No matter how healthy, he'd still lose against not only Akainu, but every admiral level person he'd fight. That includes people like Sabo,Doffy etc.

Ace can give Doflamingo a mid-high at best, fight. But he'd still lose.

About Luffy now...I don't know. I see Luffy at about the same level as Ace was. He is around high VA level so comparing these two is hard for now. BUT ! Luffy has displayed Haki. It isn't the best but it still is something. Ace on the other hand didn't, so that puts him at a disadvantage from the start. But then again we never know. Ace is dead and there's no reason wanking him. Nor fodderizing him, that is v_v

We really don't have to underestimate or overestimate characters imo. Saying Ace is fodder or that Ace could beat admiral level people are both imbecile things to say. Just stick to the current plot course and enjoy One piece as it is.The Past is Past v_v
