Madara wins S1. Senjutsu PS and Limbo would manhandle this whole team. All Kamui warp attempts are foiled by Limbo. The moment he solidifies to warp Madara, 5 Limbo clones shove their hands in his gut. Doesn't help that he has a Sage Sensing too. No Edo summoned can scratch regular PS let alone Senjutsu PS, with a possible boost due to Madara having both Rinnegan and Rikudo's Chakra together.

S2 is reliant on the boost Madara gets from Rikudo's Chakra. If it's not significant, Obito wins. If it is, Madara wins.

Nagato can see them. Nobody can hurt them without Hagoromo's chakra. So no, they can't hold them back. Gedo Mazo and the Bijuu get manhandled by Senjutsu PS. The only BIjuu Dama that'll do some damage is the combo one, and if they stop to charge that, Madara would cut them apart. Gedo Mazo is even weaker than the Bijuu.

Nope. Sasuke's sword slipped right through Limbo, yet it can touch and hurt the original Madara. Limbo can't be hurt by people without Hagoromo's Chakra because it's a jutsu function.
