Ao fight today.
Apparently a insider compared him to Kakashi, if that means Sharringan Kakashi and that AO uses his byakugan a lot is yet to be seen.
Regardless I am excited for more AO.

Isn't obvious though considering he has Byakugan transplanted?? I remember Ao uses his byakugan to detect kotoamatsukami that was casted by Danzo when he uses his genjutsu to put Mifune under the sleep during the Kage summit arc. Ao even mentioned that his byakugan was the spoil of war that he battled against the hyuga.Saw posts that imply Ao kills Hyuga members. Is this true? I'm not reading the manga yet

123fire posted a spoiler that the final page of the chapter had Ao with new byakugan. Although it should be taken as grain of salt I wouldn't be surprised if it turn out to be true considering the fact that Ao byakugan looked different when he looked through Danzo chakra network.
His Byakugan turn out to be almost similar as the joagan and I know it wasn't done intentionally since Kishi never had any plan to continue with Boruto so it could be ironic however something tells me that the writer manages to use these materials as their opportunities to reintroduce in Boruto for their benefit.
It's also likely they brought Ao back into the picture because the writer are likely aware that Kishi left it something so Kodachi can get away by explaining how he survived through Mabui teleportation technique as more believable than to survive from Juubi nuke.
