I dont know how many times I have been asked this question but I don't think that Sasuke has the EMS. Yes I know you guys probably think I am only saying this because I have the EMS and I got it by getting my brothers eyes before he died. But they didn't show Sasuke taking Itachi's eyes. I think this is some level between the Mangekyou and the Eternal Mangekyou. Not sure what the capabilities are for his eyes because they have yet to show them.

Nice agreed with that but it could be Better The Mangekyo sharingan you never know

ok guys just to clarify things,

to get ms you need to kill ya best friend, sasuke luckily failed to do this, so when he came b4 itachi he was told that he still didnt have the same eyes as him, so how can a normal sharingan go from that, straight to ems, doesnt seem logical to me. So i think sasuke just has ms, just a real different crappy looking one that makes everyone believe its ems cuz of the way it looks. waht i do wonder about is what his new ms can do cuz both itachi and kakashi have different skillz when it comes to the ms,........ but know i confused maself... kakashi never killed his best friend so how did he obtain the ms?......damn it and i thought i was making a good point.... ahh well if anybody can xplain please do cuz i'm confused know

Well, assuming Madara gained ms by killing his best friend, that's 2 situations (madara and itachi) in which they got MS from killing their best friends, and 2 situations (kakashi and sasuke) in which they didn't.

So there's probly another way to get it

wel thats not entirely true, sasuke got his ms when itachi poked him on the forehead, but where kakashi got his ms from is still unkown, but you probably right about the "other way".... alltough I dont have a clue what that other way is ... guess we'll just have to wait and see
