ttime i understand what you trying to say but my personal view is that sasuke got MS from itachi like seen here

sorry my other post ...i meant to say did you look at his eyes.........and no he has ems......no doubt bout it and this a theory that kinda goes with it.....kill yo best friend=MS ...kill yo brother like true blood brother=EMS.....and that kinda matches up cause thats why itachi never got EMS and he knew sasuke had better potential so he sacrificed hisself to let his his brother get the EMS since it was only 2 more uchias left and they were both brothers so who eva woulda won that battle woulda got EMS

To get EMS you have to take your brother's eyes. He didn't take Itachi's eyes.

That's just for Mangekyo Sharingan.

With EMS you have to take your brother's eyes through a surgery.
