In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

+ How to be used in a battle

This jutsu is a better choice for bringing in opponents running away or restricting the opponents than for deflecting weapons, for the reason that weapons can only be deflected as far as the hand reaches, meaning if there is a weapon barrage heading toward the user, it becomes significantly more difficult to block every weapon successfully. Meanwhile, a jutsu such as the Great Wind Breakthrough is far more successful at blocking such a barrage, or even using the jutsu I last learned, Hurricane Fist, would be a better option. Otherwise, this just seems to be a basic attack type jutsu, use it, and then watch as it gets dodge effortlessly through a plethora of different available jutsus. And it has the potential to backfire easily as well, as a Katon jutsu will merely travel through this one and burn one’s arm. Ouch.

+ How to be countered in a battle

If one would see this jutsu coming, that is, if the opponent is silly enough to use this head-on, one can exploit the fact that the user would need to stop using this jutsu before using a new one by utilizing a streaming Katon jutsu, such as the Great Fireball jutsu, or the Fire Breath jutsu. If one is about to be kept in a hold though, then the Hurricane Fist is a great jutsu to use, because it has a wide spread, is easy to use, and holds an immediate effect. Things become significantly more difficult if kept in a hold though, so it’s best to counter this before that occurs, using the Hurricane Fist as a jutsu of last resort.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

1.) This jutsu is highly effective for constricting opponents, as it doesn’t require complex chakra manipulations nor does it require hand seals, thus also serving to stop projectiles in a pinch
2.) The claw is quite sharp, capable of delivering tearing damage, thus causing deep muscle damage, constricting the opponent’s moves further
3.) This jutsu holds multiple purposes, possibly allowing it to serve as an offensive defense, meaning you can use this for attacking after eliminating weaponry

Disadvantages:

1.) This jutsu is capable of backfiring easily by a clever usage of Katon jutsus, and because it’s harder to cancel swiftly because of this jutsus dependence on movement in the user’s dominant hand, the opponent has more options of exploiting this weakness
2.) Opponents can further exploit the weaknesses of this jutsu by sending a multiple projectile type jutsu, thus covering a larger ground than this jutsu can cover, and adding in the weakness mentioned before, this causes the jutsu to serve as a liability.

+ How to be used in a battle

This jutsu is just another armor-type jutsu, thus instead of stating the usual pattern of its good for countering taijutsu, weaponry and smaller jutsus, but also leaves you with more limited mobility and is only effective for either blocking smaller jutsus, or for literal hand-to-hand combat, and thus cannot be dispelled outward through normal means, and thus isn’t effective for any more than close-range scenarios, I wish to, instead, elaborate upon each of the cannon elemental armours, their similarities and differences, and what one(s) I believe are the particularly useful ones.

The Wind Sickle Armor jutsu creates a whirlwind of armor around their body (not directly applied onto their body per se), which acts as a general armor jutsu. Some differences between this and the other armor jutsus are as follows: This jutsu retains a rank of B, meaning that this jutsu holds more potency in terms of defensive capabilities than, say, the Lightning Strike armor, which is only valid for one attack, and is also C-Rank, but not the Earth Release armor, which is by far the most potent armor, increasing the strength of attacks significantly, as well as providing B-Rank armor protection. Yet, the Earth Release armor holds both a massive speed loss, as well as a gained weakness to Raiton jutsus, which would chip away at the armor, if not entirely obliterate it. The Wind Sickle Armor, although it doesn’t hold a speed loss, and it retains a fluid continuation of the armor for the three turns it can be utilized with a continuous chakra input, but the user also gains a significant weakness to Katon jutsus, for the reasons that Katon feeds upon Fuuton chakra, thus powering the jutsu up. The user literally surrounds themselves with Fuuton chakra when this jutsu is utilized, hence any Katon jutsu will be more potent towards the user of this jutsu.

Now, the deflection style of this jutsu also differentiates from the Earth Release armor, as well as the Lightning Strike Armor. The Earth Release Armor jutsu has any projectiles striking it either sticks to it, or bounces off, but none of them would damage the user of the jutsu. The Lightning Strike jutsu, meanwhile, can only dodge one strike before the armor would be dissipated, hence being inappropriate for dodging projectiles. The Wind Sickle jutsu, finally, repels all projectiles because of the whirlwind continually circulating around the user. The Wind Sickle jutsu’s repulsion is by far the most potent for the following reasons:
1.) It holds a multi-strike repulsion, as it can be renewed for three turns with continual chakra input
2.) It repels away all projectiles, thus eliminating some weaknesses, such as heavier stabbing projectiles
3.) It holds no speed loss, as well as no mobility loss

Henceforth, there are many uses for this jutsu, most of them the generic armor jutsus usages, yet this jutsu does it the most potently in many scenarios of the three. These scenarios mostly center on numerous projectiles striking you at once, as this jutsu completely surrounds the user, and thus repels many projectiles with ease.

+ How to be countered in a battle

This jutsu has literal weakness with Katon jutsus, but so has, well, every other Fuuton jutsu. Yet there’s actually a unique exploit with this jutsu. By throwing an explosion-tagged kunai at any user of this jutsu, you can trigger an explosion when the wind armor strikes at the user, thus damaging the user of this jutsu, blinding them, and staggering them, all without using any chakra.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

1.) This jutsu holds the most capacity for dodging projectiles of any of the most common armor-type jutsus, being all surrounding and having potent repulsion abilities
2.) This jutsu can be utilized for three turns, having a long-lasting armor effect
3.) This jutsu doesn’t have any speed loss or mobility loss during use
4.) This jutsu is very useful for repelling away numerous opponents, as well as prevent any closing in action from the opponent, as there isn’t a trigger point that the opponent can exploit to eliminate the armor, while there’s no speed loss to the user, thus allowing them to keep up with the opponent


Disadvantages:

1.) This jutsu can literally incinerate the user, by either a Katon jutsu burning them to a crisp, or a large explosion eliminating them
2.) This jutsu prevents the usage of both Katon jutsus, as those would incinerate the user and eliminate the armor by burning it to a crisp, as well as projectiles, as those would be thrown off course, and thus be thrown away from the sent projection

+ How to be used in a battle

This jutsu is very similar to the Hurricane Fist in how its performed, in fact, it’s almost the exact same. The user concentrates Fuuton chakra within the hand of choice, and then releases the chakra as they deliver the punch. It truly isn’t complex, nor needs much direction or thought in order to utilize. The true difference is exactly how the chakra is released, and that’s where this jutsu pales in comparison to the Hurricane Fist jutsu. The Hurricane Fist jutsu, as previously discussed, releases a whirlwind when released, which can eliminate projectiles, create a momentary wall around the user, repel and prevent an opponent’s movement, very great for combo usages, boost yourself up to an enormous height, dispel away numerous pillars and other jutsus, and so on and so forth. This jutsu… can’t be used for really any of these purposes, instead being more restricted for just offensive usages.

Yet, instead of just leaving on that note, a further explanation is in order. Hurricane Fist will almost always repel any opponent, thus creating some space between yourself and the opponent. This makes it useful in situations in which the user is far weaker, whether in general or from physical or mental damage, than the opponent, or when one wishes to use more elaborate jutsus or initiate certain strategies (flanking with clones, confusing the opponent’s senses, etc). Yet, this isn’t always the best option. When the user has the potential of gaining the upper hand in close quarters, such as when the strength differential is in your favor, or when the user is less injured than the opponent, or when you just want a taijutsu-oriented battle regardless of any such situation {more common these days, just tossing jutsus around is so 2014 :coffee:}, then this jutsu has some advantages. Unlike the Hurricane Fist jutsu, where the power of the jutsu is actually in the whirlwind released instead of the fist itself, this jutsu holds the most power from the tips of the fingers or knuckle of the fist, as that’s the location at which the chakra is released. Thus, the physical attack has more of the power than the chakra released.

Now, the chakra released from this jutsu actually has a secondary effect, in that this jutsu has a seismic effect on the ground around which the chakra was released, causing it to quake and crack under the pressure of the released chakra. This causes the opponent’s imbalance, as well as prevents swift doton counters to this jutsu, but only if the chakra was released. This mostly has usages in momentarily stopping a full taijutsu counter from the opponent, as it has an unfortunate range issue, and thus has no use in stopping actual jutsu preparation. Thus, the Hurricane Fist is probably the more useful jutsu, but one cannot always dismiss this one either.

+ How to be countered in a battle

This jutsu is mostly vulnerable to Katon jutsus, especially those that can be used for swift defensive usages, such as the Wall of Flames jutsu, or the Flame Wall jutsu, as both of these jutsus create walls that would prevent the opponent from successfully performing this jutsu while exploiting the user’s momentary weakness… okay, is anyone else reading this? Good, because I would like to say something, why is it that every female in a fodder arc ends up wanting to hook up with Naruto? Why must that convention be followed in this particular manga? I mean, it doesn’t even necessarily make sense in this case, as most of the time these people literally hire out Konoha shinobis to help them out, yet, nearly without fail, every female ends up wanting to hook up with Naruto, which is probably a breach in ethical contract for a shinobi by the way. Do the people who makes these arcs not actually think about logical and thematical consisten… oh wait, Kishi himself tossed that out the window with the last hundred chapters of Naruto… *mumbles for a while*… Thus, wall jutsus tend to be excellent counters for this jutsu, as well as swamp-type jutsus, such as Swamp of the Underworld and Syrup Catch Field jutsus, as these effectively serve to prevent an opponent from approaching you with this jutsu.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

1.) This jutsu is effective at both causing difficulty in defending against the jutsu, and causing considerable damage against the opponent.
2.) This jutsu actually serves as both a powerful Taijutsu punch, and as a close-range World Shaking jutsu, thus serving two purposes simultaneously

Disadvantages:

1.) This jutsu has the exact same range as a punch, and thus is only useful in Taijutsu situations, instead of serving as a compliment in Taijutsu situations
2.) This jutsu’s side effects aren’t actually very powerful, thus being ineffective for damaging purposes, thus only serving as an imbalancing mechanism

+ How to be used in a battle

This is just a more powerful kick, but there are a few intricacies that one must discuss with this jutsu. The most important factor to remember is that although this jutsu is mostly just a chakra enhanced kick, it’s enhanced with Fuuton chakra, meaning that the user gains a momentary weakness to Katon chakra, meaning that someone flinging off a simple fireball towards the chakra enhanced leg could severely damage the leg, thus making it not only mostly inoperable, but also causing intense pain onto it, as well as inflammation, infection, or even complete degradation of the foundations of the leg, all depending upon the environment upon which the shinobi are fighting. For inflammation, besides just general abrasive movements and rolling around in the environment, any particles being stuck into the wound would cause the white blood cells in the body to react severely against it, thus increasing the pain felt from the wound, an excellent example of said particle being dust or sand. Conveniently, there is a jutsu just meant for spreading these projectiles by the name of the Infinite Sand Great Breakthrough jutsu, which allows the user to propel sand or dust toward their opponent by creating a gust of wind (most often breath) which then shifts the particles toward the opponent. Because of its size, it would not only blind the opponent, but may also increase any pain the opponent may feel from their injuries. Infection is best spread through organic material, such as said dust or sand, but also from mud, especially moist mud, which there is another jutsu one can use to create it (at least in projectile form) known as the Mud Shot jutsu. There’s just as much ease of usage with this jutsu as the Infinite Sand Great Breakthrough jutsu, but there’s a much smaller size to it, as well as a smaller rank than the Infinite Gaara’s blah jutsu, thus more care is needed when using it in order to properly infect the leg wound. Finally for the degradation of the leg foundation… well… um… let’s just say that you don’t want it to happen ^^ (although the Great Waterfall Technique may be excellent if one has a water specialization, given its intense power and speed, toward eliminating any weakened extremities from the opponent, but yeah…)

Now, keeping that in mind, one can use this jutsu in order to surpass medium tier walls and armors that the opponent may utilize in battle, think Earth Release Armor (which, regardless of the resist B-Rank Ninjutsu effect, I would think would be vulnerable to this jutsu, given that this apparently sliced through a mechanical puppet… yeah, future Kishi wanna-bes, please keep your filler arc writers in check, you don’t want this sort of rubbish to mire the reputation of your future anime). Now… okay, I’m sorry, but I can’t do this. This jutsu is literally dumber than the one that allows the opponent to make tea, read the world news, and develop the cure for cancer while you dance around, twirling your swords to make a wind vortex that’ll do nothing for you jutsu otherwise known as the Peacock Whirlwind jutsu. I mean, I could expatiate about how this jutsu has potential to continue a dash towards the opponent while being able to destroy walls by allowing the user to maintain momentum, thus serving both as an avenue for closing the gap and causing a momentary stunning effect toward the opponent as they begin to pontificate how much of a failure they are as a shinobi, and maybe they should have instead taken up tea making sessions and made a tea shop and have a decent wife, and some good kids, and live a mediocre life that would make Shikamaru blush. Yet, any actual shinobi would laugh, and then pommel you with a fireball, thus exploiting the weakness of this jutsu. Yes, this isn’t exactly what I should be doing right now, but ffs, why the fodder arc writers are so horrible at writing things that don’t suck the life out of the poor souls that have to expatiate stuff like this to move onto the next jutsu. Don’t they pity us poor souls? Nope, nope they do not. And thus, Keith Olberman and myself both agree, they all are the worst people of this week ;_;.

…okay, got that out of my system, but yeah, this is simply the wrong sort of chakra enhanced kick, only useful for continuing momentum in dashes and quick taijutsu maneuvers, and possibly to allow weaker close range shinobi to gain an upper hand in Taijutsu spars, especially those that have no other notable taijutsu skills. Yet, I feel as if this jutsu holds so much deadly risk, but no actual gains for really using it, especially as easy counters for most walls already exist (Hurricane Fist, Raging Thunder, etc), that can also be used to maintain momentum… well, not as smoothly, but smoothly enough where the user can recover easily without running into the incredibly high risks that the user of this jutsu runs into, and honestly, maintaining one’s health in battle should be a priority, especially if one wants to retire and run a tea shop one day.

+ How to be countered in a battle

Essentially using a swift Katon jutsu such as the Firebreath jutsu, Fire Whisp jutsu, Flame Wall jutsu, etc. however, my previous exaggerations notwithstanding, the time frame for countering this jutsu is quite tight. The kick is delivered immediately, as all kicks tend to do, and also delivers the power of a B-rank Ninjutsu move, thus simply countering with your own taijutsu move will only cause yourself to be damaged. The same can be said for carelessly using any Katon jutsu, for example, the Great Blaze Ball would cause both the opponent and yourself to be incinerated because of the short range, as would the Great Dragon Fire jutsu, and countless other jutsus. It’s one of the characteristics of Katon that I feel needs proper attention from any performers of the element, that it can easily backfire in truly short-range situations, as they can easily burn the user as well as the opponent in these situations. Thus, the three Katon jutsus I mentioned I feel as the easiest and safest to use to counter this jutsu. The Fire Breath jutsu is probably under-appreciated in this RP as it’s also one of the most generic made. The user simply expels out a stream of fire… and that’s it, no special details or anything of the sort. Yet, it’s actual quite potent for situations like this, because the opponent using this jutsu will be caught in the motion of the kick, thus making it more difficult to swiftly re-direct their momentum to counter the stream. Compound that with the fact that by needing chakra for the kick, thus eliminating their ability to counter this jutsu easily, and this counter has some potency. Some problems, however, may be experienced with this jutsu, for one, a clever opponent may feint you into using this jutsu by preparing a normal kick, and then counter this jutsu in a plethora of method, and the other is a classical problem with streaming type jutsus, which is that the user needs to continue expelling out chakra into the stream in order to perpetuate the stream, thus making the transition from this jutsu into the next one much more difficult. Thus, unless one is certain that the opponent is, in fact, using this jutsu, whether through sensory abilities or metagaming goodness, this jutsu isn’t the safest to use.

The Fire Whisp jutsu, meanwhile, is simply a fireball, C-Rank, with no handseals, safe counter, but not truly remarkable. The most interesting counter, thus, is the Flame Wall jutsu. This jutsu is performed in a similar methodology as the Thunder Burn jutsu, in that the user waves their arm in front of them, but instead of a wave of electricity, the user produces a simple wall of fire. This jutsu doesn’t have any offensive capabilities, yet is truly the most effective counter for the Hardliner Revolving Cut jutsu, as it counters any momentum the opponent could gain from using the Cut jutsu, burns their leg by taking advantage of Fuuton’s weakness to Katon, and forces the opponent to worry about the wall of fire instead of continuing their charge. Thus, the user now gains a few moments to prepare a Doton counter measure to counter the probable Suiton counter to the wall of flames, or the user can further pressure the opponent by using the Hurricane Fist jutsu to push the wall of fire into a fire whirlwind towards the opponent, thus forcing a more immediate counter. That’s what a good counter should be, a jutsu that allows the user to have options in battle, instead of just mindlessly countering with an uber jutsu.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

1.) This jutsu is okay for maintaining momentum in one’s movements while still delivering an okay offensive maneuver
2.) Yeah, that’s all I have here, sorry Juicy Hokage :’(

Disadvantages:

1.) Just to reiterate, this jutsu holds a severe vulnerability to Katon jutsus, while offering little incentive to use it regardless of the weakness, thus having too much risk for little reward
2.) There are simply countless better jutsus to utilize in the situations in which using this jutsu would be appropriate, and this jutsu holds no special mechanism that would make a shinobi use this jutsu over those other jutsus
3.) I still can’t get over the fact that this jutsu somehow cut a mechanical puppet, I mean really?

+ How to be used in a battle

The basics of this jutsu are not much different from the basics of other hurricane type jutsus that exist within the Fuuton realm, in that a hurricane is produced after the performance of many handseals and the opponent being pushed back and damaged by the ensuring hurricane heading towards them, with the potential for combining it with a Katon jutsu (for example, Running Fire, a classic jutsu to use in such a combination). However, this particular jutsu actually continues onwards, carrying the opponent away from your position as it continues its path, which differentiates it from other jutsu. For example, the Divine Wind jutsu doesn’t have the potential to carry the opponent further away by itself, but instead depends upon the opponent being pushed away by its momentum. At first it may seem as if there’s little difference between the two, and most of the time this is the case, but there are some circumstances under which there may be a difference, and most of it has to do with the opponent’s endurance. If the opponent stabilizes their position enough, some may be able to withstand a singular instance of a heavy blow, think the Great Vacuum Cannon jutsu, in which a heavily concentrated ball of wind to created, and aimed at the opponent, it having the potential of heavily displacing the opponent, but only for a moment of time. While this jutsu doesn’t have the potential of the Great Wind Breakthrough and its variants, which creates a longer lasting, and larger, wind gust, this jutsu has more potential for displacing the opponent than the Great Vacuum Cannon and similar jutsus, because striking the opponent doesn’t necessarily eliminate the jutsu, thus forcing the opponent to be more focused upon deflecting this jutsu.

It’s for this reason that the best usage of this jutsu is to pressure the opponent, something of which I don’t think I spoke much of thus far. Pressuring the opponent mostly means that the shinobi forces the opponent away from any offensive moves and maneuvers into primarily defensive or deflective moves or maneuvers. For example, say the opponent was trying to strike the opponent with a chidori with a clone while preparing a Water Dragon jutsu to strike you down. This jutsu can be used to dissipate the clone, and push onwards towards the opponent, and can be easily compounded with the Running Fire jutsu (the reason for utilizing this jutsu is because the jutsu wouldn’t completely consume the Severe Hurricane Wall jutsu, travels alongside the ground, where the Severe Hurricane Wall jutsu would travel, is cheap in jutsu cost, travels relatively swift, doesn’t require the user to maintain any chakra stream while in usage, is of a decent size and range, and finally meshes well with jutsus of this sort (in other words, kind of under-rated)). Thus, by combining the two jutsus together, it forces the opponent to utilize a particular kind of jutsu to eliminate it, and thus can be utilize to empower a defensive use of this jutsu, or to stop an advance, or any similar usages. Thus, remembering these details can help one advance their defensive usages of this jutsu (deflecting projectiles, stopping advances, etc), or enhanced the potency of any offensive usage of this jutsu (pro-active advancement towards the opponent, elimination of stances, or forcing stance changes, etc) without having to expend too much chakra or prepare any elaborate jutsus. Otherwise, the typical usages, as stated in the sentence above, apply here with the moderate differences stated in the first paragraph.

+ How to be countered in a battle

Any physical Katon jutsu, such as the Dragon Flame Release Song Jutsu, would work, as they would completely dissipate the whirlwind, as well as any large scale Katon streaming jutsu, such as the Great Majestic Annihilation jutsu, or the Great Fireball jutsu for those not a fan of over-kill, as these would also dissipate the totality of the jutsu. In general, most Katon jutsus would work, but one must still be careful regardless, as this jutsu is capable of continual travel regardless of striking individuals or projectiles, and thus any jutsu capable of completely eliminating it work best. Likewise, jutsus that completely stop it in its tracks, such as the Earth Dome, Earth Golem, Moving Earth Core, or Water Beast jutsus, which would merely repel away this jutsu, although at the cost of the Earth Dome. However, there is an interesting exploit if one looks into the Doton release. One can merely use the Earth Armor jutsu, absorb the damage, and retain the stance, and position, and thus not take any damage from this jutsu, although at the cost of the user’s mobility and momentum. Also, a fully covered shinobi would be able to repel away a fully heated Hurricane Wall jutsu (i.e., one enhanced with Katon), as the fires would be merely repelled from the shinobi. One can also counter an enhanced Hurricane wall with the Water Encampment Wall jutsu, thus perfectly blocking the fire, and thus again holding their position.

What if one wanted to keep their momentum while still deflecting this jutsu? There’s one great option for this, but curiously enough, it’s a Fuuton jutsu I learned earlier, the Hurricane Fist jutsu. The Hurricane Fist jutsu can be activated easily, swiftly, and cheaply, can be activated in a pinch, and allows one using the jutsu to maintain momentum. A clash between the two jutsus would merely cancel the other out, thus allowing the user to advance forward with ease, and thus send a swift punishing jutsu, such as the False Spear of Darkness jutsu, towards the opponent. Thus, that jutsu is this one’s perfect counter.

+ Some advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

1.) This jutsu has the capacity of forcing the opponent back even as they take damage from it. Thus, they are forced backwards, creating breathing room between the shinobi, and thus creating more distance between them. This is truly possible because of the long-range capacity of this jutsu, which allows it to also be used in different situations then the Hurricane Fist, Violent Whirlwind, Divine Wind, or similar jutsus, which are all limited to the short-mid range arena.
2.) This jutsu, because it continually hits, also causes a longer momentum break then other jutsus of the same type

Disadvantages:

1.) This jutsu ultimately has the same weaknesses as the other jutsus of this type, and has no differences to compensate for it.
2.) As such, it’s easily deflectable, regardless of its combination potential, and thus must be used cautiously in those situations.

Description: A more advanced version he user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

If you don't have a fan, and most people don't use a fan. You'll need to perform four hand seals, and release some wind from your mouth, and form it into a disk of pure wind. Which can do decent amount of damage.

Just a simple gust of wind, that is decently large, so much so it can push back a large summoning.

*Agnes stretches upwards, and stands up from the rock she earlier sat upon, looking up at the nice sky above her. A few clouds daintily float above her, decorating an otherwise clear, but light blue, sky, and with only a light breeze to comfort her on an otherwise still, but peaceful, day. Rather prosaic within the leaf village, but still comforting nonetheless, bearing the symbol of home at this point for Agnes, and certainly a change of pace, considering her somewhat distressful year she has had thus far. But, regardless of all this, Castiel, the ever patient Juicy Hokage, instructs upon her the newest two jutsus of Fuuton. The first jutsu seems to be just a gust of wind that's then transformed into a larger blade of wind... and the second one is just a literal gust of wind; hearing both of these, Agnes merely sighs before patting down her knees, an activity that she's beginning to do more out of habit than her knees actually being dirty.*

Sounds easy enough... if not slightly repetitive. Oh well, such is the nature of this beast...

*She begins by inhaling, concentrating chakra within her lungs. As the chakra begins to store within her lungs, she bends her knees somewhat, but otherwise the only motion indicating this process is her chest expanding outward, her eyes remain stoic though, herself choosing to play a game of poker with her intentions, so to say. She then exhales, stepping her right foot one foot forward as she does so, while turning her left foot inward to the 2 o'clock position, thus giving her a form of balance as she exhales out the large amount of chakra she stored within her lungs. The exhalation turns into a large-scale, but moderately powerful, stream of wind that encompasses the totality of Castiel's surroundings. Thus, this gust of wind will strike regardless of the location upon which Castiel would go... if he didn't flat out absorb the blow ._..*

*As the stream dies down, thus it serving its purpose of disrupting Castiel's balance, Agnes begins to inhale again as she begins her dash towards Castiel. The chakra, this time, is stored as a somewhat smaller amount than earlier, but now it's concentrated a bit more heavily and dense than before. She, not truly thinking tactically, dashes forward and exhales, stopping as the gust of wind is exhaled. At first, the gust of wind is merely a nondescript... gust of wind {surely there's a better word for this... but I dunno what it could be ._.}, but as it travels, Agnes manipulates it, first flattening it out, and then sharpening both of the end edges of it, before finally spinning it, thus forming a larger blade of wind, much more potent in cutting power than her earlier jutsu. Thus, she hopes that this jutsu isn't merely tanked... although it probably will be, again ._.*

Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique seems to be very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. They can be launched in rapid succession.

A wind infused ball that can be thrown at your target, they can be released at a fast pace, all you need to do is breathe the wind chakra into your palm, and use shape manipulation to form its form.

I simple technique that uses water, and wind in a move together. You use a water technique, and then add wind chakra to it to add to the waters power, and how much damage it can do.

Um, is taking nearly two months to reply still sluggish, or am I approaching dead/awful territory here?




*Agnes nods as Castiels instructs her upon the method to perform the next two jutsus. She then begins to concentrate some chakra within her lungs, holding out her right palm, cupped, about a foot in front of her lips. She exhales out some of the chakra into the cupped palm, sending a slight bit of chakra into the inner palm and the cupped fingers of her right hand, thus manipulating the chakra into a condensed sphere of wind. She lastly tosses the sphere of wind directly in front of her, releasing the chakra of the right palm in a forceful push, thus propelling the small wind sphere, about the size of the palm itself, outwards towards mid-range before it dissipates.*




*After the first jutsu, Agnes begins to concentrate some chakra into her right foot. She performs a Tiger hand seal, thus triggering the chakra to both convert into Suiton chakra as well as converge upon her foot before stomping her right foot about one foot in front of her. This causes the chakra to funnel swiftly into the ground, accumulating about four feet into the ground before shifting forward, until a large water of water about twelve feet in height charges out of the ground, heading swiftly away from Agnes, but in a straight line from her position. However, as this wave of water emerges from the ground, Agnes concentrates some chakra into her lungs before swiftly exhaling out a generic wave of wind, which reaches the water wave just as it reaches a foot below its apex. This causes the wave to lose its cutting potency, but increases its general strength, allowing it to push away numerous objects and the such. Agnes then stretches her arms behind her back as the jutsu dies down as it reaches mid-range, awaiting the instructions for the next jutsu.*

*Agnes nods as Castiel explains the last jutsu of the B-Ranks. It seems like so long ago that they started off this Rank, and now she has came this far. Still more to go though, thus she needs to retain her focus. Knowing this, she takes a crouching stance, both knees bent, both hands in a fist, with the thumbs facing inward. The right foot and hand are in front of the left, but both feet are facing forward, with the left foot slightly behind Agnes. Her eyes are darted, and her face stern, fully prepared to make this a good demonstration, regardless of her internal uncertainties about her capacity to do so.*

*Immediately, she begins to concentrate and funnel chakra into her left knuckle, causing it to feel heavier, thus indicating a full storage of chakra within the hand. She then punches upwards with the hand, moving it forward about a foot before sending it upwards about three feet, thus making it form into an uppercut; while this occurs, her body twists clockwise about forty-five degrees, but her feet retain the same stance. As the uppercut is delivered, Agnes begins to release the chakra from her fist in a similar methodology as her Wind Terror methodology, except with the majority of the chakra being released as the zenith of the uppercut, thus forming a visible burst of wind flying upwards.*

*Agnes then untwists her body and stands up straight, patting down her knees. She hears a slight rumble from her stomach... she realizes both that she hasn't eaten in some time as well as she forgot to pack food for this session. She blushes slightly as she faces Castiel...*

"Um, Castiel-sensei, do you have any food with you? I... I haven't eaten in some time I'm afraid, apologies sensei."

*Agnes does a curtsy as she finishes her statement, secretly hoping that he does, in fact, have food with him.*
