Is a bunch of bull shit.
80+ characters? Hell no
Choji has two different spots, FOR A DIFFERENT JACKET!
same with Bee, he has two spots just to change his combo with same had a.
Itachi has two spots for et and normal, but they are nearly the same.
Naruto and Sasuke have THREE spots each. I don't think people even use nine tailed rasengan lol.
And the biggest asspull? EMS Sasuke, he has terrible attacks, and just a zipped jacket.
Not to mention his tilt attack does NOTHING.
All in all I feel CC2 rushed this one with too much hype. Basically every character from Storm 2 has exactly the same moves and combos even same character art.

BUT the story mode is great...really great...and they made changes to characters...for example...Hashirama infinite chakra in awakening, the same goes for Tsunade...Orochimaru in awakening still call his support characters...plus those awakening actions R1 and L1 for some characters...those are some good changes to the characters
Of course you are right..it would be cool to have a whole new moveset and all...but stating that they did nothing new is just exaggeration...and I think it took them more than a month to make those changes
