extended her left hand in kind as the woman's right hand came at her. She fluidly moved her left hand into position she wasn't evading she appeared as if she was willing to take the shot to the face until it was a few inches away. BOOM with pinpoint precision her left open palm made contact with the right forearm of the hand that was aimed for her face.
She hit a pressure point perfectly as she channeled lightning deep into the arm as well as striking the pressure point with a considerable amount of force. These two action compounded into an immediate numbness in the hand and arm as it was abruptly thrown to Stevonnie's right side, Fu's left. With this action they were able to control where the wind got discharged allowing them to cause the wind to fly off to the side away from them. This created a buckling effect to the ground on their right side and would look pretty damn cool. This would create a massive opening for the next action if it made contact. This motion happened in the blink of an eye due to their training in Jeet Kun Do and the fact that they were masters of the style. Additionally their speed and reactions seemed faster and more precise now. With her open right hand she performed a direct punch towards the woman's gut exploiting this opening she created.​

Description and Background: Most of the basic medicine Howard had learned about revolved around nourishing the body, or amplifying the output of chakra production to stimulate the muscles through the application of chakra instead of actual cellular energy. Noticing this Howard decided to try and find a way to stimulate the muscles and the body itself directly through the creation of cellular energy instead of using chakra to fuel the body. He would do this through the application of phosphorous, testosterone, creatine and human growth hormones that would stimulate the production of Adenosine Triphosphate Energy partially spending chakra to begin and maintain this process. Then the hormones, and phosphorous would be bound to the ATP allowing it to release much more energy and even store energy unlike natural ATP which can only create and release energy. This increased it's potency and usability Howard then found that by applying a chakra similar in consistency to that found in (Iryō Ninjutsu: Masui Sejutsu) Medical Technique: Secret Anesthesia Technique through the medicine directly to the muscle cells he could increase the users pain threshold immensely. They won't be immune to pain but it will be less hindering meaning they will be able to take on the damage and continue on as if they aren't feeling the pain. The creatine binds itself to the muscles allowing them to absorb a vast quantity of water nourishing them far beyond what they naturally would be able to do breaking down and disposing of the lactic acid the muscles would build up overtime that cause muscle fatigue and the burning sensations that happen after or during intense exercise or physical activity increasing the users stamina exponentially allowing them to push the body far past it's natural limitations.

The most active ingredient of the Miraclo Formula is a special form of phosphorus, which binds temporarily with the ATP energy being produced in the muscle cells to create a special more refined type of energy that Howard began calling "Adenosine Quad-Phosphate" which energizes the cells three times as well as regular ATP energy overcharging the metabolism and the muscle tissue and cells themselves on a cellular level better than what chakra itself can do in safe small quantities rivaling what can be done with dangerous amounts of chakra. The energy being created and the substances in the medicine give the subject increased strength, speed, as well as heightened stamina and reactions that reflect their increase in speed for about an hour or roughly five turns. After that time, the "AQP" burns itself out, and the waste toxins generated need to be eliminated through the bloodstream over about a two turn period naturally through time or quickly through the use of Iryō Ninjutsu. The fast-twitch muscles are great for bursts of speed, and strength but burn out quicker than the slow-twitch muscles, the slow-twitch muscles created are specifically for balancing out the remainder allowing the user to still function as they usually would. The fast-twitch muscle mass is what increases the users speed, as it allows for rapid movements like sprinting, jumping or moving a limb or limbs in a quick successive fashion. They generate far more power and strength, but they fatigue much faster and require more time for recovery which is why the more refined form of energy is required and why the side effects are more specific. The chakra similar in consistency to that found in (Iryō Ninjutsu: Masui Sejutsu) Medical Technique: Secret Anesthesia Technique the creatine, testosterone, HGH and the AQP are the reasons why the muscles can be pushed beyond their natural limit and work longer producing the boosts in strength and speed mentioned.

The hair on their head will grow from whatever length it currently is to hair that spans long past their lower back and their facial hair growths excessively giving the user a massively bushy beard. If a female were to take the medicine they would also suffer this effect growing facial hair even if naturally they wouldn't be able to due to low testosterone or high levels of estrogen. This hair remains even after the muscle stimulation ends for males wherein the muscles seem to deflate back to their natural size in an almost comedic fashion for females it comically falls out rapidly. The effects last five turns but cost thirty chakra per turn to maintain for the first pill forcefully converting the aforementioned substances to bodily energy. Taking two pills in a single conflict increases the chakra cost of the second by thirty chakra points per turn and causes excessive muscle pain because the muscles are being overworked this is during the second pill and not after it. Venom comes in two forms, pills for oral consumption or patches that are sometimes referred to as "Slappers." They are called as such because you ultimately slap one on, and go for a ride.

Description of Side Effects: Due to the focused effect of the pills the side effects are more focused as well. Unlike most medications that try to increase several fields these only increase one aspect of the user their body and therefor after the first pill wears off the users strength wavers slightly causing -10 damage to all taijutsu and a drop in 3 speed ranks for three turns, this increases after the second pill to -20 to all taijutsu damage for three turns and the user loses 4 speed ranks. The effects of the first pill can be superseded by immediately taking the second before the effects of the first wear off but the user loses two turns of activity on the second pill. The pills them self can be highly addictive in nature and taking one can create a dependency wherein if the user doesn't take a second pill after taking the first they begin to go through the early stages of withdrawal. These symptoms include and last for three turns;

Sweating and salivation
Racing heart and palpitations
Muscle tension and burning
Tightness in the chest, lungs and throat
Difficulty breathing
Inability to perform successive handseals quickly (max of 2) due to muscle spasms
and bodily Tremors

These symptoms take place after a second dose as well and the user can only take two pills per conflict. These symptoms along with any mention of pain for the consumer is non-existent in Shadow Clones or any other type of Clones under the effects of the medicine meaning clones will not disperse from the effects of the medicine however their taijutsu will still be weakened just as a normal human taking the medicine, their handseals will be limited and their turn limit will be shortened if they take a second dose or are formed after the consumer has taken a second dose.

Description: This is an advanced form of The intercepting fist. The user will run electricity through their hands and When the user is being punched or kicked the user with fast reactions as well as fast movements that "Jeet Kune Do" provides, will quickly react by taking palm and swiping the punch or kick away. The user can either hit the opponents Fist/hand/foot directly or hit their wrist, mid forearm, ankle or mid leg section to swipe away the attack. but will send a shock through the opponents limb, paralyzing it, making them unable move it for one turn. The user can then strike the opponent. This technique wastes no movement and charging of the chakra will take two seconds. The movement of the user himself is limited to his own skill of what he has learned wether he is a specialist in Taijutsu or a Taijutsu master and Jeet Kune Do's abilities which is being able to move limbs in a fast pace, the speed they can intercept would have to be a little slower than the users speed. It cannot intercept swift users, EIG users, Sage Mode users or any other speed enhancing modes/techniques that would grant the opponent those levels of speed or speed that's above the user. Due to the boost that Jeet Kune Do training provides, the user tries to be faster as well as to move like water to get around opponents attacks as they were taught to. So it is by this the user can only intercept Non Enhanced Taijutsu. The movement speed of the user is only slightly above that of a normal Strong Fist user. However, coupled with the increased reaction time it makes the user capable of defending against most moves of Strong Fist with ease.

For the duration the two siblings are merged, their chakra pathway systems are entirely synchronized, and thus function as a singular entity. Notably, both the twins retain separate control of their mental faculties. In this state, the main body's chakra becomes bolstered, relative to an ordinary ninja's typical chakra, adding +10 to their elemental damage. Also, the healing rate of the dormant sibling increases and thereby enables passive regeneration of damage incurred from nonfatal physical injuries over the span of a few turns. Furthermore, they are passively able to protrude any part(s) of their body anywhere along the main body. Upon separating, the twins may act entirely independent of one another or alternatively, attack and defend in concerted effort. Upon seeing her opponents size change drastically, Fuu takes extra countermeasures for her own protection, releasing a dark-green chakra over her body to form a protecting chakra shroud. As she began speaking she lowered her stance and jumped upward toward her opponent using her refined leg muscles to jump much higher than she usually could. As she did this she concentrated fire chakra into her arms and legs as she coated her arms and legs in an aura of fire she knew even if she hit her, the fire aura she was exuding should shield her. It was bright as she rushed through the air. With her left hand she would reach out with an open palm performing a palm strike to the demonic-like wind arm. This would nullify it almost instantly due to the fire radiating from the body increased even further by the bolstered chakra. She would go on to grab the woman by her forearm to stabilize her next set of actions. During all of this time she would clear her mind of her emotions this was instigated by her training in advanced taijutsu but her training in Jeet Kun do aided in this immensely.

Deep down I know, that I'm just a human. In unison to the defensive motion with her left hand she rocketed her right hand forward into the woman's chakra shroud clad chest. This strike like the last was increased both by the shared chakra and by the stimulants coursing through her body. The fire would be concentrated with the attack to cut through the shroud. But I know that I can assume a stance and fight.
She would use all of the momentum of her jumping action to kick her feet into the woman's lower thighs trying to use them as a foot hold to send them back toward the ground with Stevonnie on top. The sheer weight and size of her would make it much harder for the woman to stay aloft. Stevonnie clung to her like a boulder. Both the kicking motions and the punch to the chest happened in unison to all of these other motions. All the attacks were aimed so that they happened as quickly as possible and were hard hitting as Connie wanted to bring the woman down fast. With my short existence. I can make a difference. I can be there for him I can be his knight. I can do it for him.

Fuu would not be able to respond to his comment, as the fast pace of the battle demanded her full attention, something she was not used to giving people.
Having her opponent leap into the air towards them, it would seem the She had an opening to strike the airborne Stevonnie, a much needed opening as their fire techinque easily ripped through the wind claw.
Need more of this, please and thank! Fuu's words were rushed, mainly as a way to not give Chomei as chance to reply, let alone a choice action Fuu was taking. The communication was once again, done through the mental landscape as to not warn Her opponent ahead of time.
With a dramatic roar, an explosion of chakra would escape from Fuu, slamming into Stevonnie a mere fraction before they could make contact with Fuu's arm. By the time Stevonnie would be slammed into the ground from the force of the explosion, Fuu's new form would come to fruition; a darker green chakra completely engulfed her human form, leaving nothing but the outline of the Chomei, filled out by an almost solid chakra.
Following this, Fuu would fly further into the air, aiming to reach mid-range from the ground and Stevonnie. As she begins her retreat, Fuu would release a burst of wind from her mouth; without the need for seals and greatly strengthened by Chomei's chakra and the Initial form. This wind would crash directly into Stevonnie, keeping them pressed into the ground and dealing whatever damage the wind could through their defences.

As discussed on discord you wanted it to be arm damage, which fair point I'm reaching out to hit you.

20% - An attack causing this amount of damage to the arms will cause the victim's arm based Taijutsu to cause 5 less damage and forming handseals will take longer with one handseal taking as long as two
Wanted my first time using this technique to be with my Sado bio, with some sweet boosts but here goes.
40% - An attack causing this amount of damage to the arms will cause further trouble with hand seals. The victim will be unable to use more than ten handseals overall per turn.
After using Ancient Teachings of the Divine Masters my arms would have taken 40% of my health pool as damage.




As she reached the apex of her jump she was able to tear through the demonic-like arm but her childlike naivety left her open to something she didn't quite expect. The woman began to release chakra from her body abruptly and forcefully creating a visually stunning column of green energy. At least this is what Stevonnie would think-... if her arms weren't being blasted directly by this energy. I know you think I'm not something you're afraid of!
The force began to send her rocketing away as she screamed out in pain several word as her hands and arms flung to her side from the force temporarily as the pain ran up them. Her eyes narrowed further as she released a small amount of chakra from her foot while falling redirecting her momentum. Immediately after this almost in unison to it a red aura formed around her arms. Anger washed over her as she began to speak moving forward toward her opponent again.

As she spoke she would rush forward in a dash of pure speed moving like a red flash forward through the air.

Well I am even more than the two of them!
Everything they care about is what I am!
I am their fury, I am their patience!


Screaming out in fury she threw her arms forward releasing all of the pent up chakra in one devastating attack trying to lash out with everything she had. This would happen as the woman began to produce the wind attack allowing her to quickly move to the area slightly above her not evading it but planning to counter it and attack. With a final yell the aura was manipulated into a roaring dragon head as it collided with the wind. I am a conversation!
Due to the shape transformation it should at the bare minimum be neutral to the wind attack allowing the dragon head to pierce through the wind and strike forward directly at their opponent. Stevonnie knew she would need to heal soon. Her arms were in a terrible place the only way she could even stand the pain was because Venom was dulling the sensations. Otherwise she believed straight out she wouldn't even be able to move her arms.
After this release of aggression she let out a long breath as she began to fall towards the ground watching her opponent closely. She knew she could be using something else, elements she had them but something drove her to fight with this woman with just her body.

CONNIE ARE YOU OKAY!?

Steven called out for her as they began to fall he didn't know what to do-... so he did nothing hoping Connie was still in control. Stevonnie was breathing heavily her arms were pulsing in severe waves of pain. As she looked up toward the woman she let out a long solemn breath.
She would use it along with her wind chakra to soften her landing upon the ground using the force of the wind to break her fall. She assumed the hail mary attack wouldn't hit it's mark, but she could at least hope for it to have an effect.​

Steven called out for her as they began to fall he didn't know what to do-... so he did nothing hoping Connie was still in control. Stevonnie was breathing heavily her arms were pulsing in severe waves of pain. As she looked up toward the woman she let out a long solemn breath.
She would use it along with her wind chakra to soften her landing upon the ground using the force of the wind to break her fall. She assumed the hail mary attack wouldn't hit it's mark, but she could at least hope for it to have an effect.​

As the target smashes onto the ground, the red aura of chakra erupts into a large dragon head that roars with fury and deals a devastating attack.

This opponent was strong, physically and spiritually strong, as if nothing would dissuade them. Even Fuu's attempt at putting distance was not enough to keep them away.

It was this smile that turned even more twisted as She spoke. Allowing Stevonnie to punch her way past her wind, Fuu would seize her chance, using a burst of pure speed to fly in an evasive arc around Their punches, stopping on the ground directly below.
From this new position, Fuu would simultaneously release a single chakra arm and a powerful, compressed sphere of wind. The arm comes from her right shoulder, shooting out to grab Stevonnies left foot, latching on moments before the Wind Sphere would strike them directly on the back. The purpose of the chakra arm was to not only crush the ankle but to hold Stevonnie in place, else drag them back into the path of the wind sphere if a dodge was attempted.

The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.

Connie was still in control of the merged form as she watched the woman move at a fast pace around her attack-... it was getting hard to call her that in her internal monologue with the bones and shroud jutting out around her form. She took hold of what little time she had this singular moment of evasion from her opponent.
She didn't want to perform hand seals not with how horribly painful her arms were and she was regretting that last attack. She replied to Steven's cry of worry as she began to materialize a shroud of gaseous poison. No, it hurts.
Her voice was different now. It was pained, child-like as if she was about to cry. Her appearance aside she was still just a child and she was in pain. It was hard to put on a brave face even for Steven. With this he finally knew what to do. He passively extended his arms out from the main body's waist as he began to perform four hand seals in rapid succession.

In unison to this Connie had the main body passively manipulate the cloak to allow for flight. She swayed the entire form turning their entire body around and moving out of the way of both the extending arm and the massive pressurized wind bullet the jinchuriki had launched at them. She moved them forward and upward at an angle avoiding the two in unison.
As she passively did this chakra began to flow around their body flowing outward radiating blue chakra from their form as their body began to heal. Slowly the wounds began to heal as any of the superficial cuts or scraps began to close. The injuries that were causing the pain as well as any damage to the nerves began to heal rapidly as all of the damage they had taken from the rupturing shroud of chakra vanished.

Description: The user begins by releasing poison chakra from their skin materialising it into a shroud of dense liquid or gas cloaking their body in the substance creating a form of pseudo-clothing from pure poison. This allows for a rather decent defence against things that form of poison is strong to for example a liquid shroud will allow for the defence of even Forbidden rank fire release as the liquid vaporizes into it's gaseous state while also being able to take on two S rank fire techniques. Alternatively if a gaseous shroud is created it can defend from even Forbidden rank lightning or take on two S rank lightning techniques. Anything that form of poison is neutral to plays on equal terms with the cloak obviously. Additionally by performing a hand seal and spending a move slot by releasing more poison into the cloak it can be rebuilt and strengthened temporarily allowing it to survive through damage that would normally destroy it. However this can only be done once per usage.
The cloak can additionally be used to attack an opponent by using it as an S rank construct with it being able to travel up to mid range from them in any direction creating tentacles and hands that whip out and strike at their opponents and just requires the user to manipulate the cloak to attack. It can be done passively upon creation but if used after the turn of creation it will cost a move slot. The gaseous form is able to grant flight, and create wings on the back allowing the user to fly at their base running speed the wings themselves are more cosmetic than anything else as the gaseous cloak is what allows the flight. This is because it has enough substance to pick up and move the user and by being manipulated it can carry the user throughout a battlefield allowing them to hover or glide. The basic poison itself only has the effects of Med Toxin, where the really useful part comes in is when the user uses their own custom poison to create the cloak imparting upon it those effects. (Sōma no Kō) Twin Demons Technique

Description: An inheritable bloodline trait enabling twins to merge and un-merge their bodies at whim. The merging process is contingent upon one twin being active - the main body, whilst the other resides within their sibling's body in a semi-dormant state often exposing only their head. For the duration the two siblings are merged, their chakra pathway systems are entirely synchronized, and thus function as a singular entity. Notably, both the twins retain separate control of their mental faculties. In this state, the main body's chakra becomes bolstered, relative to an ordinary ninja's typical chakra, adding +10 to their elemental damage. Also, the healing rate of the dormant sibling increases and thereby enables passive regeneration of damage incurred from nonfatal physical injuries over the span of a few turns. Furthermore, they are passively able to protrude any part(s) of their body anywhere along the main body. Upon separating, the twins may act entirely independent of one another or alternatively, attack and defend in concerted effort. Central to this technique is the ability to reconfigure one's DNA to merge with another individual.

Note: merging enables the release of any Genjutsu (bar illusions induced via Mangekyō Sharingan or EMS).

Taken aback by her opponents countermeasure, Fuu snaps herself back to the battle at hand. While it was an interesting method of evasion, it hadn't put much distance between herself and the Chakra arm. Utilising the chakra arm, Fuu creates a wind-rasenshuriken in the claw-like appendage whilst arcing it to strike at Stevonnie's abdomen; specifically targeting the location Fuu saw Steven's head poke out of last.
While the rasenshuriken makes contact, Fuu takes flight and heads in a direct line for Stevonnie, aiming to take a finishing blow in the next turn.

Description: By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken, with the Rasengan in the centre remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud screech-like noise during, and after formation. Others ninjas can learn the technique, but cannot throw it as they lack Naruto's skill with the rasengan to succeed nor can they produce as much damage as Naruto who, adding to the damage boost given to him to the aforementioned modes, gains another +10 damage when using it.
