Now try it for the other effect. First throw a kunai/shuriken. Afterwards, throw another one, and use the jutsu. Look at the difference.

Well when I first threw it it went with the speed I through it with. The secon though went faster and longer range due to the wind jutsu.

Yup, for that is what it does when use after throwing a kunai/shuriken. It speeds it up and makes it more powerful.

You control the shuriken (as discs) and can make them go in any direction you wish. You can also throw them individually towards ur opponent, which is that tree *points at tree*.
