Impossible at this point. Leader is either still Hiashi or Hanabi. Best we can hope for is a flashback of Hinata being offered the possesion but her declining it.
I feel like Hanabi was only in temporary position because Hinata have to take care of her daughter and doing some home chores. I think Hinata will only act when the time is right by the time the series delve in more about the Hyuga centric.
