I'd just like to clear up a misconception that people like to bring up to refute this theory. They say that the Sage is two bloodlines in one and therefore couldn't been an Uzumaki and or the Uzumaki descended (Whereas it is clear they are related not descended) from the Senju.
He is two bloodlines (Senju in Uchiha) but the beginning of a bloodline (With 1 offspring or multiple) must have a common linkage that can link it to the offspring. He is LINKED to the Senju and Uchiha because of his sons relation to him. This in no way disproves the theory that the Sage was an Uzumaki, and this thread further enforces the notion that the Uzumaki did not descend from the Senju, rather they are related through a common ancestor. That more than likely is the Sage.
