because izanami only flaw is the time for the jutsu to be ready, and haters speculate about how much time needed for it to be prepare U_U

Even if it takes time, people make it sound as if itachi doesnt have any other technique to defend himself whilst preparing izanami. Tbh apart from the top5 ive named itachi will more or less defeat majority of his opponents without izanami. He has enough fire power alone

Even after izanami itachi isnt top 5. He was top 8 in my list, but i want to see how successful izanami really is. He still wouldnt make my top5 because those mofo's are too strong but he will go up to 6 or 7th

Itachi is just outside of the top 5(6 for me as I still include Kabuto) himself. Those would be the only people he would need Izanami for but he wont be able to pull it off by himself. Anyone below Kabuto, Madara, Tobi, Nagato, Naruto and Hashriama he wouldn't need Izanami, he already has more than enough to beat the rest. That's why I don't think Izanami would make a difference to his rank.

Itachi will never make the top5 and this is coming from an itachi fan because the fire power that the others have is too great and against somebody like madara, itachi's other techniques might not be enough to stall him from using izanami.

But against other strong characters like mu for example who i believe itachi can defeat without izanami. If it comes down to it, he has more than enough to stall mu and finish him off with izanami

rofl dude, there will be definitely a way to counter izanami or dispel it... remember what itachi said: i am the one who has ur destiny in MY hands, but u r the one who will decide it...
so... u r too hasty with ur conclusions

I believe this is in reference to the fact that the only way Kabuto will have any chance of being released (to our knowledge) from Izanami - is to release the edo tensei - therefore he decides his own destiny on weather or not he will dispell the Edo

If just because of IZANAMI jutsu, you think ITACHI is No. 1 then its not true.
By taking the amount of time Itachi needs to prepare Izanami into comsideration; Itachi will be killed by Many highly skilled shinobis before Itachi could actually activate it.

Itachi survived just bacause of Edo Tensei and Sasuke's help or he would have become Kabuto's slave by now (as we have seen already).

Therefore
In 1-ON-1 combat its not much useful
But
In team combat, he can buy required time with help of teammates and activate it.

Itachi is NOT at number 1 and never will be. Before izanami i had him at 8th in my list. With izanami he goes to 7th and possibly 6th. Edo madara, tobi, nagato, bm naruto and hashirama are still stronger. The reason i say this is because although itachi has enough fire power without izanami, i dont believe he can hold them off long enough to use it.

Against somebody like mu who is strong, i believe itachi doesnt need izanami, but if it comes down to it, he has enough techniques to stall mu, in order to use izanami

i'm just saying he is the most powerful , tobi , kabuto and madara were considered powerful before but they were never my favorite , nor will be itachi

Anyway, I kinda saw that comming, when he said "It's not ready yet", while 2 chapters ago (or, in other words, before the cr@p chapters with Kabuto's story), he saied it was already activated...

So, what I really wander about is, if his eye will regenerate with time or not...

also, I wander what happened to Kabuto in the original timeline... I mean, each timeloop is like in an alternative timeline, but, I guess, Itachi and Sasuke are in the normal timeline... So, propably, the timeloop is only affecting Kabuto's consiusness, like a genjutsu would... That makes sence, being the opposit of Izanagi, wich is a genjutsu that works on the real world, it's counterpart, Izanami, would be a time-space jutsu that works on one's consiusness...

So, in the original timeline (out of Kabuto's perception), I guess Kabuto must be like in a coma or something, with his consiusness traped in a infinite timeloop...

Lol I watched that film and started having dreams about it.. I actually thought it was real.. I had a dream inside a dream and I was so confused.. I had to go downstairs and splash water on my face to make sure I wasn't dreaming, it was mad!

Itachi has barely moved on my top 10 list with Izanami. Maybe 1 place upwards to 7th. He still isn't beating the Rinnegan users, Hashi, 3rd Hokage (hype), Kabuto, Naruto or the Koto users.
