You form the handseals, and then inhale, gathering ur Fuuton chakra into ur lungs to exhale and blow out a sphere of air at ur target, the bullseye, that can blow it backwards and small objects around it.

*I memeorize the hand saeals, and then inhale my wind chakra in my luings, exhaling a sphear of air at the bullseye*
