Itachi will never make the top5 and this is coming from an itachi fan because the fire power that the others have is too great and against somebody like madara, itachi's other techniques might not be enough to stall him from using izanami.

But against other strong characters like mu for example who i believe itachi can defeat without izanami. If it comes down to it, he has more than enough to stall mu and finish him off with izanami

This isnt dragon ballz intellgence stilll plays a big factor just look at 3rd raikage vs naruto.

madara's but we have never seen him fight when he was alive if you follow the kage fight he would of died many times if not for being edo.

Itachi not the strongest but you don't have to be stronger to defeat by somebody you can just do it by expoliting there weakness.

Itachi with his Izanami(A jutsu fakes enermy's vision and easily control them)
Izanami could work on all targets even jinchuriki.This jutsu can make him become a prime god.
Hiruzen will be defeated by Itachi easily (Anyone who agreed with Hiruzen Prime god thread are wrong)

Im not sure you really understand what Izanami does. I don't either, but I have my theories + that technique probably causes considerable dmg to the user.

I dont know if Tobi can use izanami aswel if he wanted ? but even without it he's still got Izangi
he can use izangi to make itachi's izanami an illusion, ithink ? if that makes sense lol ...

He's also got all his other abilities , rinnegan, space time ninjutsu eg ..

Won't even go nearly that far. Itachi at about age 14 beat the man who killed hiruzen. And don't give me the "hiruzen wasn't in his prime stuff" cause itachi wasn't in his prime at 14 either

Well the manga aint release yet but kabuto got serve from the preview by Itachi.What rank itachi is now since he pwned one the most power villian or character ?

Don't be ridiculous. There are 2 people that would still beat him theoretically 1v1. Madara and Sasuke.
1 We know tsukuyomi doesn't work on people with Sharingan and the Uchiha kekkei genkai.
2 However we don't know if this same rule would apply yet.
3. We don't know if Itachi could sustain a full Susanoo and prepare Izanami at the same time.
4. We don't know if Madara or Tobi knows this technique. (Sasuke might have already learned the technique)
