Exactly lol. I made a statement on Ameno since thats the name of the thread. And I dont consider it not being spammable a critical weakpoint in the jutsu itself. Its proven to be even more unpredictable than Hirashin. And it also allows for Sasuke to show his tactical strengths.
I just thought of something also, Sasuke transported Madara and lost tomoe. Maybe transporting others is more demanding then himself so he saves energy by just switching himself more often then others.

Well a bit more help or diversion from Sasuke wouldn't have harmed their plans in anyway. Someone as intelligent as Sasuke would know that but ofc not Sasuke fans.

This just got debunked today actually in the anime kaguya was this close to being hit she swapped dimenisons just in time to evade that chidori so yes it was nerfed in that instance and kaguya is a bad example to downplay a technique jus sayin pein aint dodging that jubbi jin obito or jubbi jin maddy aint dodgin we saw madara get recked in the manga ameno style naruto was hit at vote 2 so he aint dodging that so wheres yur point everyone with the highest speed has been hit with ameno lesser targets its an instant kill if used correctly
Well maybe thats just me then. But that would explain why he doesnt do it often because in gaiden he was weakened from the portal jumping and in Boruto movie he transported everyone at once.
But it can easily be chalked up to bad writing and nerfs.
