We know that Byakugan has mutations​ from Bolt's byakugan. And there is high chance Mitsuki is related to Toneri.

If you look closely at sage mode Mitsuki:

His eyes resemble Byakugan and they are shown golden in the colored version (I'm not sure if it's official)

Golden Byakugan was shown through Momoshiki in the manga. In fact, if you look at it, Bolt's eyes' coloring mirrors Momoshiki's colorings in the anime and manga.

What makes you so sure that hanabi and hiashi will be in these episode? ?? But then again it's possible assuming that Boruto will meet his term with Hyuga household to learn more about his eye technique.
