Again, they look like cartoon characters to me. They don't look like real people, but based off of the style of the artist and context of the story, I understand that they're meant to be Asian.

Not saying they can't, but most anime lacks the features necessary to portray it. The anime that you listed doesn't.

And considering you're saying that Ichigo is a white male instead of a Japanese, it further supports the idea that manga drawings aren't known for clearly portraying an ethnicity.

They definitely can but like I said earlier, those choose not to because they hate themselves.

Ichigo, Kaneki, Bulma, Android 13, Dr. Gero, etc. are all white characters.

General Tao and maybe grandpa Gohan are the only Asian looking DB characters that I can think of.

However, unlike you, he has the common sense to see the context surrounding her that connects her to being Japanese. Her name, her style of dress; even down to the architecture of her and Goku's house are all Asian/Japanese. She, like other DBZ characters like her, are meant to convey Asian culture.

Like I said earlier, General Tao and Grandpa Gohan are the only Asians in the series. Asians don’t have blue/green eyes and wide eyes. Black people are also pale but they aren’t typically depicted as such in anime and mangas.

The exaggeration isn't irrelevant. We're talking about features that indicate their race. Their eyes don't. Also, why is it self-hate?
