Hinata has yet to show Soshiken (Twin Lion Fists)
What do you ladies and gentleman think of the following..
1. When will it best be needed.
2. How would Hinata use it on this battlefield.

My only guess is it will be needed during/near the end of the fight, probably to help with stopping something , possibly the god tree, from molding chakra.

Though I still believe that making the Hyuuga relevant in a few fights doesn't justify the neglection of the characters. Kishi could've expanded on so many things even aside from the Hyuuga clan.

Sorry if it sounds really,really,really stupid but why doesn't Hinabi have the cure mark? I mean Hiashi and Hizashi Hyuga were brothers right but still Hizashi Hyuga got the curse mark bcz he was born late then why doesn't Hinabi Hyuga have the curse mark? Dattebayo!

I think that the fact that Hiashi and Hizashi were twins made it difficult. Hiashi was made the succesor because he was the first one to be born and because of that Hizashi was 'banished' to the Branch family. It's because he was a Branch family member that he was marked. It wasn't directly caused by the fact that he was born a few seconds later. It might've been done to prevent brotherly dispute as well.
To put it simply, the reason she hasn't been marked yet is because for some reason both Hinata and Hanabi are Main house members. (Which will most likely change if either of them becomes the Hyuuga clan leader.)

Not necessarily true. Hanabi was apparently 7-years-old in Part 1. Neji was 4 when he received his mark.

Here's my thoughts on it... There exists a difference between main and branch as we know. Most likely, branch members quickly end up receiving the mark. It's likely that it isn't untill the next heir or heiress has been officially made that the curse mark is placed. It's also plausible they're made head BY placing the mark on their sibling(s).
It could also be done once an heir has been officially chosen. Remember Hinata was regarded as trash. It could be the Hyuga were stalling to see if the first born, which is typical, would take over, but neglected marking Hanabi as she showed more promise. Most likely had Hinata continued to doubt herself and remain weak, Hanabi would eventually have been truly chosen and Hinata would be marked.
As for the Hiashi dying instead.... Ironically I initially thought it was him. Missed the part where Neji's mark blatantly stood out during the piercing scene. Immediately after though it was obvious it was Neji.
Her father would have been a better choice. The idea that the man who originally gave literally no shit about whether she lived or died was there dying for her. Would have shown how Hinata had grown enough to change her father's views and prove she did merit true worth.

There actually still remain plenty of cadet branch members aside from neji's direct family. And besides, theyweren't sacrificed.... both hizashi and neji died for their familys and by their own will AS a family, not as a slave or sacrifice

Isn't there still hope in Guy using it? He would've used it against Obito if Naruto didn't stop those TBB's, so he's obviously ready to sacrifice himself.

@Underline, Well against current madara could be something but current madara has a badass arsenal, that sm sensing, i feel sorry for the 8 gates though.
@Bold, irrevelant people, i mean side characters that we're attached, and yes i wanted most of the gokages to die back then (tsunade, oonoki and raikage) Mei and Garaa can stay.
