Yayy!!! More Senpai for me to training gank

This has long been an issue, but remember that senseis are doing us a favor. They take time off their real life to train us, so to be honest, I don't think any of us should really complain.I actually like the idea... There are too many "sensei" that dont train but somehow manage totrade customs or enter GRPTs sempais train maybe 2x more than senseis and thats a shame
If I asked people if they could master techniques automatically, more than 90% would say yes.And just because people want fast training doesn't mean it's good training.
In all fairness, the written test wasn't that hard. It might have been somewhat bothersome at points but it wasn't nerve wrecking to say the least. I'd say that the reason those people may or may not have been regiven Sensei ship (I assume you mean Nero and Zanji as they are the only two that comes to mind ATM) is due to the need for teachers. They have already demonstrated the knowledge of the rp, enough to become a sensei for an extended time. They passed the written test that Nexus had in place, which I deemed harder than the current one; I failed the previous test by a few points. The rp has not changed in such a way that it would impossible for old senseis to understand everything going on without reading a few threads, mainly the roleplay updates thread.
But that's just my interpretation of the situation. No hard feelings to anyone.
You do remember the questions? Who is Gaara, who is Danzo and what's his role? What are the jinchuriki and what are their abilities? What does that have to do with the RP? I got my first two right, which were actually RP related. They asked what are the battle rules and how does the sensei/sempai system work. I mean, who knows by heart what the abilities of all nine jinchuriki are? We haven't really seen them even in the anime, just the cutscenes when the Akatsuki captured them. And since you brought up that "demonstrating knowledge", I'm pretty sure there's a whole bunch of people that fit that criteria, including myself, and yet I'm still not a sensei.
Good Lord, might I say that I failed Nexus' test three times. In all fairness, the written test wasn't that hard. On the other hand, erm, LoK and McRazor, a bit off topic...

Mate, you're contradicting yourself. You said you feel around 50% of the older senseis would pass the test as it is now, yet you show how relatively easy the test are. Granted, the 9 jinchu question was tough but some others weren't too difficult, like explaining the sensei/sempai system. I think they asked the questions to see if one knows about the Narutoverse in general, in case a potential student asks a question relating to them I suppose. Regarding the "demonstrated knowledge", I suppose that is correct; there are several people who possess knowledge of the rp and it's inner workings. I can't speak on that part or I'd rather not speak on it lol
Last off topic reply. I said the checking standards where rigorous, not the questions. Mate, please concentrate on what you read. Anyway, back to the topic, I believe that it's a personal preference and that every sensei can chose whether or not he wants a sempai because it's additional concern because you vouch for him, that he understands the techniques himself and if anything goes wrong the sensei would be responsible for choosing an incompetent sempai.
