Also, we have a Coyote Starrk). Now, the second thing I want to ask you; do you just want the Deva path, or do you want Nagato (injured) with all Six Paths (in which case injured Nagato has to be in the area as well when the fight starts; if just Deva, he can be alone without Nagato).

To use summoning you'd need the Animal Path. To have the Animal Path and Deva Path (the one in your bio) you will need the other four paths and injured Nagato. If you want just the Deva Path Pein, you lose summoning.
