Yeah, though that only leaves Karin for Sasuke. Or Ino I guess. But Hinata's scene really reminded me of another similiar event that happened.

It would be interesting though if Naruto and Sasuke met up with Neji and Itachi for some time, kinda like what happened with Kakashi and his father

well, it's very well in the realm of possibilities. I mean, Neji once stopped Hinata's heartbeat with gentle fist, so it's very possible that Hinata may restart Naruto's heart beat in a similiar fashion. The last we see her, she's thinking "Neji asked me to protect Naruto", so that vry well could be clear foreshadowing that she's gonna save him. In fact, I think this is honestly the most likely scenario aside from Minato giving Naruto the other half of the nine tails.

I'd say that moment was closer to a symbolic moment than possible foreshadow. Especially with Kishimoto's father passing on

You could say Naruto being flown off was a similar aspect to his father passing on. There's nothing you can do, but watch. You can't really even catch up to someone from death. If that makes sense.


Restarting his heart with Jyuken is interesting. They can control the flow of chakra, so it's possible this could be used to kick start the use of organs. However, I find this unlikely. Furthermore, I'd say it's more than heart failure. His body is overall failing and dying. The energy it took from him with the loss of his beast was extraordinary.


I'm betting a new 9 tails would be required.

I mean catching up later is something entirely possible. I'm just saying from the perspective that had just transpired. There's also a question of, does Hinata get passed Zetsu as well as would Madara just chillax there.

Well I can see Kishi influence toward with Minato as Father will " Pass On" to give Naruto his last amount of Yin Chakra which is either a coincidental when his father just passed away or he probably planned it from the start Or we might not see that happen which I find unlikely.

Hey guys, just in case you haven't notice, I want to share these Viz Scan in the latest Chapter of Naruto, the whole translation was huge changed up especially considering What Hinata just said. I was stunned when I saw this:

" Brother Neji... Please Protect Naruto!!"

Hinata Plea was for Neji to look after Naruto. Do you guys Know what this mean???

Naruto might meet Neji in the afterlife similar to Kakashi (to finish his life's work and push NaruHina into Naruto's dying skull ) .

However " Protect" is a very strong word so that could mean we get to see Phoenix Neji or something appear from nowhere to defend Naruto although I dunno how will I react .

I mean seeing my favorite characters appear will get me excited giving some hope for Neji Huge Role but at the same time I dunno if its good for the story

WHo knows. TBH, I kinda just have hope something will happen with her. I mean, Ino & hinata were able to stop Juubi's blast when they were no where in sight, so...

Well, Hinata did say ask Neji to protect Naruto in 663 last week. And Neji was in the form of a phoenix on the cover of volume 54. So that might mean something.

I've always thought about Neji in Phoenix Form as well, but we don't really know what she mean, so it all depend on the circumstance, cause if it's only Naruto met him in the afterlife and Neji only serve him some power or something to make Naruto being brought back to life then that would be big disappointing .


I might be stupid but its possible that Neji might emerge in the real world attacking Madara or Zetsu with Phoenix Cloak to protect Naruto because of so called "Death Seal" which could be the ultimate Hyuga technique that allows him to appear once in the real world in the boundaries between Life and Death.

The reason why I'm thinking like this is cause Kishi inspiration to DBZ where whenever you die, it'll take you to King Kai planet as in heaven and in the Buu saga, even though you can't be brought back more than 2 times, Goku death temporary allows to visit in the real world after giving some special permission with the Kai.

I'm just glad people haven't thrown out the, "Naruto will get Neji's eyes," from this panel... Because it's hard to explain to them that Neji no longer has working eyes let alone a corpse...sadly.


Anyhow, to be on the downer side...her plea could be in some way her equivalent to someone watch out for Naruto. Meaning let him be ok. Wouldn't mind a mental phoenix Neji...just hard to see exactly how he's protecting Naruto...unless it would be knocking him away from dying.

No, I don't think it's stupid, while it may be a stretch, I still think it's possible; I wouldn't pass it over considering Kishi had it on a cover; so I'm certain it means something in the least.
