he is not in the real manga.. its character he customed for him self

he is one of the uchiha survivers .. and he have EMS and earth cursed seal

Well i dont know because when sasuke kill orochimaru kabuto came and pick up the left part of him and put it in his body so Orochimaru may take over Kabuto

orochimaru is dead for now itacih sealed him away with susano but kabuto put some of him into himself so he may have taken over by now and zanji is a character here on the base
