Abilities: he can use chakura to push or pull people and has the rinnegan ,
Backstory: he was born i hiden rain but his family got killed by konoha ninjas so yahiko helped him grow up but yahiko died so he and konan did every thing to funish yahikos wish and blah blah blah not in the mood to sat now

Oh no! Everyone else has more squad peoples than I do!! :T_T: *Looks at my squad of Gildarts Clive, Madara Uchiha, and Inuyasha.* Oh, we're fine. 
Alright, first thing I see wrong is that the name and picture don't match (I don't know much about the character, but I think the abilities don't match the name either. Also, we have a Coyote Starrk). Now, the second thing I want to ask you; do you just want the Deva path, or do you want Nagato (injured) with all Six Paths (in which case injured Nagato has to be in the area as well when the fight starts; if just Deva, he can be alone without Nagato).

To use summoning you'd need the Animal Path. To have the Animal Path and Deva Path (the one in your bio) you will need the other four paths and injured Nagato. If you want just the Deva Path Pein, you lose summoning.
~Pending~ The bio holder needs to decide between all paths or just Deva.
