Sasuke can't sense or see nature energy. Sasuke isn't sensor as confirmed by Orochimaru.

Each time huge amount of chakra is released or gathered even non sensors can sense it. This was pretty much confirmed with Orochimaru statement.

Sasuke only manage to sense when Kurama gathered tremendous amount of nature energy.

Also the fact that Pain who both had ability to see and sense chakra couldn't do anything about Frog kata is enough proof.

I don't know who wins but Sasuke can't sense or see frog kata.
